I love the music Lenore puts out. It takes be back to a old school pop vibe. It is so peaceful and it cleanses the soul of this new school trash music that everyone likes. Her music is always very positive and that’s what I like about it.
Her voice is amazing I listened to her every night to go to sleep. I love her virtual concerts too.
ELENNOOORE !!!!
Great singer Amazing voice refreshingly unique music love at first hear

I have purchased instruments and accessories from Danny for over 25 years. His knowledge and expertise has been invaluable. I keep coming back as I know Danny and his staff will not only provide great customer service, but also, advise me of necessary accessories I might need to enjoy my purchase. I highly recommend Danny’s Music. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Danny’s music is a great music store. My family and I have bought all of our instruments from Danny and also take lessons there. The instructor is great and has a lot of patience for younger kids learning guitar like my son. The prices are fair and it is a real friendly place.
Great variety of guitars & a very helpful staff. I recommend Danny’s for any guitarists. Reasonable pricing too.
The four stars is for the very friendly young staff*
Great ! Large selection of instruments and friendly service !
Danny is a really good guy but he could do a little better on his prices but all an all he’s a really good guy! Nice shopping experience
Walk in and nothing but problems I work in the music industry and here for a show this week end looking to get some new gear the lady in the was polite at first then they made it look like I was trying. To steal and stuff like that or damage the beautiful instruments I come up and try to figure if stuff will work for my computer and stuff have to read instructions for so I open a box they tould me I couldn’t they have horrible customer service. And they are rude as can be this place if u walk in there if u don’t meet there expectations they will put u in a category and treat u like nothing they will be hearing from my lawyers with a few questions to ask shortly
You feel a bit like they are used car salesmen. They are high pressure, fast talking, slick, and pushy. You feel they are running you through a car sale, even talking about financing before you look at anything. This seems to be a common complaint but they just give a boiler plate reply”sorry for the misunderstanding.” The misunderstanding is on their part, not the customers. They dont seem to get it. It’slike they are preying on you and hope you dont catch on to the game. You feel like you’ve been a bit slimed when you leave. Chuck is ok. But you get the feeling he would run things differently if he could. He never said or implied that, but you could see it in his eyes. I’ve bought a couple of things i needed for my daughter because of their selection and special sale pricing for Christmas. Regular prices are ok. Nothing special. But they totally trashed talked my daughter’s guitar in a very offensive way by saying (after strumming one chord once) and said he refused to play it..which a couple of well experienced guitarists ( one with 60 years experience and hundreds of students taught) have complimented its sound and playability. This was done in an effort to sell us on another used guitar on their self which she was comparing to her own (which we discovered some serious problems with right when i was ready to get it…whew)…he even called the guitsr teacher over for a consult…the guitar teacher said it sounded pretty good….oops…he thought it was the guitar THEY were trying to sell. When the salesman said it was hers, not the stores, he exited quickly. They also gave us a super high quote to repair aN easily accessible cracked brace on her used backup ibanez guitar, at a price more than it cost new..mostly because they didn’t want to fool with it or they wanted us to trade it for something. Not sure. But given the very apparent difference between how they treat you and see you as a customer, I’ll go back to Vickers music in Douglas and spend my money with them. They seem to appreciate customers and try to help them find what the customer needs and wants to buy rather than push a product on a customer that the employees want to sell.
I was told to be to the store at 12 am for my son to start drum lessons. I get there and the person told me wrong. Yes I’m mad and my child is upset. I won’t be back.

Excellent music store! My daughter does guitar lessons here and looks forward to them every week. Mr. Jerry and his wife are awesome people! Jerry is very talented and knowledgeable with music and equipment. Our family highly recommends them.
I had a great experience at Jerry Lee’s Music. Everyone I met in the store was friendly and helpful. Jerry provided professional and honest advice on my purchase of a new Breedlove. If you like guitars combined with personal service, I recommend Jerry Lee’s store.
Neat little music shop with some quality products. Not a huge selection, but they have what you need.
I just dropped off my daughters trumpet for a stuck valve. I was promptly greeted with a friendly smile. When I get the horn back I will up date my review.
Nice people. They also offer classes at reasonable prices for any aspiring musicians.
If you are into electric guitars, the selection is very limited, and even the ones in stock had problems.
9. Music Masters
Address: 1806 Russell Pkwy Ste 700, Warner Robins, GA 31088 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
The staff here are very knowledgeable and always friendly. They remember me when I stop in and add a personal touch to everything they do. Music Masters is the best music shop in Warner Robins!
Very professional and friendly staff. They have a wide variety of instruments
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Went in to get some supplies for taking care of a trumpet. They didnt have a huge variety but they did gave neat grab and go packs. They did, however, have a huge selection of guitars, ukuleles and other strings as well as a few brass and woodwinds.
Great deals, great service. It’s always nice to have a local, hometown music store for that personal touch. Lessons are also available. Wish there was a bigger selection there, though–go buy some stuff there so they can afford more space! 🙂
Nice music shop. We are pleased with a kid friendly guitar lessons taught by Mr. Mike.
Update:Feb 2022. Still attending lessons and my child has taken a liking to guitar. His finger placement has gotten better and knowing the proper strings for several chords.
Very rude customer service and nasty attitudes! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here!!!!
Courteous & friendly but I wouldn’t take an amp there for repair. I was told that I’d get a call with the diagnosis. 2 weeks later I called only to be told they haven’t been able to find anyone willing to work on it. It clearly states on their website that they repair both tube & solid state amplifiers? I’m a little preplexed..
Too expensive
10. McDonald’s

Using the drive-thru, the staff is courteous and nice. Order is prompt and accurate. Burgers and chicken nuggets are delicious!
Service and good was good
Both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and dry, chicken nuggets were overcooked. Service was great!
Hit drive thru late couldn’t find wallet trying to handle as many responsibilities as possible distracted . But they were still patient and professional .thank you
They need to clean there act up poor service poor cold food employees and managers have nasty attitudes
So along with waiting an extraordinary amount of time to get my order tonight I witnessed the most disgusting display of customer service I’ve ever seen. The sad part was the behavior came from one of the managers on duty. I watched this lady drop another customer’s order (a wrap or burrito) on the floor. She then picked it up, sat it off to the side for a minute and then sent it forward to be handed to the customer. When I confronted her about it she called me a liar. This behavior is unacceptable. Especially from a manager who performed this vile act in front of impressionable young people working for her. I will never eat at this establishment again. If this is the example a manager is setting for the employees it’s no wonder the customer service overall is so deplorable. Have some pride.
Wait time, customer service was fine. They did forget to put one sandwich in the bag but I caught it before I left. The burger meat and the bun was so dry, it crumbled in my hand. Fries were fresh.
11. Jackson’s Music Store Inc
Address: 1651 Horizon Pkwy #500, Buford, GA 30518 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
Super friendly environment, true professionals willing to help with every need. I took my son’s clarinet and Doug was able to fix it in a timely manner . I would recommend their services to everyone. Great people!
I love this music store! Always great service, knowledgeable and super friendly!
I had such an amazing experience here purchasing a digital piano. The staff was professional, helpful and very efficient. The piano was in perfect condition. After two horrible experiences at Musician’s Friend, I’m so thankful to have found Jackson’s Music in Buford. Thanks again!
Great shop for band instruments as well as player instruments.
Good selection of accessories
Always pleasant – always professional and it’s been that way since I moved into the area!
I’ve read some of the complaints here and I’ve not had those experiences and I shop there a couple times a year. I also understand how smaller music stores value the integrity of their new products by trying to limit maring the guitar finish with picks. You wanna do that you’re right- go to Guitar Center.
First rate staff and ownership and first rate lessons with an experienced staff!
I’ll keep going back!
Employees know there job but convenience is a -1
If I could give zero or lower stars I would. My son’s saxophone gave him problems from the start. I was told on 4 occasions to bring it in. Today Brandon told me he would finally be in, he wasn’t. When I didn’t understand the question to do you have others I could look at, he responded “I have two eyes”. Rude beyond belief! Never again Jackson Music and I’ll make sure to share this with the band families at all the schools I work with as an administrator. Horrible customer service! UPDATE: The nice woman owner called and apologized. I forgive her and believe she doesn’t condone that type behavior.
I had been going in the store for music lessons for boys and now it is on the way home from work.. I paid almost $60 for a microphone and a piece that connects it to the speaker. I like support mom and pop shops. The microphone did not work. When I tried to switch it with the same sales person I bought it from 3days before. He remember me and accuse me of damaging it and lying about it. He pulled it up and it did not work. Instead of apologizing he said if the new one broke I could not bring it back. I told he did not need to worry because I would not be back to that store. I went to speak to the owner and she ask him to apologize which he could not do and I told her it was okay and not necessary because I would not be back. I guess next time I will order it off online and pay 1/3 the price and not get such horrible treatment.
Wasn’t treated with any negativity the employee that helped me was in fact polite. The other one just stared me down the whole time and didn’t say a word.. I see a lot of complaints of employees not giving customers the space to browse and read the owners reply to one saying “Sorry it’s called great customer service.” I’ve spent years in customer service and this was not anywhere close to greatcustomer service. The man was super polite and cool but it was as if they had no one to talk to in days and kept picking up guitars and trying to make me play them while he’s staring at me.. then finally get to “I’m gonna browse and let you know if I have any questions” 10 seconds later I’m asked about my personal travels wanting to know my life story.. Like I said all positive and I don’t mind conversating but I couldn’t even focus to pick out a guitar for myself even when I tried. I just felt like if I had some space to breathe You’d have my business and not an attempt at friendship.I liked the selection and prices but I didn’t want to be in there anymore so I left and probably won’t be back.

My daughter is interested in learning drums. Ponce has lots of little sound booths where musicians teach. She had a great lesson and we bought some drum sticks. If all goes well we’ll be buying a drum kit
My son who is 7 yrs okd. takes drum lessons with Mr.Sam .He is so good teaching him.
We are very happy.
Maestros profesionales
Good instructors. Plenty of inventory to shop.
Quick. Super helpful. Plenty of staff.
The customer service is awful I definitely won’t be back there every again
Had to make a quick stop to grab a few things. I know it was closing time. I was trying to make it quick. When they started harassing my husband reminding him when they close he left and we took our business somewhere else. Customers want to feel welcomed, not reminded how unfortunate you are to have to lock the door right at 5:00.
15. Redbox
Address: 7277 Robbins Rd, Moody AFB, GA 31699 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
Visited the Base Barber Shop. Excellent service, great trim, at a reasonable price.
We Love shopping there for everything.
Very friendly people!
Very good place to shop, (military) enjoyed atmosphere. Supply and demand. Would recommend to other military families.
3 and a half years ago you could find a pretty good variety of items comparing to local department stores but it seems now over the past year it’s slowly a reduction of stock and slightly confusing why so little perfume and cologne stands or selection.
Store kind of needs a remodel or a injection of inspiration for the sales team. Nothing moves and nothing seems to be getting refreshed with newer model items.
Very small and hours are limited. A coffee shop, Taco Bell, and a burger king are the only choices for food here. BX is tiny but clean.
Directions from google gave wrong location
Moody is set up for employees, they close at 5. Prices high and hours too short for shoppers who do not live close. Took my business downtown.
Very minimal selection.
17. Jackson’s Music Store Inc
Address: 5485 Westmoreland Plaza, Douglasville, GA 30134 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
If you need help with anything musically this is the place you need to go. I accidentally broke my granddaughter’s acoustic guitar string and needed to get her a new set. I decided to get her a tuner as well. The staff was so helpful and informed us that they have lessons there as well. They answered all my questions and helped me with ones I didn’t know to ask. Such an awesome jem, please go check them out.
Friendly staff. Nice store.
Good customer service. Very knowledge.
I’ve been here several times and they are constantly helpful and efficient. They took a look at my cello at no cost and let me know it didn’t need to be fixed yet. I appreciate their honesty.
Well stocked store, lots of good bargains, & a courteous staff.
Hands-down the worst music store ever!
I was greeted when i came in.. great!! It was my 2nd time there, I usually go Guitar Center in Marietta, to a much bigger store. But after i was helped I felt as if i was being followed around the store. Evertime Id go around the corner, the guy from the front desk would pop up behind me 39 seconds later. That WASN’T good customer service… NOT the way you wanna feel as a customer, as if you’re a threat to take something. Smdh
Went in to look for an acoustic guitar, amp and some cables. Employee with beard and glasses kept following me around but wasn’t saying anything. It felt weird so I left.
18. Music Authority Inc
Address: 123 Merchants Square, Cumming, GA 30040 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
My daughter just started lessons at Music Authority with Dawn and so far she loves it! The office people couldn’t be more knowledgeable, kind or helpful. We have had a fantastic experience so far! I’m looking forward to a long and happy relationship with the Music Authority family.
I take guitar lessons with AJ. Great instructor, very knowledgeable and patient with me. Enjoy learning from him.
Both of my children take lessons here. Right now my son is taking drum lessons with Brett. My son really enjoys his lessons and is learning so much.
I was referred to Music Authority after moving to the area and wanting to continue with my music lessons. I was a little skeptical when I arrived as I’m used to larger big box music stores like Sam Ash and Guitar Center. 2 years later I’m still a happy customer. They have great instructors all with degrees in music and actively play in places of worship and/or gig professionally which was important to me. The staff is courteous and helpful and keeps me informed on what’s happening. They do have a retail merchandise space in the front of the store that offers what I’d call a light to medium selection of quality guitars, amps, drums and equipment/accessories (NOTE: no DJ/lighting equipment, keyboards, recording or HS band equipment here). It’s very convenient after a lesson to shop and pick up those must haves. I’ve bought many things including a guitar that I’m very happy with. They’re knowledgeable, stand by their merchandise and even offer special incentives that the larger stores don’t. They have a repair and service shop that I’ve yet to use but would if needed. Don’t let me forget all the things this place does for young musicians like summer rock camps, concerts, jam nights, open mic nights and more. I wish I had access to a music organization like this one when I was a kid… I’d be a better musician today if I did. Yes, I recommend this place.
Mr.Mark is my son’s Piano teacher and my son enjoys his piano lessons.
My 10 yr old daughter and I take piano lessons at Music Authority. Our instructor, Brooke, along with a lot of practice, has taken us from zero musical experience to reading and playing the piano in a few short months.
We enjoy the lessons each week and we learn something at each one. Our instructor is a gifted teacher. She changes up the lesson plans so throughout our lsns, and at home practice, we learn music theory, practice skills exercises, and learn songs. It pushes us to go further but doesn’t overwhelm.
If your looking to learn an instrument or two, this is a good place to start. Music camps and performances are offered as well. You can get as involved as you want.
Good teachers! But watch out for their rules and policies. If your child can not make it to the lesson and you giving them 24 hour notice as required you still will be paying for that lesson. Spot holding policy here comes in like in daycare if your child is sick you still paying for the spot. Teacher cancels the lesson but you still will be responsible to pay for it. With no way to make up the lessons with the same teacher. I’m not sure why they need 24 hour notice than. Its not customer accommodating policies. There is other options out there that are more reasonable and accommodating to a realistic life
.
baD
I purchased a Les Paul signature from them, as well as several other things. They really are not concerned about there customers, I asked for a tech to look at the neck and fret board after a few months of owning it and got the same attitude. That was 3 yrs ago. I use to buy strings there also, But no more. Best Buy’s has great deals on strings of all types….
See ya Music authority
19. Canton Music Shoppe
Address: 149 Reinhardt College Pkwy #11, Canton, GA 30114 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
The guys at Canton music have made every experience in their shop amazing and memorable! Great selection and great service! They’re my new hometown music store!
Excellent products, great people, nice music store!
Great shop to deal with. Purchased a Gibson Les Paul and it was perfect as described, actually better than described! Very fair pricing on instruments. Brennan is great to work with. Well packed for shipping, shipped the same day and can’t say enough about the great service. 10 star rating to Brennan’s Canton Music Shoppe!
Great staff. Very friendly. Prices were great!
I bid 4000.00 on a Gibson Gold Top guitar listed at 4,999.00 . They countered my offer with 5,299.00?? I’ve never heard of anything like this.
The store counter to my offer was more than the original price?? That’s so wrong. Hoof luck dealing with these guys.
Not very happy with my experience here. It’s like they dont want you to touch anything. They constantly stare at you while you’re in the store like you’re going to steal something. Very uncomfortable feeling while there. Not my favorite music store!
The entire experience there is subpar. First, it has absolutely no character. Everything is very sterile and impersonal. Maybe it’s a personal preference, but I prefer a bit of an offbeat feeling in music stores. Second, I understand you wouldn’t carry instruments or other big ticket items for lefties, but picks (banjo – thumb) are dirt cheap and keeping a bag of them around shouldn’t be an imposition. Your function is to sell that sort of thing. The goal is to always be able to say, yes I have that. Third, and most importantly, the people who run it are just awful at dealing with the public. As some have said, they do comment on customers behind their backs. I have had this same complaint from people I know personally. I’m 50 and clean cut. The older guy literally followed me around the store when I visited (you can view 99.9% of the place from the counter), as if he was selling diamonds and I was going to shove them in my pockets. All in all, there are better places and better folks to deal with than these.
20. Lancaster Music Co
Address: 195 Pearl Nix Pkwy # 7, Gainesville, GA 30501 , Lanier County , Georgia , United States
They offer great deals for students who need to buy or rent instruments. The lady that helped us was very atentive and helped us get what we needed.
It’s good but do they sell drum kits
I’ll swing in here every now and again just to have a peak. Maybe pick up some picks, a strap, etc. The staff are always real friendly, I’ve got no complaints there. The place is nice and clean and always well stocked. I know their bread and butter are off of pianos and such, but I’d love to see a bigger selection of guitars and basses in here. Would bring in some business, I’m sure. Especially considering there is only one other music store in town that survived the recession. As for now, that other music store and Guitar Center are my first two stops before this one. And that’s nothing against this place at all. If you’re looking for the likes of a piano, woodwind, brass, etc – make a trip to see these guys.
Agradable
Un servicio a cliente muy amable
Nice store but they DON’T take American Express
I felt a racial divide. I was cordial and respectful when I entered the place. I played for them, the piano and sang to them and even bought something from them. They called the police on me and I was not arrested. I did not disrespect anyone nor did I hard an instrument. I sat in the police car in cuffs and then was released without a problem. I plan to take them to court.
Extremely narrow minded selection of instruments. If you play anything besides piano or high school band instruments you will be looked at with disdain. If you do play those instruments, I hope you like Yamaha because that’s your only choice.
