I’ve had a few things that have needed repair, and Diversified Audio delivered. Price was fantastic, and he responds pretty quick. Glad he’s local.

I’ve taken several amplifiers to them over the last ten years or so and have always had good results. They have fixed everything from Gallien Kruegers to Mesa Boogies and have always done good work. They do get a little backed up from time to time though so plan accordingly.

Bruce did an excellent and thorough job repairing my Marshall amp. Fast turnaround too!

Have brought my P 200 in for repairs and tune ups several times over the the past. Reliable and economical. Outstanding service.

HORRIBLE customer service. The guy answers the phone like your phone call ruined his day. Then, if you already know what you’re talking about, and need something very specific, he’ll tell you he can’t do that, because that’s just not how it works. I needed ONE part to repair an audio console, the day prior to an event, and he refused to sell it to me, because “he can make more repairing someone else’s console, then selling it to me”. Take your business elsewhere, because if you know sound, they don’t want it – if you don’t know sound, YOU don’t want it!!

No hustle, no updates. Had my cdj for 3 weeks before I finally got in touch and they said they couldn’t do anything.. wasted my time and lost money on rentals due to their lack of effort, care, and communication. Got it fixed at another shop in less then a week

I brought in my Ibanez RG with original floyd rose and Marty fine tuned it to perfection.
It plays like a brand new axe.
His prices and experience are comparable to any pro shop you will find in the Tampa Bay Area.

Great experience using Marty recently for professional set up and other work on several guitars, both electric and acoustic. He is very knowledgeable and does excellent work with a quick turn around. Marty also takes time to answer questions, discuss options for guitar repairs and makes suggestions for better sound and playability.

I have a older Yamaha fg151 that I have owned for about a year and liked the guitar very much I felt it had a exceptional tone but I did notice the bridge did not fit exactly and when I put new string’s on the guitar while turning the guitar the bridge pins would pop out I took it to Marty he explained to me what to do and not to do he did what I feel he would do to his own vintage guitar he replaced the bridge did the fix for the pins and set the action I would say I liked the guitar before but now it is my favorite unbelievable! Thank you Marty

This is a very shady place with a nice looking store. We rented a Violin for a long time. It developed cracks on it, which I was willing to pay for. But they came back with an outrageous amount to repair it, reduced it a bit, and pretended to do me a big favor. Once you rent from ’em you are kinda stuck (that’s the down side of renting I guess). Had to drive down 3 times to resolve this. Wouldn’t return phone calls. Finally ended up paying what they are asking as I feel I don’t have a choice. Not happy.

Took my teenage daughter whose been playing for 2 years in to look at a possible new guitar while visiting her grandparents. We were instructed to NOT touch any guitars but to ask an employee to hand us what we were interested in touching. They had almost no employees available to do this. Never been in such an unwelcoming shop in my life. There are plenty other shops to spend $500 – $600 bucks in.

Deceptive. The guys there don’t seem to know what they’re doing when it comes to guitar prices as it turns out, that or they just flat out lie. There are much nicer local shops around with better selections(and honesty).

Super nice guy gave me a quote but the replacement speakers was out of my price range. Still he was very informative and took the time with us and I appreciated it.

Love going to audio plus. They get the job done well and really make you feel that you got your money wroth.they work well with your price range. Funny guys. I recommend everybody to come here for car service.

The website is misleading and prices are way above anyone else. They do not have tuning tools as the website says, I brought my system in to be tuned “by ear” and was charged $15 I then found someone with proper tools and knowledge of stereo systems and found that it was still clipping. They also turned up my bass boost on the amp which is a big no no. So I had my system tuned properly with a oscope and meter and it sounds way better. I have seen some of their installs and they look clean so that part is good but as far as the technical portion of audio tuning I wouldnt go there.

False statement from their website.. unless someones ear and bass boom bottom song is precise tools for the job?

Came Their Like November Of Last Year And Got My Car Done For A Resonable Price Got My Speakers And Everything done & Got Two 12’s in the truck and Amps In My Mercedes Benz 2015. I Went there today and it was a different guy there this time a black guy i told him i wanted my music louder to where you can here outside the car. He accually came to my car and told me “Oh its going to Start off At $3000 on up cause music places barely put music in benz’s also cause of the products i have to get. So he basically freaking told me i gotta Spend more than $3000+ (A used car price) in order to louder my music that is BS. So yea they lost my service & also he said he wouldnt know the full price like what. The older dude from who i seen last time knew the exact price on point. He was just trying to get over.

Horrible customer service. You should know if you make an appointment and don’t answer when they call you back to confirm your appointment that they will give your appointment to someone else. Eventhough they never say that when you book the initial appointment. Then when I got to my appointment 10 minutes early instead of saying they would not be able. To get me in they kept my car for the remainder of the day and called to tell me that they would not be able to complete it after having it all day. If they would have told me that I had to confirm the appointment then I would have known their process is to give away the appointment when you don’t answer. And then when I went to pick up the car the guy basically argued with me about it. Had he said sorry we have your appointment away and I am sorry we can get you in tomorrow. But no he said you didn’t answer when I called you. No sorry. Apparently they have enough business to not care how they speak to you. Would recommend not wasting your time!

Both guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Bought my resin and got instructions about how to resin my violin bow. Still got in and out in just a few minutes. I plan to go back there for actual lessons.

Staff friendly and helpful. Nothing like the big box guitar super centers. Bought two guitars there that I would never have bought at those other places. All because of a sincere hello can I help you. Great place I found by accident. Thought it was a performance center. Dont be afraid to wander in!

Nice, small music store, friendly staff with a variety of guitar options. The location of the store however is atrocious as Regency Square Mall is a very poorly designed store layout and to make the situation worse they design engineers created a mall with such poor means of entering and exiting the facility that the patrons get the privilege of sitting in long lines (usually 30-40 minutes) just to get to the 2 main exit roads so you can sit through multiple light changes before you can actually get out of this nightmare. Love the store, recommend moving to a better location.

Good customer service

This is a great little place with friendly helpful staff. While the selection is somewhat limited the pricing is decent and they do have a good variety for the space they have. I would definitely do business with them again.

I been going there for a while my daughter play oboes we use to rent from them untile we start rent from her school but stil go there for her reed every three four week every time good experience untile today so mad and disappointed never going back there reed was not working 17 dollar the lady won’t exchange it to me and give me 5 dollar discount where the reed I took was broken too went back said I didn’t open it broken they like oooh give me another and charge me 11 dollar what the hell there is sweet girl there was helping me when she saw me getting mad she like I don’t know why she charging you it was broken the box was open like what the hell didn’t argue just left am so disappointed sooooo disappointed I use to go there aloe not anymore time to find another store

While the staff is friendly, they are completely unprofessional. They cancel classes the day before and sometimes the day of your lesson. I was told that it was because hiring of one particular teachers was “honestly a bad hire”, while their honestly was good to hear, it did nothing to help. I could not get them to understand a student cannot improve if they are not receiving lessons consistently, never mind the fact it is irritating to receive last minute calls that the teacher isn’t going be in for your scheduled lesson. This place is a complete joke.

The store’s products are fine, but its current management is mind-numbingly incompetent. My saga started off when I ordered a curved head joint for a flute that I already owned, with the challenge being that I needed to find one that fit the flute body. I talked with the store manager over the phone and had the head joint delivered to the store. The head joint arrived earlier than expected, and I brought my flute to the store on Monday, Nov. 12. The head joint was slightly too small, so I left my flute with the manager so that the head joint could be expanded. I was told that it would be ready the next day, and that he would call me. So far, so good – a 5 star review.
At this point, however, things began going seriously off the rails. Having not received any phone call from the manager, I returned on Wed. Nov. 14 to collect the headjoint. When I arrived, I was informed by an associate that the head joint was ready, but that it and my flute were in the manager’s car, and he had just left for at least an hour. Rather than my waiting, they offered to ship it to me, free of charge, with an arrival date of that coming Friday. While I wasn’t thrilled, I accepted and returned home.
Well, the package never arrived, and I called on Sunday to see if someone could let me know when I could expect it. The manager was not at the store that day, but I was told that the flute had been shipped out on Friday (not Wednesday as promised), and that the manager would call me. He didn’t.
Believing that the package had been sent out on that Friday, I patiently waited for a week until the next Friday (Nov. 23) rolled around. Still no package. So I called the store again, and spoke with the manager. He said that it had been mailed out on the Thursday (a day earlier than I had previously been told) and he would find the UPS tracking number and call me back. He didn’t. I called multiple times that weekend, and kept getting the same response (either from the manager or an associate) – the manager needed to locate the tracking number and would get back to me. He never called.
On Sunday evening, the manager said that he needed to reach out to the UPS rep to get the tracking number, but he would call me by 10am the next day (Monday, Nov. 26). He never called. Instead, I called him several times that day, and several more on Tuesday. Each time I got the same response – he needed to find the tracking number and call me back.
Finally, Tuesday at around 5pm, I called one last time and spoke with an associate. After a brief hold, she informed me that the package had somehow “been returned” by UPS and was in the store. IN. THE. STORE. They tried to send it “again”, but instead I drove to the store and picked it up before UPS could collect it.
I have no idea on what day the package was mailed to me, or if it was ever sent at all. I also have no idea why the manager decided to keep MY flute and MY headjoint in his car when left the store that day. Cars do get broken into, and musical instruments would appear to be exactly the sort of thing that someone might want to pawn off to make a quick buck. Finally, it is mystifying that no one realized that the flute and headjoint were at the store until I called at least 15-20 times.
But what really steams me most about all of this is that, having called over and over and over, I never once received a call back from the manager. NOT ONCE. If I was the manager, I would have personally delivered the package to my door, or done something to atone for everything. I didn’t even get the courtesy of a single phone call. Incompetence is one thing – apathy from a manager is another.
When, as a courtesy before writing this review, I called the corporate number for Music and Arts, the only response I receive was that they would forward my concern to the manager. I know exactly how well that will work! In the future, I will shop somewhere else.

I went to this store over the weekend and upon inquiring about an item that a store associate assisted me with, I was asked to get a credit card for this outlet. I informed the associate I had just opened an account with the Beall store the day before (in which I was also mislead at that store as well for opening up a credit card account). The associate said that credit card is for that store and even though I would be able to use the card at the outlet it is a different card and it has different deals for their credit card. I explained to her my concern was having a hard inquiry on my credit report. She said it comes as a soft credit and then called a manager over to confirm it was a soft credit. The manager confirmed that it was and I expressed my concerns on making sure it was a soft inquiry (the same thing I expressed with the Beall store who also gave me misleading information). The manager said he is sure it will not be a hard inquiry. Well today I received a notice from the credit monitor company that 2 hard inquiries (one for the Beall store and one for the Beall outlet) were placed on my credit report and points were deducted because of it. I am very disappointed in being mislead by both stores and have no desire to use the credit cards due to the lies that were told to open it. I will not support a company who care more about the sale than they do the customer.

Update on the credit card from this company. I would give them a zero if I could. So after receiving misleading information from the company stating there would only be a “soft inquiry” to open an account I decided to go ahead and keep the card as my thought process was it would help continuing to build my credit. Well 7 months later after making on time payments and never missing a payment, Bealls closes my account stating based off credit information (the same information they had when I opened the account only with a better credit score), they have decided to close my account. The said that in the terms and conditions, it states they share information with the credit bureau who gives them periodic updates on the account. How they made the determination is beyond my belief of what they have stated because my credit score increased alot due to making on time payments. This was all a gimic to have people use the credit card during the christmas and new year holidays. I do not recommend this credit card to anyone due to their LACK OF INTEGRITY. I should have followed my instincts of the “red flag” given in the beginning when the manager confirmed what the rep stated in saying it would only be a soft inquiry when in fact it ended up being a hard inquiry. This company will never get another penny from me. They not only got me like this with this card but I also had a bealls florida credit card in which they did something similar. I will never spend another penny at their store and I will continue to advise people of their lack of integrity so that no one else has the same experience as I did.
