We will probably stop using Redbox because it is rare for us to get a movie that doesn’t skip large portions of the movie. They also always scratched and/or dirty which makes the skipping worse. We’re better off just buying the movie.
Machine is always malfunctioning. I reserved a movie and when I went to pick up the rental the machine was down and was unable to get my rental. I also could not return a game the same day do to the machine not working. Now I’m out the movie rental and got charged for another one day game rental. This machine is in keenesburg colorado 80643. You Redbox people need this box fixed or replace the machine. I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to return game and maybe rent the movie I lost out on. Thanks alot Redbox this machine is the only here in town and now do to constant malfunctioning we have to drive 20 minutes away to rent anything or return a rental.

John worked wonders on my Mother’s Regulator Pendulum Clock This clock has been handed down in the family for 4 generations. I am enjoying having it home and listening to the rythmic Tic-Toc’s! Thank you so much John & Ken for the personal loving care that you put into all you do!
Ken is a great guy to work with!

I have instruments that aren’t from the store and the will still replace the strings.
The staff is really friendly and helpful and I love that they help with all my questions and that they have an answer for them I will use this store for all of my emergencies with music and will continue to use this store as I grow up and add more instruments to my learning.
Great selection for modern guitars. It’s not the same old selection of just fenders like at other stores. They have PRS, Ibanez and other great brands.
The manager is a great help and knowledgeable, helped me with choosing new kind of strings I havent tried before.
Also looks like he is trying to get new innovative products and not stuck in 1970.
The Music Depot is wonderful. I’ve purchased everything from a ukulele for my wife to picks for my guitar. Jess worked on my old Martin guitar and returned it to prime playing ability and sound. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
They had a book I needed.
This old man SCREAMED at my kids because they sat in a chair!I hope he get fired FOREVER!
They had my flute for 3 weeks to tune it up and replace the pads. My flute has not been playing well and after my band teacher looked at it, she noticed that none of the work was done that was supposed to be done.
Some dork will make you wear one of his silly masks if he thinks your mask isn’t good enough. Needed a new trumpet, ended buying a single E string instead, take your money elsewhere if possible.
We were looking for a professional Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone online for WEEKS, when we came across this store. We were able to get the Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone used (but in impecable condition) for an excellent price. A new Getzen 3062AFR is very expensive, so we eagerly bought it. As we purchased it, Gina was very helpful and gave us photos and a thorough description of the instrument. As the product shipped, we were frequently updated on where it was on its process. An amazing store.
Gina is a consummate musical instrument expert, especially when it comes to Flutes, Horns, and the litany of Brass Band instruments. I reached out via email to her business after hours and received a return phone call immediately and she proceeded to run me thru the gamut of her Saxophone collection on hand and educated me on each and every one I inquired about and lastly she offered an a phenomenal deal on a mint condition Sax that I would have been foolish to bypass. To top it all off she had the instrument overnighted to me (unbeknownst to me). My inspection proved that she was spot on in her description on the instruments condition. I can’t give enough accolades to Gina and her team. Thanks a million Gina!!!
Ordered a used king trombone. Was in really good condition. No surprise damages or anything, I’d order from here again

Hadn’t had a new epi set up yet and found this local shop. Inquired about set up schedule and cost via the website and Dave responded super fast!
Brought my guitar in. Was told it might be a day or two. No problems there. A couple hours go by and I received a text letting me know it was done. Amazing!
The setup plays great and has been much more enjoyable in lower tunings. The price was perfect as well!
I definitely plan to support this shop whenever I can and if you’re reading this. You should too!
I purchased a brand new Eastman Guitar at Monkton. My shopping experience was delightful. Dave knows his stuff and his inventory. He guided me through a number of options, the play room was perfect and there was no pressure. I will buy more things from Monkton.
Dave is a really awesome guy who’s willing to work with people to get them playing the guitar(s) of their dreams. I always feel welcome and able to relax in Monkton, and my every question will get an answer. It’s the only guitar store I ever go to anymore because my every need can be taken care of. Shop local, shop Monkton!
great place to try and buy, they know their stuff and are super nice and willing to help you find what you’re looking for. they have great recommendations and will let you play whatever for however long. very cheap for repairs and guitar work, much cheaper than other places. got my frets leveled/crowned and it sounds fantastic, however they did kind of gauge/scratch the neck on several frets. sucks, but not a huge deal as it’s not a high end guitar and the price was right ($60). again, sounds great but i would be weary of bringing a higher end model in as they weren’t very careful about taping off the neck to avoid cosmetic damage.
Best shop around!
do not take your guitars here for repair! simple jobs will end up being 2 hours in labor charges. they will take your working guitar and send you home with a non-working guitar. they will mix up the wiring on the pots. they will give you pots too large so your knobs have a huge gap underneath. unbelievably unprofessional and incapable.
EDIT: The business response is not a fair respresentation. First guitar, volume pots wired backwards. Second guitar, repair only lasted the car ride home. Second fix only lasted the next car ride home. Third fix, incorrect tone mapping and too large of pots. Every single trip a problem. Why would I go back?
