I was very impressed with a recent visit to West Music. I brought two bass guitars in for basic setups and the setup tech, Tony, got them done quickly and did an outstanding job. Tony went above and beyond with customer service and took the time to respond to my several questions via email ahead of time. I will definitely visit West Music in the future for my instrument needs. The showroom is nicely-stocked with a variety of different brands of gear and the staff is there to offer advice and assistance without being overbearing and pressuring.

Great selection and service
We can’t thank Patrick enough for his time, education and direction in choosing the Boston grand piano for our family. It sounds amazing and we love listening to our daughters play it! Every instrument is different, and he showed us how this one sounds great. I feel like we have a higher quality piano and sound than the money we spent.
Customer service a bit off
They have great programs from renting to learning lessons.
Acoustic and bass section was a little thin but all in all it’s a great store with great service
Not satisfied at all. We turned in our premium viola, which was bought new/lightly used, only to get a beaten up replacement. Don’t even bother emailing the company, because no one will get back to you.
Was nearly impossible to get my nephew started with an instrument and by comparison to Griggs, was just an overall poor experience. Was not impressed.
So wondering when I will receive my deposit back it’s been 2 weeks and they said it would take 4 days. My wife called yesterday and was asked to call back today and now no one answers.
