My brother and I recently purchased an upright from Piano Masters for his recording studio, very happy with the purchase! This instrument was an instant sell because of how well maintained and in tune it was compared to many others on our search. In addition to this Piano Masters carefully delivered the piano, in perfect condition, to the recording studio. We’re looking forward to having this addition to the studio and also working more with Gregory + team for tunings. Would definitely purchase another one again, hopefully soon!
I had a fantastic experience buying a new grand piano from Piano Masters. Gregory and Steve went above and beyond to help me find the right piano and make sure I was happy with it. I wanted some custom additions to the piano including wireless connection to my computer/tablet. They worked with third party vendors to make sure what I was getting would meet my needs. They found a superior system for muting the piano and informed me of the options. They also made sure the system was installed and delivered with exceptional quality. I could tell that every step of the way Gregory and Steve were committed to making sure I would be happy with the result. And now that the piano is here I can say I am thrilled with the result. Thank you very much Gregory and Steve!
We bought our first piano here and let me tell you , I have never witnessed so much passion and customer service from any piano dealership. The love both Greg and Sako share for their art is unmatchable . If you want to experience the best sales and service team , piano masters is the place to be . Great prices , excellent service and top notch customer service . You can’t go wrong by walking into this gem !

Very professional, very knowledgeable and an absolutely excellent staff. This is the place to go if you’re serious about your instruments and the music that you play.
got a full setup on my Fender Duo Sonic and it’s never played better. thanks!
Grayson’s Tune Town is the bright spot among independent music stores in LA.
Conveniently located in Montrose, this store has practically everything the modern musician needs. The store also features a full teaching staff and can execute repairs and guitar setups usually while you wait.
Excellent customer service as the store is family owned and operated.
What a great independent music store. I drive 30 minutes each way to take my guitars for repair since I haven’t been able to find anyone good near me.
I’ve lived in the area since 1994. I’ve had a 2013 Gibson LPJ set up here ( Thumbs up Win !) before and have bought strings, cables, bass lessons for my oldest and guitar lessons for my youngest. It’s great to have a neighborhood music store within minutes from my house. I play 7 instruments and have played guitar since 1967. Good vibes with GTT up until today when I came in to purchase an EHX Attack Decay Pedal. Normally I buy pedals from Guitar Center or Reverb but I really wanted this pedal “NOW”. Everything was as usual, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service but after my purchase I quickly asked if the pedal was “New” and the sales clerk immediately replied yes. I opened the box and saw the plastic bag was faded and wrinkled as opposed to the bag that held the P/S. This would mean it’s possibly used, or a demo. The kids had to get home in a hurry so I thought I’d look at it again at home. If a pedal isn’t new and it malfunctions in some way then?? As I thought it wasn’t new but an “open box” purchase. I called back and GTT verified this and told me the pedal had been kept in the display case without it’s box which makes total sense. I’m keeping the pedal for one because the retail price for this reissue is unbelievable. I don’t think I can return it anyway because of store policy. Guitar Center doesn’t do this nor Sam Ash or any other Music store I’ve bought from unless it’s the last unit and they will tell you if the unit is not “brand new”. It’s not a big deal but I feel there was some deception and being 65 yrs old I feel I was being judged as a naive non or beginner guitar player. Looks like I’ll have to be on my toes and take my time on future purchases at GTT. Again it’s the deception or lack of info that is concerning me. This pedal is so sweet!
Terrible place. That fat kid Connor was very rude to me. Never going here again.
OK store but they should get rid of that Connor kid. He’s very rude to customers and acts like he is better than everyone.

We love Foothills Music Academy! We are so glad to have found this place. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. My son has been taking lessons with Aldo for a year and a half. He loves his teacher! We are just amazed at how he has progressed during the thirty minutes a week he has with Aldo. He loves playing the piano now! He comes home and plays the piano for hours without us asking him to and he even tries to make up his own songs. We love the little practice games that motivate students. We also enjoy doing the recitals. The owner even gave us beautiful pictures of our son performing in the recital, which was nice! We see how much love this music school
has for the students. We highly recommend this gem of a place!
Great staff and comfortable environment to learn an instrument. Good prices as well. We loved our lessons.
Fancy teachers educating us in old method of music.
