Broke down at the drive thru window. Manager quickly and safely responded with crew and got me over to parking space. Making a situation for Handicapped patron far less stressful
Stopped here on our way ti LA from LV. The personnel was really friendly. I hadn’t met that friendly person el for a while. The dragon drink was very delicious. ☺️
Great Starbucks! Friendly service!
I really think that starbucks is a good company. But I am so disappointed about their service and costumer service. Looks like the partners don’t care about quality anymore. Starbucks is becoming another McDonald running by teenagers. They don’t really care if you are satisfy with your order and they give you attitude when you tell them that the order is wrong. The bottom line is that this come from the top. Seems that the top don’t care about quality just profits.
They are very nice and friendly, drinks are made well, don’t always have food or drink items, but who does these days
This Starbucks has been my favorite Starbuck by far in California. It was nice looking and clean, and the people there were very nice and Friendly
I went to Starbucks yesterday like every single day. I ordered my usual but I noticed as soon as I got to the speaker in the drive-Thru the girl talked to me when an attitude not professional at all. I believe they hired new people because the other crew was so nice to me. i always order extra sweet cream and extra cold foam and they never put the extra I have to ask for more because It’s supposed to taste sweet and not sour. well this girl wanted me to pay more for something I already paid for. the thing is that she told the other employees that I was asking for cold foam which I didn’t, I asked for sweet cream. The guy was confused and he was Im going to give you more cold foam but next time you need to pay extra and he said something accepting that they didn’t put the extra cold foam too. Anyways I explained to them that I asked for more sweet cream because my drink doesn’t taste sweet like it’s supposed to taste and he was ohh okay so the girl doesn’t even pay attention at all. I always stopped at this location because I have to run some errands before work and I usually go to Palmdale and get my employees their Starbucks over there but from now on I’m waiting until I can get to Palmdale the crew is really nice and well trained. This location needs to train their new employees better.
Too long lines ridiculous didn’t do the drinks right could have done better.
I used to go every single day to this Starbucks but I stopped because Brenda is always with an attitude. I don’t even know why? Same happened when they released the cups i only bought 2 one pink and one gold. I went back to get one of the grandes for my daughter who’s 7 yrs old and she was like you were here earlier. I’m not going to be able to sale you more cups she never said anything to people who bought more than 10 at 6am. I only purchased in total 3 cups and she was complaining. They don’t even have a policy that says we can only purchase certain amount of tumbler or cups.

Knowledgeable employees and quality products. Everyone was so friendly. Jarod you’re awesome!
Great place to shop
They usually have what you need but they gave horrible customer service.
They have a little bit of everything. But it is all thrown together in some spots and seems to have been sitting there for a very long time. But I guess if you need it they might have it.
Friendly staff for the most part, but I had a very frustrating experience with with the manager. I was working with an employee on duplicating a padlock key with specific instructions to produce the keys I needed ( I asked to use a specific blank, cut it slowly and methodically with minimal pressure, and don’t deburr it because the abrasive wheel can add years of wear in a matter of seconds and is often overdone by operators such that it strips the nickel plating from the key), because these first generation copies were intended to be the pattern for others and needed to be as accurate and clean as possible.
I’ve used key machines many times before, and the employee I was working with admitted he didn’t have much background in it, but was trained on the basics of using the machine. I demonstrated a quick and easy way to check the machine’s cutting depth calibration to him, which he appreciated. He cut the first copy for me, which he did a pretty good job on. he was also kind enough to offer to let me cut the second myself while he watched over me because he felt I would be able to give him some good pointers on technique. As I was about to start the cut however, the manager, Jorge Lopez, stepped in and decided to take over and cut it himself, His reasoning was that of liability, for which I certainly don’t fault him for. However…
He was very rushed and not was not very open to input. He had no knowledge of the requests I had given to the earlier employee. He repeatedly insisted it was the wrong blank, despite me assuring him 3 times it was correct (I had specifically requested a Master M23 blank instead of the common M1. They’re the same keyway, just with a different bow/head). He cut it with too fast a lateral travel speed, and with so much inward much pressure that the tracer stylus damaged my original key, which I later had to clean off the burrs from at home. Before I could finish telling him not to deburr the copy, he had already finished the cut and was tearing it a new one it on the abrasive wheel.
The resulting key, while I’m sure was probably functional, was cosmetically and dimensionally rough and not suitable as a pattern to duplicate others from. He seemed overly rushed and not particularly open to criticism, so I just went and paid for that 2nd key any way, and just chucked it later, since it did me no good for it’s intended purpose.
All in all, a frustrating experience. The manager needs to slow down and be more open to listening to the customer (and also to how to properly cut keys). The other employee was kind and helpful, and did a good job. All in all though, a frustrating experience.
Employees are not Proud Americans. They do not support the 1st amendment of the constitution.

Kinda yes
Guitar strings
Do not get guitar lessons with Vic. He will make you feel stupid and constantly remind you that you are nothing more than a paycheck to him. Do not expect somebody who is caring to teach you. If you use him, be prepared to feel less of a person when asking a question.
One of those employee’s is racist
