I called before I went and when I arrived they had what I was looking for at the register waiting for me.
The store is well stocked with lots of knowledgeable associates, though getting contacted by one is something that simply never happens. I always have to reach out to the employees after being in the shop for some time.
With that being said, I recommend this location.
Miss being able to just walk into Guitar Center, pick up a guitar, and just mess around with it! Thanks a lot COVID! But this Guitar Center is still standing and open. GC has tons of guitars, drums and other instruments, plus strings, books, other accessories, etc.. Customer service is hit or miss… depends on the employee!
Great
Not clean, not fast and not friendly. Go with your gut and order on amazon.
I bought Elixir strings which is an expensive good brand Im used with, but this time it came with defect in one string, even with the receipt I was told they dont change one string or even return the whole box with the strings, next time I will buy it on amazon they care more about custumer service and its much more cheaper..
Deserves to go bankrupt.

All the staff members were very friendly, and helpful. Ms. Erm was especially a god send. She really helped make it possible for my daughter to rent a violin. Thank you sooo much!
This music supply store has just what I need for my playing and my teaching others how to play guitar and piano. Very friendly and helpful.
Great service! They were so kind to my 4 year old who is so excited to start violin.
Do not go here. They wanted to charge 57.00 for cello strings that cost $10 online. They told us that they would love for us to show them where there were cheaper cello strings. They also said that normally they charge $114 dollars and they discounted it 40%. We looked online and saw that the same cello strings were only $10. They somehow couldn’t think of a cheaper string set that. $57! And that was discounted! If you want to get ripped off, then this is the place to go!
I called in advance and asked if they had specific items I needed that night, they said they did. When I got there they didn’t have anything I asked about in advance. The employees are uneducated about musical instruments and accessories. Go to another music store.
I have an old baritone sax. Up until a couple of years ago, it played just fine. I basically concentrate on my soprano, alto , and tenor. Occasionally I play the flute/piccolo. The bari spent most of it’s time on a stand, unplayed for a couple of years. It got knocked over a couple of times and a couple of things got bent (register key, key guard). I took it to them and they said it needed a complete overhaul. I disagreed since the last time I played it, it played fine. Even gave me the “your car needs a major overhaul and you just want me to put spark plugs in it’ analogy. I took it elsewhere and they straightened the key and the other physical damage, replaced a spring and a couple of pads and the neck cork and it play just fine once again.
I wouldn’t want to spoil a good thing so they deserve the required 5 stars. These guys are deeper into the music and repair aspect than I am. They also teach music which is impeccable.
Redlands guitar shop has everything any musician needs with a very personalized service of a small store in a big city. Andy , the sales representative is so welcoming and helpful!
Excellent music shop with affordable instruments, skilled teachers, and quality repairs. Whether you need a kazoo, a guitar, drumsticks, or a Reed for your clarinet, this is the place to go.
I don’t remember coming here but if I did I’m pretty sure it’s a cool place
. good little family shop
Nice shop and affordable music lessons.
Don’t usually write reviews but this place is so horrible I felt I had to. Took my band new guitar for a basic step up. They did a horrible job and damaged my guitar. Employees are extremely rude and the owner is the worst of them all. Don’t give this place your business.
I rarely write a scathing review, so I decided to sit on my experience here for about 3 months before finally deciding to write a review. Unfortunately, I also rarely have experiences which feel so belittling, I can’t let them go. My recent need for musical supply led me to remember the poor experience I had here….
I’m an avid guitar learner, fairly new to the scene, but not as a musician (I play piano and ukulele quite a bit). I came here looking for advice as a poor student who received an acoustic guitar for a gift, but was headed toward Flamenco style playing. I came here asking if it were possible to use nylon strings on my acoustic temporarily until I could afford a classical guitar to facilitate my style. It’s a noob question, but remember I was very new at the time.
First off, what I liked:
The place was clean, had a great selection, and nearly everything you could need in short order at a guitar store. They had more than just guitars, which I really liked, as I appreciate a wide variety of instruments. Someone had come in and was playing one of the guitars. Beautiful piece to whoever that was. The laid back atmosphere hit me instantly and I expected great things from a shop that rejected the corporate giant feel.
What wasn’t so hot:
Unfortunately, what I got was the complete opposite. I was asked if I needed help, and I told an older gentleman (probably in his late 50s early 60s) about my circumstance with my guitar, and halfway into my question, he cut me off and started talking to another employee. Note: this wasn’t the long winded version. I simply said I received an acoustic guitar, started playing flamenco, and wanted to know if I could switch out stri—…. That’s as far as I got. He called another employee over and speculated on what on object was on his counter for about a minute while I stood their awkwardly. He finally returned to our conversation, I posed the question, and he said, “No,” before returning to his conversation with the employee. He didn’t offer me any other service, and for all intent and purpose I was invisible.
Final Verdict:
Maybe this guy was having a bad day. Perhaps he wasn’t a regular employee. Perhaps he was the store owner. Who knows? All I know if that I left feeling stupid and an inconvenience to the gentleman. I loved his shop, but I find behavior to a customer who would have used his services and supplies (he’s the closest guitar place to me) 100% unacceptable for business image. If I ever return and find the service more palatable, I would gladly remove this negative review. But for the service I received….
I rate this business as 1 star and would NOT recommend using them in the future.
From other reviews, I can see this shop is normally a great shop in the community. I can only hope I find the same service at a later date.
Gouchy old man.

Herve and the team of professionals at Hammond Vintage Organs did an amazing job of repairing, restoring and upgrading my B3 and Leslie speaker. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Herve was upfront with his diagnosis of the repairs needed and the prices.
If you are looking for someone qualified, professional and honest to service your organ give Hammond Vintage Organs a call. They love these beautiful vintage instruments as much as we do.
Thank you Herve for bringing music back into our home.
Your very grateful and happy customer,

Vintage Hammond Organs, Redlands, CA BEWARE of doing business with this company I was sold a defective Hammmond A100 and Leslie 145, Organ . After speaking to a couple of nationally known Hammond technicians they informed me that this company has a very bad nationally known reputation. Here is a quote from a nationally known Hammond tech and member of MITA ” Herve Thomas is known for throwing things together and hoping for the best. I honestly don’t know how he hasn’t been sued. Neither are countless others! He stopped doing church conventions because so many pastors are after him. I refuse to do warranty work for him”. These Hammond Technicians would not attempt to repair this A100 Organ Based on this companies poor reputation! Buyer beware! I Returned the organ as of 8/1/18 within 30 day return window. Still no refund of $6594 as of 10/30/18. Filed dispute with VISA and now Herve Thomas owes this amount to VISA and still hasn’t paid the refund. Warning don’t trust anything about this company. They have a pretty website..but don’t get sucked in by it like me!
There were 2 invoices ,,one for $250 and the other for $6594…
The $250 was refunded but as of 10/5/18 the $6594 hasn’t been refunded. If you read the owners response to this review he lied by saying that a refund had been issued. WHERE IS THE $6594 HERVE??
This guy is crooked and trying to get out of the main refund….buyer beware!!!!
10/11/18 HERVE THOMAS, AS OF TODAY PER YOUR SUGGESTION I CHECKED WITH VISA AND AS USUAL YOU ARE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. A REFUND FOR THE INVOICE OF $6594 HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED OR PROCESSED LIKE YOU SAY IN YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. THE MERCHANDISE WAS RETURNED AND IN YOUR POSSESSION IN A TIMELY FASHION….YOU ARE STILL WITHHOLDING THE REFUND.
I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW AND EXPOSE YOUR DISHONESTY HERVE THOMAS UNTIL YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AND ISSUE THE REFUND……BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!!!
HERVE, WHEN YOU REFUND THE $6594 I WILL ADJUST THIS REVIEW AND REMOVE IT.
AS OF 10/30/18 STILL NO REFUND OF $6594.
WELL HERVE, AS OF 1/27/19 STILL NO REFUND OF $6594. BEWARE OF HERVE THOMAS….I HATE TO SAY IT BUT THIS GUY IS A CROOK. SOLD ME A FAULTY ORGAN, I RETURNED IT WITHIN 30 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!

9. Taylor’s Fine Violins
Address: 76 San Gorgonio Dr, Redlands, CA 92373 , Loma Linda , California , United States
I am a return customer of Taylor’s violins and have bought violin’s as well as have had an old violin repaired. The quality that he sells is of the highest caliber and his set up and repair is second to no one. For me the best thing with dealing with Lyndon is his honesty because when someone is repairing something as intimate as your violin you have to be comfortable with the fact that it will be repaired right , and with Lyndon it will.
Lyndon Taylor is a talented and interesting craftsman! I learned a great deal from him. He has spent many years immersed in creative projects and his experience certainly shows in a big way. Thanks for your time and expertise Lyndon!
Lyndon knows a lot about violins and clavichords.
10. Music Production
Address: 1274 S Waterman Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408 , Loma Linda , California , United States
Needed some violin maintenance for my son and the owner Fernando was very helpful & knowledgeable. He made great suggestions to help my sons instrument to sound better. Good prices on the items I purchased and he also gives music lessons for a low price. I’ll probably be back for a lesson soon.
Friendly, knowledgeable owner. Got my Instrument back in 2 weeks as promised. Location a little questionable.
When picking up a repair, they had someone working the counter who didn’t know 1) where my guitar was, 2) if and how I could test it, or 3) how to work their cash register system so I could pay. The employee said they didn’t really know anything and was just covering, but they had to phone a supervisor 3 times get information and the pick up took way longer than expected.
I get it, folks are busy, but if an employee is covering during opening hours they should have some base line of training… right?
Also if you’re gonna pay this business money for something, make sure you have Zelle or venmo since that’s what I ended up having to use, and don’t expect a receipt!
They also lost the little screws on the backplate of the guitar, and since they don’t do repairs on site they couldn’t replace them when I picked it up and said I’d need to pay 10 dollars and do another repair.
All that to say, the guitar does work and sound good though, but I doubt I’d go here again if there are other options.

Had a dental appointment and Starbucks is right next door so I treated myself 2A mocha Frappuccino yum yum
Everyone is always so nice at this Starbucks 🙂
Kind of bare inside, like none of the sugars or creamers were out to use. Other than that it was one of the best Caramel Macchiatos I’ve had.
I was initially going to give this Starbucks 2 stars because unlike 90% customers who came in after me I was not greeted “welcome!”. In fact I stood in line about 2 minutes before I was acknowledged and told that someone would be with me. I ended up giving this Starbucks location three stars instead of two because the person who DID helped me, did so with a smile. Although I don’t think she gave me medium roast like I asked for. Medium, according to another location said it was an even blend of flavor and caffeine. This however tasted like the stronger roast which is darker in look and flavor. Anyway the three stars is also because before I left another customer walked in right before I left and as I purposely stood there to see if she would be greeted, she was not. So I guess the greeter was just distastefully unaware of her customers entering. So sad because I will not visit that location again.
Iced coffee with espresso shot hits the spot every time!
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a coffee, tea and a shired egg at the drive thru. I ended up with one coffee and two egg and sausage sandwiches. It will be a long time before I go to this one again.
Horrible customer service!!! Customers walk in and never get greeted. Mobile orders are constantly incorrect.
This Starbucks caters to mobile orders. If you walk in and order, plan on a long wait. I was helped quickly. However, after a 9 minute wait, I asked for a refund. The refund was incorrect, and when I called the store, they just hung up.
15. Piano Rentals A Division of SoCal Pianos
Address: 24716 Redlands Blvd, Loma Linda, CA 92354 , Loma Linda , California , United States
Had a great experience at SoCal Pianos. Becky helped us find the perfect piano for our daughter. She explained the differences from each type and we settled on a Yamaha piano that was delivered today. Thank you Becky and SoCal Pianos.
The people there were very nice
We had a great experience with Gene and Leon this weekend. They were incredibly patient and helpful with our 10 year old. The selection and price are both fantastic.
they have a lot of good pianos that’s true but some of them are overpriced. One electronic keyboard I was 1000 while it is 699 in another piano store. can’t deny the fact that they do have a lot of pianos and service, but can’t agree with the price for some of them
Tell them Mean Gene sent you!
An excellent selection of pianos. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend the store to anyone in the market for a piano new or used.
Bought a used Piano at Ontaria and sales assured me they offer 1 tuning at purchase, they just delivered and didnt tune it. I called and tried to follow up but in vain. Got another person to tune it for me, and he just laughed at me because the piano was trash!!!!! Beware!!!!@
I was playing a quiet melody and they told me to be quiet. Hmmmm not sure if they understand how sales work. I’ll make my purchase elsewhere. Snobs.

They have a wide variety of foods and supplements to build a strong, healthy body, and a wide variety of foods to supplement your current high sugar and high fat diet. It’s your choice!
Great place for buying bulk foods.
Great one
It’s been almost 20 years since the last time I was here and things haven’t changed much. Still reminds me of a mom and pop store which isn’t a bad thing. They do have a lot of the products I was looking for. Although the prices haven’t changed. Currently it’s the only place I can get vegetarian food. The surrounding stores stopped carrying it.
Nice store. Great staff. Could use more department based license plate frames at least
Hospital is the best I had a liver transplant and I am alive today
The “Apple Store” manager is douchey.
I came to this store to buy earphones that would connect with my macbook. The campus store promotes itself as an “apple store” so naturally
I would assume they know apple products. I was directed to purchase earbuds from a customer service rep when I asked if they would connect with my MacBook I was told yes. I purchased them and they didn’t connect. I came less than 7 days to make a return/exchange and the manager of the apple section told me I couldn’t I return my earphones with a Barnes and Nobles receipt. I said this is the receipt I was given with my purchase and the return policy for electronics clearly states I can make returns within 14 days if unopened and exchanges if opened. I had opened the package thinking they would connect but it didn’t so I asked for an exchange as it clearly states on the receipt.
He told me that his “apple store” which really isn’t an apple store gives out Barnes and nobles receipts that don’t apply to Apple products. I asked him
Why they are giving our receipts that don’t reflect
Policies of the product they are selling? He stated very rudely “ the receipt would Be too long to reflect
Both apple policies and Barnes and nobles and that it was my personal responsibility to know the rerun/change policy.”
I asked him “Why don’t you state this to customers when purchasing apple products, so they know they can’t exchange if they open it and it doesn’t work?” He stated “it would take too long to tell Customers that and most people Don’t want to hear that”
Very poor excuses from a manager!!!
I stated I have been buying apple Products for years and have never been treated this way.
The store itself does not state anywhere written about the return/exchange policy and we are Given fake receipts that have incorrect information about the rights of a consumer to return/exchange products that do not work. This product was never used and still in original packaging. It should of qualified for an exchange.
Summary: this apple store is not a real apple store and is rented through Barnes and nobles. If you want real apple customer service which is not rude,
Defensive and manipulative then you are better off at a retailer.
I have never written a bad review like this before but my experience with this store was terrible. I wanted to make sure others didn’t buy expensive apple products from a store that doesn’t help customers, or want to educate customers on making informed decisions about the expensive products they are purchasing and not having the same Return/exchange policies as real Apple product retailers.
Arrogant female blk. manager when u go pick up uniforms and she acts like she is glued to the chair n does not have to answer any questions n take what is there. 2 diferent occasions acted like she provides a charity service to customers. Poor customer service. But super nice ppl, helpful n friendly on the apparel and check out side.
18. Shull Piano Inc.
Address: 610 Amigos Dr B1, Redlands, CA 92373 , Loma Linda , California , United States
Great piano tuning experience. Bill is like a piano historian. Look forward to having him complete some repairs.
An absolutely amazing piano tuner and rebuilder.
Great Tech
Booked an initial appointment with Bill Shull to tune a piano in Riverside. Shortly after hanging up the call, Bill requested to reschedule the date so that he could plan his day better in Riverside (apparently the 18 minute drive from Redlands to Riverside is major travel for Bill). After waiting over 3 weeks and the same day of the appointment, Bill canceled because he no longer had other reasons to be in Riverside! I guess the appointment we had on the books wasn’t a good enough reason to show up. The arrogance and lack of compassion displayed on the phone when he cancelled was disappointing. There are plenty of other quality piano tuners in the Inland Empire eager to earn your business. Bill obviously doesn’t need any more…. he apparently has plenty.
This brings me back to my younger days where I would spend Saturday looking for my favorite albums like led Zeppelin, Allman Brothers and other great bands. Take a trip down memory lane in this wonderful place. The owner knows everything and is very nice and helpful.
Great selection and even a few hard to find gems here. All of the used LPs looked to be in good shape.
Giant vinyl and cd collection. This is the place to go for vintage records. Dave is an excellent guy
It’s ok place
Neat shop, friendly staff and good parking spots in the lot next to the store.
Great staff assistance..wide selection good prices
This place apparently took the record store day pledge but is violating it with price gouging. Selling $20 records for $45.
The guy is a buttcrack and everything is overpriced even old scratched up vinyl.
