I had been looking for a place to rent a cello for my 7 y/o for who’s been wanting to start for a year now. It was to be a surprise for Christmas. I found Danny’s to be exemplary. They helped not only with what I needed but went above expectation and quite spontaneously. As it turned out when I went in to pick up the cello after having filled out all the papers for the rental earlier in the morning, I needed to being my kiddo with me into town. The staff recognized the issue the moment I walked into the store and through a series of winks and thumbs up, coordinated getting the instrument into my car without the knowledge of the little recipient. I am absolutely going to be a return customer. So grateful. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and clever. 😉
I love when locate shops aim to please. They may not have had the item I wanted in store, but they wouldn’t let me leave without seeing, if they could order that item. They were able to beat out amazon and another instrument store that I know of, in cost and how fast I’d have it.
Stop on by and buy local. I’m glad I went and I’m glad they convinced me to stay. Otherwise, I would of walked away without a deal.

Great selection, but don’t expect to touch anything unless you commit to buying something beforehand. How in the world can you do business like that? Walked in looking for a nice, higher end, acoustic, which they have, and was met with an ultimatum of buying the instrument before I even touched it. Puhhlease.

I wanted my to get maintenance done on my flute during winter break. I had a single piece of cork pad missing and i needed it replaced. I picked my flute up and one of the keys was bent sideways and the screws had been tightened to where it was damaging the rods.
Long story short, only take your instruments here if you want them to return broken.
Stay away, poor customer service
Dear Danny. You seem to forget that we can purchase products online with free shipping and return them if we don’t like it. Your store rules are too much and your staff is too high pressure. The only reason to visit the store is to try the product in person. Your rules hinder this and therefore ruins your business. We are not bulls in a china shop. We are your customers. (We used to be your customers)
