My pet peeve is how low quality all the “Family Dollar brand” items are. Usually at a grocery store there’s not that much difference between the store brand items and the name brand stuff but at Family Dollar their store brand stuff is horrible… everything is as low a quality as they can possibly make make it and they don’t have a lot of selection outside of their store-brand junk. Very frustrating…

DO NOT BUY AN AIR MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE! I got several different mattresses from the shelf that were returned with holes in them. They just take an exchange and put them right back on the shelf. ALSO THE BOX SAID QUEEN AND IT’S A FULL SIZE. How many times do I have to return an air mattress before I’m going to get one without a hole in it! Oh and the right size would be great as well. People don’t want an air mattress with patched or unpatched holes family dollar!!! Helloo!!!!!

A beautiful and quaint small community. A post office, mini mart gas station and thats about it. Used to be a Resort Golf Retreat in 1930s till 1980s when it closed. Now the once manicured lawns are brown in summer and rely on free will & good vibrations from the residents to get mowed.

The lake is actually a man made pond for holding irrigation water for the old golf course. The lake has become an important riparian area for many species of birds, mammals and aquatic life. Btw..Montezuma has nothing to do with it.

Really charming place with good food and great staff. The single drawback is a fairly limited menu, tho everything on it that we’ve tried is Superb!
Well we must be honest and update the review. Food was well prepared. No nasty surprises. UPDATE: Food was tasty, but we both got very sick on the bacon. She got sick the first day of eating the burrito. I had the other half the following day and am currently losing some serious weight!! I started hurting within 20 minutes of eating the burrito. The fat on the bacon was brown and even my dog wouldn’t eat it. I just had a couple of small bites of the meat and could tell it was rancid! You must do better!!! Coffee was excellent. Service with a smile. A coffee on the house while waiting for my food…smart business tactics. The outdoor patio is beautiful with misters. Unfortunately with misters comes misquotes. One bit me while waiting. Cafe is a little preppy. It’s going to be a challenge to bring Rural Rimrock into the Peach Tree Cafe and balance it all out, but I know that once they do, they will enjoy the “fruit” of their labor!
It’s with very sad words that I say this.. the one gluten free idea they had, made me so sick.. I would not recommend to anyone with celiac disease. It’s with sad words because we have nothing in rimrock that is safe to eat. When I was told they would have gluten free on the menu I was so excited to have something to eat. It should be okay if you only have an intolerance though.
The gluten free cobbler definitely tasted good, but was not safe for celiac sadly.
I also wasn’t happy with my coffee, I ordered a hot mocha and was greated with coffee grounds filling the bottom of my cup, I couldn’t drink it after I got a mouthful of big chucked grounds.
The location is wonderful the building is super cute. I hope they can alter their signs and website or offer a true gluten free item. It’d be awesome to have something close.

I go to the Dollar general in Rimrock very often. Susie is a great manager and if she doesn’t have what you want there, she will try to get it. I’m not sure of the name of the tall lean beautiful girl, but she is always very helpful! They have a great team there at the Rimrock Dollar general! I would be lost if I didn’t have my DG store!

It’s you’re typical Dollar General, the employees are really friendly so that’s a plus. They have had a few a issue with the card readers and having to switch check out lanes, so I deducted a star for that. Other wise It’s pretty neat.

We had the soup, salad with shrimp & penne pasta in a garlic sauce. We sat outside. There was a nice area above us for weddings and or parties. The service was okay, would recommend they pay more attention to detail, the container holding silverware, napkins etc was spattered with old stuff on it, not attractive nor very sanitary. It isn’t hard to wipe things down. Would have given a higher rating had they paid more attention to cleanliness.
They just moved to a new location, apparently working out the kinks. They have great reviews so decided to go. Our meals took approximately 50 min on a slow night, 2 meals came out cold, another meal came out 5 min later, the last meal came out 5 min after that. The last 2 meals were hot and actually tasted good, but with waiting so long for our food, half of it was cold, and being brought out at 3 different times for 4 people, this dining experience was disappointing, especially being on vacation. We told the manager and got a meager 15% off. Hopefully they get it figured out, but until that happens I wouldn’t recommend this place for an out of towner with many other options to choose from. They were also out of a certain type of beer, waffle fries, and buns for the philly cheese steak…

Manager took order and when good arrived the order was wrong. Manager wanted to argue with the person that placed the order that she didn’t get the order wrong, even though two other people heard the order. I went up and tried to speak with the manager diplomatically and she was extremely rude and blew me off. I encourage all diners to avoid this restaurant!

8/01/21 I went to that place to get some eggs, there was a sign saying Fresh eggs, no more chicken eggs but some duck eggs, I was told they were the same as the chicken. I got a dozen for $6.00, when I got back home I verify the use by date it says 02/19/2020, I had fresher….

I stopped by Prescott Valley Music looking for someone to repair my flute. Even though they specialize in guitar repair, he fixed my flute within minutes at no charge. I will definitely go back with my guitar needs.

Sadly, and most regrettably, I must report that Russell, the proprietor of PVM, used his prior good business standing to consign, endorse, solicit, directly accept partial payment for, a fraudulently, utterly misrepresented $3k instrument, that is so INTENTIONALLY damaged (a 40” gong, sawn into THREE parts, then poorly soldered back together) that it is basically rendered useless as a musical instrument. He also personally/professionally arranged for its delivery and attested to the instrument’s ‘excellent’ condition (all in email and voicemails, still retained as evidence).
Initially responsive, and seemingly aghast, he and the seller he worked with, and as agent for, now decline to correspond or address this, each saying neither or the other is responsible.
A $3k scam?????
BEWARE!!
I think all they sell is USED. Even patch cords. 🙁 Totally disgusting and disappointed.

What a great little shop. John answered all my ukulele questions and more! I was given new ukulele strings as a gift and I asked John if he could install them for me. When he was done (about 15 minutes) I wanted to pay him but he wouldn’t take anything. Zero. All he asked of me was to take a couple of business cards to give to friends. The shop has enough stuff to fill a space twice its size. Honest and fast. I’ll be back.

wouldn’t give it even one star! I just went in to grab some guitar strings and was never once acknowledged the whole time I was there. Not even a greeting. needless to say I walked out. Not sure what the deal is in this town but I have yet to encounter any sort of professionalism with the businesses here!!!

The soundroom did great work on 2 busted guitars I had that were both broken. They got them working again and set up the Floyd roses for me, now they are playing better than ever. This is my go to for guitar repair now, can’t go wrong here great guys that do awesome work

pretty bad guitar setup. took over a day and went to pick it up and the guitar was dirty. they didn’t even clean it there was dust all over it. there was a loose screw in the saddle i had to fix. low e string buzzing worse than before. save your time and your money and go to a better place.
So, I went here for the first time and the girl behind the counter was NO help. She was too busy to get up and show me where the item I was looking for was. I will not be going back.

Great little thrift store conveniently on one of the most beautiful stretches of road in Camp Verde just a half mile north. We travel full time and often stop at thrift stores for random needs. It’s a chore sometimes though with how big and random some of them are. That’s where this place is a gem because it’s small but packed with only useful things many would enjoy, and it’ll take you minutes to get through, not an hour+. And Crystal Star was an absolute joy to chat with, she is super sweet. Wishing many blessings on this neat business! Check em out!

The expresso is horrendously bad bitter and awful only way to make it okay is to add a bunch of sugar syrups
Coffee is good, but the quantity is extremely less. It was almost half of what you get in regular Starbucks. Maybe they do this with traveling folks since they anyways won’t be coming back with this kind of service.

This store is amazing! Not only do they have a mind-boggling selection of music-making equipment, the service was a cut above the rest. My boyfriend bought an acoustic bass guitar and the owner showed him some tricks and even threw in a strap and pick for him! We were practically jumping up and down with glee! I’d make the trip up to Flagstaff again just for this highly professional store!
Excellent customer service, in the repair department, by an individual named Neil. He repaired my guitar in a positive and timely manner!
Neil was great, he not only went above and beyond to make my guitar case work for me but he is also very professional and a pleasure to work with. Neil is definitely a credit to AZ Music Pro, the staff there is always ready to help with all of your music needs. Thank you, you guys are the best 🙂

As a pro musician, this store did not have enough pro-quality stuff. Charges $12 for a set of strings that typically cost $7 anywhere else. The young red-headed dude behind the counter was condescending to me as I am female and he thought that even though I was asking for a specific set of strings that I might not know what I am asking for. Too bad…had high hopes for this place and was sorely disappointed.
I’ve never met a group of people who are so condescending, rude, and blatantly disrespectful. This business is just taking up space in downtown flagstaff that could be used for something more friendly, relevant, and helpful. If you’re going to be a music shop, teach people about music, encourage them to try new instruments, help with purchases, and EMBRACE the community.
Just bought a ukelele from here with apparent buzzing after you play for a while. When going to see if it could be fixed or trade in, the manager looked at it and played it, and pretended he couldn’t hear the loud buzzing. While other customers in the store also said they could hear the obvious loud buzzing. And responded with “it sounds like a ukulele buddy” in a condescending tone. I’ve purchased multiple instruments from here with good service from the people, but I will no longer give a single penny to the store after this rude interaction of being sold a faulty instrument and then being talked to as if I was too unintelligent to understand the sound.

Rick (the owner) is a professional in every sense of the word! His business is like walking into a mini-museum of cool and unique and vintage instruments, books, art work, and vinyl. His guitars are quality pieces that run the gamut from beginner to pro. I have been a musician for over 40 years and Rick is absolutely one of the best technicians I’ve come across…I’ve purchased 3 different guitars from his shop over the past year and I can’t wait to buy again! Please patronize the last of a kind operation!
I live in the valley where we have a few great guitar stores but Blue Note in Prescott is a rare gem. Rick the owner is a threat guy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He carries Gibson, Fender, Gretchen, Epiphone, Harley Benton, Ibanez, and a boat load of other guitars you won’t see a Guitar Center. If your a beginner to professional this shop has something for everyone. This is one of the nicest music stores I’ve ever been in. There are a lot bigger stores but none nicer. If your in Prescott and love guitar your missing out if you don’t visit this place.
This is the most professional guitar store that has ever been in Prescott. I’m talking about Prescott Music store on Goodwin St in the 1970s and every music store since.
My Telecaster’s frets were buzzing like crazy, the neck was bowed and the intonation was screwed up as well. 30 minutes in Rick’s hands and it plays perfectly.
As a guitarist who has played since Jimi Hendrix’s “Are You Experienced” was released, I recommend Rick more highly than any guitar technician I have ever known.
UPDATE: Rick turned my unplayable Danelectro into the best I’ve ever heard a Danelectro sound.
And my Gitane Gypsy guitar was buzzing just enough on the 3rd fret of the high E string to bug the heck out of me. But now it plays beautifully again.
The owner is a pretty cool guy. Very knowledgeable on everything in the store. He has also made guitars for some of the biggest names in music history.
Listed as open on Monday. Drove from Spring Valley to find them closed. Need to correct this.
The owner of this establishment is beyond rude, he didn’t answer any questions (which I believe is because he has 0 knowledge of anything pertaining to his little business) and he over prices everything. I understand it’s a local business so prices will be higher but his USED banged up instruments are at least 70% higher than anywhere else for the same NEW instruments which is unreasonable.
I’ll be shopping at a honest local music shop.
