I’m a guitarist. What’s not to love? The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and their gear is top shelf. The prices are the most reasonable you’ll find anywhere.
Very helpful
Large selection, THOMAS was extremely helpful. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out the various musical instruments, books and paraphernalia.
There ok
Beautiful so many guitars and everything else you need
They need a Help Wanted sign. Stopped around lunch time during the week and could not get waited on. One person was trying to handle the whole back section. Ended up walking out.
A little pricey, staff was friendly enough. Wish they had a better selection.
Signed up for in store lesson on a sax and wht a big mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
I’ve called and no one is making an effort to give me a refund for services never rendered. Called customer service and was told to handle it in the store and the store manager is telling me to call customer service.
Called them both on the same line then it went to I told you to call my district manager and he never offered the number. Just poor customer service. Never was it said let me pass this over to the right people and someone will be giving you a call back or here the contact information of the department who could possibly help you.All I got was It’s nothing I can do about it.
I gooled coperate office and the number goes to voice mail. I left a message and am still out of money for service I can’t render do to surgery I will never be able to play that instrument again. So future services would be out.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with quality instruments to match.
Great guys. Got a guitar a while ago and the price instore differed from their listing online but they honored the listing’s price I saw which was lower. Also got 2 pedals today and got some things with the order. Can’t tell if I annoy the guys but they’re great and seem to be very knowledgeable.
Great staff, great prices, wonderful location!!!
This business is still currently open and operating at a new location in Semmes, AL. I would advise anybody to steer clear of Brett Harrington and Mobtown Music. He is a dishonest businessman, if he is even worthy of that title. I signed a contract with them for them to sell a couple items on consignment for me. Brett Harrington claimed the items sold and he would issue my payment to me. It has now been over 2 months and I have not received my money. He has ignored countless phone calls and texts and lied to me numerous times about getting the money to me. He always has a new excuse. I finally reached him on the phone a couple weeks ago, which required calling from a completely different phone number because he won’t answer my calls and he stated the the buyer of the items payment didn’t come through. This makes no sense at all because the payment should be reviewed by Mobtown music before the items leave the store. So now with this new excuse, I still have no money for the items that I can no longer get back and I am not very happy about the way this nightmare experience has gone down.
Buyer Beware! The owner, Brett Harrington, is a liar and fraud. He’s the kind of person who claims to have shipped a guitar while knowing he never had any intention of doing so; therefore, making a customer wait 5 months to get it resolved through no help from him. It brings me no pleasure posting this, but felt obligated to let the public know.

Ordered several times from this site, they have a personal touch with how they do business which is nice in todays world. Love Andy’s Music
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Good prices, fast shipping!
Very nice place got whatever you want music wise
good
Good product…shipping packaging sucks USPS destroyed the packaging and this is the third baton I ordered. Somehow they keep survive the beating…
“Andy’s Music”, simply awful service and a rip off. I purchased an expensive guitar (Ibanez Fireman) from their Amazon store, what a mistake. Andy’s Music claimed the guitar which was refused and returned at the dispatch office was damage and opened. After dozens of emails, they tried to charge me $100 for shipping and claimed they didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting in a claim with UPS. (the shipping was supposedly “free”) and then charged me $26 for outgoing shipping and $26 for return shipping. They sent me one terrible photo of the guitar and 8 random pictures of broken boxes to try to imply damage from the dispatcher. Their carrier, UPS mistake cost me $52.00 and Andy’s Music would not refund the shipping. I’ll never purchase from Andy’s Music again and you should be wary as well. I have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars of musical equipment from Amazon, and never had an issue until now…Andy’s Music is a rip off…
Good for guitar strings that’s about it
Once we walked threw the door, i explained what i was in the store for. However the lady act as if she did not want my kids to try out an instrument and went back and forth with reasons on why they shouldnt try an instrument. I politely left the store and will never be back. I went because i wanted my kids to have an instrument of their choice for christmas, And my kids still will, just not purchased from this store.

We are currently recording our second project at Dauphin Street Sound and could not be more satisfied with our experiences. All four sessions were extremely productive and pleasant thanks to the professional staff and positive atmosphere. They make you feel very comfortable during the whole process. And we are thrilled with how great everything sounds. Looking forward to going back in soon.
Most definitely will be back again!!! I go by DJ B Real and I’m from Baton Rouge Louisiana. I was looking for a studio to go and do my work and I found this one. I fell in love instantly!! The sound was one of a kind and the service was great!!!! I’m definitely will be back here again!!!!

Great jewelry, wide variety of items, tons of albums!
If you want it or need it, this thrift store has it. Paul has the best vinyl record selection I have seen with very reasonable prices! There’s nice jewelry too. I simply love looking around and always finding something I want or need. It feels like home!
