The personalized feedback and guidance my bass instructor Mark provides has helped me become a much better player. He’s able to identify areas where I need to improve and provide me with specific strategies to help me overcome those challenges.
My original goal was to develop my chest voice and reach notes that I hadn’t been able to before. Well, I have hit that goal and more goals I didn’t know I had — I’ve developed a love for those really high head notes too! I’ve been taking lessons now for the past 6 months, and every single time, I learn something new about myself and my voice. Jane is insightful, energetic, encouraging, and precise. She will get you on those notes and challenge you to go further. She’s an extremely patient teacher and mentor.

Katie did a fine job when hired as a singing pianist for our private holiday party. She provided excellent piano and vocal skills as well as being quick on her feet for guest requests and leading them in sing-a-longs. She presented herself very well, was courteous and easy to work with, and definitely helped make our event a success!
Absolutely brilliant music teacher, very knowledgeable and wonderful with my child. Takes time to explain everything in a way my child can understand and works with my child’s pace.
Can not do enough to encourage and reassure my child when they are finding the note reading difficult.
I would highly recommend Rachel, she acts professional at all times. With both my child and in communication with us as parents.

I was very happy to see a physical media section in this store as some other Best Buy’s I have visited have been lacking.
Returning a item took more than 15 minutes..very slow
One of the worst best buys around. Some of the employees are extremely rude not only towards customers but other employees as well. There was a girl named betsy in customer service who treated another employee like he did not deserve any help or her time just because he worked there. Whats worse, the managers ignore customer complaints, instead they pass it on to regular employees to handle for them, a short blonde lady named charity did this to one of her employees a few days ago when i passed by this store to buy a tv. Worst example of management i’ve seen in years. no leadership whatsoever.
Don’t buy appliances from them they have no real network to fix your appliance. Over A month with no working washing machine and its still not fixed
You feel like a criminal everything locked so you can’t read the package amd then when you leave there is a guy at thr door thay will inspect your receipt and make sure you paid for everything. Public humiliation and shaming

I take lessons there for Bass guitar, but it’s so much more than just bass. Anywhere from didgeridoos to high quality recording hardware.
They were very helpful when my son and i inquired about drum lessons. Very nice there too!!
I like coming to carltons because of its vast array of instruments and gear you can buy for your gigs the staff if very knowledgeable about their craft and you can tell they care a lot about the products they’re advertising.The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because I bought a guitar pedal from them and it didn’t work until I bought a power adapter for it when they told me
It could run on the battery alone. The prices are a little steep for some of the guitars but I do like the advice they give me and they’re very friendly.
Very convenient location and they sell my favorite beer!

Shelves overcrowded. Not enough room to walk in the isles. Cashier is nice. Doesn’t look very clean.

Worse store I’ve ever been to. I only live 3 miles from this store and I go out of my way to go to another store. Shelves are never stocked and the isles are blocked with merchandise that needs to be stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful but they can only do so much. Manager needs to hire enough people to stock the shelves as they are losing business

As a local musician, the inventory is average…I would love to see more selections. However, personal service is very good and will return often for strings and guitar accessories.

Unprofessional obnoxious and extremely rude ( Matt ) very disappointed with the overall experience. My son was so excited to learn how to play the guitar ! Go somewhere else with your children this is definitely Not a good environment for kids !

Man, I didnt know what I was getting into when I pulled up but Micah definitely got him a solid client coming back for sure. Not only does does he record, mix and master but sells beats. He has a ton to choose from and can even make one fresh on site depending on your liking. Definitely worth the shot if you’re looking for studio to record or some beats to hop on.
