bad Customer service
Times are incorrect. First time I went it it was 6 or a little bit passed. After then I’ve been here atleast 5 times around 5:50 or 6 during weekdays and they are closed, a whole hour before the posted time. Very frustrating considering there are interest fees that are higher everyday you don’t pay back. Should change it or actually close at the correct time! Also consider that people have come in during those hours, and are unaware they will be unable to everyday as shown on the door. Ridiculous.
Don’t even think about going to that jewelry store. I took my real 14kt chain and they put 18kt liquid on me to scam me by saying it was 10kt. They are scammers. I imagine that if someone buys a chain in that 14kt store, they give them a 10kt saying that it is 14kt, they do not go to that store. or they will be scammed

They told me my guitar was worthless and gave me $125 for it. Then proceed to listed online for 2900. That is not how you do honest business.
here at 3:15 on a wednesday. nobody’s here. and I called first, and was made to believe this is a store, while to me it looks like a loading dock. absolutely horrible traffic in this area.
