When you come into the store you are welcomed by helpful employees. If you are just picking up an order you are assigned an employee to get your item and out you go. Just remember your face mask…they will remind you.

We need stores like Best Buy. They consistently offer good prices on products and you’re actually able to see touch or hear what you’re looking at. I had to purchase several televisions for classrooms and while I could have ordered them online, the price was just as good at Best Buy and I actually got to talk to someone about the products. Their delivery service was free, and they arrived within the given time frame. The delivery crew was helpful and courteous.
Terrible service, terrible policies, terrible products. Buyer Beware. I purchased over $10K in appliances in December of 2022 and they would not honor the $300 worth of so-called ‘reward’ certificates toward a future purchase less than six months later. Shame on you.After waiting nearly a year for my appliances, thanks for nothing! I am closing all Best Buy accounts and will never purchase another item from Best Buy again.
Hands down the worst Best Buy. Do not order online and expect to return the item that day. Apparently there is a layover time and the app that the company runs does not add up time wise to the store. Let me make this make more sense. So the obnoxious Nintendo switch wheels that are meant for Mario kart do not even work with the game properly so when I returned it after the 15 days only they wanted to issue me a store credit when it was purchased on my Best Buy card. So now my new purchase that I went to go pick up that I ordered under convenient app I can’t return it until now Monday so inconvenient so annoying I live nowhere near the obnoxious place and I don’t wanna return but unfortunately I have to go back makes makes no sense. Get a new manager. Worthless.

Superb musicians, duo and individuals. No hesitation on my part to recommend both Angela and Jonathan for any endeavor they pursue. Both individuals have music in their heart, and you see this in everything they play. They are not only intelligent but also professional, kind, loving and talented individuals as well as gifted musicians. I have now heard the GS Duo perform three times and am already looking forward to hearing them again and for the release of their Christmas CD! They create musicscapes that transport the listener to different worlds – from contemplative cascades to rivoting Latin rhythmic fiestas. Sarasota is blessed to have these talented, versatile musicians as locals!
John and Angela truly helped make my wedding a special and successful event! They are as technically precise as they are musically sensitive. They were happy to accommodate our requests in addition to their deep catalog of arranged standards and duet repertoire. I highly recommend them for special events, public and private functions or any other venue where nothing but the best will do.
Andres is one of the most unique talented live musicians we have seen! We would absolutely hire for a private event. We love to go to his gigs around Sarasota. He is a well rounded musician, engaging, funny, and an absolute delight.
I love hearing Andres play in town! I also love his YouTube videos as they are very entertaining and personal. If you haven’t been to one of his gigs yet, you better plan to go to one soon!

I have an old Wurlitzer piano that was terribly out of tune. Anthony was punctual and proffesionaly presentable.
He got my piano precisely tuned and ready for my daily piano practice.
In exactly one year I will contact Anthony for my second Wurlitzer piano tuning !

Very nice store with great pianos and friendly staff. That being said when the store has a piano competition and the one and only single judge chooses the 2 winners who messed up on multiple occasions, played before the competition (not allowed per store) and actually started their pieces over 2 students who played flawlessly, something really stinks. It’s a shame, it could have been a great event.

I went in and asked a million questions viewd half of every guitar there . sold them 2 guitar and left with the most beautifull fender ever made well to me atleast. The guy who took care of me was so cool and showed me the difference between different guitars and their sounds. I love it at sam ash

Well the selection of the merchandise was good. But 1-2 employees were down right rude. The greeter looked depressed or something and didnt even talk (other greeters were great). Overall it was an interesting experience!
I used to shop here regularly before the pandemic and left because of two employees (Jeff and Brandon) who seemed more focused on a commission than customer service. I thought I would give Sam Ash another try. I walked in around 1:00 on a Sunday, empty handed, looking for a bass amp. No one said hello as I walked in and I shopped for about 15 minutes. Not once did any employee acknowledge me being in the store. Two other people walked in and both were greeted and helped. The second people that walked in were a mother and son looking for a bass and amp for a beginner. They stood directly in front of me and the employee still didn’t even glance my way. As I was walking out one of the employees finally said ” how are you doing,man”. I will give everyone a second chance and this was their second chance. I hoped that things would change but obviously they hadn’t. If you don’t care how you are treated and just want to walk in and out then this might be your place. I personally want an overall great experience and this doesn’t happen here, at least for me. I have been shopping at Music-Go- Round and they are awesome. Check them out and stay away from Sam Ash.

Hatley Band has played at our Bradenton Beach restaurant (Wicked Cantina) for years, and they are absolutely the fan favorite! Their song choices are perfect for those wanting to have a great time, plus Carl engages the crowd and – YES – brings the cowbell. We highly recommend them and hope to continue working together for many years to come!

Billy Lyon Band did an excellent job at our grand opening event! We are a brand new apartment community in Lakewood Ranch and Billy Lyon Band provided entertainment that our guests truly enjoyed! The music selection was perfect, he really knows how to read a crowd! Hands-down would book again!
I may be a little biased, but truth be told the Billy Lyon Band is the best.

If you need to buy a book, do not purchase in store! If you purchase with barnes &noble online for ” In store pick up ” instead, you will pay up to 60% LESS for the book!!
Sad that a so called “Book Store” does not have a variety of foreign language products to offer to patrons. I went to the book store with my niece looking for a book written in Italian, French or Portuguese. Very disappointing the lack of language variety offer.
Matt is an amazing violinist! I enjoy every time I see him play. If you have a chance to go see him play do! You won’t regret it!
I hired Matt as the violinist for my wedding and he was fantastic! I love that he will even learn a song for you at no extra charge to make my walk down the aisle extra special. He was extremely responsive throughout the whole process which is super appreciated when you’re trying to plan and keep track of all the moving parts of a wedding. Thanks Matt, would absolutely recommend!
With all honesty having srq violin and the Photo Booth has made some of the best experiences of my life so much better! They take an event and bring it up to beyond its potential!
