If you go to real life thrift to donate clothes ask first if they are taking any.They threw my big bag of nice name brand clothes in trash right as I got in my car! I would have donated to women’s shelter or some one in need I always shop there everyone is really nice and I like that store but this really was upsetting.
Needs more tools and sporting goods kind of stuff! Manly stuff!

They are wonderful. Gary restrung my violin for my niece to use for school the next day right away while I was in the shop. Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable about their business. Would not reccomend any other music store in the area.

The person working there that day didn’t really seem to want to make a sale…. The sign saying not to touch the instruments without permission was a bit off-putting.
Then, after inquiring about trying one, he selected an instrument, took it down, re-tuned it, and hung it back up. There was no sense of being encouraged to actually try it out or anything.
It was very uncomfortable and we felt quite unwelcome.
Bad experience
I have been a loyal customer and supporter of this local business for years. However my experience there for the past several years has been less than satisfactory. I have been made to feel as if I were a nuecense there by one of the shop owners I believe.
Unless this man is just a disgruntled employee which is the vibe that he puts out each and every time I have been there during the past several years.
I have never gone there only to browse and play instruments. I only go there to purchase musical items and support local business as I strongly believe in doing so being a small business owner myself.
This man puts out a vibe so foul and offensive that I vowed not to patronize this place ever again solely because of this.
This man acts as if he’s been awakened by a door to door solicitor at his home each and every time I have shopped there.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will probably make this complaint known elsewhere so that the local public can be aware.
If one is either a proprietor or an employee at any establishment where intimate customer service is the foremost priority and that individual is vicious and repulsive with an obvious disgust for customers than they need not pursue that career any longer.

Fiddlin’ Red’s is a great place to find an honest deal and great service. I went in to see if I should have work done on a violin, long story short, I walked out with a new violin for the same cost and he played a live concert 😉 my kids still talk about it every time we go by. Thanks Red!
Red is an amazing musician. He writes music and teaches He is very patient and observant. He sees and helps you solve any problems or difficulties right away so you can make music without a lot of the normal frustrations Don’t hesitate or doubt yourself.
With Reds help and encouragement you can do it!
I take fiddle lessons from Red, there affordable and REALLY helpful. Also he has some really neat instruments in his shop. Go check them out!

Took my son in for a guitar repair and left with an amazing new guitar that suited his needs for almost less than the repair of his old guitar. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help in any way! Was a great experience
Scott did a great job repairing the neck and frets on my strat. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest service. This is a well stocked music store for any musician.
I recently bought a guitar and case and spent a good chunk of money. When I got home I was looking at the invoice and noticed they snuck in 3% fee on top of the 7% in taxes! This fee was for not paying in cash. The invoice said there is a 3% charge for debit or credit. This was an extra $20.46 that they did not tell me about. If I had known this, I would have paid cash. I was so excited about my new guitar I didn’t check the invoice before leaving. Plus, who does that! It reminds me of sleazy car dealership tactics to pad their profit hoping you don’t notice. It really surprised me they get away with this in such a small town. I will be going to Couer d’Alene for my guitar needs now. And like another post said, the vibe there is not good.
Family owned and ran by father daughter, won’t help you if you have cheap guitar and, supper opinionated about Taylor’s. Wish it could be cooler but does not pass vibe check.
Make sure dad is there before going in, they can’t take are debit or credit card unless daddy is there. Went in twice with no luck, this is why people shop on the internet, ugh so annoyed

It’s really too bad these geniuses have the most ridiculous hours of operation. Tried to explain to their feeble minds that people that can afford to spend money on musical instruments are WORKING for a living. Nobody is going to take time off of work to go shop at this place. Open at a decent hour and I’ll shop there. In the last 4 1/2 years, I’ve spent approx. $5,000.00 ELSEWHERE as a direct result of their terrible hours. This I must say is regrettable as I would much prefer to keep the money here in Post Falls. Note: I’ve heard these jokers complaining that sales are very poor at that store. No wonder.
I made the drive out here from spokane based on reviews I thought it would be worth it to check it out. I got there at 3:44 and it was closed. I understand it’s in a sort of secret place but if you’re gonna close early you should maybe close around half an hour early rather than nearly an hour and a half early.
I am on tour with my band, and I am in dire need of some new sticks. We call the store around 5:30 pm to ask them when they close. They close at 6pm and we tell them we are on our way right then. Get there at 5:45 pm and they are closed. I mean, no one there, they counted out, gone. I know many musicians who tour around the area often and I have told them to NOT go to this store. Go to Burts.

Great drum- / percussion-focused shop in Sandpoint. I’ve found everything I need here, from shells and heads to thrones, stands, sticks, snare wires, etc.
Also taking lessons with Chris. I feel like I’m learning drums the *right* way, methodically and comprehensively. He’s thoughtfully adapted my lessons around my goals. I’m having more fun and playing more confidently – in a shorter amount of time – than I expected.

8. Walmart Supercenter

The manager Marc in electronics is awesome! Every time I go in to Walmart he’s always in a great mood and happy to help anyway possible. He deserves a raise for sure even though I don’t know how much he makes and hour but I can assure he deserves more! We love everyone else who works here as well!

It’s a nice Walmart with an auto parts store next to it although it’s down the road on a frontage road not very quick getting in and out but a easy place to get in
This isnt a superstore, its much smaller and the food options reflect that.
We stopped here in a motorhome on the way home to Kalispell Montana. It was getting late evening and we had gotten about $80.00 worth of stuff. As we went thru checkout, the cashier had a real bad attitude. Wouldn’t talk until my wife said good evening and then just plain rudeness. Don’t think we will ever stop at this store again. Maybe management needs to check attitude a little closer!
