I was looking for parts for my teddy takes request when I ran across this website,I called the number not only did they have what I needed I happen to chat with the nicest lady over the phone she was so pleasant and shared some of her family history.she also said she was going to send me a free bottle of sanitizer doing these difficult times.very happy customer.
I have never dealt with a company that took the time to personal reach out and make sure a client was satisfied and happy with their purchase. It was a rare and refreshing experience to have. They went above an beyond!
I wish I could share the video of my daughter and the sheer delight on her face when the beautiful box opened and the music began to play. They run a fantastic company and should be proud of the experience and service they provide. The Music House is a rare jewel.
We will be using them again in the future and will recommend whenever possible.
Whenever you have a musical treasure in need of mending, Ron meets the challenge with professionalism and integrity. Our musical treasures gratefully and happily returned as good as new. Jo Ann and Vincent New York
I called to order some parts for a music box I am repairing (I’m a very skilled repairman) and felt very disrespected by whoever I spoke to. He was scoffing at me the entire time, wouldn’t answer my questions about the product I wanted, and told me he won’t help me. I understand there’s pre-Christmas stress, but that’s no excuse to be rude to potential customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Both my son’s electric guitar teacher and my voice teacher were able to connect with us and found music that each of us loved. I don’t remember ever looking forward to music lessons before and certainly my son has never been this engaged during a music class.
I have 3 kids taking piano, and they have progressed so much since starting at this studio. Cindy is amazing with my 8 year old. He has ADHD, and she is so positive, fun and patient. We really appreciate it! Chelsea has been working with my older girls, and they are playing beautifully. She is a wonderful teacher, pushes them just the right amount to keep it fun and keep them moving forward. Thank you!
He has been our son Phillip’s music teacher for the past year. He is knowledgeable, punctual and very patient, and our son is showing great progress with him as his teacher. We highly recommend to anyone who should require his services.
“The best Academy for Guitar lovers! Davide helped me to improve my playing and techniques, discover new music and to found my own sound and my way!
The best teacher I’ve ever had!!”

The owner will bend over backwards to make sure you’re a happy customer. Great turnaround time on repairs.
Love Steve! Small shop with a great shop owner. Service is always done with precision.
I bought my flute from then back in 1986 . I have brought it in the them for a complete overall so my daughter can use it for her first instrument.
Very knowledgeable and honest with this assessment of what needs to be done and give options including external solutions
Did not repair two flutes left for over a year. Went back to collect them and they were initially lost .
Finally picked them up after I was notified that they found them.
Will take them to a more organized repair shop and not this hole-in-the-wall.

Tampa fine art academy is a excellent place for kids to learn about music and playing instruments. They foster the love music in the kids. The staff is very nice and always willing to answer questions and help.
My daughter has been taking guitar lessons at TFA for the past year, and she has grown so much as a student and musician. My son also took drums lessons for 4 years. Their respective instructors, John and Evan, have been a great fit for them. Their easy-going demeanor and work ethic have helped my kids grow their love for music. Good place for kids to learn and love music.
My daughter loves her lessons with Jenna, she is kind, patient, and helps build confidence in her teaching ❤️
Great experience, friendly and communication is good.
Nice and talented teachers. $110 a month plus extra fees like $40 cancellation fee and registration start up fees . Must Autopay but if you cancel after mid month Larry still charges your account for whole extra month so -2 stars. I believe this is a fair rating.
My daughter loves her guitar lessons. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere!

Super professional lads. Made me feel super comfortable singing and playing my guitar. Gave incredible feedback and really supported my vision for my song. Will use them again and would recommend them to anyone!!
Ive used Lakes Recording many times for voiceover work and they have always delivered such a great finished product! Definitely check them out!
Lakes Recording has it all! Knowledgeable, professional engineers and producers will take your song to the next level. Come in with your song ready to track, or bare bones and they will help you orchestrate and arrange it like the sounds you hear in your head! They can also master your songs to tape, for that vintage, vibey feel found on all your favorite records. The studio is super comfy with tons of gear, and if that’s not enough, they’ve got a super cute doggo too!
My wife and I both are taking basic piano lessons, started in late October 2021. Our tutor is Aline (pronounced like Eilane but with an “A” at both ends). She is a very adept and patient teacher, I can see that when she’s working with my wife, and when I take the keyboard. She has a nice baby grand to learn on, the sound it makes is really good. The book we’re using is well thought out, teaches you only a step at a time. In only 7 classes, starting from scratch not knowing music, we have made rapid progress. We’re not overwhelmed, we both feel real good taking lessons here.
This has been a great experience. My daughter has been coming here for a Lil over 6 months and has grown alot. The teacher is kind and patient. She definitely teaches at a different level for each age range which I love. I’m glad I came across her program
Aline is an excellent teacher, she teaches all details to go forward to become a good pianist. I highly recommend her. Thank you Aline for all your help and dedication.
I’m enjoying the piano again! After almost 20 years, I decided to get back to the piano and Aline is a great teacher! Next stop … Carnegie Hall?! 🙂 🙂

Clean, friendly & very professional!
Was able to find 2 items here that my local music store did not have.
Great staff and awesome section of instruments!
Very friendly staff
great store, awesome staff, I would just like more selection in the ukulele section. (ha that rhymed)
Great service
It was ok
Wish I could’ve left zero stars. I guess customer service doesn’t exist anymore. The young girl working the counter seemed overwhelmed and when she asked the longer haired gentleman at repair for help he seemed bothered. Just needed someone to look at my clarinet I have had for 30+ years to make sure it still functioned properly. They said they could send it off to the repair shop!! What a joke. Not sure how ypu work in a music store, but know NOTHING about the instruments.
Upon entering, a bald head older male with glasses shot up to ask if I needed help (never mentioned his name). I asked about an instrument since he was the first one up. The guy was short with answers and giving a vibe that he did not want to attend me, throwing a book down back and forth. I watched another gentlemen’s with longer hair pull the same book out and explain in detail with people very nicely. I informed that guy, we were new to this experience and were recommended there by a local music teacher. The guy kept leaving me to go assist other customers, get on his phone to verify our information, stopping to call someone to ask for help and told me if I don’t provide a reference he will charge me a $200 deposit. I was forced to call a reference and put someone down on paper I did not want to. Then the guy left me to decide…
After being alone for a while, another gentlemen came to help & was a great. I explained the situation and how I was feeling. He apologized for the other guy and stated, “I’m sorry for him, that’s just his personality”. I stated to the new guy, he should know if he doesn’t want to fully assist a person and immediately ask another associate to help. He agreed. When the new guy asked the old guy if he already verified my information, he lied and told him no. That’s when I got upset and asked, why he lie like that?
Being a single small business owner for 20 years, a husband, father and grandfather I understand protocol/business. I felt discriminated by this guy & his demeanor, skepticism and unfair treatment which is a huge concern for me. We rented the D grade instrument and left …
After discussing with my wife, we found an A grade instrument and a trumpet and paid cash for them and drove 4 hours to go pick it up. Monday was Labor Day so we didn’t visit the store to return the instrument. I visited the location today to return the saxophone because my wife and I made a decision not to do business with people like RP… RP is the bald guys name I learned today…
Today, I was returning the instrument. Matt was the gentleman that was helping me today. In speaking with Matt, the bald head guy “RP” took it upon himself to continually and rudely interject into the conversation. Stating he needs to call the corporate office to verify return policy. As I was asking Matt questions for clarity, RP took it upon hisself to keep answering for Matt and give me a card when I can return the instrument. I asked RP to excuse hisself from our conversation and allow me to deal with Matt. He rudely stated, go ahead and finish with him and I will write the notes on his file.
As a State Official for 6 years, this gives me the indication that RP wants to attempt control the narrative with our story now and I’m on the defensive side of this situation. Even after being asked not to interject with my conversations, RP doesn’t seem to understand how I’m feeling at this point…
So, from RP calling corporate, I now know there is one & find myself calling the corporate office and spoke with Glen. Glen is working to make things right and once again, on another business day, apologized for the RP’s behavior!
For the guys that are picking up the scraps for RP, I’m giving a 2 Star Rating.
RP needs training on empathy, customers service & how to discern when NOT to service a customer AKA stay out of it! I hope he takes the courses to become better at what he does someday. We forgive you buddy, we just won’t ever do business with you!
Went in there to buy a drum head because Guitar Center wasn’t open yet or I’d certainly have went there instead. EVERYTIME I’m in this store I get watched and questioned like I’m going to steal something. It’s a very uncomfortable environment. No other customer was in there yet, and as soon as I walk in, they’re all stopping what they’re doing and looking at me asking if I needed help, and I said “I’m just getting a drum head…thank you.”, and I wasn’t looking for 2 minutes, and heard another employee say “everything okay over there?”….YES GEEZ!!!! Can someone take a few minutes and decide what product they want!? Just because you’re looking doesn’t mean you’re plotting a GD theft! It’s a $20 drum head! Gimme a friggin’ break! And ya know…much to their surprise…I PAID FOR IT! Guitar Center sucks too, but at least they give you freedom to comfortably browse at inventory without being asked what you’re doing. There’s no excuse for that behavior. Innocent until proven guilty….not in that place, it’s guilty until they see otherwise. From now on, I’ll wait for Guitar Center to open. I won’t spend another dime in Carlton until they get the FBI…I mean, their employees under control…

Really cool bunch of people. Got my violin restrung and I’m super pleased with the results.
Cole was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Outstanding service. Michael, who fixes the violin is friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The manager is also very nice.
I highly recommend this store.
Good selection of musical instruments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Must see if you are in the market.
I was disappointed in the young man in the guitar area that i talked to about the availability of tenor ukuleles in the store, i feel he misled me on the physical location of the online inventory. We thought we had wasted a 2 hour one way drive to the store. But. Long story short, the gentleman that seemed to be the leader on the floor, successfully verified the availability one of the online a tenor uke’s. It was delivered to me by 1 the next afternoon.
Sam Ash has great stuff but I am giving a 3 star because some staff, although eager to help, sometimes, seems kind of immature and dont really seem “all there.” I called to reserve some equipment and when I got there they had sold it to someone else. I get it but it took me 1 hour to get there. Also, another time, a girl was trying to help me with disco lights and she was rambling about how she couldn’t close the boxes. Another time I went to get piano books and the guy at the cashier never looked at me in the eye. Its just weird. Not very good customer service.
only 2 stars because their inventory in all Latin percussion instruments is very minimal, all stores are more concentrated in guitars, basses and pianos. They can’t even answer a basic question on this topic. Apart from the fact that they don’t even have a simple basket to carry small instruments, and I had to help myself with everything, even the drumsticks behind a counter. nobody welcomes and the atmosphere is sepulchral in a store where the main theme is music
Purchased on-line from this store and it was a terrible experience. Had to contact to ask to ship on day 3 after purchasing. Addressed package to the wrong address although the correct address was provided when the item was purchased. 12 days to get a guitar using 2-day Fed-Ex due to their error. Unfortunately, they were unprofessional when asked what options there were on helping rectify the situation. They told me that Fed-Ex changed the address after it left their warehouse and also change the address on the return slip that was sealed inside the box…. Would not recommend.
If you ask for a better deal you will usually get it. This used to be my number one go to place. Now…I shop online first…go here second. Guitar Center 3rd or …not at all actually. The guitar centers are not very customer centric in Tampa. 06/09/2021…..Update to two stars. They no longer seem to care too much about their customers. Go to Musician’s Friend online.

Thank you so much for your proactive approach to deliver our beautiful, customized finish, Johannus Live 3T-A organ on time. It has been an enjoyable experience purchasing our Johannus organ from Central Music in Clearwater, Florida. We appreciate all of the efforts of President Timothy Newby and his team. My wife and I recommend Central Music for a purchase of an organ or piano.
Central Organ has been a wonderful company to work with — Tim, and staff, have been so accommodating in helping St. Luke’s get a new organ that fits both our church, and our budget. Their service has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to any organization looking to purchase an organ.
I stopped in a week before Christmas to purchase an electric piano for my kids. They were very helpful and fair. The piano is wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Bad customer service, very rude
Owner stood over me questioning about my income. Felt very unwelcoming. She claimed to do a lot of work with the church, but should probably read the Bible again. There are better piano shops where people welcome aspiring musicians…
