Cause I can go in a get my items and go check out and be back home with in 30 minutes
Gran sitio, no hablan español pero se esfuerzan por comprenderlo
Great
Shelves not stocked quick enough.
They do not carry a wide variety of merchandise. Checkout lines can be long more often than not.
Nice people
The worst walmart I’ve ever been too. Our economy has gotten so bad that walmart can’t afford more than one customer service person. We walk in and we here they are closed for lunch she will be back in an hr.
Need more registers open around the holidays
My young daughter and I stopped at this location while in town for a sporting event. Was in the store 15 minutes and heard one associate say some form of the F bomb, loud enough to hear 5 aisles away, at least 25 times..pretty much every other word. She was working alongside a supervisor who spoke with the same volume and equal profanity. I guess this store just employs the pure trash of the community and doesn’t care how unprofessional they are. Plain inexcusable that a person can’t shop without being exposed to such constant vulgarity.

Absolute best place to buy guitars! The people are nice, the help is great, the instruments are good quality, if they don’t have what you want they’ll order it for you, and they are just over all amazing!
We are just getting started on a new PA system for our church, but so far it has been a good experience.
Good Knowledgeable Service and a Very large selection don’t let the size of the building fool you there’s more in there than you’d think.
Great knowledge of product
Might be a great music place but I wouldn’t recommend them for your media computer needs. Ill informed and try to cut corners that don’t need to be cut.

Friendly staff. Very helpful in finding what you are looking for
They have great inventory but are very over priced. I went to get some 20 dollar mallets and they coated 50 in there
It’s a great place all repairs have been flawless the only thing is it opens later in the morning which can sometimes be a problem.
Good place to buy musical instruments.
I contacted this store about purchasing our instrument. I was instructed to contact their salesman, Mike, to set that up. He picked up our intrustment and advised in a couple of days we would hear back. After 3 weekdays, I called to check in, their staff acts like they have no clue what is happening. I must’ve repeated myself 10 times before I was told that the manager had not reviewed our instrument for purchase, so I waited several more weekdays. I called back again, got the same runaround and was told again that the manager hadn’t been in the office and had not reviewed it still. I was told she would let me know something soon, but the manager had to review it and he was out at a doctors appointment. Literally 2 minutes later, the girl called me back and said they do not carry Blessing instruments. I laughed and said okay, I’ll just have it picked up and brought back to me. Basically this company lies to customers and when they’re too lazy to inspect an instrument that they asked me to send in and then say they don’t carry that brand. Mind you, my instrument was picked up and taken to this store that is 200 miles away. What a huge waste of time and energy on my part and the salesmen. Poor customer service all the way around.
Very nice store but wasn’t able to find what I needed
I use to use capital music, but since capital music went out of business,I had to purchase a music book from Arts.well to make along story short,I purchased a book from arts when they came to our school and was told that it would be about a week or maybe two before we would get it.Well, a full month has gone by and they still had not delivered our books to our school so I called bailey brothers store and asked if they carried Standered of Excellence music books and they said that they did,so I went to Arts and insisted on a refund even though they told me they had it in,because I was thinking to myself that if you had our schools order in then why hasn’t it been delivered. By going to bailys I alsn saved myself $4.00 as well.

11. McDonald’s
Address: 1511 S Alabama Ave, Monroeville, AL 36460 , Monroe County , Alabama , United States
It’s McDonalds, but this one seems to be busy / packed, constantly.
Very friendly
Monroeville location has gone downhill tremendously since they updated the place. It took several weeks to complete but no changes in service was accomplished. They can never get my order right and its always just 1 order of the Mighty Kids Meal 6 piece mcnuggets. So now I always check before driving off due to ordering this meal and traveled home 15 miles away only to discover they did not provide the nuggets, apple slices, nor the kids toy for my son. All it was in the box was alot of napkins and a small fry. I had to go back up there and demand for them to give me what I paid for. Then the next trip I order same thing and got home to discover they gave me a cheeseburger not nuggets. Drive thru wait is about 15 to 20 minutes each time this entire past 2 months. The crew are busy playing around with one another and not focused on doing their job. Cashier always rude when paying. Then the ones at the 2nd window always look like they are totally lost at what they need to do. I’m at the point of giving up on this place cause its definitely not worth all this hassle.
Wrong wrong order as always.
Previous franchise individuals must have gave it up. Terrible and slow. I don’t know why they have 2 drive thrus if you have to wait on the opposite side of the place to get the rest of your order. Stupid!

Beats the heck out of Guitar Center. Everything was reasonably priced and clearly priced. It wasclean and had a nice selection.
Andy’s is my go-to music store. They are always professional, courteous, and friendly. Absolutely no pressure to upsell or buy now. Always a pleasant shopping experience with inventory you can touch, or play, as applicable. I like buying music equipment from a brick and mortar store, and Andy’s is my store of choice. Thanks for having a great store with friendly staff! The Boss RC500 looper I recently purchased is the most fun I’ve had lately! Huge upgrade from my RC1 (which was still going strong – just outgrew it).
The service and products at Andy’s Music are wonderful. I live in Dallas, but I shop at Andy’s Music when in Mobile because they are a great experience…everytime.
Bought several musical instruments from Andy’s, and got great service and great price. Recommend them highly!
They have great merchandise
Quality instruments and quite affordable!
Hello! I’m Rateing Andy’s Music, I’m rating Andy’s music 2 Star Because they have Rejected Mutiple people and Some of my Family Members. Just because of a Credit Check For a Instrument, I have a House with the Credit I have and I couldn’t get a Instrument. And They Basiclly could Scam Us because When they Decline Us they could still go to Out Application and they have our credit card information and They could Take or Use our Money.
Good for guitar strings that’s about it
“Andy’s Music”, simply awful service and a rip off. I purchased an expensive guitar (Ibanez Fireman) from their Amazon store, what a mistake. Andy’s Music claimed the guitar which was refused and returned at the dispatch office was damage and opened. After dozens of emails, they tried to charge me $100 for shipping and claimed they didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting in a claim with UPS. (the shipping was supposedly “free”) and then charged me $26 for outgoing shipping and $26 for return shipping. They sent me one terrible photo of the guitar and 8 random pictures of broken boxes to try to imply damage from the dispatcher. Their carrier, UPS mistake cost me $52.00 and Andy’s Music would not refund the shipping. I’ll never purchase from Andy’s Music again and you should be wary as well. I have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars of musical equipment from Amazon, and never had an issue until now…Andy’s Music is a rip off…
17. Electro-Music
Address: 209 W Commerce St, Greenville, AL 36037 , Monroe County , Alabama , United States
Opened in 1973 and has been a staple of downtown ever since. Pandemic has forced an extended closure of the location however. Opened during a time when you valued something enough to repair it instead of replace and has a great retro feel. Would love to see Greenville invest more in downtown renovation as they have some nice stores and buildings with rich history. Worth a stroll to check them out while they are still standing (some were demolished)
Great Store for all electronic repair, watch batteries and record player needles.
