the best music store to do all your music business with .
I recommend this place to everyone and the costumer sevice is great
Good selection of drum hardware compared to other stores at this time. Drum tech was very helpful. Besides helping me pick a great drum pedal he recommended options for getting Pearl hardware that they no longer carry.
Always a solid selection of guitars. Knowledgeable staff that will approach and acknowledge you. For a chain, this store is consistently very good.
I also like this store. The only thing is, i can’t try out an acustic drum.
Good store, they low ball on prices for buys thou.
Not what it used to be.
Too noisy for me. Got a gift certificate for my grandson, and was happy to leave.
Brought a Roland 150w bass amp in for sale and was denied a bid because “it has carpet upholstery and no one will buy it because it’s old” like i bought it myself ? And it took 25 minutes for paperwork to be processed on a pedal they bought from me, same process took less than 5 minutes for me at Orange GC. Never visiting Sam Ash again, Guitar Center(s) have historically treated me much better with instrument/gear trade-ins.
2. Guitar Center
Address: 50 Boston Post Rd, Orange, CT 06477 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
A great variety of instruments and everything musical you need!
Good store.
It’s ok. Not a great selection of premium instruments, and considering the size of the place I’d expect more variety of almost everything. They need to learn how to pack a music store like the independent guys do — but they’re hard to find these days…
I came for several purchases; First, to get strings and have them replaced on my flamenco guitar. The first guitar rep didn’t know the difference between flamenco strings and classical strings. He had no clue what to suggest. O.k., never mind, I can always order them online and bring the guitar back. So, then over to the guitar tech. He insisted that the guitar, one that I just bought from Guitar Center 6 months ago needed $80 of repair and maintenance. Oh, REALLY??? Just for strings? Strike two. Over to the acoustic guitar room, the put all the quality guitars way the heck over your head and out of reach, leaving only cheap, beginner guitars within reach to play. The guitar rep there was kind enough to say “excuse me” twice when he went by me, but never cared to assist. -third strike for the store. Finally, I went over to check on the P.A. system I’ve been eyeballing since June. I was happy to see it was marked down $300 since summer, but again… NO ASSISTANCE from the rep. You know what? I’m not even going to look at the studio mic and studio speakers. I made my exit without any notice of the staff, except the girl paid to greet people at the entrance.
This has been the typical service I’ve received from all locations. I ordered all my equipment online with another company, and find it very VERY UNLIKELY I’ll ever invest in Guitar Center again.
Go to samash music in new haven.
Worst service of any store in tri state area.
3. George’s Music Center
Address: 905 New Harwinton Rd, Torrington, CT 06790 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Great shop! I went in with a list and was helped very efficiently.
Today I visited George’s Music Center because I needed to buy a capo for my Fender Acoustic guitar.
When I walked in I was almost immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman. The store was well stocked with a variety of acoustic and electric guitars and accessories.
After helping me select the capo that worked best for me the gentleman recommended I buy some picks made locally in Berlin, CT. I appreciate that this store pushes items made locally and in the USA . I was thanked for my business on the way out. An overall 5-Star and top notch experience. I will definitely return when back in the area.
Awesome place to get information and pick up an instrument! Thanks for the help!!
Nice shop
If you’re not looking to go too far to get musical instruments. Look no further. Expensive though. But if you don’t care about prices, go for it. Not much of a selection though.
Meh
This place is just awful. The owner is so rude to us that i will never go back. We rented an instrument from him because our normal music store didnt have the instrument and when the instrument broke he said it was our fault and that it wasnt covered and then bad mouthed our local music store.
After going to this place; I must say I will never go back there again. The owner is so rude and disrespectful. Its not even funny. The owner needs get off his anthropocentric state of mind.
4. Turnpike Music Garage
Address: 1485 Black Rock Tpke, Fairfield, CT 06825 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Friendly staff and good price for instrument rentals.
All ways the best
Hi Donny
A little hard to find, but owner was very helpful in my search for a solid-woods Classical guitar. Looked at a very nice A/Yari. Has some nice guitars, but he is limited by space constraints. If the f-ups in Washington and the greedy sob’s on Wall St would all drop dead, this store would have a good chance of growing.
Had an excellent selection of strings. Plan on visiting again soon.
I got My sons cello at this store and the bridge was broken and the stand
5. Guitar Center
Address: 15 Backus Ave, Danbury, CT 06810 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Well-informed staff and a huge selection.
Lessons in bass, guitar, keys and audio production.
Un excelente lugar para comprar cosas para la música instrumentos musicales etc.
Staff is cool and very helpful. Nice selections
Great staff, helpful. Would get 5 stars if the location had a bit more space/product in house. Decent parking, easy on and off from highway, close proximity to Mall.
I’ve been to several Guitar Centers and this is not my favorite. They have a limited stock of higher quality gear and focus mostly on the lower end models. I have been in twice recently and no one greeted me either time or asked if I needed help even though people were clearly available. Compared to other stores, this one is just OK in my opinion.
Chevere lugar para escoger equipos de Dj.
I was not allowed to return or exchange a music book I got as a gift, even with a receipt. The products online that I was interested in was not in the store. Their used instruments were over priced. All in all not a good experience.
Another terrible experience here. Was there for 30 minutes, not one employee said a word to me or acknowledge me at all. I was checking out acoustic guitars, some of the guitars were leaning against each other, none of them were tuned, all of them played terribly and some had fret ends hanging over, all signs of guitars not being properly humidified. Acoustic guitar should be kept above 40 percent humidity. The humidifier in the acoustic room was displaying 25 % and CF, which means clean filter. I have attached photos. Not properly humidfying your instrument can lead to permanent damage, so buying one that has already not been taken care of is not a good idea. I would not recommend buying anything from this store.
I was in at noon and 4 workers behind the counter doing nothing but fooling around ….anyway , for used gear everyone i know just goes on Reverb on 2022
6. Bethel Music Center – Instrument Sales, Rentals, Lessons and Repairs
Address: 273 Greenwood Ave #101, Bethel, CT 06801 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Great service! They make you feel appreciated and they actually care.
My go to music store for over 10 years! As a music instructor, I need a place that I can rely on to stock the supplies that I frequently use. Books, strings, sticks, picks; they always have what I need. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, it’s a great environment for learning, and they can repair just about anything. I always trust them with my instruments and have been very pleased with the work they have done. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
Cool
Good info from employees
Just stopped by quick. Had a great hour. They are the best
Instrument rentals are great for their prices
7. The Music Shop
Address: 405 Queen St, Southington, CT 06489 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
I’ve been taking saxophone lessons at The Music Shop for a couple of years at this point, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve had a few different instructors here, all of whom have been friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. The lesson times are convenient and the pricing competitive. I often say that learning a new instrument as an adult is one of the best things I’ve done for myself, and I’m glad I chose The Music Shop for this purpose!
I’ve been doing business with Scott at the music shop for years, he knows about the needs of musicians and great on any repairs or just info on your current instrument. Will hopefully be doing many more years here.
Great Place.Awesome Teachers
Great place but website could be better such as pics of some used equipment. I’m a drummer and would like to see what they have for new and used cymbals, stands, drum kits etc. And prices. I have done business with them and always had a great experience the reason for three stars is the website doesn’t do the music shop justice. All and all great store great people.
The cellos were in not in good shape and we had to pay a luthiere to redo repairs that were poorly done when we received the instrument.
8. Music & Arts
Address: 1863 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
People are passionate there ! I really enjoyed my time at this place ! Thanks again and I’ll be back soon for sure !
I haven’t had much experience with their sales, but their music lessons are top notch. We use Paul Fredericks who teaches my son electric guitar and my daughter keyboard. I’m amazed at how fast they are learning and by how much they want to go to their lessons. Because of the way Paul interacts with my kids, music lessons have never seemed like a chore to them. He also goes out of his way to make rescheduling missed appointments easy for me, which is very helpful as our schedule gets chaotic at times. Music & Arts lesson system is also easy to use and notifies me of upcoming appointments and changes. A+
Very nice selection. Their inventory covers the spectrum of all things musical. I went there for strings for my 6 string bass, they understandably only had sets for a 5 string.
The prices are ok. The parking can be tough. The person working the desk was dismissive of my questions. Not a lot of inventory on display. They seem more about instruction.
Thank you for your service n attention. Thank guys for helping me to pick the perfect gift for my wife.
Sales staff were not super knowledgable. We rented our son’s violin for school through them and billing was always an issue even though it was on monthly automatic payment. Glad the saga is over.
Don’t rent any instrument from this place. People are very rude. Calling customer service takes forever to get someone on the phone. Unfriendly customer service, supervisors don’t want to talk to customers. Find another place to rent instruments for your children.
WARNING! WARNING TO PARENTS!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR RENTALS! Should be ZERO stars.
We rented from here for 5 years, the first 4 went off without a hitch. This year has been an absolute nightmare. We rented two instruments, same address, same name, same payment. ONE account had no issues, the other the local store put in the wrong address (where we have never lived). Over the last 4 months I have called their headquarters, left messages, emails, etc. trying to get a paper bill MAILED so that I could pay whatever was owed. They were incapable of sending this, and every time I called in could not even find the right account or would tell me everything was fine and they did not know why I was being contacted. When asked why they could not have looked at our other rental account for the correct information they were stunned into silence. Absolute incompetency from the sales staff all the way up to the billing department supervisor who assigned our missing “account” to a collections agency and then gave us the WRONG agency. Save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from here.
Very bad and rude customer service, hang up my phone.
9. JC Music
Address: 529 W Main St, Meriden, CT 06451 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
We have been looking all over for piano books and they had a fantastic collection all at reasonable prices. My daughter is playing from one of our purchases right now!
Great customer service! Came in for a repair a month ago and the same piece broke again and I thought all hope was lost. I came back hoping I’d just be able to get my money back and left with a fixed guitar without having to pay again! So happy!
My son has been taking drum lessons with Keith for a little over a year. He started with Keith when he turned 5. Keith is AweSome all around and an Amazing drummer and teacher. He is super patient with children, he does a great job at getting on their level to learn and have fun. My son LOVES this guy and always looks forward to his weekly lesson. Also, the staff is great. Helpful, resourceful, talented and pleasant. We will be coming here for years to come.
Would like to obtain some nice brushes and some type of top hat set used and very sturdy since I break percussion instruments all the time when I perform?
My son, Roberto Luis and Rosa live in Meriden. Are you far from the mall? I have spent a lot of time jamming in Puerto Rico to salsa, merengue, etc but my favorite is funk like Buddy Miles.
My grandson really enjoyed the music lessons and they are very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
Never have any of the literature or instrument parts I’m looking for. Took 3 months to repair a trombone. I tried to return an item and they wouldn’t give me back the cash to go to another place. The owner has blatantly disrespected my mother on several occasions and doesn’t have much knowledge of much of anything outside of rock music. As far as i’m concerned, this is the worst music store i’ve ever set foot in and would not recommend to anybody.
Completely disappointed. I placed an order in store on a instrument that was never placed with JC music. The customer service was poorly displayed and the options they gave us was not acceptable. I asked to speak to the owner several times and would not get on the phone and made his new employee talk to me. I ended up going somewhere else that was amazing
This was a horrible expierence. They need to get their stuff together, they had already-sold instruments on shelf. They had an amazing guitar sale and when I went to buy, it was already sold! They got my hopes high and let it down and I will not give them my money any longer.
10. Connecticut Music Co
Address: Westbrook, CT 06498 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Been dealing with Rick since God was a boy. Buying, selling, trading up, and repairs all done with friendly service and knowhow. Highly recommend a stop into Guitar Hanger in Brookfield.
The whole team is great! Rick is the best. Had a issue with a guitars pickups buzzing. He brought it to the back for approximately two minutes, gave it back to me and boom, it worked just like new. Some kind of ground wire was actually missing. I recently ordered a effect pedal from Rick and it got here in half the time it was supposed to!!! Definitely will be going back there. Thsee guys know their stuff. It’s impressive. Great place!!!
What a great experience!!! I’ve only been to Guitar Hanger to buy products then the nut on my 79 Strat broke off. The question was can they we trusted with my baby. Yes they can! Rick did an amazing job. It plays better than before. One day turn around time…amazing. The cost…amazing. The conversation after…amazing.
owner is arrogant. store is filthy. selection is limited. looks like the music section of a pawn shop.
Make sure that you buy your merchandise from inside the store !! Do not get it from EBAY because you will end up with trash..
Horrible service the owner ignored me when I asked to play
12. Westbury Music
Address: 686 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
I went in today with my daughter’s violin which was bought elsewhere. It needed to be tuned and I panicked when I messed up one of the strings. I called Westbury Music and they told me to come in no problem. He tuned the violin and was super nice. He didn’t even charge me for his time. When we are ready to upgrade our violin we will definatly be coming here. Thank you so much!!!
I love this place many memories
Amazing service! I went in with my acoustic guitar to get restrung after I tried it myself and failed. They were able to find out what was wrong with the guitar and fix it and get it re strung very quickly and very inexpensive!
excellent store, good Fender Selection, nice acoustics, lessons, and school instruments.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
Ordered instrument for my son, was told to pick up the next day, went the following day to pick it up and it wasn’t there. Also bought a box of reefs for the instrument and was given the wrong kind. The gentleman that waited on us was polite, although he didn’t recognize us even though we had just been in the day before!
13. Music & Arts
Address: 989 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06107 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be coming back to them.
Quality store, professional staff, and especially helpful with younger students. Good programs for renting instruments, and they host lessons as well.
Went in just to look around and the guy working ended up teaching me a ton about what to look for when buying a piano and was super fun to talk to. Shoutout to whoever that was!
Limited retail space, but the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Music lessons are offered on site.
I have condensed my original rant down to the following- we really like our children’s teachers- but the front desk needs saving
Yeah it’s good!
Absolutely horrible service by the staff. Our son took lessons for two years and store failed to call when teacher couldn’t make it to lesson and even refused to acknowledge that his instrument had been returned when it was sitting in front of them. Sadly, these small shops are disappearing and so it is hard to walk away from one but the staff and management is really just that bad.
Very poor service. I had gone few days ago to order a rental violin size 1/16 according to my son teacher recommendations, and a violin for my wife. This week I received a call letting me know that the violins were ready for pick up.
First thing I was told when I arrived was that the violin 1/16 was not there, after I told the associate I have received a phone call, he went to check again and sure enough he found it.
He mentioned that the violin ha a tag outside saying it was 1/32, but that it was a size 1/16 because it has been measured.
He proceeded to fill up a rental contact that I signed, however I suspected the violin was indeed a 1/32, I then open the violin box and inside the violin there was a mark for 1/32 size.
I mentioned to the associate that I thought the violin was a 1/32 not a 1/16. He was visible frustrated and said that his manager had I don’t remember what degrees in music and that he had measured the violin ant it was a 1/32, he then told me that I could check online the dimensions for a 1/16 violin, which I did, and sure enough the violin was a 1/32 according to the measurements they have online. I told the associate that I preferred to wait, he replied that the contract was already done, I said that I did not care, because I wanted the right size violin. All along this discussion the associate attitude was extremely rude.
I would not recommend this store, however unfortunately there aren’t too many options available.
Unprofessional!!! I scheduled for 2 week straight for an hour due to the teacher not showing up and the second week they say no she is not on the Schedule and I need to reschedule. My daughter was already there and now has to wait for half an hour to do her regular 1/2 hour session.
14. Guitar Center
Address: 839 Queen St, Southington, CT 06489 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Went here recently to have my guitar fixed and picked up a few accessories, the staff was very nice and helpful and the manager even complimented my hat (had a band we both liked on it), i believe the repair techs name was Tim, super great guy. He fixed my guitar incredbly quick and it felt and played better than the day i got it. Overall they made my experience very good and the staff there are a bunch of great guys!
Friendly staff, helpful, overall great customer service
Good place for your musical needs, but when I visited, they had 1 person in each department, so when 1 customer had a number of questions & they might get a sale with that individual, that leaves you to fend for yourself unless you track down someone else to get some information from a different dept. If they’re busy, then you’re on the search again.
Would’ve garnered 4 stars because of their selection, but when I got the keyboard that I wanted to get (since no one was around to ask, I had to ask Google, of which helped me with particular specs), the counter person didn’t advise that I needed a separate power cord to power the keyboard (not a power synth, just a simple starter keyboard). I gave the gift for Christmas & then when they went to look for the AC adapter, they & I then found that the keyboard didn’t come with one. I have to order one now & the one that got the keyboard was stuck not able to play it on the day the gift was given since most stores were closed that day, so shaved another star down to 3 stars.
Stevvvvve
Me gusto por su varied de instruments y sus empleados.
Very small and very limited stock. Took a while to get help. They didn’t carry anything I needed (everything would need to be ordered). I just don’t understand the purpose of having a physical store if everything needs to be ordered anyways. Visit a bigger Guitar Center or order online and save yourself a trip (and money).
Found the amp i wanted, staff was too busy doing nothing to ask if i needed help so i left and placed my order with an online retailer. Enjoy getting paid for doing nothing while you can because when guitar center closes this underperforming store you will be able to do nothing full time for free.

15. Blue Bus Music
Address: 6 Prospect St, Ridgefield, CT 06877 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
A great local music store with a variety of Maton guitars, occasional performance showcases, and fab music teachers available for lessons.
I bought a Maton guitar from Blue Bus. Excellent service, excellent product. I am highly satisfied and will go back to them for my future purchases.
Good prices friendly service. Fixed up my old Yamaha acoustic guitar and got it sounding great.
Nice looking small shop with an interesting selection of off brand guitars. I always like when the smaller shops aren’t afraid to stock higher end gear. The selection of acoustic guitars especially. The pedal section could use some fleshing out.
Needed one string for my son violin rental. The lady was trying to sell me on a pack of strings that I do not need.
Bought a Maton guitar ….. company doesn’t have a clue on how to set a guitar up….. I have purchased no less then 50 guitars been playing for 50 years…. this company shouldn’t be allowed to sell guitars much less Maton .
16. Rayburn Music
Address: 22B Andover Dr, West Hartford, CT 06110 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Excellent Quality of both service and instruments.
Very friendly fast and efficient service! I love shopping local
Fast and friendly service
We rented a viola from Rayburn. The first viola wasn’t put together right (something to do with the bridge). after switching to another viola we realized the bow doesn’t quite fit with the viola.
we rented from the music store in the center and it was a great experience but pricier. though Rayburn isn’t cheap either
they will be replacing the viola once more, lets see how it goes this time…
In store service is good but can never call the Hartford Rayburn Music. Electronic voice prompts to dial 0 for an attendant but when do so it says “Your call cannot be transferred” been a customer for about 3 years. Never could get done anything over phone. Have to visit store for everything.
trying to reach the store for the past 5 months. they are not responding to email or phone call. The phone service is also disconnected now.
we are left with no response and no refund.
17. Music & Arts
Address: 99 Executive Blvd S, Southington, CT 06489 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
I was looking to buy a higher end digital piano. This was the best instrument buying experience of my 65+ years. Grant and the women working in the store were very helpful in my evaluating different keyboards. They brought in additional keyboards more than once for me to try from the warehouse. I was not rushed in making a decision. Their feedback as to tone, feel etc were spot on. Great overall experience!
Marissa is wonderful to work with. She is very helpful and knowledgeable – she is willing to go the extra mile for you.
Rob has been fantastic helping me with my instrument rental and purchase. He was very attentive at listening to what I was looking for and researched several options to me to select from. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide great insight and recommendations. He went far above and beyond my expectations and made the process so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending working with Rob to anyone!
I whould l8ke to buy aking or yamaha euphonium
18. The Music Score LLC
Address: 2315 Silas Deane Hwy, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
The Music Score is now at 2315 and under new management. The store offers lessons for all instruments (including vocal), rentals and purchases on all instruments (including pianos.) The Music Score includes workshops and classes, like Music Together for toddlers, Music Fun Time for small children, and more. Jazz Band is held on Wednesday nights, Open Mic every last Friday. Other fun times are held, like Karaoke, Music Movie night, and Game night. Events are held about four times a year like The Frozen Spring Thaw, Open Houses, Christmas parties, recitals, new years for kids, and more. This store has a little of everything and caters to people from newborns to senior citizens. When you walk in the door you are part of the family and the teachers, associates, and owners take pride in caring and educating. A true mom and pop shop who are part of the community and helping it grow.
Gil is a super friendly guy! My son really enjoys guitar lessons with him!
I didn’t come to purchase any thing but the employees were more than happy to show me their selection and teach me about the purpose of the parts on the guitars/bass.
My daughter is signed up for lessons and her teacher is great (I hear the others are as well). Just try not to deal with the guy that owns it.
Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I tried to return my daughter’s Viola due to the school no longer providing classes. It was a total nightmare to get an answer in regards to my credit. They are very irresponsible and I am very disappointed by the lack of care towards my return which was even misplaced! Mom and dad are not helpful at all and he should really look at keeping them home, they make things worse!
Arrived at 10:00am (they open at 10am, but not today). I waited and they finally arrived. All I needed was guitar strings, but they had none. What a waste of time.
19. DuBaldo Music Center
Address: 881 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Prompt and professional! Recently purchased an SBMM Majesty guitar online and it came in perfect condition with Dubaldo only upgrades, Will definitely recommend them and will be making more purchases in the future. Thanks Dubaldo team!!
I’m not sure how long this review will be, but I will say upfront that buying a guitar from DuBaldo Music was a great experience, from day one until I took delivery of my instrument, and beyond!
I ordered an Alvarez-Yairi Honduran series (FYM66HD) guitar from Pete at DuBaldo music in April 2021.
For those reading this review in the somewhat distant future, allow me to set the scene a bit:
There was a LOT going on in the world during this time. The COVID Pandemic was still raging, and supply chains were snarled at every turn.
Ports were closed, dock workers and truckers were striking or working limited hours under delayed timelines. Parts availability was questionable at best, etc.
VERY long story short: The guitar had to be hand built in Japan, then shipped to the west coast, then shipped to St.Louis, MO, then shipped to DuBaldo Music in CT before I could take delivery. All the while, considering the conditions of the world as described above.
Pete, Lisa and everyone else at DuBaldo music helped me along at every stage, kept me updated, empathized with and tolerated my frequent calls for updates, contacted the distributor in St. Louis on my behalf, and were generally very pleasant to work with over a period of just over one full year.
I will not pretend that I wasn’t itching to receive my guitar, or that the extended delay didn’t bother me. It was a maddening wait!
But I want to make it crystal clear:
DuBaldo music did their absolute best to get it to me as quickly as possible, considering the extremely challenging circumstances. I can’t say enough about their customer service. It was exceptional at every stage!
When I made my order over the phone, Pete answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with what I was ordering as far as the specs were concerned. We made a deal on a VERY good price, and the wait began.
I won’t bore with the details, but between Japan and Connecticut there were numerous significant delays. Mostly unavoidable and one or two caused by decisions that St.Louis Music made, and/or failed to communicate ahead of time.
Pete and Lisa worked through all of this for me deftly, and professionally.
I am not local to the store. I live in DC, about 6 hours away. When the guitar finally arrived, there were 3 in the order, and Pete and Lisa let me know that I could have my pick of the three. Instead of having Pete play them for me over the phone and choosing from pictures, I decided to drive up and try them out in person, and drive it home myself.
Lisa and Nick were more than accommodating, and I was made to feel very comfortable while taking my time to decide. All 3 guitars were incredible instruments and it was a tough decision. Nick provided periodic feedback and assistance as I tried them over a period of about 3 hours. I never felt rushed, bothered, or unimportant. They made sure I was attended to but was not hovered over.
They knew exactly how to help a musician pick an instrument, and it is clear that they wanted to make sure I was equipped to make the right choice, and leave satisfied.
On the way out, as they knew I was a visitor, they even provided local restaurant recommendations, since I had mentioned that I was making my best effort to eat at great places while I was on the road.
I was, and am still, very happy with the decision I made, and with the entire experience of buying from DuBaldo music.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!
My only disappointment was that after a year of talking to him several times a month on the phone, I didn’t get to meet Pete in person, since he was out sick the day I visited.
Hopefully he’s feeling better now, and if I’m ever back in CT, I’ll be sure to stop in and thank him personally!
Thanks again to Lisa, Nick, Pete, and everyone at DuBaldo for a trying, long lasting,, but ultimately completely satisfying experience! The guitar is utterly amazing and will be with me forever, as will the experience of shopping with you.
Finally got to visit after doing some business over the phone 18 years ago with Pete. Great inventory, selection and people. One of the very best examples of why we need to support local businesses and how great a family can run them!
Great service
20. Music & Arts
Address: 22 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830 , Kotaparh , Connecticut , United States
Excellent customer service even before I was a customer. They really went out of their way to be helpful, unlike the music store at the other end of town. Definitely worth visiting.
I have only had positive experiences with Music and Arts of Greenwich at 22 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830 – specifically with Marc Perler, the manager, and specifically with Charise Turner, the manager at the Wesport CT location, 413 Post Rd E.
Marc Perler and Charise Turner go out of their way to make sure you have all of the components of your rental or purchase and answer all of your questions with a smile. The rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. The music teachers are top notch, too!
Very professional. Very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone as the first place to purchase or rent string and other Musical instruments and supplies and especially to take music lessons with top notch teachers..
This is one of my Fav places to get all of my musical needs taken care of! friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great Rentals to btw
