Long time customer and huge fan! Well worth the trip to get the best service in the business!
Very knowledgeable staff. Great place for all your guitar needs.
Great place to get your music gear. Pete is always helpful and willing to work with you.
great selection…. but very rude. i once brought in a cheap mandolin, to see if he could help me shave off the nut to lower the action a little, but he wouldnt even look at it claiming it was a waste of time, referring to it as a fly swatter. this makes me frustrated because i dont want to spend $600 on an brand new instrument i barely know how to play. so i went to mic’d music, and they worked with me without hesitation on something very easy to do. sorry pete, but i would have expected you to be helpful instead of judgmental. maybe ill buy a quality flyswatter somewhere else when this one decides to quit working.
Bought a wonder BSR turntable. It came in MINT Condition. And plays wonderfully. Transaction and shipping were flawless and fast. I am VERY happy with this Item. PS. I love the way the took the time to pack it. I give you and A++++
Very knowledgeable and friendly. They do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a good experience. They showed my daughter all of the instruments while I was handling business for my son. Took away the worry of where she was and if she was breaking something. Thanks!!
My friend was happy with his guitar string purchase. There was also a doggo there to greet us.
Love this store
Pretty o.k. music store
Not to Skippy on restringing guitars… Lol
Staff is friendly. Helped me get what I needed quickly.
Horrible customer service and rarely good service. The overpriced Alto Saxophones had many problems that weren’t checked out properly.
This is the second time I have been here. The first time they didn’t have what I wanted in stock which is quite understandable. Well here we are again today. I walked into this place to inquire about a guitar, there were two people at the counter. Male and female, the gentleman was helping a lady, understandable, neither one offered assistance while I was looking at what they had. When I decide to leave, the female tells me to have a good day. All while they were yapping, and on their cell phone. I won’t step foot back in this so called establishment. Awful, and had the money to kindly buy something I don’t recommend.
customer service was horrible. There were two employees yet neither could take the time to acknowledge the only customer that was in the store.

New to the area checking out local places. And must say very impressed. Got a repeat customer here!
We love ProSound! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and spend time helping customers find the best equipment for the best price. Been there many times and will continue to shop there.
Cool place, great selection, knowledgeable employees
Friendly service limited selection
Decent place, but I wouldn’t buy their gaffer tape. When I peeled it off the roll I noticed it wasn’t sticky at all but used it anyway. Unfortunately it all peeled up the next day (like I figured it would). Called the store to see if they had more than one brand on tape but whoever I spoke to dismissed my observations entirely so I just decided to take the loss and purchase on-line.
Other than that this place can meet your audio and music needs, just stay away from their gaffer tape if you can….
Exactly as described product – performed perfectly – arrived super fast, great price and shipped very carefully between large bubble wrap so arrived very much intact. Highly recommend Ragland. Thanks to a great supplier.
Great service
Wide variety. Very knowledgeable.
16. Ken’s Groovy Tunes
Address: 2729 New Boston Rd Suite 36B, Texarkana, TX 75501 , Miller County , Arkansas , United States
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Robert the owner and proprietor of this fine establishment when I went to go look for some vinyl records… this man is a diamond in the rough! I definitely suggest any and every one to go check out his store for some awesome stuff and possible great conversation!
Excellent location for unusual items. The shop has a very diverse selection and an extremely nice and helpful owner.
The Caveman Consignment Company on East 7th was a unique find. I found Ken’s Groovy Tunes inside the store and it just made my day. Ken has classic albums of all genres! He was very knowledgeable of all the artists in the albums he carried. The albums were well taken care of and reasonably priced. A big plus was being able to reminisce with a fellow music lover.
After visiting Ken’s unintentionally, I was happy that I stumbled upon this place. Although I did try to email him about a peice I wanted, the email on his business card didn’t work. So I tried the website, again not working. I hope you get these things fixed…I really like the USA peice. Also please consider opening a full on makerspace. You have the talent and others are clearly interested in what you are doing.
Neat place with lots of stuff to look through.
Groovy
Times open are arbitrary. Wasn’t even able to check it out. 2nd star is for that they at least answer the phone (cell, probably) and let you know. ♀️
Hours incorrect…
We were not able to locate this store where it said to find it on maps. Not sure if it was w remodeling or moved or what exactly happened but it was a bummer.
Paul is an outstanding person to deal with. He will help you, and He will make things easier for you.
I bought some 9 mm ammunition from them and took it to the range right after I had sum ammo before hand and it cycled fine but the ones I bought from them didn’t cycle at all maybe like two or three out of 10 but the rest lock my slide I called them and I asked if they could work with me on a refund and without hesitation or either finishing my description he offered to replace it given i used half the box. I am more than happy with a 10% discount. Will be seeing him later on today.
Always great good people not like the others
Don’t be fooled by the pictures the place has probably 10 total guns in the entire pawnshop. None are desirable. But what’s nice is the owner will gladly tell you he loves “pushing a button and charging people extra to get guns shipped to the pawn shop for them.” Interesting sales tactic. Also sells Wilson combat mags for $20 OVER sell price. Would not recommend unless you are trying to find out what a BAD pawn shop looks like. Stick to Tri-State or D&D if you’re gun, knife or mag shopping.
