Matt is super professional and friendly and knows a lot about guitars. He fixed up my electric guitar’s tone knob and faulty circuitry within a couple of days and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent music instruction from an excellent company. I took music lessons with Jeff when he was still teaching almost twenty years ago. A little history: Elite Music Instruction started with the owner (Jeff) giving in-home drum lessons to a handful of students. Since then EMI has grown substantially, prompting Jeff to move away from one-one-one instruction to managing EMI. A classic story of someone who built a company with a great service, as seen by the countless people that have used EMI over the last 20 years. I know he strives to hire instructors with the same values that he originally developed as a teacher and mentor. Although it has been a while since I was a customer myself, I have recommended 9 different people to Elite Music Instruction and they have all become long-time customers.
My piano lessons with Harris Indowsky through Elite Music have been a lifesaver during this trying time especially! When we don’t have stay-at- home orders, he comes to my house but since the virus outbreak we do them over Skype and it works out wonderfully! It’s a bright spot in a normally dreary time!

I’ve purchased numerous tufted leather Frontboards thru this company and unfortunately both times the leather was torn from shipping. The most recent purchase was in March 2020. I took pictures and emailed them all of the information. I was told that they would take care of it and ship me a new panel as soon as they re-opened from Covid. I was completely understanding and waited until things reopened The sales rep told me she would call me right back but I no call. They knew exactly who I was and had all of my info but still nothing. I’m sorry but that’s just bad customer service!!
The front boards are heavy and the tufted leather does not hold up since it sits directly on the floor with no feet or guards to protect it so I’m always having to buy new panels!! This is not a Frontboard you can use every weekend for sure!
I’m now at 8 panels purchased for the white tufted leather and dealing with the ripped one that was sent to me back in March.
Just lost me as a customer.
I don’t recommend this company if you’re looking for quality and customer service.
Even though the product is very nice. The misleading information by the sales rep is concerning. After trying to get the actual weight of this product. I was told it can easily be carried in the bag with a shoulder strap. There’s no way this is possible. They should state that the two large panels with the two small side panels are a total of 68lbs. I would not had brought this product if she would of given me the actual weight. I wish I could of returned the item for a full refund
My cookbook (Ziggy Marley and Family Cookbook) arrived well packaged. They have a massive selection of books. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I dropped a guitar off to be restrung but there was poor communication about when it would be done. I ended up getting it back without the work done. On a positive note, they had good customer service with the purchase of guitar straps.
I wish they could install a guitar string without having to do a set up.
I have visited this place over the years because it’s close to my house. I really wish I liked this place because I rather support small business than a giant like Guitar Center…but I can’t. The main problem is the return policy: it is terrible. Once I open an item I can’t return or exchange. There were many items were the damage was not my fault but the manufacturers, but the item still was not accepted. Their prices are too high as well, but sometimes they do have price matching going on.
I think the only good thing about this store is the selection of music books available. I can easily see the book’s condition without having to risk spending non-refundable money on an item.

Dabelovedd really works hard to help you achieve the sound you are looking for while using his iwn creative ability to enhance that sound. I would recommend. Best studio in South Florida hands down! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they never disappoint. The rates are good, the engineers are solid (Dee is the best), and I like that the photo studio is in the same location to shoot videos and photo shoots.
KeyHouse Studios is a very nice and affordable place to do your own photography work inside of the studio. They have a variety of backdrops and also an Infinity wall. Everything is well kept. They also provide a variety of lighting equipment for any particular need. The staff there is very helpful and making sure you have everything you need to create the perfect moment whether it be for video or pictures. I definitely will be returning here in the future for more pictures.
Sessions stay lit, engineers on point. A little cold though, bring a jacket.
Everything is up to date. Even if your not using Studio A Room you’ll still get your money worth. Solid.
Took 2 busses and came all the way over just to be standing outside in the Florida sun waiting on an engineer who came like 25 minutes late. Dude who I spoke to on the phone didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that his engineer was running late. I had to call HIM and figure out everything on my own. I demanded my money back which I’m still waiting on right now. Leakhouse is EXTREMELY unprofessional not worth the money at all!!!!!
