Nice little shop. Great CD selection, a small but good vinyl selection. If you like twelve inch singles, then you definitely need to make a visit here.
My dad loves going here when he visits and always has long talks with the owner and has found some great CDs there.
recently discovered music zone and it is a excellent music shop for how small it is love the CD selections it gets me excited walking in there because you never know what might turn up owner is super nice the store will order you a album incase you haven’t found it yet or really want it highly recommend any music lover to go down there and check it out they also carry vinyl
This store has a wide variety of CD’s, cassettes, and vinyl records to choose from. And while the selection is great, I felt as if me and my aunt were ignored by the owners and/or workers in this store. It felt as if they didn’t even know we were even there and did not even mention anything as simple as a hello or anything. They were simply too busy talking with others about other things. It confuses me since others who entered the store were greeted upon entering, but me and my aunt were not acknowledged at all. Me and my aunt ended up leaving without buying anything, but that shouldn’t prevent you from checking out their store, there is a great selection of music there, I just did not like the experience that we had.
OMG, U want to buy everything cuz there’s such great deals. My man had to pull me outta there!
If you can deal with the fact that it’s Walmart.. at least the store’s clean. I prefer the mom and pops.
Opens at 7am, quick trip!
I’m not normally fond of Walmart. As of recent, I’ve come to hate it, ESPECIALLY this one.
For starters, the garden center. They say it closes at 7pm. My last visit, it was closed before 6:30.
Secondly, the set-up. I am understanding of stores needing to set up everything for restock. That’s retail. It happens. Here, though? They like to set up all their restocking pallets as far as 2 HOURS prior to closing, thus making navigation through the store a chore rather than a quick shopping trip.
Finally, and this one gets to me the most, the receipt check. As someone from a place where you only have receipt checks at your Sam’s Clubs, not Walmarts, this REALLY gets on my nerves. There are NO signs nor indications that you will have to have your receipt checked. Hell, at least every club store, you get that courtesy, even if it’s subtle amongst other signage there.
In short, Walmart is garbage here. You want a better store? Go down Reservation Road.
Good selection, good pricing. Whenever we go there we find another member of staff with a really bad attitude.
Can’t say enough about how happy I am with the work Luke did on a 2 older Fender Bass Guitars, completely dialed in!!! Cleaned up, adjusted necks, set up all hardware and replaced parts as needed. More than fair pricing great communication all through process and quick turnaround. Highly recommend. Nate Bradley
Cool Hand Customs really listens to the customer. Does a professional job and gives you what you want. I will always go to Cool Hand Customs for my guitar needs.
Luke is awesome!!!
He has done extensive work on all three of my basses.
Practically built the gold bass for me. Setting the neck. Installing pups, pots, wiring, sheilding, tuners, bridge and everything else to make it THUMP.
Took my 2010 Fender American Deluxe from a 18v preamp to a passive V/V/T setup along with Nordstrand pups. Had a little touch of a buzz at the 14th fret on the D & G strings that was barely noticeable. It really bothered Luke so much that he was determined to fix it. He fixed it by realizing that the strings I was using were (45-105) a tad too light for the neck. Fender specs confirmed this and the buzz is gone with a 50-110 set installed.
My #1 has had new pups, pots and just about everything else done to it by Luke.
All three are killer!!!
