A member of staff at this Target, Jeremiah, refused to honor sales signage for 25% off apparel. He misrepresented himself as the Store Manager while being patronizing and unhelpful. Worst Target experience we’ve ever had.

The music venue is actually incredibly great. However, the hotel (Loews) where the venue is housed is easily the most despicable group of people I have had the misery of having to deal. Go for the music but leave as soon as possible.

My boys both started working with Allison at House Call Music when they were 5. They are now 8 and 10 and have made wonderful progress. Allison is so patient and makes the lessons fun and engaging. I would highly recommend House Call Music.
After a disappointing experience with a different music teacher, we gave House Call a try. We LOVE them! Diana has instilled a love of violin in our son. He practices without complaint and truly loves learning something new each week!
Lauren Hayes is a delight–and a masterful musician who brings joy, energy and structure to every lesson. Her approach to teaching is thoughtful with a clear intent to build confidence in her students and support them in their love of playing. Michael Becker is a string instrument expert. He is always busy because musicians know that they can trust his workmanship, whether this involves the crafting of a new instrument or doing repair.
His instruments are beautifully made and have a rich, warm tone.

I don’t know if it’s protocol to be on high alert for minorities but it makes it hard to shop and my girlfriend was stressed out she couldn’t even pick anything and I was overwhelmed because I wanted the day to be nice for her. I have went to a few different places and I have gotten a lot of massages elsewhere but this was my first time here. Kathy was THE BEST! She found knots I didn’t even know I had and pointed out and taught me things I didn’t know. She made me aware of things I really should have been paying attention to. I will definitely continue to go back to her. The facial was good. I wish it was a little bit longer and more in depth. I would give the facial almost 4 stars. I cannot wait to go back and see Kathy for my upper back and shoulders! What a relief!

I recently wrote a less than glowing review regarding my massage at Touch Companies. My experience with that massage has not changed, however the owner, I believe it was the owner, called me to acknowledge that review and apologize for my experience. That is an exemplary response as she was concerned with my displeasure. . . And as we discussed the internet is a powerful tool. Should I return to that area of Chicago I might very well give Touch Companies another visit all because of a phone call by a concerned owner. For now the benefit of the doubt is best given.
If I could give zero stars I would… I came in at 9am and that is what is listed for the opening time… if that is the time you open. Then have the door unlocked… you just lost a future customer…. Very disappointed
My experience has nothing to do with the spa itself, but strictly with the company that offers the coolsculpting on site. They attempted to reschedule me twice. Both times at the last possible minute, and wouldn’t respond to my attempts to confirm my appointment time until the very last minute. They also knew I was leaving the area for good by a certain date and still bailed on me twice. As someone who has received coolsculpting before, I am not pleased with that company’s customer service. The spa owner would be wise to move on and discontinue their relationship with the company that does the coolsculpting on site.
The massage was great, Thank you Margaret. The nail tech was unprepared to do nails of a black women, or behind an Asian. This was supposed to have been a his and hers spa day but unfortunately. Businesses should be prepared to serve and take on any job of the services they offer.

I live by here and I just started going to this place and this guy always has the best stuff, very friendly and definitely has an old school vibe to it. Whenever I go I know I will leave with stacks.
Great little record shop with an small selection of new vinyl & used LPs. Really affordable prices & a very nice owner whose poodle runs around the store sometimes. I always find a handful of compact discs to buy, as well as new vinyl & offbeat used LPs ranging in price from $1-$5. He even has some used dvds, vhs, & books but in small quantities.
Friendly manager/owner, Great pricing if you find what your looking for. Not the largest inventory but I found a few.

So RUDE. Do not sell your records here, they scam you terribly. Not to mention, horrible hours and close whenever they feel like it because they are just so “tired.”
I have stopped by here 3 times all different days and they are NEVER opened. So what’s the open sign for if the door is locked and no one answers the phone. NEVER stopping here again.
Might as well be permanently closed. I’m sure it’s a nice place, but neither I nor any of my collector friends have ever been able to check it out due to its ridiculous hours.

Disappointed in the food, staff was short but nice enough. They were clearly disappointed we didn’t order alcohol. Very overpriced for a weirdly formal sports themed restaurant in a Holiday Inn express. Will not be back. Do not waste your time and money.
I was astonished but the price of menu items. This is connected to an airport hotel; certainly not a destination. But the cheapest steak is $45? And a ribeye is 67 or 69. Not including sides. The waiter said that downtown this place is classy and highly sought: so the prices should be the same at the airport location with a couple tables occupied. Get with it.
Extremely overpriced for the quality you actually get. My husbands $55 steak was burnt. Literally everything was bland and unseasoned. I will not return, very disappointed with my experience and especially the food quality.

This SB location is the most convenient spot to get a cup o’ caffeine on the go. With a speedy moving drive through, most drinks seem to be dished out to cars rather than those inside the building. If you find that the drive through line is impossibly long and you can’t snag a spot in the way-too-small parking lot, you can detour across the street to Target and find yourself a much less Starbucks just inside and to the right of the entrance.
After a remodel, this location has those uncomfortable high tops and the cold dark interior design. This isn’t a spot that says “waste time here”.

Was casually enjoying my drink from this location yesterday when suddenly a plastic (wrapper?) ended up in my mouth. I know you guys are busy, but please look out for stuff like this. This shouldn’t be happening. Other than that, service was pretty good. I go to this location often.

The performers were pretty solid, the food was good, and everyone was able to hear regardless of where they were sitting. Only gripe I have is that it got pretty crowded in there, all the stools are right next to each other so make sure you’re ok getting friendly with a stranger next to you.
Good experience. Good service. You may want to bring a sweater if you don’t like cold places. Parking can be crazy. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent! The store offers everything from vinyl to cassettes to CDs, even a few 8-tracks too! I purchased a cassette and a few vinyl and everything plays flawlessly. The pricing is fair and the selection is magnificent!

Jodi Koplin’s Jigglejam performance is a fun and interactive experience for young children. I am a director of a child care center, and Jodi has performed at several of our end of the year picnics. Each and every year, the children and staff have a blast! Highly recommended.

We rented some bikes from this location. The pick up for the rental was pretty rough. But when retiring the bikes, Kimberly helped change that and it ended with a good experience.

Experience was great Britney assisted me with my new purchase of my leather jacket. She also explained to remove interior liner of jacket to get a better feel of the jacket before purchasing it.I then was looking for a pair of boots that I purchased about 4 years ago and Amanda helped me with locating them, which I was at other Harley locations and they could not locate them. They are very knowledgeable and both took there time to help me and my wife search for them on the computer thank you both very much. Harley Davidson company has 2 gems working at this location.

Found a bike we liked, sales rep quoted price and year of bike. Went downstairs, was told bike $1000 more but he could get it down. Came in to make deal 2 days later as diccussed, only knocked off $500 and bike a year older now. Won’t let you leave until you have coverage bound on new bike, even though sign states you have 24 hrs if not taking bike same day. Never again!!
