Courteous and knowledgeable, a great resource for any level and any breed of musician <3
Great service and products.
Been coming for a minute now, fine gentlemen here are always more than helpful and beyond chill. If you want quality come here if you want quantity go run to guitar center, coward. Here is me enjoying my lazy afternoon with my newly-strung bass, purchased from here with a very large window to have the said item on hold.
In conclusion, you want a friend? Come here. Want a soulless instrument? Guitar center. Choose wisely
I have been there years ago.
The staff and employee was good but the guiter instructor was so bad old white men. For my experience, one day i wanted tell him I want to quick. And I said that. And then he walks around us and said to me ” I am a good teacher…” I have right to quit my lesson and he do not have right to treared me. It was so bad happen and I very frastrate that he still there.
I wouldn’t say it’s the most amazing selection, but the staff are quite nice and the prices aren’t terrible. Descent local music shop
Horrible service. Took my son’s instrument in for two pads to be replaced. Took an entire week to get a quote. Was then given a $300 quote of all this work that needed to be done. Spent the next 2 weeks asking about the status of my repair, not understanding why replacing 2 pads was taking almost 3 weeks. They don’t call back when they say they will and I wouldn’t trust them with your instrument. We had to speak to the regional manager to get our instrument back. They were also suppose to compensate us for our inconvenience and yeah that never happened.
They charged us for saxophone lessons during the holidays, when we said we wouldn’t be there. They refused to give us credit or money back. This store never has a manager to speak to and there is no communication when it comes to music lessons.
We tried to have on-going lessons for 3 of my family members, with three different instruments. This has been one of the least professional places I have experienced. Lessons were changed, they were cancelled on us the day of, our instructor would show up late. I can’t even describe all of the ways this store has been disappointing. When I went in to cancel all three sets of lessons and get a refund on gift cards, the manager didn’t ask any questions why or even care as to why they were losing three on-going lesson students. One instructor was trying to get the lessons at his home instead of the studio. Please be aware! Try another music place for lessons.
Guitar Center has been for years the leading retailer for musical instruments, professional recording gear, and electronic supplies. It has always worked for me in my time of need for these supplies
I especially liked the courtesy and knowledge that Steve gave me at the Fayetteville Guitar Center while I was there.. he offered me to join the club for guitar strings I’ve been there many times and no one’s ever asked me to do that and he also signed up someone else to the same Club while I was there he’s an great salesman with a great personality he needs to be there every day because he is very very inspirational and pushes sales
Great staff! Always wanting to help in the best way possible.
Helpful staff.
Great place to visit if you want or have a studio
Great!
Went in to try and find a new acoustic guitar and was immediately denied service and asked to leave simply because I don’t have a face mask and can’t wear one due to mental health conditions and anxiety attacks
Wish I could say more, but the service here is almost non-existent
I called this week to inquire about a used bass guitar and the girl that answered the phone knew nothing about it. She hung up on me once. 3 times she had to go ask someone because she didn’t know the answer. Against my better judgement I said I would take it. Then she had to go find a salesman. I was on hold for a long time. I hung up and bought a bass from their competitors costing almost a grand. She just reminded me why I hate guitar center. You lose.

Good food and sales
Not a fan but the kids love it
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the atmosphere
It fast food, staff messed our order up, but we ended up with mire food…
Customer Service was pretty nice
Horrible service. Food is not fresh and order takes forever and most of the time it’s wrong.
It was for Uber
The soap machine in the ladies bathroom is broken as well as the hand dryer, how is employees waiting their hands???? Ewwww and the restaurant was filthy.

Great music instructors! Great customer service. The kids love the classes. Take advantage of the amazing deals and expose your children to the joy of music
Great experience. My son had an older guitar which I got repaired and tuned.
Brian changed my guitar strings for me and everyone was very pleasant and time efficient.
A fairly well stocked music store.
They are so nice and laid back. I did not give them 5stars only because it would be nice if they had more people to help so the wait to check out wasn’t so long.
Employees are knowledgeable.
Advertised there was an open house, when we got there they looked at me like I was lying after I came in and they did NOT greet us. I asked questions and the guy helping me was polite. Set me an appointment with a vocal coach same day and when I came back for my appointment we waited over 20 mins. I went up to the counter as a courtesy. The women continued to hold conversation as I stood there when I could have just left without saying a word. When she finally finished her conversation with the gentleman then she addressed me and I told her I will not longer be waiting, she tried to get me to reschedule I declined then left. Poor customer service and inconsiderate of others time.
I have been in here a couple of times. Yesterday, the service was bad enough that we won’t be back. I took my daughter in to grab some guitar strings and we arrived at about 4:50pm. The associate was with another customer at the register, so I didn’t think twice about the fact we weren’t greeted. My daughter and I browsed the store while we were waiting for assistance. After the other customer left, we were approached by the employee. He didn’t greet us or ask how he could help us. Instead, he asked us to leave as he was closing the store. I asked his name (Blue) and we left. Don’t waste your time. McDonough Music has always been helpful and I will continue to take my business there. There are many other small businesses that want to help you.

I have known John Attina since 1982,have bought a lot of drums and P.A gear through out the years, His reputation is top notch, his knowledge is astronomical, if your going to purchase any type of musical gear get it from Attina’s.
A very nice store thats familly owned and always happy to help.
I think the owner was very nice he helped me find the right saxophone and he helped me dodge a off brand one
Not enough room to display musical instruments. Cold hearted atmosphere
Great experience and the employees with was super friendly
Less freedom then other music stores of the top of my head how about ” guitar center” which if you google it you will find it is
no-less then 10-11 drive which is not such a bad thing when they actually allow you to pick up the instruments but besides that IT IS JUST OK IF THAT’S WHAT YOU. LIKE.
Guy was on phone the whole time…and we waited. Not sure this is the norm but it was my one and only visit
It was obvious that my presence was causing discomfort to the manager/cashier/whatever. I was not allowed to play a certain Epiphone Les Paul (not even a Gibson) because ‘they wanted to keep it clean’. I am a frikin professional guitarist with 11 years of experience and no music stores have ever denied me of handling an instrument. Highly offending for a first time visitor’s impression.
Go to Guitar Center and avoid this place, you’ll be glad you did.
First and foremost this guy knows his Stuff! He’s very professional, courteous, knowledge and respectful. I contacted him to upgrade the sound on my Polaris Slingshot. Let me say, “Job Well Done!” My sound is Loud, Clear and Thumps! My wife was impressed with the sound quality as well.
Thanks Mike.
Great service!!!
Cool guy. Good work ethic. Charged me install but didn’t install subs correctly. Had to take it to another shop to get fixed. Also mentioned he had a specific amp but when I show up he ended up not having it so he used a different amp. $600 down the drain. Drove to multiple different locations due to not having the right tools or cover for rain.
