My boyfriend and I stopped at the pub in Saguache and decided to take a peek inside this antique store. Rick was very kind and helpful and let us wander around at our own pace.
There were a bunch of used records in the back of the store. Rick said they were his girlfriend’s records, and let me tell you, his girlfriend has an AMAZING taste in music. We found Led Zeppelin II for $20, along with several others. Rick is going to price some more records for us and encouraged us to come back soon to pick them up.
Overall, a wonderful experience. People should really check this place out!
Very good and affordable collection of 19th century antique. Rick, the owner, is very knowledgable and very pleasant to talk too. Highly recommended the place.

What a gem! We had a beer there once and checked out the menu. This time we had food and, man oh man, were we surprised and impressed. The food is excellent. The cheesecake serving is huge, about a pound of the best I’ve ever had.
Great food and good service. I can’t wait to go back.
This place was a cozy hideaway!
Hyggeligt sted
Good food. Very busy. Reasonable prices
Wheelchair accessibility: 4 steps in front door

Great service and will fix your instruments very well.
Great guy! Personality, this shops got it! Very knowledgeable about what they sell. Great prices, too.
Nice Selection of instruments, courteous service
Bob & Robert are awesome. Great little music store.
Bob is awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Has a great selection of used equipment.
Do not bring your instruments here for repair. I brought my violin in to be repaired and it was completely ruined by the worker. All it needed was for a small hairline crack to be filled. Instead, the repairman decided it would be better to sand off the varnish and stain which is impossible to replace and match to the original. Although I liked the store before this experience, I cannot forgive this kind of decision making. This would have been avoided if the repairman had simply told me how he planned on repairing the violin, but he did not.
I will never do business with them again. We had taken an alto sax in for pad repairs and it too over 2 months to be repaired and then were charged outrageously for it.
I have personal issues with the owner/operator

Just wanted to give a shout out to Daryl and Matt over at Blue Mesa Music Store. They were able to order us everything that we wanted for our family Christmas presents and matched online pricing! Highly recommend those guys. Shop local! Especially at your local music shop!
ALL THE GUITARS ARE SET-UP AND IN TUNE!!!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, but not even a little pushy. Usually when you walk into a boutique guitar store, you feel like you have to make small talk with the owner and have to try to escape the encounter to actually look at things. They paid me just the right amount of attention, letting me browse and answering questions. They had no qualms with me playing a $300 squier (again, set-up AND in tune!) or the $4k vintage Martin casually hanging on the wall. Great place to spend some time and some money!
Great shop with an eclectic collection. Knowledgeable and they encourage you to play everything.

Carl is phenomenal. Courteous, knowledgeable, economical – truly a diamond in the rough.
Not enough good things can be said.
Carl rented me a digital keyboard for five days while I was in town for a vacation. He charged fifteen dollars a day, but waived the first and last days because they were “partial.” I’m very grateful to him for accommodating me and trusting me with the instrument. His store seems cozy and well-stocked. It’s located on the hill west of the old town and can easily be spotted (on the north side of 160) by the cluster of bright red roofs at the edge of the woods. Stop in and see what he can do for you.
Very knowledgeable, personable, and great selection! Also offers lessons
For a small town, this place is amazing. The owner knows so much and has helped me as an artist. Nice instruments for good prices. But this time I only needed some drum sticks, that where less than expected, I may add.
Very knowledgeable, nice selection .
Carl has opened a beautiful new shop!
Musical equipment is overpriced amazon deals from Christmas. Owner is a nice guy, but was clearly just trying to sell more expensive items over cheaper arguably better ones. “Handmade” strings snapped within the hour, I have a hard time believing the Ernieball strings would have any problem. Sadly though I listened to the worker who assured me that they were the worst. Overall I recommend just driving to Durango you’d end up saving money and not being treated as if you haven’t been playing guitar correctly your entire life.
