Wonderful customer service! My son and I stopped in to buy a guitar tuner and they were friendly, helpful and spent time with my son explaining how to figure it out. We will be back for all future instrument needs! Highly recommend.
Excellent service!
very helpful
Be advised: if you use a walker or wheelchair, you cannot move about this store easily. The door is difficult to open, the angles are awkward, and the store is crowded. When I initially picked up my child’s instrument, Craig wasn’t there, so I ended up leaving without everything in the case that I was supposed to have. There’s a lovely older woman working there, but she didn’t check the case and it didn’t occur to me that there might have been items missing. If you and your child play the same instrument or same style, you’ll likely not run into this problem, but if you’re a piano person and your child is a clarinet or violin person, you’ll expect to leave with everything you need. Just keep that in mind and be sure to ask if you’re picking up a new instrument for your child and your child isn’t with you.
Friendly, helpful staff. A little tresure-trove of a music shop
Christman Music offers a full range of instrument sales and rentals as well as an extensive variety of accessories, method books, and printed music. Quality repairs are available for wind and brass instruments. Customers seeking major repairs and overhauls are encouraged to communicate their expectations clearly to avoid potential disappointment.
No rating. Christman music stole my money. I knew nothing about microphones and speakers. My husband loves to sing so as a birthday gift from me to him I googled and found Christman music. Rated 5 star. I purchased… what I was told to be blue tooth and could play any music through this speaker. All lies! So sad. I was truly trying to help out the mom and pop business. I should’ve went to Walmart or Best Buy.
I drove a hour to this store to buy a fender speaker that was clearly sitting right next to the counter but for some reason was told i couldn’t purchase instead they took my number and said they would which they never did…it’s sitting out on the floor price tag and all so i know i was turned away because the color of my skin because i sent my brother in law a hour later and the was ready to rang it up for him
I absolutely hated the wait, and the quality of the shop. I most definitely do NOT recommend this to Naples.
3. Steinway Piano Gallery
Address: 10353 Tamiami Trail N #1, Naples, FL 34108 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
I dropped my wife and our niece off to do some shopping and I went to the Steinway store and played some nice pianos. Had a nice visit with Bob at the store and he showed me the different pianos. Go check them out.
I bought a digital piano for Christmas at Steinway Piano Galley. My experience couldn’t have been better. The sales people were wonderful to work with. They turned the experience into an adventure. They were upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. No stuffiness there! I had so much fun just learning about the pianos. I decided on a digital because it was a less expensive choice AND with the headphones, I can practice without driving my husband crazy. I love my piano.
I had a great time buying a new piano. The staff knows what they’re doing, and they love pianos and music.
The selection was great, and they spent hours showing their wares. It was a rich, fun musical experience. They were businesslike, but not high pressure.
. I ended up with a digital Roland because I’m a singer and the ability to change keys outweighed the beauty of the “real” pianos, but I was tempted by the baby grands.
Pricey, but to be expected at a sales showroom. They add delivery as an extra expense as well. Bob is helpful and professional without being too overly pushy. He would be a good “go to” if you are looking for something specific!
Do not do business with Grant Billings. He is extremely unprofessional and has screamed at me on more than one occasion. I recommend going ANYWHERE else outside of this company.
Saw this place driving by, stopped in because I’m looking for a new instrument for my home. Walked through the door and greeted by a cranky man who said they weren’t open yet only a soft opening by appointment only even though the doors were unlocked nobody else was in the store and no sign saying appointment only. The lighted sign said open on the door. Wouldn’t even let us walk around because it was a “liability issue” He said there’s not even a sign up because of permitting issues (there’s several piano store signs up) but those aren’t our signs. I was ready to drop CASH on a Steinway. I don’t know if you were in a bad mood or what but if someone comes into your totally customerless store looking to drop over 30k on a piano I wouldn’t turn them away.
4. Guitar Center
Address: 13585 Tamiami Trail N #8, Naples, FL 34110 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
This place was great, I came here on saturday looking for a simple starting guitar. I was blown away by the employee helping me, he was understanding, and really helpful. I didn’t get his name, but he made my experience so much better.
I ended up getting an Epiphone starting pack, and I couldn’t be happier. This place is great for anyone looking for a nice place to get instruments, accessories, or even just a nice place to be with people who share similar hobbies.
I recently had my Telecaster worked on at this GC by guitar tech Bobby P, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One of the major issues I was facing was fret sprout, which was affecting the playability, and ripping up my hand. Bobby skillfully addressed this problem and made the neck incredibly smooth and fast to play. The transformation is remarkable – the fret sprout is gone, and the playability is off the charts. Bobby’s attention to detail and expertise shine through in his work. He also did a well needed setup. You don’t need a Plek when you have Bobby P. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to enhance their guitar’s performance.
Went in the other day to ask a few questions and was completely blown away by Harleys attention to detail and ability to help me with everything I needed with my Banjo. He was an amazing help and couldnt be happier with my experience. Two other employees helped me last time I was there, and while i dont remember their names i was completely happy with them as well. Will continue to shop here.
I have to say the staff was much more wanting to help then any other time we have been in the store. I hope they can keep it up.
Came here for the first time. We were greeted at the door when we first walked in. The place is very organized and clean, mainly because it’s brand new. Inventory was well displayed.
Very helpful staff. They were able to guide my purchase with expert advice.
Decided not to trust the other reviews and go check it out for myself. Tried to sell a guitar that they have for sale for over $600. Was literally told by the employee that the other guy made a mistake, this guitar is only worth $400, he knows what he’s looking at.
Got passed around by 3 or 4 guys just to get the most ridiculously lowballed offer I could imagine.
This location brings shame to the guitar center name. They don’t care about musicians. Don’t go here and get a bad taste in your mouth, drive to Fort Myers and get the guitar center experience you deserve!
What a nightmare of an experience. Went to the grand opening event and signed up for lessons in order to get the free guitar. What they didn’t tell me was that the charges would be recurring. After being charged for the 2nd month without my consent I went in to discuss the matter. I was advised that I did sign off on that although they could produce no documentation. After being advised that my money wouldn’t be refunded, I cancelled the “membership”. But since I had already paid for March, I went ahead and scheduled lessons for my son. Well lo and behold he went in today for his 1st March lesson and they advised him that his lessons were cancelled at the end of February. This place is very poorly run. I’ll be headed down there tomorrow and will update.
I purchase an electric guitar set for my daughter along with the class package, was told to call to schedule the classes, I called 4 times and was able to schedule two classes, I called these week to schedule the third class and was told that the scheduler will call me back and she did, just to tell me that there was a scheduled made for her and she missed the class. Nothing they can do about it because it is their policy and she is sure I was told about when the purchase was made. Very disappointed.
5. TR Music & Voice Lessons
Address: 839 94th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
Super friendly staff !!! Very helpful and reasonable monthly rates. My daughter Isabella is so stoked to be here (: they also worked with my busy schedule definitely recommend hands down (:
My daughter is learning to play guitar, and the staff was very nice and patient with us. We did go to one of the larger outfits and they didnt seem to interested in helping. Might have just been our impression, but I am greatful we found TR Music.
A fantastic place for music enthusiasts! The piano lessons are structured and engaging, catering to all levels. If you’re looking to develop your musical talents, these lessons are the way to go.
I wandered into Dave’s shop and left with a sweet bass, he has an awesome inventory that sells itself but he is a helpful and polite guy! Nice store, great inventory and great service! Thanks Dave!
Very helpful.
This is a bona fide guitar shop with guys who really know their stuff.
Person could have been bit motor helpful
A Real Guitar store. This is the place for all your Guitar needs in Naples. However I don’t recommend this store for Guitar repairs they are to busy and are not thorough or timely.
Not helpful. Misogynistic behavior, first latent, then blatant.
I went in to buy guitar picks and ask some questions about my trumpet that needed repair. After waiting patiently well
Dave helped the other couple he approach me with a very rushed attitude saying we don’t work on those. I told him I was here for more than the trumpet and I would still like to ask my question. He started speaking very fast of where I could go to ask my question about the trumpet I didn’t even have time to write down the information because he was speaking so fast. I asked him why he is talking so fast and his reply was I am very busy. He asked what else I needed I replied guitar picks he asked what kind I said what are my choices he rudely pointed to the back wall behind his counter. After looking at his product I decided he was to rude to me for no reason and does not deserve my business. He had time for the people in front of me and the customer waiting after me but I wasn’t worth his time. Too bad for him he doesn’t realize all the customers that will now go to his competition.
Very disappointed Gator Music remains in business after all of the people I’ve talked to who have been talked down to, cussed out and yelled at by this guy. I seriously thought this man was going to physically put his hands on me. Not only that but I spent $300 on a terrible guitar and when I politely pleaded with him to give it back, he kicked me out of his store. I truly hope you read my review, and choose to buy your musical gear and do business elsewhere! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!
My experience with selling my 30-year-old white baby grand through Euro Pianos was truly exceptional! Raniero was the salesman who sold my piano in less than two months, and I can only say that we made some wonderful friends through the experience. Sunny truly lives up to her name as she is radiant, warm and kind. We had the pleasure of enjoying a short recital by Milana and heard the touching story of how she and Raniero met and married. Everyone at Euro Pianos was beyond helpful and professional and enjoyable. Todd and I are eager to go back to some of the events Euro Pianos hosts. If we could add another star to the above rating, we would!!! Thank you, Sunny, Raniero, Milana and Sergei for all you did to effectively and efficiently sell my piano. Thank you, as well, for your friendship!
This is the absolutely BEST place in Florida to buy a quality piano period!!! The owner’s family has been in the business for over 50 years. With a great assortment of pianos to choose from, you will certainly find the perfect instrument to meet your needs and budget. Make sure you check out the Fazioli pianos if your looking for the ultimate in sound and touch.
The most outstanding aspect of dealing with Europianos is the knowledgeable and extremely friendly sales staff. You won’t be subjected to the typical used car salesman approach. Several of the sales staff have music degrees form MAJOR music conservatories. You will definitely benefit from their ability to actually play the piano as opposed to just “sell” pianos. Their knowledge and expertise will help you find the perfect piano.
Their commitment to the customer extends beyond the sale. They offer a wide array of services, from world class piano lessons to professional tuning. If your looking to buy a piano, you need to visit their showroom for a welcomed and no hassle experience.
A pianist for over 65 years and still playing my 51 year-old Yamaha Grand (a fabulous instrument), I just could not bear another winter in Florida (I am from Canada) without playing the piano every day. My decision to buy a piano and the subsequent search was quite exhaustive. I covered 7 piano outlets from Cape Coral to Ft. Myers and finally Naples.
From the time I entered Europianos, I knew I had found THE place to purchase my piano. Not only was there an extensive selection of pianos with prices to accommodate almost every budget, but more importantly, all the personnel are pianists. Indeed, 2 are Julliard graduates. How can you sell a piano if you are not a pianist yourself and can understand the subtle differences between each of the pianos?
With the help of Raniero, the fabulous Fazioli piano expert, I was successful in finding a new piano with which I am totally delighted and satisfied. Raniero did not sell me a piano, he assisted me in choosing a piano which had the action and tonal qualities I was looking for. I did so appreciate his professionalism (and his patience). What a contrast with my experiences in other outlets where I felt the salesmen were just that – salesmen. (It would not have surprised me to find them selling cars on their off days!)
I really cannot recommend Europianos too highly.

PS. Europianos does carry digital pianos as well
9. Used Piano Center
Address: 10353 Tamiami Trail N #2, Naples, FL 34108 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
Good advice from the team and a great selection of pianos. Bring a little more time to discover the right one for you from the selection.
I recently visited this store expecting to find the Yamaha piano dealer that I bought a piano from years ago (same signage on the building). The salesperson led me to believe that it was the same business but they were remodeling. I found out later it is, in fact, a different company masquerading as Piano Distributors. Very sneaky and dishonest!
I discovered that Piano Distributors moved 5 miles south on 41 to a larger location.
10. Barnes & Noble
Address: 5377 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34108 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
This is one of the nicest Barnes and Nobles I been to, the place is organized and clean, bathrooms are clean also, two story building with a Starbucks. Book selection is amazing! I highly recommend.
Fast service
The young adults section didn’t have a lot of variety. Thought it would have more selection since the outside looks big and there are two floors. They need to make this place more exciting.
Definitely clean and have tons of books the downside is that there’s not enough places to sit. Younger ppl took all the seats and left older much bigger people standing. I for one have a condition where I can’t stand for too long and to not be able to find anywhere at all to sit was very hard on me. So just a thought maybe get a section for disabled patrons.
Not the best Barnes and Nobles I’ve been too. No place to sit. The one we usually go to has many wonderful sitting areas. Even with social distancing ours would work well. This one has NO place to relax & enjoy deciding what books to purchase. Bought little. Will wait ti go to a better B&N at home. Such a disappoint. Grand daughters usually buy several books. Not here. Could not find what they wanted.
would be a nice place if the cafe wasn’t so hot barnes and noble PLEASE DO BETTER
Usually I enjoy my experience at any Barnes & Noble. Yesterday, however, I had occasion to use the Men’s Rest Room at the Store in Naples. I found it to be filthy. This I might add was mid morning, shortly after it opened, and in the middle of a pandemic. Unconscionable! When every other business is demonstrating great pains to keep their places of business sanitized, how is it even conceivable that an Icon of customer service could be so remiss?
No power outlets, chairs, or desks to sit and relax while deciding what to purchase, or by the cafe which is minuscule. My two kids & I went to select a few new books, get a bite & coffee for me. “They removed the couches a while ago” said an employee. “Oh their is one power outlet way over their between the bookshelves” on your way out the door. Clearly they want you to buy and get the F out!!!!! Never going back. Online trumps bad CS every day of the week. Bad unfriendly environment for social interactions to say the least.
11. Black Diamond Authentic Clothing/ Recording Studio
Address: 5910 Taylor Rd STE 103, Naples, FL 34109 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
I purchased my first piano, a Yamaha B3. I am not an experienced player. The staff was helpful and courteous. Delivery was prompt and on time. I would highly recommend Piano Distributors.
My wife in retirement decided she would like to learn to play the piano. We went and met with Tony Santucci and picked out a great second hand piano. Lots of selection, great price and easy to do. The delivery was great. I think that was Conner. Anyway, a great experience.
I bought a Yamaha NU1X in early 2019 and later decided to upgrade to an N1X. Tony and the staff at Piano Distributors Naples were great – knowledgeable, courteous and helpful as well as reliable. And they have a large inventory. Overall – a very good experience. I highly recommend them.
Good advice from the team and a great selection of pianos. Bring a little more time to discover the right one for you from the selection.
I went into the store expecting an interesting experience with the selection but instead I got something wholeheartedly different. I usually go into stores to play some of the pianos to see if I liked them so that I could look to trade or to see what I wanted. Common Practice that I’ve been doing for years. When I went in there I was throughly disappointed. The Yamahas they had where painfully out of tune, the Steinways they had were extremely overpriced and were in dire need of revoicing, (one $35,000 paino would make sounds as the hammers pulled away from the strings, a classic sign of harsh felt) the whole place was overflowing with cheap Chinese knock off brands and, to top it all off, the sleazy salesman throughly disrespected me. I was told to stop playing and to move myself to another location in the store. Never in my years have I been so blatantly disrespected. I will not be returning and I encourage you to look somewhere else.
Horrible place. My cute little baby brother went in there to play a little bit of piano and give it a try and while the selection of pianos looked okay the snake oil salesman who calls himself a musician told my brother that he was trying to sell a piano to another customer, so he had to stop playing and “making noise.” We were the only other customers in there which isn’t a surprise considering the rude staff and shoddy looking pianos. Instead of buying an overpriced piano here like the one that cost $250,000 you should take that money and put it towards buying a house. At least you’ll be getting something worthwhile.
14. Naples Piano Studio
Address: 5600 Trail Blvd Ste 9, Naples, FL 34108 , Pelican Bay , Florida , United States
Great place to learn and my children love it. The instructors are knowledgeable and flexible. Love it!
One of her students went to Carnegie Hall and performed.
Julie is a great teacher. She’s good at helping you improve and is very patient.
I called this morning to see about classes pricing I spoke to a lady which had a cold personality I’d say no to this place, she stated she’d call me and never returned my call oh well I’m sure there’s other places that will give you the time of day
