This is a very clean and organized thrift store with a lot of goodies. It has kind of a 1920 vibe with music playing and you sort of feel like you went into an alternate dimension. Those are the best thrift stores the ones that induce an alternate dimension vibe like you just walked into a different time space
Everything is expensive.
4. LuluBelle’s Coffee House and Bakery
Address: 31621 Pleasant Dr, Running Springs, CA 92382 , Running Springs , California , United States
WOW!!! What a gem. Amazed at how good the coffee tastes. Tasted like they just roasted the beans that day. Apple pecan pie was one of the best I’ve ever had. Mocha as well was perfect. Very cool vibe, lots of pride flags, vegetarian and gluten free options a plenty, plenty of seating, friendly staff that was on the ball getting everyone served quickly.
If your heading to Arrowhead or Big Bear I’d recommend considering this coffee shop / cafe versus some of the others because they actually have lots of parking and it’s very easy to get in and out of. As much as I like Big Bear, sometimes the parking situation and accessibility is a giant mess. Lulu Belles is right off the highway, convenience can’t be beat.
Vegetarian options: Very comprehensive vegetarian and gluten free options.
Parking: More then enough parking right in front of the shop. which sets it apart as most other coffee shops in the area are not nearly as accessible and convenient.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap Parking in front of business and pretty easy to get in and out of. Considering the topography (nothing in the area is flat) it’s accessible. In general there is enough room inside the shop to maneuver a wheelchair a d there are wheelchair accessible tables and seating.
SOOOO YUMMY I WILL BE BACK
One of the best pizza outside Italy! The original margherita pizza.
Coffee and bagels were amazing.
Staff was helpful and sweet.
Parking is a bit difficult and it can be crowded inside.
I’m so bummed out. I was so excited to try out the new boba drinks. I ordered the chai boba for my self and was so excited!
My boba was $9+
We got a few bobas….
The boba was really hard to bite. It’s typically soft/chewy. Wasn’t cooked properly or completely? The drink was ok.
Really solid baking and coffee. Look to see what’s fresh – the fresh baking is great! Really delicious cinnamon rolls!
Was a bit sad with a day old (or more) pastry we got.
Price gouging
$10 for large hot latte with oatmilk and one syrup-
I understand inflation and being in a remote area but that is truly ridiculous-
I understand how businesses run and of course the consumer can choose not to consume- won’t be back but thank you and best of luck!
The cookies were at least a day old and cinnamon bun doughy. Step down from what it used to be. If you are going to sell old cookies let the customer know.
$8.30 for a cappuccino!!! Yes, I added oatmilk and vanilla syrup. But, the prices are higher than in LA and on top the wait for a cappuccino was crazy without even many people there… I waited 15 (!!!) minutes for my cappuccino .. cute coffee shop but won’t be coming back.
5. Golden Oaks Thrift Store
Address: 31908 Hilltop Blvd, Running Springs, CA 92382 , Running Springs , California , United States
best thrift store i’ve ever been to and have been avidly thrifting 15+ years. vintage treasure trove and amazingly low prices! will be back (all the time!)
Nice stuff..reasonably priced, friendly workers
This is the shop where I found the proper glass shade for my hurricane lamp. The price was absolutely fantastic! We stop in sometimes just to chat. Always fun and informative.
It’s a great place where you could find your next object of obsession. They never fail to please
Absolutely the best thrift store that I’ve visited (on a regular basis) but only when Patsy is not working. She screams at customers and then tells customers that she is able to treat customers in this way because she can’t be fired, because she is an volunteer.
The owner & staff are very helpful & have a good sense of humor that is always welcomed. And the prices are good : )
Prices are the same as going to walmart , the women who work there are always rude and never help. The men help far more and give us thrift store prices
they lock their doors whith open signs up i guess. there was a lady out side rummaging who i assume was the employee today, i was ignored.
Reds is missed- new owner confronted me raising his voice and being extremely unprofessional. I was told I will be banned from store for “haggling on prices and buying too many items” Fred put his hands on me and he has sexual harassment issues at the store (mikes family according to him) I had a counter break down to tears over asking her to clarify what I was buy ( just threw a number out there and I questioned it?) very unstable lady-donated items (free) and as I am at the counter locals get a pile of items for $3 but I get outrageous quotes of $35-$45 ? I was also told I am not allowed to NOT BUY items even when I put them back and said thank you. Sad situation I will NOT RETURN and this store is suppose to be a charity and it is run buy an owner who has a girlfriend who is rude working there? I will be filing a complaint- take your items to someone who cares like redd did?
6. Nick Rail Music
Address: 1770 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374 , Running Springs , California , United States
We had our flute serviced here and they did a wonderful job. All staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Helpful and knowledgeable
I made a purchase there a couple of months ago. Their prices were the best that I could find. I had a problem with my guitar tuner and expected to have to buy a new one. I did not have to buy a new one and they solved my problem. They’re always very cordial. I will not be going to any other store but this one.
I have an old baritone sax. Up until a couple of years ago, it played just fine. I basically concentrate on my soprano, alto , and tenor. Occasionally I play the flute/piccolo. The bari spent most of it’s time on a stand, unplayed for a couple of years. It got knocked over a couple of times and a couple of things got bent (register key, key guard). I took it to them and they said it needed a complete overhaul. I disagreed since the last time I played it, it played fine. Even gave me the “your car needs a major overhaul and you just want me to put spark plugs in it’ analogy. I took it elsewhere and they straightened the key and the other physical damage, replaced a spring and a couple of pads and the neck cork and it play just fine once again.
Do not go here. They wanted to charge 57.00 for cello strings that cost $10 online. They told us that they would love for us to show them where there were cheaper cello strings. They also said that normally they charge $114 dollars and they discounted it 40%. We looked online and saw that the same cello strings were only $10. They somehow couldn’t think of a cheaper string set that. $57! And that was discounted! If you want to get ripped off, then this is the place to go!
Adult musicians, do yourself a favor and save yourself the trip.
I play the alto sax and guitar and want to learn the violin–I always have. I lived 10 years in the DC area and am still not quite remembering where all the instrument shops are around here. But I have started my search around Redlands and am finding nothing by way of violins to try out. Everyone online says “You gotta try them in person. You gotta try them in person.” So you make special trips to these stores and they have nothing in stock.
Look, I’m not a stupid person. I know beginners tend to start on a beginning instrument when it comes to violin. But since no one in town has any violins (at least so far), I want to go straight to an intermediate instrument to save myself the headache for when I advance.
But the guy gives me the condescending “you’re a beginner lecture” on how beginners should start on a beginning instrument since my pitiful ears won’t hear any difference. Then he recommends I get a teacher before buying an instrument. But you know what, guy? You’re just trying to sell me the one Eastman you have in stock.
You. Don’t. Have. Any. Other. Instruments. In. Stock.
Come on! You want me to go get a teacher, waste his/her time waiting for you to order 2 or 3 (just 2 or 3?!) so I can try them out? And what if I don’t like those 2 or 3? We have to wait for more to come in? Then I say fairly dejected at how my pursuit of one measly violin is going in the Inland Empire, I say, “Ohhh… kay… I guess I’ll try later, then, I guess.” And the guy says, “Ok…” He just lets me walk out the door. I guess they got it that good over at Nick Rail.
I tell you what. Everyone online says to buy in person, don’t buy online, but the most helpful people ARE online. The quality information and help IS online.
Online is where I will buy an instrument. Forget supporting local business in this regard. Dude at Nick Rail: If the instrument breaks, I trust people online far more to take care of it for me than you. 🙂
Nick Rail Music is for kids and parents. Period. The sad thing is that going by their positive website and videos, I thought I might have found a good place to be a long-term in-house customer. haha
7. Bertrand’s Music & Lessons Inland Empire
Address: 910 E Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404 , Running Springs , California , United States
Amazing prices I was able to find everything I needed for my viola
Great store, great people, and great services!! I ordered a flute for my 7th grader and John was so helpful and knowledgeable about the rental process. The entire process, from my online order, to picking up my daughters instrument, was quick and easy. And as a bonus, they even offer delivery to your child’s school. Def 5 outta 5 for me. My daughter is happy, so mommy is happy!! Thank u guys!!!
The best local place for music! Excellent customer service and fantastic service!
Highly recommend
Both beautiful and professional people everytime I go there they have something new the only downfall of bertrands music is they don’t keep what they sell if you don’t get there in time its a wrap and it would be nice to have the instrument repair technician on site there’s only one other place I know that can give bertrands music any kind of real competition but they don’t advertise on the internet so more power to you bertrands people bertrands website doesn’t sin to cater to my phone service for some reason so I can’t see the instruments they have therefore they only get 4 stars I will updated accordingly and since we are name dropping raelina Espinosa and I have also noticed there are no bad reviews at all that’s good stuff I’m claiming that place LOL
Bought two Bach Strads from them a while back, a Trumpet (LR180S72) and a Flugelhorn (183S) at an absolute bargain of a price. The one gripe I have is that they take a little while to do repairs, as they send the instruments to San Diego to do so, but other than that this is a great place for all enthusiasts.
Would not go back to this place. I went to to purchase reeds for my granddaughter . Cashier said I need to make a account I said I just here to buy reed’s I don’t want an account. She gave me hard time then called on her phone talked to some one said I could pay cash since I didn’t want to make an account. I said I don’t want an account I have my credit card n Id ,asked for my phone number.
Very nice people, but I was a customer willing to pay for a horn, but wasn’t taken seriously at all. I went to another place, got my dream horn from the wall, and bought it there for $2000 less than what this place wanted. They said they were going to call me back, when my horn was ordered and ship to them, but one month later… still no call, so I decided to go back, and they yet have ordered the horn I wanted. They offered me brands I wasn’t even asking for, and insisted i buy that brand instead of what I WANTED.
8. IB Music Center
Address: 415 W Valley Blvd sp. 8, Colton, CA 92324 , Running Springs , California , United States
Was referred to this place by a friend. I’m very happy that I took a chance on IB music center. My 6 yr old son just received a drum set. I want to make sure he not only learns how to play the drums but also read music. Our first lesson was very impressive. Victor did a wonderful job teaching my son how to read the notes, stay in rhythm, and position himself correctly on the seat. I have to admit, I’m excited to see how my son will progress in a month. I definitely recommend this place. They sell various instruments and also have a rental program for kids in school. Repaired one of my son’s drum heads also. I will revise my review after 3 months and keep you all posted. Thank you Victor.
Totally awesome service I called in before arriving and the owner musician teacher had my instrument ready for pick up. The price was the best in the all cities around. I highly recommend it no disappointment. I’m glad there’s still good people in the business
Profesionalismo y precios accesibles
Needed some violin maintenance for my son and the owner Fernando was very helpful & knowledgeable. He made great suggestions to help my sons instrument to sound better. Good prices on the items I purchased and he also gives music lessons for a low price. I’ll probably be back for a lesson soon.
Good service
Friendly, knowledgeable owner. Got my Instrument back in 2 weeks as promised. Location a little questionable.
When picking up a repair, they had someone working the counter who didn’t know 1) where my guitar was, 2) if and how I could test it, or 3) how to work their cash register system so I could pay. The employee said they didn’t really know anything and was just covering, but they had to phone a supervisor 3 times get information and the pick up took way longer than expected.
I get it, folks are busy, but if an employee is covering during opening hours they should have some base line of training… right?
Also if you’re gonna pay this business money for something, make sure you have Zelle or venmo since that’s what I ended up having to use, and don’t expect a receipt!
They also lost the little screws on the backplate of the guitar, and since they don’t do repairs on site they couldn’t replace them when I picked it up and said I’d need to pay 10 dollars and do another repair.
All that to say, the guitar does work and sound good though, but I doubt I’d go here again if there are other options.
Super nice place, high end equipment, great vibes to record, great sound and acoustics to record vocals
Beautiful and AMAZING Recording Studio for the LOW PRICE!!! If you live in this area, this is at good as you’re gonna get it! Otherwise you’d have to go All the way to LA and spend a Fortune lol. ❤
Amazing studio and amazing staff, if I could give 6 stars I would!
11. Rocky’s
Address: 32150 Hilltop Blvd, Running Springs, CA 92382 , Running Springs , California , United States
Italian Sub is legendary. A friend pointed us in this direction… And oh my Lord am i thankful. Amazing spot for sandwiches.
Great food and great service
This little hilltop eatery has more to offer than meats the eye. Friendly staff, good music and delicious food.
Delisiosos brisket friendly staff
I recommend! Very good selection of generously filled sandwiches, both in hot and cold. Parking is sparse. Seating is sufficient, inside and outside
Pretty good sandwiches, great service
We ordered two sandwiches and there was a hair in one of them and a piece of cardboard in the other one. Furtherome, I asked for the restroom and was almost denied to use it. The girl asked if I was going to order something. I told her we have already ordered. Anyways, I would not recommend it.
We are there yesterday and there was an older man (probably Rocky) who kicked a family of Mexicans out of the restaurant. My entire family sat there and heard everything. He was completely rude, yelling, cussing and even told them to not let the door hit them on the way out. This family was friendly, curtious and about to order food. Not a rude comment was made by anyone but this elderly man. He’s a disgrace to Americans and he clearly deserves to be put out of business.
I ordered a Turkey and cheese subway sandwich. Came home and found Turkey and cheese on a dry roll with no mayo, lettuce, tomato etc. WTH! Just a dry Turkey and cheese sandwich. Be specific with these guys otherwise you’ll end up with a dry sandwich of bread, meat and cheese and that’s all.
I contacted Herve this morning with an urgent need for an on-site repair of our 1957 B3 / Leslie 251. Steve, a technician of Herve’s, was immediately dispatched and arrived at our commercial recording studio (60 miles away) in 90 minutes. Steve is highly skilled and fixed the issue, and also thoroughly went over both the B3 and Leslie checking that all the other systems/electronics were in good shape. His fees were very, very reasonable, and the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone who needs Hammond/Leslie work done.
Herve and the team of professionals at Hammond Vintage Organs did an amazing job of repairing, restoring and upgrading my B3 and Leslie speaker. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Herve was upfront with his diagnosis of the repairs needed and the prices.
If you are looking for someone qualified, professional and honest to service your organ give Hammond Vintage Organs a call. They love these beautiful vintage instruments as much as we do.
Thank you Herve for bringing music back into our home.
Your very grateful and happy customer,
Phyllis
Vintage Hammond Organs, Redlands, CA BEWARE of doing business with this company I was sold a defective Hammmond A100 and Leslie 145, Organ . After speaking to a couple of nationally known Hammond technicians they informed me that this company has a very bad nationally known reputation. Here is a quote from a nationally known Hammond tech and member of MITA ” Herve Thomas is known for throwing things together and hoping for the best. I honestly don’t know how he hasn’t been sued. Neither are countless others! He stopped doing church conventions because so many pastors are after him. I refuse to do warranty work for him”. These Hammond Technicians would not attempt to repair this A100 Organ Based on this companies poor reputation! Buyer beware! I Returned the organ as of 8/1/18 within 30 day return window. Still no refund of $6594 as of 10/30/18. Filed dispute with VISA and now Herve Thomas owes this amount to VISA and still hasn’t paid the refund. Warning don’t trust anything about this company. They have a pretty website..but don’t get sucked in by it like me!
There were 2 invoices ,,one for $250 and the other for $6594…
The $250 was refunded but as of 10/5/18 the $6594 hasn’t been refunded. If you read the owners response to this review he lied by saying that a refund had been issued. WHERE IS THE $6594 HERVE??
This guy is crooked and trying to get out of the main refund….buyer beware!!!!
10/11/18 HERVE THOMAS, AS OF TODAY PER YOUR SUGGESTION I CHECKED WITH VISA AND AS USUAL YOU ARE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. A REFUND FOR THE INVOICE OF $6594 HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED OR PROCESSED LIKE YOU SAY IN YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. THE MERCHANDISE WAS RETURNED AND IN YOUR POSSESSION IN A TIMELY FASHION….YOU ARE STILL WITHHOLDING THE REFUND.
I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW AND EXPOSE YOUR DISHONESTY HERVE THOMAS UNTIL YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AND ISSUE THE REFUND……BUYER BEWARE OF THIS CROOK!!!
HERVE, WHEN YOU REFUND THE $6594 I WILL ADJUST THIS REVIEW AND REMOVE IT.
AS OF 10/30/18 STILL NO REFUND OF $6594.
WELL HERVE, AS OF 1/27/19 STILL NO REFUND OF $6594. BEWARE OF HERVE THOMAS….I HATE TO SAY IT BUT THIS GUY IS A CROOK. SOLD ME A FAULTY ORGAN, I RETURNED IT WITHIN 30 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!
AS OF 6/18/19 STILL NO REFUND OF $6594 AS PROMISED….YOU ARE A LIAR AND A CROOK.
I just moved to Menifee from San Diego a few months ago. I recently had my Strat in for repair (Volume Pot) replaced and had Mike do a thorough overhaul and Setup. My guitar hasn’t sound and felt this good in many Years.
Thanks Mike Great job and much appreciated!
Highly recommend! Gary
Really great service and great prices
I took my Les Paul-Epiphone for some upgrades to Petes in Menifee. I had him (Mike) replace 2 pickups, the nut, the tuning keys, the bridge tail piece set, the pickup selector switch and the knobs. I went from chrome to gold for the pickups and bridge set. The job was done earlier than it was supposed to be and when I saw my guitar, oh my god. What a thing of beauty. But the real surprise happened when i got it home and hooked it up and played it. It plays WAY better than I could have imagined. Really. The work was top notch. Best guitar work I have ever found. They can consider me a life long customer. I’ll never buy anything form any other shop. Thank you Mike and thank you Pete’s Music. This was done at the Menifee shop. I want to give them 10 stars but 5 is the highest here. So, just know that there are 10 stars selected.
In a era when local music shops are hard to find this one is a gem. Great service, great staff, fair prices. Their guitar techs are top notch and extremely reasonable…
I had some questions about a guitar repair on 9/23/14. I called to talk with Pete but he was not there. I talked with someone else about the needed repair. He couldn’t help me and when I tried to get some more information about when Pete would return he was non-helpful and then he told me that he had “a room full of customers.” Or in other words, this phone conversation is over. Am I not a customer? Just another employee filling a seat over there. I gave 3 stars for my rating only because Pete is awesome, but my experience with his fill-in was in complete contrast to working with Pete.
I’m so glad they got rid of “Dr. Evil.” It was the best decision they’ve ever done in my 20 years of coming here. Buying guitar strings from him was like pulling teeth. I heard he was eventually assaulted, which is unfortunate and kind of reflects on the managers for not getting rid of him sooner.
The bearded gentleman that replaced him is worth his weight in Gold.
Give that man a RAISE. He deserves it.
Place is so uncomfortable. 3 people working. Complete silence. Just staring at you. Wanted to look at guitars but felt so uncomfortable.
I cant say i have been to alot of music stores but this is defiantly one i wont be going back to watch out for the middle age bald guy. Literally the rudest most obnoxious man i have ever met in my life. DONT GO
Done

Address: 2550 Canyon Springs Pkwy A, Riverside, CA 92507 , Running Springs , California , United States
Great customer service answered all my questions and made shopping for my 1st ukulele quick and easy! Thanks
Great gear, great prices and great repair/guitar setups (Steve us the guy for setups)
Staff were super helpful, good experience.
Pretty low stock
It’s good!
Never have any parts, staff is always busy doing nothing if you need help, unless you want to buy an overpriced musical instrument.. then they are happy to help otherwise they’re always busy on their cell phones walking around and walking away from you when you walk towards them with a question. LOL
It’s comedy. When they figure out your not buying a big ticket item they ignore you.
Save gas and your valuable time .. Buy online.
Poor customer service. I was charged almost 200 dollars for shipping to their store
Shame on you Guitar Center. Protecting pedophiles at the expense of your customers. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and boycott this company.
17. Black Dog Social Club & Shoppe
Address: 33231 Green Valley Lake Rd, Green Valley Lake, CA 92341 , Running Springs , California , United States
Wow. This place has AMAZING BBQ! We got the brisket, sausage and ribs and it was awesome. Nice people and very cool dog-friendly spot.
In my town full of super nice people Roxanne & Brad seem to be trying to be the nicest. They have been investing in our community for a couple years now through showing free movies & throwing events that bring people together. They choose to carry first class beer, wine & food items & they tap into the local music talent. The music & ambiance make this a cool place to meet new people!
“LA quality meets Mayberry RFD”
Owners are amazing people !
Cute shop and clean.
You need friendlier and more helpful staff
Really made me and my friend feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Which is a shame because I talk up green valley lake as the cutest town on our mountain.
Cuando fui había música en vivo, y todo el personal fue muy ,muy amable, nos recibieron con una agradable sonrisa y todos fueron muy atentos y amables.
They’ll be back
I’ve got better junk in the trunk of my car. Might as well go to valero for munchies.
18. Beaumont Music Centre
Address: 725 Beaumont Ave, Beaumont, CA 92223 , Running Springs , California , United States
I’m glad I found this great music place in April 2023 for my son to take his piano lesson. They offer a great variety of music lessons, and they are very affordable.
Caitlin is a great piano teacher. She is very patient, calm, very friendly, who makes you feel relaxed.
My Son has been taking Piano lessons at Beaumont Music. He absolutely loves his teacher, The staff there is amazing. His progress is great. We are so happy to have him learning in a family environment.
My kids and I have grown so much musically since we started our lessons at the Beaumont Music Centre. In full disclosure, I don’t take formal lessons there, but the owners and instructors there have spent time teaching me many facets of music theory and application. Three of my sons take piano lessons there with two different instructors (Jane and Patrick). One of my sons also takes drum lessons with Ray. My daughter takes violin with Patrick and voice with Jane. My daughter also spends time with Jack and Andrea on guitar and song writing. She has grown so much as a musician and gets exponentially better daily. She actually just picked up guitar this year, and is already writing and performing her own songs. I cannot say enough great things about this family owned business. They really are more like family to us now and we’ve only known them for a year…great people. Oh…I almost forgot, we take all our instruments there to be worked on (piano, guitar and ukulele) as well.
Great place awesome prices 100% recommend
Very nice people
Lovely little place where we are usually greeted with a hello. My guitar instructor is an awesome young lady who has great patience with me and my sister. We are very busy and usually don’t have time to practice much but we try our best. I am thankful for her.
19. Music & Arts
Address: 39520 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd #223, Murrieta, CA 92563 , Running Springs , California , United States
Just replaced cork on the neck of my Alto horn, Robert the repairman has done it in 20 minute! Great job and my horn can sing again! Thanks buddy!
Amazing service very nice place
Music and Arts provides great service every time we come for new supporting assets in regards to my sons band instrument. True professionals!
Very good service.
Customer service was great, but products were out of stock without knowing the next restock date or available only online.
Great place to go for all your musical instrument needs! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, wide variety of services. However, I would lean away from buying any brass or woodwind instruments from them, as their instruments are poor quality and tend to break rather easily.
Horrible customer service, Managment and corporate. Have been owed $280 for a refund for 3 months now and have got the run around from Kirk the store manager, Samantha the district manager doesn’t answer or return calls. Can’t do refunds at a store level according to them but corporate says to go to the store and they’ll handle it. Have left over 10 voicemails with Samantha and received 1 call back stating the refund would be processed the week of September 19th and October 21st and no refund and no call back from anyone.
My family rented multiple instruments from this store for the last school year. Heres what you should know…Their system is always slow, they aren’t fluent in how to use it. If you have a card on file, it will charge sometimes and others not and you’ll get a collection call or letter. If you take lessons like we did for (1 month) you’ll be charged for second month and they’ll say “no problem we will request a refund”….it will never come..and they never know why.. I have been asking for one since July of last year for my money back for 280$ to which they have gave me the run around. The GM who ever she is will never call you back and you’ll just be out of money and leave with a horrible experience. The manager is nice but ineffective and the other guys seem nice but never know whats going on. I’ve tried to be as patient as possible for month and months longer than I should have.. Customer service will tell you its a store issue and to work it out with them… Avoid and go else where if possible.
We had NEVER owned a violin in iur lives. My daughter wanted to try the violin and the instructor suggested renting to own at this stoee. We rented 1/2 size supposedly new rent to own ( BY the way my daughter maybe played 3 weeks and both even that much on that violin) when the teacher said the violin was too big and we needed to exchange for a 1/4 size. When we exchanged the tech told us the bow was not it, and when we returned he did gave us a crapp bow that really lookes like it had been used for MONTHS and he told us that came from our box. Like i said, we NEVER owned violins before. Now we have a basic worthless bow back. And by the way. The bow that came with the 1/4 size does not look new and did not come wrapped in plastic. Just to be written somewehre so when we return you will not accuse us of returning something that we did not. Buyers beware and take pictures of what you rent/ buy or return.
