Didnt have the new J.Cole but not there fault. Artists these days dont always release physical copies. Ugh
Always a great visit at the record shop
Rolling Stone record where you go find my music.
Great old-school record store – now stocked with CDs.
I’m sad to see a place like this where the folks running it must REALLY love music–they have a crazy section of bootleg DVDs–but the vinyl selection is so tiny. They’ve got about 4 crates of vinyl, all brand-new and full price, and they are mostly reissues. I worry about them, too, because how does one stay in business with a room full of CD’s and 4 crates of vinyl? One last thing: they did have the new Baroness and a few other metal records, so if you *need something today* and don’t mind paying $20+ for new vinyl, head on over. Mostly, though, I was disappointed.
A shadow of past years. Didn’t have one song I was looking for.
used to be an amazing place to go, but the way someone will follow you around like you’re about to steal is ridiculous. Sorry y’all – I shall not be back.
I was going there one for a while to buy a cd, last month i was there three times, so the last time i was not able to listen to it because statinon was not working, i bought that cd, and it was factory damage, few days later i comeback to exchengeit (they said it is factory damage) but without the recipt they can not do it, i ask for manager, he said the same thing, it does not matter he remember me buying this one, it those not matter i show them my bank statment (i paid with my check card) nothing matter, so i ask to speak with the owner, the said i can not !!! i can not have his name or phone no !!! WTF
For $13.22 they lost me as a customer and some of my friends i will let know everybody about it. I will not leave it like that !!!
Only go if you are looking for CD’s. The vinyl selection Is laughable, and the prices are crazy. Very disappointing.

I had recieve a gift but not from best buy but they carried the head set so the sales person solved my problem . and showed me how 2 fix if it happen again .
Apple rep was very knowledgeable and the worker that helped us was great!
Awesome service!!!
Need better parking signs. Very confusing if you never been there before
Esta muy bien electrodomésticos muy buenos
Good
Would be zero is possible. They follow shoppers like everyone is a criminal. I was going to purcjase a computet but not after their shady attitudes
This is why best buy is failing.
They only had 1 guy working in laptops department. Took him a good 30 min to even get to me. And I was the second person to request assistance. The guy towards the cashiers had no care whatsoever when I asked for another person. Even though he wasn’t doing anything. And on top of that, because there was a price discrepancy between what they were selling me a computer for vs what the price online was (wasn’t an online only price), they tell me I to wait an additional 15 min to get the price adjusted in the system. That’s complete BS. Because of the lack of customer service, I won’t be going back.

Address: 4110 N Nashville Ave, Chicago, IL 60634 , Norridge , Illinois , United States
Great shop. Best place to get used gear for good prices. Always stocked with interesting and unique guitars. Go here and skip guitar center.
Fair prices. Extremely knowledgeable staff
Best guitar shop in chicago for vintage amd used gear. Nicest guys around. One of the last TRUE local music shops left.
Greetings, this is the place to shop for music gear. I bought 2 gibson les pauls , gibson explorer , marshall cab., and a few pedals from here. Great prices ,wayne and rich are fantasic guys. Thanks
Lots of good vintage gear ,reasonably priced.
Wished they had a better selection of lefty guitars, which is to say, I wish they had ANY lefty guitars for sale. However, I can’t imagine they have a lot of demand for them so you can’t blame them and I haven’t found other stores being more accommodating so whatever. Very friendly and approachable people with no pressure to buy anything and they’ll give you great advice.
Disappointed that they closed earlier than what is writen on the door. Drove through traffic for nothing. Call first before coming if its 2 hours before closing. 2 stars because I wasted my time. Decent prices though. You’ll never know what you can find.
This used to be my favorite spot. I bought a Riviera there a few months ago, a G&L ASAT about a year before that and a 70’s Twin Reverb there a couple years ago. Loved the place, cool down to earth rock and roller types who don’t mind stopping in back for a smoke. They actually MOVE gear too, it won’t be the same pieces every time you drop in! Now, I’m the type of guy who almost has his mind made up before stepping in the door so I just stop by for a few minutes specifically to buy something with cash in hand, not a tire kickin small talker, perfect customer, right?
Well, not anymore, not after what happened today.
I went in two days ago and found a synthesizer (cz3000) and made up my mind to buy it. But, I figured I’d see what they’d give me on a trade in for a nice keyboard I don’t use (Roland D50) and asked. One of the fellas said “yeah, we used to sell those used for 4 to six hundred but you have to come back Monday when the owner is here”
Cool, so I extend my rental car one more day, grab a few hundred bucks out of the ATM so I can buy the Casio even if they don’t want the D50, and make the trek up from West Town. I walk in, the same fella points me towards the owner. He says “are you looking to sell? I don’t really do these keyboards anymore” …even though there’s about 10 in the store. I say “well maybe a trade in or cash” He instructs me to put the keyboard on an amp to show him then says, naturally, “How much you looking for” …well, it’s 2015 and the only way to gauge market value of synths is eBay so I casually said “um, they go for 4 to 600 on eBay” expecting to reply with the standard I can only sell it for such and such low ball offer, which would have been okay with me cause I liked the place.
His response: ” I don’t want to even look at it, get it out of here” walks away and yells “I won’t give you ten ****ing dollars” then continues “I’m ****ing sick of this eBay ****.”
I didn’t ask for that, didn’t even commit to selling, I really just wanted the Casio at the slightly high price they had on it so I wouldn’t have to risk craigslist or shipping damages from buying online. So I just picked up my heavy D50 and walked out without playing his juvenile “who’s the bigger man” type of game. I’m upset I always recommended this place all my musician buddies but oh well, it is what it is.
6. Big Cloud Vape & Tobacco – Norridge
Address: 4950 N Cumberland Ave #5, Norridge, IL 60706 , Norridge , Illinois , United States
Excellent customer service from the guy with glasses, but the other thin guy I had told him 2 previous different brands of Delta 8 carts where leaking, and he dismissed it . When I walked in I noticed on the glass shelf the TreeTop Carts were leaking like crazy , most likely due to being stored in heat. They are good people and a clean store with gigantic inventory , but I would stay away from carts in this store. Today is the third time I bought a different brand of carts and they leaked again . Specifically TreeTop , Cake , Urb & 8ball. They all leaked.
Even though most of these modern head shop such as these carry the same stuff..I like their professional no nonsense demeanor. I’m in and out always quick.
No masks inside????? Thanks
They do not open on time which is very unprofessional they don’t even have a sign that says what times they open or an automated phone message that says the time was trying to buy something in a rush and waited outside for them to open but they never did.
Lots of fake vapes. Do not buy from here.
Terrible all vapes were burnt. Finally got one that tasted okay in the store then 5 hits later the vape tasted completely burnt. Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could
7. Flatts and Sharpe Music Co.
Address: 6139 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago, IL 60631 , Norridge , Illinois , United States
Best family dollar ever! Great customer service and the store is so clean and neat!
It so big and clean.I could shop there for hours.
it’s big and clean but alot of empty spaces
Terrible customer service.
we went to the store one of the workers was following us around and accused us of stealing and told us if we need to hurry up and go pay and leave or else he’s gonna call the cops, just bc we’re muslims doesn’t mean we steal, and the other workers were just staring while this was happening. worst customer service ever.
Smells really bad, my eyes were burning
Needs more products
10. Target
Address: 4050 N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706 , Norridge , Illinois , United States
I enjoy shopping at target. Clean stores, reasonable prices.
Found what I was looking for and more!
Always find quality items
This store is located in the Harlem & Irving mall. Therefore, lots of parking inside or out.
This is one of the smaller stores in the area, so their selection of merchandise is limited. They did not have the item I was looking for, but bought a substitute.
They also never seem to have enough registers open as there is always a wait in line.
#CityExperts. @Localguides
I’ve shopped here for yeqrs, but it seems now, everything is a hot mess and unorganized.
I wish they had a bit more experienced workers at the checkout stations. We have had a few issues and recently watched the lady in front of us experience a misunderstanding during our last visit.
Horrible customer service. Litterally was going to purchase when the employee with a bald head cussed us out… never EVER comming back.
This place needs some self checkout counters. It’s in the middle of a mall yet only two cashier stations were open during a weekend day, when more people are out shopping. One shouldn’t have to wait 10+ minutes in line to pay for two items.
rude and unfriendly staff. Not helpful at all. Return not accepted.
They only acting like want help customers. Simply do not buy from target at all. Not recommended at all. Time and money lost.
