Skip was great answering my questions over the phone. I didn’t know what size of strings I wanted for my Bass VI and he get me to understand the differences. I ordered online on Thursday and had them in my hands on Monday morning! Thanks!
When we got there for the free lesson it was great I learned how to play. When we wanted to sign up for season they had a offer for a electric guitar. But when the worker went to get it they had no more and we did not sign up for season. The worker ways super sad that I was bummed out so she made some calls and they shipped a gutter just for me and I super happy.
great place, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable, i will be coming back for any music supplies i need.
Yay
I really want to give y’all a good rating, but I don’t understand how I can provide formal approval for my flute’s repairs, and then proceed to have to approve two more times over two more months because someone, somewhere keeps not actually putting the paperwork through? I expected a timesink since repairs take a while, but to have had my flute sitting WAITING for said lengthy repairs for more than two (three by now?) months despite me approving it three! separate! times! because someone just didn’t click a button is extremely disappointing!!!!
Do not rent your music instrument here, it’s a nightmare.
The good reviews here do not fall in line with my experience at all. And they sell instruments yet have no basic knowledge about them at all. Completely unhelpful

I got very good info about guitars and keyboards from the guys who work here. They all know what they are doing! I wish that I can learn guitar like my brother. Maybe in the future, I will come here to get my very own guitar!
These guys always have your back! Bought a guitar for my son and the price showed up different at the register. After making sure the on-sale price and the guitar matched had us on our way! Great group here!
I rented a trumpet that was in a very good shape also I needed music book on Sunday and everywhere was closed on Sunday but Guitar Center
Store is open but there is a limit how many people can go it so you might be waiting. Store requires a mask so make sure you bring one.
It always seems to take 30-45 minutes here, regardless of whether I am buying strings or making a larger purchase. They really only need to dedicate one register to quick transactions and the problem would be solved. Otherwise, it is what it should be – a well-stocked music “supermarket” where one can try out any instrument without pressure.
Lots of stuff to play with
They have great people working there, there just doesn’t ever seen to be enough of them to handle the volume. I’ve walked out without getting help or even acknowledged on several occasions. It’s worth an extra few minutes in the car to drive to a music store that values servicing their customers over running a lean shop.
When I walked in I was half greeted. Spent some time in the acoustic guitar room, no employees present to assist. Walked into the main room a few times to try and get someone’s attention. Could not find anyone to help. After about 20 minutes I left the store. Guitar Center used to be the place to go 20 years ago, seems like they have lost their touch.
It is a Sunday and I urgently need a G-String for my full size violin. The usual music store I go to is closed. Problem? They didn’t sell strings separately and the price was VERY ridiculous. On top of that, to have them install the string for me, costed $35 dollars more! My regular music store replaces strings as a common courtesy, but at least I got my string so my music teacher can repair it for me tomorrow.

I’ve known Santiago Tamaris for about 10 years.
Everytime we’ve had the honor to have him and his group at my residence the parties have been amazing.
When we have the oportunity to celebrate important events, He is the one we call.
He is always on time, nicely dressed and is a very knowledgeable proffesional musician.
Once he is hired we know, he will do his best for us to enjoy the party.
Una excelente orquesta. Muy profesionales en lo que hacen y sobre todo muy buena música.
Totalmente recomendado

Asked question via text and got a response almost immediate. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks!
This is literally the best place to get musical instruments fixed! Very nice, skilled, and musical people work here!
They were extremely helpful and kind. We are all set up with a fitted violin for music class.
They need better quility instrimunts
Bad store. Employee claimed “2 months” for a repair. But there’s a catch. First they take 5 days to perform an estimate.
I thought this was a music repair shop?
Total waste of time, don’t even bother driving here.
Not happy about when they said summer months free once paid in full … Ladies and gents not true at all. Was charged months of July and August, not happy about it. Not true to their words.
This is a great little repair shop and place to restock on instrument supplies (like valve oil, reeds, mouthpieces, etc). They have good prices and a 20% student discount on top of that. It’s a bit hard to find, but just look for the suite with a red trombone in front and a small sign on the ground. Would definitely recommend it to all musicians.
The brass specialist who fixed my trumpet was friendly and super-fast. I called up and found out they are no longer by the airport, though. They moved to 3501 West Moore Avenue (Suite H, with a red trombone in front). Fantastic service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Says open on sunday but closed. Why small ,difficult to find place

Everything is over priced! We went here hoping to get some help and all we were told was that we should go online and find a different instrument. The person they have on charge was rude and looked down on us, very poor manners, never going here again and definitely not recommending my other friends to come here!
I walked in and whoever was in charge was being really impatient with a mom and her kids. He looked past the mom and flatly asked me if he could help me, I said, “Oh I don’t mind if you finish helping her.” The poor mom. I started looking at music books and when he was done with the mom, he just started restocking and ignored me. So, I went up to him and said, “Hi! Can I ask you a few questions?” He wouldn’t look at me and replied, “What KIND of questions?”. I said, “oh..I…maybe I should just wait for the owner if my questions need to be qualified before I ask them? :/” He said, “yah. you should”! He was so unkind.I wasn’t upset or anything-I’m a really a friendly person-I was just so confused at the treatment. There was no one else in the store at 3:30 on a weekday-no teachers or students at all. All the class rooms were empty and no one was teaching. If the owner reads this, I had money to spend, but walked out :/
