I got a guitar through Music Store Live. It came damaged with a crack in the back of the guitar and a cracked knob.
I returned the guitar and apparently it got damaged again through FedEx on the return.
Their returns/tech people blamed me and tried to put this all on the customer, when in reality it was an issue with how FedEx treats their packages. The return/tech people were stubborn and hard headed.
However, Fernando Fajardo, who was the head of this, was great and so understanding, and sent a replacement without question.
Sometimes, as the customer you need to speak up when you’re not being treated fairly. It doesn’t always make you a Karen.
If you are an honest person, I doubt you will have a bad time going through Fernando. He’s a good man.

I purchased the electrical piano, Roland RP30. It’s really a good looking piano, but unfortunately, when we received it, the back board of the key was cracked (the parts already built). I couldn’t reach out to the service department so I left the review here.
Ben Anderson helped me to solve the problem. It was a bit of trouble to send the piano back, but he was so helpful and shipped the new piano. My son enjoys playing that piano so much now.
After reading such great reviews , I was looking forward to an order I placed where I was told I was fortunate and that my order was definitely being shipped by end of day. Suddenly after a followup on my order im now told my order was refunded and it was not shipped. I was very disappointed with Ben after reviewing such great reviews. What a shame from such a reputable music store. This unfortunate will be my first and last experience.
I have been trying to get in contact with this company for a week. They do not respond to phone calls, phone messages, website messages, or emails. The only way I could get information about a return is through PayPal. I thought my experience would be good because of the reviews. They show 30 day returns, but won’t respond. I gave two stars because they have some products that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

After extensive research, I purchased a Martin 000-15 from Pitbull Audio. This was after searching wide and far with many vendors for photos of the actual guitar I would receive. Customer service was excellent and they worked with me on the price following a competitor posting a slight discount. Communication was thorough and I received my Martin earlier than expected, in perfect shape. My experience with Pitbull was excellent.
Yo, this place slaps. The staff is comprised of knowledgeable, friendly musicians who all try to form genuine bonds and friendships with customers. They’re almost always playing tunes through the soundsystem and will accommodate the volume level of the jams for anyone demoing gear. They encourage plugging in and jamming and are happy to have a full discussion with you about whatever, be it musical or not. They never try to push a sale; they really just wanna make sure you leave satisfied with your experience in there. Awesome selection of gear on hand too.

This store is the absolute best. Eric Lucero-Grinberg is one of friendliest knowledgeable humans I’ve ever worked with. Very excited to get my speakers hooked up to my record player, and enjoy great sound forever. Highly recommend Pitbull Audio for all your musical needs.

Pitbull Audio sent me a broken guitar. When I called to let them know, they asked that I send it back for a refund. The guitar was apparently damaged during the return shipping process and they refused to give me a refund. They accused me of damaging it and never addressed the fact that they sent me a broken guitar to begin with. It’s been months now and I don’t have a guitar or my money back. Avoid this place!
*5/23/21* – The response from Pitbull Audio is nothing more than pure fantasy and outright lies. The fretboard had pieces missing that they attempted to hide with poorly dyed wood putty. THEY insisted that I return the guitar for a refund after they agreed that this was indeed a defect. I submitted pictures before the guitar was shipped out showing the damage to the fretboard. Why would they arrange a return if there was nothing wrong with the guitar? It’s been nearly a year and I have STILL not received a refund. I am NOT responsible for any shipping damages. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
*6/16/23* – Still waiting on my refund. It’s apparent they intend to keep the funds they have stolen.
Order product – never delivered. They us “dropship” often with no intention of making the shipping date. This is a SCAM company that does some legit in store business, but the web business is no legit. Note positive feedback is from employees.
I bought a TC Electronic Polytune 2 Mini Guitar Bass Chromatic Tuner Poly Tune on Dec 2014. They sent me a patch cable by mistake, instead the pedal. I wrote them immediately and they sent another package with correct item this time (I hope).
This 2nd package was sent on Feb2015. Almost 4-5 months have passed since then, and the package has not arrived. I bought another pedal from another vendor and I requested a refund. I will not wait any longer.
The attention I have received so far has been bad with no rensponse to my mails.
I will claim everywhere on internet until they refund my money!
