Bought a banjo-lele here. Love it. Great selection of ukes.
Wonderful store with a huge selection. They took the time to make sure the instrument was right for me. Prices are excellent and the salesman did not steer us to the most expensive but to the right fit. If you are in the market for a Ukulele you must stop here!
This is a Ukulele heaven, any size and any material. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Definitely check it out if you are in search of your own ukulele.
We just caught a glimps of this place on our way home from shave ice and the shrimp truck today. Because we were on our way back to ukulele lessons at our resort, we decided to make a sharp tirn and check this place out…and boy did we hit the jackpot. As soon as we entered, we were geeeted with a nice hawaiian hello and promptly assisted in finding out which instrument would be best for our hand size and experience. Since we were here for my grandson, we got a really good deal on a ukelele with a gig bag, tuner and extra string to boot. All at a price that didn’t make you feel like you were in the islands. They even gave us a ahort tour of their valuable website full of information and learning videos. I will surely recommend this to my friends and other family who have shown interest in learning to play the ukelele.
I have been here 3 times buying a ukulele the first time and taking friends the other times and each one bought a ukulele
Giving this place a low rating – not because of the store but because of the property owner. We parked in the lot because we wanted to shop at the store but we were hungry and walked to the nearby food trucks. When we returned, our vehicle had been towed. What was the best intentions to shop here turned into a big inconvenience!
Go elsewhere way over priced and the website price is not even close to the actual price they charge in the store .
Towing scam. They will tow your vehicle. Stay away from these garbage shops

My wife and I were on vacation in Hawai’i for the past 2 weeks and during our stay on Oahu, I decided I wanted to take home a ukulele as a souvenir (I am a drummer but have been wanting to dabble with stringed instruments), and so we popped into this small store in Honolulu. I just want to say that the customer service here was so incredibly friendly and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated as an out-of-state visitor from Massachusetts with basically no knowledge of how to play ukulele or what would be a good quality one for a beginner. I love the one I took home with me and would highly recommend this store! Mahalo!
West side music..no#1…
Employee was helpful, knowledgeable about music instrument. Park right in front of store
Dropped off a friend to purchase a guitar
Bought my ukulele here with no problems. You are able to try out the instruments as much as you want. Visited a couple times before I decided on the best one for me.

Facility was organized and inviting.
Customer service was great. Was greeted upon entering and assisted when my son and I had questions about the beat machines and synthesizer equipment. They were quick at checkout and overall the team there provided a great shopping experience.
REECE and the boys at guitar center are always so helpful
I ALWAYS have a fun time even if I’m not there to buy anything, I would go so far as to say this is the best Guitar shop I’ve ever been to in my whole life ✨
(and I’ve been to more than a few)
Plenty of Aloha
Much Mahaloz

Always friendly customers just jamming out, and great customer service. The workers usually have a good understanding of the products, and they test out multiple just to show the differences. All over amazing experience, and I just bought my first ukulele there.
If you have been to a Guitar Center on the mainland recently, you’ve probably noticed the decline in cleanliness and customer service. The store is clean and corners aren’t piled with junk used gear or unfinished displays. The staff asks if you need demo sticks, cables to plug in, and doesn’t bug you after you saying, “no thanks just looking.” Its nice to have a major supply line available, let’s hope the quality stays.
Nice product
great place for musicians. lots of great brands to check out. and they let you play!
I waited for almost an hour to check out.
The Guitar Center in Pearl City could be really good. They have a lot more higher-end acoustic guitars on display than I have seen in other locations. Unfortunately, there appears to be no staff on duty.
I was not able to purchase my items because they don’t take cash after a certain time and that was weird. I felt judged by some of the men that work there. they were not to friendly on top of it all. it was not a good experience overall for me.
