ONE OF MY FAV PLACES TO GO IN TOWN! BEEN SINGING & PLAYING GUITAR SINCE I WAS 5! BOUGHT THIS GUITAR THERE LAST YR GOING BACK IN A COUPLE WEEKS TO GET A CASE
Best music store ever! Like family to me. Love this store and the exceptional employees with their outstanding professionalism!
I absolutely love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome place to get instruments, accessories and lessons as well as an awesome overall experience with the friendliness of the staff. I’ve been a repeat customer since we had to buy tapes in 1986.
Went there today. He has some great deals and he does layaway 6 month layaway if needed
Nice store….for yyyyeeaaarrss!!!lol
Small, quiet, local run music store. Good prices and owned by a knowledgeable friendly man who is happy to answer your questions. I’ll definitely be returning.
Great home town store
Very rude to my wife and all she did was ask a queston please don’t do business with these people we don’t need rude people in this town.
I’ve purchased things from here before, but today, I felt as though my business was not wanted. I took a violin in due to having issues tuning it and the bridge popping off. Was told what I need to do. Told them thank you and asked my daughter if she wanted to look around. Was told to have a nice day. Was not asked if I needed help with anything else. Employee just walked away

Awesome store, my son has been taking lessons here for a while and loves it. The staff is great and they take time with each customer. Highly recommend for music equipment amd lessons
You can trust Renown with any of your stringed instrument repair needs. The owner is very professional and has many years of experience. I wouldn’t take my guitars or basses anywhere else. They have some great teachers if you are wanting to learn something as well.
Great experience here. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Got my Martin set up and playing real nice. Definitely trust Brandon. I will be back with other guitars and instruments.
15. Palmer Music Company
Address: 1131 Front St, Conway, AR 72032 , Prairie County , Arkansas , United States
This is the place! If they don’t have it they can get it, and they for sure know about it!
Been taking guitar lessons for a couple of months now and it has been great! I feel way more confident in my playing. The instructors are kind and encouraging, and always ready to help on next steps.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Preston Palmer Studios. I took my 1938 Gibson to them for some restoration work and the end result turned out better than I expected. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of labor and work that went into the project. The guys also gave me regular updates on how every stage of the restoration was going. As for my other guitars, I’ve had people recommend Guitar Center for setups, but after seeing the caliber of work these guys do I won’t trust anyone but Preston Palmer Studios in the future. I highly recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed with the work they do.
I was looking at electric guitars and they didn’t offer to let me plug any of them in. How are you truly going to know if you like one or not if you can’t hear the sound.
Usually busy because they’re good at what they do!
Talked to Joey in the store today. He took some time to help me plan for an upcoming purchase for our church. They have a large selection of all kinds of musical instruments and they do lessons, as well. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thanks, Joey!
Went in expecting to buy a new guitar on 01/26/2023. The man behind the counter was very unfriendly & unhelpful.
I found one I wanted to buy but I just didn’t really want to give my money to a person who didn’t know how to smile.
Another employee walked by and was even more emotionless than the other guy. I left feeling very unwelcome.
I will not be back.
Go to GUITAR CENTER instead (you can actually have FUN there).

Shower 1. The fan looks like it hasn’t been clean in months
Nice, well stocked typical Lives. Just what you expect. Very clean, well kept. Courteous and helpful staff. Plan on stopping here again!
Hay una morena de pelo frondoso.que trabaja despachando el pollo guao no debería trabajar con el publico que desagradable es
Bad service
Towels smell like they didn’t get washed, just thrown in the dryer. Shower guy making all kinds of animal noise at 5 in the damn morning. Toenails, hair, and urine you can tell all he did was halfass the front half of the floor and throw some dog smell towels on the bench. Miserable way to start the day.
Also requiring license scan to buy products I’m legally allowed to buy. Won’t get another dime out of me. You want my info? You can buy it but you’re not getting it for free.
17. Randy’s Music
Address: 146 E Main St, Batesville, AR 72501 , Prairie County , Arkansas , United States
Randy is teaching me Guitar. He is very knowledgeable and make it fun. His store small but he is willing to help the best he can. Randy is an awesome guy.
He helped me with pick out the right guitar strings for my Les Paul today, the store is really cool and has great prices. also my strings sound amazing!
If you are looking to learn to play guitar, look no further. Randy is the guy to see. He is very informative and shares his knowledge with his students. His shop is filled with all kinds of guitars, banjos, ukuleles. Stop by and check it out
Selection consists of mainly guitars, basses and a few country oriented instruments. Limited selection.
Not a super big store with lots of options but they have the things I need
Great store
Biggest piece of trash you’ll ever meet in your life.
Amazing workers very knowledgeable and wayyyy better prices than you would expect!!!!
Usually, the people I encounter here are know-it-all, rage-ego, failed musicians. This guy on bass has been wearing it out for at least thirty minutes. Maybe he and the guy playing Thunderstruck incessantly should get together. Like, not only in time, on the same page, on the same song, etc, but like get together elsewhere and play. And really, the “guitar tech” or “setup guy” is a know-it-all and too snarky. He’s terrible at talking to people. I pretty much avoid him because I don’t need to get my blood pressure up any time.
Customer service is always great.
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable staff
These guys are the worst! I bought a loop station last week and when I got home I realized there was no power cord with the product. I called up there and spoke to the kid who sold it to me and he acted like I should have known it didn’t come with a power cord. I’m sorry, I just assumed that when u buy an electronic device it comes with the cord that powers it! Another time, a lady sold me a $20 card on the expectation that I will get $5 off a purchase every month for a year. What she didn’t tell me is that u have to make a purchase once a month for it to be valid. So I just basically donated $20 to guitar center because I was lied to.
