My daughter has been coming here for years for piano, voice and ukelele lessons as well as been in their recording studio. The owner Robinson is hands on with her business and hires great staff. We’ve been so happy with all their services.
When I was a teenager I played guitar a lot. I never had lessons but would have really benefited from them. I ended up putting the guitar down over 25 years ago with no expectation to ever pick it up again. That is until my lovely wife bought me a guitar a couple of years ago for my birthday- which I didn’t play much. She followed that up with a gift of lessons for my birthday this year. She’s smart enough to know what I want even when I don’t know myself!
Very professional and. Great customer service with timely follow ups to questions.
They have a well-reasoned system in place here and the instruction is really really good. I am just past class three of Absolute Beginners and am already able to play some of my favorite songs. They provide good resources for learning outside of class and it really all comes down to how much you are willing to commit to practicing.

One room great sounding room, fully equipped studio.Practices are always sound awesome, great rates and you can get your session recorded with out braking the bank and the production audio is top. If you don;t try these guys at least once you will never know what your are missing and why you are paying to much for less sounding product so where else. Very very satisfied.
the service is amazing we highly recommend this company they have extremely amazing staff i wish they all catered like they love the job
Peter was very helpful with my purchase. This location has plenty of parking and they are well stocked.
Pretty easy to navigate most of the staff is friendly. I can usually find what I need ink seemed to be depleted on my last visit though. Only thing I don’t like is that the cashiers try to upsell you on everything and that’s a pet peeve of mine. I actually avoid this store because of it unless I am in the area for another reason. I don’t need a phone case, I don’t need a screen protector, I don’t need the extended warranty, I don’t want to donate to schools, I don’t need copy paper, and youbdon’t want me to do your survey believe me… holy hell I’m buying printer ink and a flash drive not a f’in Lamborghini.
I’m a rewards customer, so Staples is my go to office supply store wherever I am.
Great sale on gaming chairs, super comfortable $119.00, ¿limited time?
Christopher – inventory specialist. His customer service is the worse. I asked for help and he ignored me and didn’t help me at all. Worse ever employee at staples.
It depends on who’s working.
First day with a simple print. Two copies. Came out great. I was pleased.
Second day… They started messing up. Attempted the print/bind/cut to see if they could do it, even though they didn’t have the correct stock weight.
No charge for the attempt. But couldn’t reprint the manual as it should’ve been because they were out of the original manual paper. They owed me a manual, correct weight stock should be in the next day.
No problem.
Second day, second visit:
Different person, went to get a simple lamination done.
It took quite a bit to explain a simple print / lamination of two copies per page, single page print. Laminate with enough surrounding to allow for a 1/4″ laminate border when cut to size. I did all the cutting. No biggie.
End result…Wrong mm lamination material. No charge for the mess up. Come back the next.
Third day.
Different girl and manager behind the counter to get the reprint of a manual owed from the day before.
First print, printed back upside down from the front.
Second print ok.
After explaining the issues the gentleman had the day before with the binding cut. She intentionally did several bad cuts. I went over and showed her exactly how to do it. Successful cut on the top but the side was ruined from her first attempts. It was also apparent she knew how to do it. And considering she was successful after i showed her and she cut the top so quickly and correctly. She printed another copy.
Things started getting busy… I patiently waited. No issue, didn’t mind. Wasn’t in a rush.
Second attempt at cutting the binding she intentionally did the same as the first time and handed it to me as a finished product.
The lamination:
I cut the paper to size easily and squarely.
Come time to cut the lamination with a 1/4″ border. She literally hacked it up on the very same machine i used just prior. And yes the cutting machine isn’t in prime condition. She knows that and the machine she used isn’t designed for cutting heavy lamination. The other cutter is, which i used as well the day prior.
Worse is she tried to hand it to me as a finished product.
I asked “what the heck are you doing? Why did you do that?”
And proceeded to let her know I’m not accepting either job.
She brought it over to the manager acting like.. oh.. he’s being particular.
The managers excuse… Well it got busy. Most people leave it over night. And asked if i wanted to do so.
It’s a one page lamination split and one 62 page half size manual. That needs to be left for overnight?
I declined.
Everything would’ve come out fine had they just taken some care even if the tools aren’t in the best condition. Getting busy no excuse for what happened.
Yes, some of their gear needs attention.
But they have two hand cutters.
And the bulk trimmer will work fine if they use it properly even if the blades need sharpening.
Over 3 days and 4 trips to this Staples, i walked away with only 2 successful correct prints, one of which needs replacing.
Involving customers in internal issues in this manner, It’s uncalled for.
Intentionally wasting a customer’s time and intentionally messing up a print job that badly to the point it’s obvious it’s intentional, with management standing right there, that’s a serious issue.
I’m still out a manual. One i paid for.
I really had high hopes and was overly patient.
Until things change… It’s a roll of the dice as to whether your print will come out as expected.
As I walk around the store in a rush trying to find a product, the three employees working are all laughing and joking up at the front while watching me get more and more frustrated. I won’t be back.
8. the seed. Coffee + Juice Bar
Address: 2016 E Sample Rd, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064 , Lighthouse Point , Florida , United States
Service food & coffee were amazing. So glad we bought local instead of Starbucks!!!
Love this coffee spot! They have the best coffee and bake goods. Love the açaí bowls and smoothies too ☕️
Great coffee shop with high quality coffee, indoor and outdoor seating, pastries and empanadas with vegan options.
Great place! Love the vibe and really nice employees!! My only comment is, it was freezing inside! Otherwise, great stop! I’m definitely coming back!! With a sweater.
I am giving it 4 stars because it carries The Seed name and the marvelous pastries from Tartastic.
I was so excited about having this location closer to me.
I love The seeds coffee. In particularly their spot on smooth espresso drinks.
Unfortunately -I have to agree with an earlier reviewer who mentions the coffee pales in comparison.
Having tried 3 times their espresso, I have lost incentive to make the drive to this location- aside from Tartastic pastries.
I know it takes time to work out the kinks- but a solid coffee shop — if that is the main draw – should aim high.
I sure hope the baristas are eventually trained to meet the same standards as The Seed Boca.
The food they pick up from the bakery is delicious however the coffee is not as delicious as the location in boca tastes like a candle. The boca location raised the bar very high and I hope whoever is at the boca location shares their secret because the light house point location is closer to home for me
My daughter and I Visited the seed in Lighthouse Point a few weeks ago and left before we bought anything. Horrible customer service, everyone working their seemed miserable and not willing to help…so we left. The whole vibe was awkward
Disappointing visit. I love coffee shops and I love to support our independents.
We were 2 guests (the only 2 when we arrived) and there were 2 staff. We placed our $25 order. The register asks for a tip and considers 18% to be in return for “terrible service” even though by this point, you’ve received no service.
We took a seat up front by the window. When our coffees were ready the barista shouted from the back of the store to the front of the store “one cappuccino, one cortado”. Why, especially at a quiet time, wouldn’t they bring the drinks over and maybe even engage with new customers? Also disappointed that the coffee was served in wasteful paper takeout cups when we’d said we were staying in.
5 minutes later… “quiche and soufflé”. Got up and fetched our food. Not a word from the staff.
The 18% tip option for “terrible service” now seemed too generous. Beyond the most basic preparing the food and drinks, there was no service.
Nobody checked if we enjoyed our food and drink.
When we left nobody attempted to say goodbye, thanks or hope to see you soon. The store was empty when we left.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I hope the owner can use this feedback to improve.
9. Smoke Zilla – Vape Shop
Address: 4622 N Federal Hwy, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064 , Lighthouse Point , Florida , United States
Great Smoke shop near Lighthouse Point. Love the selection or vape product they have to offer. Professional and friendly staff. I had to drive 30 mins just to find the dummy vapes at this vape shop. Affordable prices and Highly recommend
Tosh2.0 is the best. Great selection!!!
Ms.tosh . is a very nice woman . And she is a great cashier because she can count without the cash register being rang up . And the music is an at home vibe . Last but not least all the flavors I would like are here . So there is no way you will not find your flavor .
Sold me two flavors that were not supposed to be menthol, both contained menthol. The prices listed are far from what you’re charged if you’re “not a member”. The selection is 90 percent disposables. Even then they apparently don’t know the actual flavors they are selling. Would never go back here.
Dude did not know anything about vapes, was suggesting pods for a completely different vape than the one I showed him. Completely wasted my time by not informing me till 15 min into my visit that their card reader wasn’t working.
I bought a vape here about 4 months ago. Since then I have gone back 3 times to purchase coils for a vape THEY SOLD ME. All 3 times they either didn’t have it, or the sales person that was in there, different each time, spent 10 minutes looking for it before they told me they don’t have it. Very unimpressive. I’m done with his store.
10. New Dreams Entertainment LLC

great help from sales team especially the girl with the purple hair
once again it is Laura to the rescue… she is the best
and Hector and Tony are awsome too… Larry Kenny
They allow you to pick up instruments, plug them in and play. The staff is not always knowledgeable about everything, but they are friendly and try to be helpful. Nice atmosphere for musicians. Huge selection.
My son is satisfied with the lessons. All employees and Teachers are very kind and helpful.
I like it, pretty nice place, they almost has everythings about music.
Very good service once a rep became available
good store bit there could be rooms to try guitars and amps.
I haven’t been there in a while, but the last time I was there, I was so insulted that I swore I would never go back. I have been shopping at Guitar Center ever since this experience. I went in to buy a concert snare drum stand. The drum department manager (I don’t remember his name, but I’m told by my colleagues that he still works at this location) was the only person available to assist me. When I told him what I needed, he decided that he would show me a few snare drum stands built for drum kits. I kept telling him that these were too short. It’s meant for a drum kit! The player sits at a drum kit. I needed a concert stand because I would be standing. He then showed me a true concert stand, but instead of giving me a new one, he gave me the floor model and still charged full price for it. Now, that’s called being lazy. Sure it works fine, and there’s technically nothing wrong with it, but it’s the principle of the matter. I brought it home, but I decided that it was a little too tall for me. I brought it back two days later, and I told him (drum dept. manager) that I wanted to return it. Initially, I was going to exchange it for another stand, but he decided to argue with me about why I was returning it. He told me that two, or three inches doesn’t make a difference in terms of performance. I told him, it does if I keep hitting the rim of my snare drum resulting in rim shots on a frequent basis. He rolled his eyes at me as if what I had to say was ridiculous. I looked at him and said, please just give me a refund. He then charged me for a restocking fee. A RESTOCKING FEE ON A SNARE DRUM STAND THAT HE PULLED FROM THE SALES FLOOR!!! Guitar Center has only ever been courteous in every purchase I made. I was going to go to Sam Ash to do a complete overhaul of my cymbals, but after that experience, I went to Guitar Center. Over the course of a month, I spent about $2,000 on cymbals and hardware at Guitar Center. If only I had received proper customer service at Sam Ash, they would have had my business. I now refer ALL of my private students to Guitar Center, and anything they can’t get there, I purchase for them online at percussion specialty stores (i.e. Steve Weiss Music).
El 15 de agosto compre un micrófono, el cual no funcionó, entonces me toco devolverlo, me tocó cambiar el artículo por un mixpad Samson, que me costo $189.00 y ahora me doy cuenta que en otros lugares ese mismo cuesta $136.00
I dont live there in the US. When i arrived to my country i tried to install my interfaz and i found that the protools express Nit or code was already used by someone else, so imagine how did i feel.
But well i bought a Strato, it was totally perfect and the price was good so this time I will give them 2 stars just because they sold me a Used product as a new one.

I highly recommend. I have been a customer for a few years and always a pleasant experience. Great customer service. If you need a loan or looking to purchase and of course need a trim it’s the best place hands down.
Best pawn shop in broward county. Dave is as honest as they come.
I needed some bass for my civic, and low and behold, the pawn man delivered. They have it all!
Horrible service.very condescending person likes to speak down to you like he’s in your Superior and always try to demand for respect. Respect is given you earn it.
