Charming old building with good coffee and friendly people in a beautiful town.
Nice expresso stop.
Coffee was ok. Excellent cookie. Very friendly service, and a very cool atmosphere.
For a drip coffee it was better than expected. Good atmosphere and friendly.
The LED open sign was on and the door said open until 10pm. As we are walking to the bar (at 7pm on a Saturday when they are open 1/28/2023) the bartender runs to the door and flips the sign to close once he sees us. All the patrons and bartender just stare at us through the glass as we are right in front the door. This was the rudest service we have ever witnessed when we knew they were clearly open as we are from here. We will not be returning ever again there’s better places that actually treat people the right way in Wallace. Terrible way to gain business treating people like this so the bartender can serve his friends (we saw them in the bar drinking) and close everyone else out. Hope the owner sees this and fixes this asap. Ridiculous.
Not open during listed hours.
Recommend friends for coffee it was horrible.

I’m here now, riding the BDR. The sausage pastry couldn’t be done any differently to taste any better. Amazing flavor and light. The peach pastry is unreal! Great latte! Great town! Great coffee shop! Cheers!
Wonderful place & atmosphere! Excellent addition to Pe Ell.
Best coffee in town! Can’t wait to try breakfast. Cool interior, laid back and cozy.
Amazing background music if you love Rock and Roll/ Heavy Metal vibe, personally I would appreciate slightly lower volume and the rock and roll slow dance songs for the breakfast hours. But hey, I may be a minority.
Was alright
The ice cream treat is melted by the time you get your hot food.
Really great small town stop for specialty coffee, Ice cream and sandwiches . We had the Chicken Salad and it came on pita bread. No beer served here. We stopped on 4th of July and stayed for the parade.
I dont remember

Great people, great services. We have rented instruments here for several years & shop here for all of our music needs.
Here on a business trip and thought I’d stop in to take a look around. I ended buying a Kala UBASS at a great price. Excellent service! Felt nice supporting a mom and pop music store and not a corporate guitar center.
Denny and the crew are some of the most kind and respectable people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I trust them to always be honest, and to give me the best product and service for my money. I have been doing business with this store for 30 years and I am very blessed to say that I also have been teaching guitar lessons there for the last 4 years. Just great people to do business with all the way around
bought nice drum for great price. thanks 🙂
Over priced.
Really good but switched my sax mouth piece for clarinet mouth piece
I have been a loyal customer and supporter of this local business for years. However my experience there for the past several years has been less than satisfactory. I have been made to feel as if I were a nuecense there by one of the shop owners I believe.
Unless this man is just a disgruntled employee which is the vibe that he puts out each and every time I have been there during the past several years.
I have never gone there only to browse and play instruments. I only go there to purchase musical items and support local business as I strongly believe in doing so being a small business owner myself.
This man puts out a vibe so foul and offensive that I vowed not to patronize this place ever again solely because of this.
This man acts as if he’s been awakened by a door to door solicitor at his home each and every time I have shopped there.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will probably make this complaint known elsewhere so that the local public can be aware.
If one is either a proprietor or an employee at any establishment where intimate customer service is the foremost priority and that individual is vicious and repulsive with an obvious disgust for customers than they need not pursue that career any longer.
I have shared my honest feelings about this. THANK you for the platform
They fix guitars but your screwd if you got a Floyd rose. Other than that good store good people.
Staff helped, but it felt like I was bothering him. The only instruments for sale were on consignment. They had a few new instruments mainly guitars and bass. It was darkish. This wasn’t the music store I remembered has a child. And it breaks my heart, at least they had a flute cleaning rod that I needed.

Absolutely love this place!! Always helpful and will fill yer head full of knowledge!
Super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Tons of instruments.
great staff here. They allways treat me and everyone. Great. Guitar center needs some lessons from these guys IMO I come in check out gear and always have the very best experience here. Plan on buying some gear from them soon. Thanks for your great additude and service I will always come to your store for strings picks amps and. If they don’t have it they can prob still hook you up. With a great deal.
Very helpful in finding items for your instruments. The instruction is top drawer.
4 stars because they do have a great selection, prices are fair, and the store is very clean and organized. The staff at first seemed helpful but then seemed impatient, as I was asked if I was ready to check out while I was still looking at guitars with an item in my hand. Caught me off guard as I felt rushed after only being in the store a couple minutes and wasn’t near the register. Other than that, they have a great selection of beautiful guitars and quality gear.
One star is too many. I realized after opening the package that I accidentally bought 12-string guitar strings. When I tried to exchange them for the more suitable 6 strings, I was told that once they were open, the sale is final. Speaking of final, that was my last purchase at this store.
Tony Cox
PS– Having no use for the strings, I donated them to the store.
Seems they still haven’t figured out their customer service skills. Lots of negative reviews on here and apologies from Northwest from months ago. I also would not reccomend Northwest Music. They told me twice they were busy and that’s why my instruments were taking so long for repairs, and couldn’t even give me a date or time when they expected them to be finished, even after having my instruments for 4 days. I told them I was coming to get them and taking my business elsewhere. Only then, after I decided to pick up my instruments that hadn’t been worked on yet did they start to work on them. This is my absolute last resort music store in town.
UNPROFESSIONAL
I made a fair offer on a vintage guitar and was told that their price was well within blue book value. When I produced a screenshot of the blue book value, showing that their asking price was more than double the market value, they got really nasty with me and said they wouldn’t communicate with me anymore.
This tells me that they don’t want to offer instruments at a fair price, they only want to rip you off.
I came here to find quite a few negative reviews. It all makes sense now.
Do your homework before dealing with them, these folks are amateurs, and they lash out like children when you inadvertently point that out.
***They responded saying I offered them a trade, which is true, but they never responded to that offer. The offer that they did respond to was a cash offer within the blue book range for that particular guitar in the described condition
*****As you can see in the screenshots below, no abusive language tainted their little ears prior to them having their tantrum.
The guitar is a mahogany back and sides 1-18 that needs a neck reset and bridge work. They have it listed on reverb for $3400. The blue book value for the rosewood version in excellent condition is $3050-3600, and in average condition $1525-1900.
But they don’t have the rosewood version.
The mahogany version, according to guitar blue book is valued at $2200-2750 in excellent condition, and $1325-1650 in average condition.
They are selling the mahogany model that’s in need of a neck reset and bridge work. They have it listed as being in fair condition.
So either they’re not smart enough to understand the blue book, or they are intentionally misleading people.
SEE THE SCREENSHOTS PLEASE!

Sold me a great guitar at a great price. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Has a great inventory of instruments.
Came in for some minor electronics repair. Staff was friendly and I could tell they have a passion for what they do. Excellent experience!
Knowledgeable people, and extremely helpful. Nothing better than a great local family owned business. Repairs were speedy!
Scott did a great job repairing the neck and frets on my strat. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest service. This is a well stocked music store for any musician.
Family owned and ran by father daughter, won’t help you if you have cheap guitar and, supper opinionated about Taylor’s. Wish it could be cooler but does not pass vibe check.
I recently bought a guitar and case and spent a good chunk of money. When I got home I was looking at the invoice and noticed they snuck in 3% fee on top of the 7% in taxes! This fee was for not paying in cash. The invoice said there is a 3% charge for debit or credit. This was an extra $20.46 that they did not tell me about. If I had known this, I would have paid cash. I was so excited about my new guitar I didn’t check the invoice before leaving. Plus, who does that! It reminds me of sleazy car dealership tactics to pad their profit hoping you don’t notice. It really surprised me they get away with this in such a small town. I will be going to Couer d’Alene for my guitar needs now. And like another post said, the vibe there is not good.
Met with a deaf, unfriendly, inhospitable musician. Prices are not marked and not open to add to the local music scene. Go elsewhere imo.

I love Walmart it is always my go to when I need groceries.
Love shopping at Walmart!! One of my favorites!
I usually find what I need
Friendly ppl clean store easy to find items
Walmart is walmart, its what you’d expect. The fruits and produce etc were in good shape and the sections we’re clean.
Pretty decent place but it’s small for a Walmart don’t expect to find a huge selection of items here
Used to be a much better store, now nothing is in stock, I place an online order and most times half of the items are out of stock, same items week after week. The last order I places, I got the items but the lettuce expired the day after I picked it up, and was already brown and not usable in the unopened bag. So there goes money straight in the trash. Becuase I’m not going to make the drive back there for lettuce. Will start shopping elsewhere. The parking situation with the semis is out of control and dangerous. The drivers all but hit the cars to make sure you don’t take a spot that they are going to Blick. They are even allowed to park in the lanes of travel and not just blocking the spots, which means Walmart customers have to cut through parking spots and hope not to have an accident with another car, because of the semi trucks.
Stop spitting in the parking lot u caveman cretins. We walk that into the store, the car ,home!!!
Ours was good until they got cheap and stopped marking over the hill grocers half off. Least they can do in our poor valley. 10,000 poor folk is what we have in this entire community. Wally should have a heart .
The road to it is just nUts-why all the corners!?
The produce is old and the shelves dirty.
A clerk died going to work last Winter. Maybe if they paid better and gave higher employee discounts she would have had AWD and good snows. Maybe that death was avoidable.
Wanted to visit, but when I saw this guy who was trying to harass me and a truck driver took the exit, I didn’t feel safe enough to stop.

Greasy and fast just like my average lethargic american self prefers.
It was clean. Coffee was just OK.
Fast food. And it was cooked fresh. Bit more expensive then couple years ago.
Quick service soso so food kinda bland for fast food yet a treat so far from anywhere else!!
After skiing, we stopped here. We ordered a big mac meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal. We recieved a quarter pounder, and only 1 cheeseburger. We turned around and went back. They gave us the right stuff the 2nd time around, but it was a hassle. Later we told some friends about it, and they had a problem with their order the same night, when they were done skiing.
Every time we go there they mes up are orders this time i asked for my receipt three times they never gave it to me wow
Watched a manager pick her nose AS she was prepping our food at the drive thru! NO THANKS!!!
