They have a lot of choices for music, the employees are knowledgeable, maybe its just me but it just feels kinda dark there, in terms the lighting there.
Just bought a guitar this month went back to tell them about a faulty switch they wouldn’t even look at it for me went to a smaller guitar store they sprayed contact cleaner on the switch for free witch fixed the problem
I left my guitar to repair and they just made it worse and I left it again. Today I went to pick it up and now one of volume knobs is missing. Terrible repair service.
Update: I finally was able to pick up my guitar today and it’s not working at all. Volume is really low. One volume knob is loose, when you switch pickups sound doesn’t change and sound really weird like static crackling.Just as I expected they even made it worse. I will definitely take my guitar to another place to repair..

Online states they open at 5am arrived at 10 after 5. The drive thru board was lit up but no one spoke I drove up to the window and there was a young lady there prepping. She looked right at me and kept walking. At 5:27 another employee (who loomed at me several times and kept walking) opened the window and said they now open at 5:30. I asked if I could wait there the 3 additional minutes she said yes and looked bothered.

George is one of the most incredible people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, not only has he been an incredible mentor to me but he also builds, designs, and produces some of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen. Believe it or not, they sound better than they look. I have purchased 3 guitars from George, and he always offers to do maintenance to ensure that the guitars stay in tip-top shape. I have never heard of another company that has that relationship with their customers. George is a man with values, and is determined to provide incredible instruments at an incredible price. I will let the picture below speak for itself. I cannot recommend this company enough to someone who is looking for a one of a kind guitar, that is practically artwork. George is the man!

George is a nice guy, but unfortunately I can’t recommend him. I took my guitar in for a setup and it was returned with a small hole in the first fret. He said he’d fix it and sort of did, but it never looked as good as new. I had to go to his place 4-5 times because there was always a detail he missed. Like I said, George was nice and tried to make it right, but I can’t recommend him because of what happened to my guitar and because I don’t think he has very good attention to detail.
Scammed on ebay. MIA purchased item, asked for it to be swapped to another. We obliged and MIA used our website to state that he didn’t receive enough. He didn’t bother to check that the price he was checking against was for a entirely different item of a different material, even after being told, and therefore his allegations were objectively false.
MIA brought an ebay case, to which ebay enforced a refund (without any interest for the merit of the case, as per usual) without requiring a return. MIA had promised to return the items sent explicitly in a message prior to this and therefore has a legally obligation to comply, regardless of ebay’s decision.
After coming to the realisation that ebay was not going to enforce a return as they should do, we messaged MIA directly saying that (despite absolutely no wrong doing from our end) that we would accept the return and even pay for return postage. MIA refused to even acknowledge the message with a response, but left a false feedback shortly after receiving it.
Sadly there is no integrity or respect for contract law from this company. Very much best avoided.
(Edit to respond to response from company) – It was for pickup building parts bought for MIA guitars the company. The simple fact that a company is refusing to accept responsibility and instead throwing unfounded insults is very representative of the nature of this company.

Very disappointed they never came at the time they said they were almost 2 hours late. All my guest had almost all had left. They left in a rude fashion. They called me to my cell phone to pay them after they had left they didn’t even wait. They wouldn’t even answer when I would call them. The lame excuse that they got lost in the previous event.
Super disappointed.. hired 4 musicians and came 3 . Sang half song not full songs .. with no effort or enthusiasm.. made sure they made us aware they were tired that they had a long day and wanted to go home…
I even called to set realistic expectations to the service understanding it was New Years.. l was expecting more with more than 25 years of experience.. sadden that my sister surprise wasn’t as expected .

No one in the store told me about the policy were you only have 15 mins to play everything, so after I was done playing a guitar, I went to play drums because I was looking around and wanted to see what they had to offer, so I could add to Christmas list of things to buy. This guy comes and was really hostile to me, he threatened to call the police on me, just because I touched a drum with a stick he asked me, in a really mean way to put the sticks away, also there was a kid playing everything really loud and he saw him but didn’t say anything. When he asked if I was 18 I told him I was a minor(I’m 16) and apparently that got him nervous, I ended leaving the store. Never coming back. Btw I was really polite and calm with the guy, I was going to tell him that I was going to buy but he never gave me the chance to talk. You’re better off going to guitar center, Sam ash, Duffy rare violins, and Allegro music center.
Trash service. One day of repair turned into weeks and lies about being able to get my $50 back. Everything is way overpriced here anyways. Guitar centers got reasonable prices and more attention to customer service along with guarantees and honesty. Its funny how they said in that review about credit card fraud that they “dont have the means to keep client info stored” like an employee doesn’t have access to pen and paper at work and everything with receipts is logged online it has to be for tax purposes. Can the managers hire more competent people like the small few younger people they have but the older employees and upper management gives real bad vibes of contempt and snobby for no reason if you want mom n pop music stores Allegro on flagler or sam ash anything but here
I bought some bass strings. The service was good. However my credit card was cloned. I only used there when I bought the strings. Someone tried to used it to buy stuff for $200, twice.

Great store for electonics
I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to write this one. One thing that I have learned is that I will never buy from Best Buy especially not from this location I bought a item that was defective in the store did not try to help me nor did the store manager. I was told wait to the side and that a manager would come who happened to be the store associate that I saw when I came inside on his phone leaning at the desk with no care in the world after the sales rep told me that I could not do my Exchange for an item that I bought that was defective and with the marks inside the box showing that the item was defective when I purchased it no one seem to care after I asked to speak to a higher manager I was told to wait to the side once again and then later found out after waiting 10 minutes that that manager has left the store to go assist at another store but from being here it looked like the store needed the most help. After I ask what else could be done since no one at the store tried to help he proceeded to tell me that I can call corporate and then gave me a phone number I dialed it while waiting at the desk and that number did not work I am not sure how the store associate did not know the number that he was directing me to call was a nonworking number I took it as if he gave me anything just to get out of his face once I brought tears attention that that number did not work and he reluctantly gave me another working number which I am not sure where he got this one from as well the corporate associate gave him the green to do the exchange he then refused to do so this has taught me to never buy from Best Buy and that they will sell you anything without checking their items they will do so much to get your money it will be friendly and nice to sell you but once you are informing him that their products are defective and not even asking for a refund just for them to fix the problem in the nicest way possible by doing what offer to their customers which is servicing the customer and at this location I did not receive any help nor was the service Pleasant this location needs to be re-train and the managers need to be reevaluated. I found a complaint against the associate who name is Joshua who wears glasses if you see this associate at the store please do not expect him to help or give you the best service
Horrible service by TV sales team. They are a scam. Scheduled my delivery for monday told me i needed to be home 7-1pm and there was nothing scheduled when I called them. The person who sold me was just lying to me over text and making me go to another best buy because they were missing a mounting kit. Horrible service, wasted 10 hours of my time going to 3 different stores, and waiting in home on a holiday instead of spending time with my family outdoors.
Please stay away from this company. The worse experience in my life. I ordered a cook rage top , we got re scheduled 7 times , all lies just to know now that it will be deliver in 5 months. A disaster, horrific customer service, they hung up on me a few times and all the lies is what really got me. Two weeks lying. Horrific experience. Run from this company, its a nightmare.
