Tremendous buying experience. Todd took time to answer all of our questions and help us find the perfect guitar. Will surely use Sam Ash again.
Roland helped us find the best fit for our family. We are now proud owners of a digital piano. Thanks for such great customer service!
Great service ,friendly
Always have what i need, when i need it.
Friendly and I like their selection.
I needed info on guitAr service was alright could’ve been better could’ve been worse bought a pickup but wasn’t satisfied. Will go to Guitar Center next time.
It was my first time there at the store and the workers never bothered to ask if i needed assistance and then when I had to go ask the clerk was on his phone. Terrible customer service.
I was looking for something unusual (a baritone ukulele), and before I purchased it online, I wanted to try to buy it locally instead. Maybe they have one, maybe they don’t – I never got to ask and I called 4 times. I was transferred and hold-hung up on each time. Customer service stinks and doesn’t seem to be a priority. Won’t be calling them again for any reason.
Customer service is so forced and they just don’t have a good selection in dj and audio. Stick with guitar center! Sam Ash is very mediocre and you can tell by the employees.
2. Guitar Center
Address: 7325 San Pedro Ave Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78216 , San Antonio , California , United States
This place is awesome. If you love playing music this place has everything and you can play their instruments that are set up for the public .
Supper nice people and very helpful
Walked in and waited for a bit to get some help. Store appears to be very busy. I did find a decent deal on my guitar. Once I got sales rep, he was very helpful and even tossed in a free guitar cable.
The staff is very helpful
Reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff. Went to buy a drum set for my son and the staff was great at giving me information and recommendations. I appreciated them not trying to up sell me on a more expensive set.
They must have self check out to don’t bother to the employees.
I will never back there again.
Really bad service
Based on the reviews I decided to go elsewhere. I am a military service member and previously used the Guitar Center as my major source for all supplies, strings etc. I just don’t need the hassle. I hope the store reads it’s reviews and makes adjustments. They lost my business.
Store needs to ensure their website stock matches what they truly have in the store. Drove and hour to get an item that supposedly was in stock and after spending a significant amount of time trying to hunt a sales person down, they didn’t have it. They even admitted that their website “lies”. Hmmm. Bought my item from Sweetwater instead.
3. Music Go Round San Antonio
Address: 7115 Blanco Rd Suite 109, San Antonio, TX 78216 , San Antonio , California , United States
Great friendly people with knowledge and experience…
If you can’t find what you need they’ll recommend somewhere just as good that may have what you need.
Very impressed…
Good value on sales, interesting selection and generous staff regarding service.
A lot of instruments and accessories, to chose from.
Good prices great little store. It is hit or miss if you are looking for a specific item but still worth a look if you are in the area. Can’t beat the prices.
Very pleasant place to go. Need an instrument.
Great service, awesome selection.
Terrible customer service. Staff was short with me and completely uninterested in the $1000 worth of gear I brought in to try and sell. Expect to receive less than 50% resell value for anything you’re thinking about selling here. This place is the Gamestop of gear.
Not treated well by sales staff new guys are horrible and for the amount of money i have spent in that store tech guy doesn’t like me never have since i complained to owner about his attitude will not shop there unless current staff including tech guy are all terminated
Come early. They will lock the doors before closing time.
4. Alamo Music Center
Address: 1530 Babcock Rd, San Antonio, TX 78229 , San Antonio , California , United States
Alamo Music was a delightful experience! I recently started looking for a Taylor T5Z to help with multiple projects. Chris McKee was so knowledgable and helpful in every question I had. He took the time to find the specific unit (even down to to wood grain) I requested. These guys know quality and it was a true joy to work with pros who understand and love music. I would recommend Almao Music (and Chris) to anyone looking for an excellent experience.
Had a kickass experience here at this location thanks to Jon Guajardo. He helped me pick out a Fender guitar amp that I completely fell in love with all thanks to his expertise and knowledge of the stores inventory.
I ended up buying my baby grand elsewhere. They were patient with trying to give me in-house financing, so I’m thankful for their time. BUT the Babcock location is all dank and weird, so it seems like ALL the pianos there are neglected as far as tuning, and they all click and thunk like unwanted, abused orphans. Downtown location has better pianos, but they will disregard one’s specific preferences and try to push whatever Chinese or Indonesian thing they want to move out quickly. Best thing is to try the pianos out alone, without a salesman right next to you. I asked about a used piano in the “basement” and one salesman told me that whoever showed me that one just wanted to take the commission, and told me I don’t really want it (as if I don’t know what I want). I’m giving them three stars because I bought my other piano there 11 years ago without all this hassle and got a great deal back then on a fantastic piano. So I can never *completely hate on this store. You just have to be direct and insistent about what you want when you go in to shop.
Good selection of guitars and amps. Customer service is lacking… asked a question about a repair and before I could even get through my question they interrupted and said go to the downtown store. Unlikely I will return.
PARENTS BEWARE!! My wife and I rented a violin for my daughter during the last school year. I returned the violin and was told at that time I had a 200.00+ credit that we could use and that it would expire before the upcoming school year. I asked how it could be used and was told that it could be used towards basically whatever. Came back today and lo and behold the credit is expired and they might be able to reinstate it, but only towards an instrument of equal value to the violin we originally rented. Supposedly the individual I spoke with “didn’t explain it right and I should have read my contract”… The smirk on the managers face said it all. Goodbye Alamo Music hello Amazon.
The first I went into Alamo music there were two employees laughing at another employee on the phone with a customer, pressuring the customer to make a piano purchase. Fortunately or unfortunately I did not get the same treatment. I placed an order for an item they were going to have transferred from their downtown location. I was told they’d call me or I could call to confirm when the item was available. I called and no one seemed to have any record of what I was referring to. When I was finally able to come in I was told the item had been sold and I could drive myself to the downtown location if still interested in purchasing the item. They said the item sells fast but they seemed uninterested in doing anything other than sending me downtown. Overall horrible experience and a great reason to never give this business/location your money. They do not seem to give much thought, if any, to their customers experience.
terrible service
5. Music & Arts
Address: 7325 San Pedro Ave Suite 106, San Antonio, TX 78216 , San Antonio , California , United States
Very friendly with lots of info on the instruments thanks jim for helping us out
Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the process of finding a guitar for my daughter very easy.
Employees were very helpful in getting an instrument sent off for repairs
Saturday hours need to be updated as it says they open at 10 am, but I arrived and they don’t open until 11.
Super helpful young man working music store. Was patient when we changed our minds on what mouthpiece we needed and had been holding item for us after we called in. Good selection.
Picked up some reeds and a Tenor cleaner
Y’all need to fix the time on google NOW!!
I am a local teacher and am very disappointed by the set up these rental instruments. It is extremely important to have a well set up instrument when you are learning.
This place really suxs!! Really they deserve zero stars! I was on automatic withdrawal and what do you know they took out 3 times in one month. But they can’t do anything they don’t know anything they can’t even see it on their own computer. So they want me to call customer service, we’ll after waiting an hour and a half they don’t know what is going on. So now I have to go to my bank and get a new card so they won’t automatically take out anymore extra payments. Never will I do business with this company again!!
6. Alamo Music Center
Address: 425 N Main Ave, San Antonio, TX 78205 , San Antonio , California , United States
I was lucky enough to have found this place during my holidays in San Antonio. These guys know their stuff! Loved how Gary walked me through the different options and story of some of the guitars. I hope I’ll be back soon! Thanks you!!
Alamo just won a customer for life. Jon Guajardo at Alamo is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I must say, I felt very valued in the way he treated me. I was surfing their site, when he offered to help. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I will be coming back, again and again. Thank you Jon and wonderful people at Alamo. Two Thumbs up. Oh, and don’t miss the great videos on YouTube. These guys know their stuff.
It’s a great place to go to. They have people who know what their doing as well as what their selling. And the staff are a bunch of kind individuals.
Great deal on a brand new Yamaha piano. Kevin was very helpful & informative in finding a piano to meet our needs. If you are in the market for a piano new or used, give them a call or stop by.
Great customer service, good prices, and they give music lessons for a decent price.
Excelente atención y asesoría. Siempre recomendando lo mejor para ti y tu instrumento.
Bought a vihuela, guy didn’t even string it right so the string busted.
Said he’d send new strings and I haven’t gotten them.
All they want you to do is buy buy buy or get out
Horrible service

As a long time customer of Alamo Music, it pains me to write this review. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have made purchases of close to $8,000.00 through the years. Recently, I asked Alamo Music to order a Bass and an Amp for me (they were not in stock). I knew going in that it might take a while, but I figured the company would keep me in the loop. However, every time I called, I had to review the order with them again. In each call they told me that they would check on the order and get back to me. Each time, I was not contacted as promised. We went into the store a few weeks ago to talk with someone in person and was told the Amp was in the store. I had just talked to someone the day before and was not informed the Amp had arrived. I have left messages for the sales person, general manager, and CEO, but none of them call me back. We finally found the Bass on Amazon and ordered it. I called to cancel the order and was promised a refund. I checked the statement a few days later and I did receive a refund, but was shorted. I can not tell you how disappointed I am in my dealings with Alamo Music. I purposely ordered the instruments with them out of loyalty and this is the thanks I get.
I recently went to the downtown store and I will not be returning. Go to their location on Babcock Rd, it is a much better experience.
7. Music & Arts
Address: 20821 US-281 Suite 312, San Antonio, TX 78258 , San Antonio , California , United States
M&A really messed up a rental we were doing. It could have been my fault, I’m not perfect, but they do own some responsibility for the situation even if it were all my fault. The staff at this location took on the issue. The manager(s, they switched during my event) made sure that my situation was resolved not only fairly, but that I was pleased with the outcome. I have now moved my other kid’s rentals from a different company to this store. They (Brenna) continue to make sure I get the right instrument for the best value.
I have really enjoyed our experience with this store at 281 and Evans. We get music books and instrument materials required by NEISD, and everyone has been so easy going and helpful. So much so that I even signed up for a guitar lesson at my age. Good atmosphere and decent prices.
Friendly and good service.
They were nice but didn’t have items that said in stock on the website.
They have very polite and courteous staff and have very good trombone deals. However, the shops they send damaged trombones too are not of the highest caliber.
Worst service by any retailers as such. I was buying a 3000 equipment and was given the runabout for two months and eventually could not deliver the equipment. Watch out for their false promises and don’t put any money down.
I had a bad experience with Music and Arts. I was double-charged for one rental instrument. I contacted the main office countless times and discussed the issue with no resolution.
Awful experience I got. Took both my instruments to get a cleaning service on them and received them back 3 weeks later in worse condition. There is a reason why they charge low prices unlike other music stores I’ve gone to.
8. High School Music Service
Address: 5535 W Loop 1604 N #103, San Antonio, TX 78253 , San Antonio , California , United States
The staff here are so attentive and know what they are doing. Great prices, great staff, great equipment. I’d like to see more merch pertaining to string instruments, but that’s my only drawback.
Shaun was great and very helpful!! Thanks!
Exelente
Very good customer service and knowledgeable, a little curt but good.
Yesterday my daughter and I stopped by our local instrument store, which just happened to be High School Music. Upon our entrance we were not greeted, nor was our presence ever acknowledged. Quite shocking in that this store is supposed to cater to children and I can only assume help parents make the right decision in choosing an instrument for their child. It doesn’t take much to offer a friendly welcome, but this was not the case. There were two clerks behind the counter I would like to add. One was busy with a customer (female), and the other just stood behind the counter and continued with whatever task they were engaged in (male). Fortunately for me, I’m a music professional and educator, so I require little assistance when it comes to the acquisition of an instrument. But the reciprocity of the actions of the clerks, or lack of in this case, is negative in that I can only give back to High School Music what was given to me. This undeniably poor first impression means that I will never go back to a local vendor or recommend said vendor to students, parents, professionals, and other institutions. As it’s nice to have locally owned anything these days, I’m afraid that I will continue to give and send my business to the larger chains and internet outlets.
Steve is courteous.
Probably a good place for band instruments but terrible place for guitars. I brought my guitar in to get my strings replaced. The guy helping me was very rough with my guitar. At first I let him do his thing as I was looking around the store and her a loud bang, which was my guitar on the counter top. I decided to stay near and try to talk with the guy a little bit, and in front of me a loud crash my tuner pegs hit the hard desk. Fast forward I see my guitar crash that desk again. When using his pliers dug into the bridge rather roughly, which prompted me to ask his instrument of choice. A flute… But it’s ok he is qualified because he plays with guitar players. When tightening the strings I asked if he was going to prestretch the strings before fully tuning. I was greeted with a confused look and “I’ve never heard that before”, which is recommended byost guitar techs or even by the manufacturers themselves (Cordova). But this car crash of an experience ended with him cutting a string too short, all I really got after that was a “I don’t know why I’m having so much trouble”. I just grabbed my guitar and was done with this trainwreck. The funny thing is when I talked to him about pickups and pedals he told me that they were getting alot of clients and customers wanting stuff for guitars and that the guitarist were becoming a new customer base. So recommendation to High School Music , hire an actual guitar tech or someone with knowledge on how guitars work and how to change strings. You guys are supposed to be the experts. Oh and most importantly RESPECT AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTRUMENTS. Regardless I’m never going back, and I will not recommend them for anything other than an orchestral instrument or band instrument.
Guitar Players Beware!!! Go to Helotes Guitars instead.
Took my son’s trumpet in for repair. Rented a loaner. Took loaner home to find it had a stuck valve.
Don’t operate according to posted hours and refuse to help even though they clearly see you. Go somewhere else. Waste of time.
9. City Base Music
Address: 4379 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78222 , San Antonio , California , United States
Great prices on all of the gear. Guitars, amps, drums; accessories incl. woodwind. Staff were very friendly. They offer lessons in a lot of instruments. Large variety with lots of brand names. Definitely recommend this place.
I love this place. I hate having to go anywhere else. I still wait till he gets in what I’m looking for. Thanks guys
Such a great place Carlos took care of us very well…
Great ace n employee know their stuff
Had what i was looking for.
Nice and friendly environment
Very rude service, sarcastic remarks, lazy workers. Playing to much on phone’s for good customer service. Offensive very unprofessional.
Was the only customer Thier and had to wait for the workers till they stop chatting, not even a (. I will be with u in a moment)
10. SpaceTone Music
Address: h x, 416 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78209 , San Antonio , California , United States
Friendly service, wide selection, and a great local business to support.
Tried to lowball my friend out of a Highend Turntable that was worth 8 times what they offered.
If your new to playing and are inexperienced, go elsewhere. Same thing with taken you guitar in to get it worked on. You won’t get what you asked for, more then likely. I speak from experience. You have to be in the “circle” to get treated right. Everything else is fake friendly for profits. Don’t count on them “getting back to you” dispite what they tell you in person or over phone. If your not knowledgeable on what you want to buy they won’t help you, just sell it to you. Your better off at the big box stores. As sad as that sounds. It seems as if they are to good for yo. u if your in in the click. Like a bad used car scetchy salesman. You get the lemons while their buddies get the goods. Don’t spend your money there get your guitar worked on
Does not purchase used Line 6 gear.
11. Century Music
Address: 214 W Rhapsody Dr, San Antonio, TX 78216 , San Antonio , California , United States
Bear and Larry are great customer service representatives they won’t sell you something you don’t need and they’ll get you exactly what works with your equipment
Got my speaker fixed today. Guys there are great!
Super friendly and helpful staff! Great bass amp selection too, as a bassist in SA we get kinda neglected by the boutique stops sometimes but Century is dope.
Mi esposo aún tiene unas playeras de cuando su tío compraba en ésta tienda, de los 90’s, su tío importaba.los productos a la CDMX, él se llamaba Carlos Munguía.
On July 3rd I picked up my guitar from Century music after having them level the frets, after discovering a poor job I brought it back .Upon inspection it was discovered that they could not get it right nor did they perform all the work and left some frets sanded but not crowned.
I sought the opinion of two other techs in the city that confirmed it was a horrible fret job. Need I say more!!!!!! There are plenty of other reputable guitar technicians in San Antonio and Austin. I urge everyone to steer clear of Century music.
Their business model is highly questionable. After confirming with other techs and informing Century music they denied everything refused to refund and simply pretend nothing happend A civil case is pending
Very poor customer service. They change hours when they choose. Have made three trips over to pick up repairs and they randomly close.
12. Guitar Tex
Address: 4330 McCullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212 , San Antonio , California , United States
Nice people! Beautiful guitars and they do great work if you have one that needs to be repaired. They don’t charge an arm and a leg either. I totally recommend!
Great service. Nice guys.
John Thurston is a Martin magician. Great work on some very fragile instruments.
Nice local shop. Friends and family have gone there for nearly 20 years
Great guys working there but it took about 6 weeks for a bridge replacement.
Good job just take a little time to get guitar back
I guess I caught him on a bad day…
I went in yesterday to pick up a guitar I was having set up and I was chatting with another customer who was trying out a Larrivee 0-40R. I told him that I love my Larrivee Parlor and he asked if it was the same as the one he was playing. I told him yes, it’s – and the guy behind the counter loudly cut me off “No it’s not!” I tried to go on explaining that the Parlor and the Single 0 are the same size, which they are, but I was loudly interrupted five more times with things like “No – it’s NOT!” and “That’s much larger than a parlor!”
I finally threw up my hands and said “Okay, congratulations on being right”
He says “Don’t get mad at me cause I know what I’m talking about! I’ve been a Larrivee dealer for 20 years”
Whether a customer is right or wrong, there’s no reason act this way. Also – verified on Larrivee’s website – the Parlor and the 0 body are absolutely identical in every dimension. So, not only was this guy – I think he was the owner – incredibly rude, he was completely wrong.
If you had even been civil, this would be a five star review. The fret level and recrown on my Martin was absolutely excellent. I’m just not that interested in being treated like an idiot.
Terrible service, the kid doing teh guitar setup jacked up the nut on my les paul twice, cant get it intonation properly then they charged me 160 bucks to do it twice because they never did it right the first time. Incredible amount of nonsense when dealing with the manager. After what i went through you should have been paying me. And this is not the first time i have had problems here.
Had a really weird experience with this place. Dropped off a strat for a setup, it had some buzzing that I thought could be resolved.
They told me it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. 2 1/2 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they said they hadn’t gotten to it. They would start it that day and it would be ready the next day.
When I picked it up, they had decked the tremolo (was floating previously). They recommended larger gauge strings and a new nut. I asked if I should I go ahead and get the net replaced and they said no, take it home and play it for a while.
When I got home I found a large scratch/crack in the back that wasn’t there when I dropped it off.
It’s really weird that they didn’t ask me how I wanted anything setup or call me to talk about their recommendations before completing the setup.
In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t have them do any extra work on it.
13. Del Bravo Record Shop
Address: 554 Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78237 , San Antonio , California , United States
Best place ever to get oldies, and new music too, I have been going there for year’s. The service is outstanding. If Irma doesn’t have the music you wanted she will always find a way to get it for you. She is awesome.
Nice, clean, and organized but vinyl prices are a little high and it took a while before we were acknowledged. Good collectible vinyl. Very cute store.
Little disappointed I buy a CD of Jay Perez and said is a live but when we play, a lot skip going on look like burned in home and cost a lot, that CD is good songs but not worth like we paid.
Lots of vinyl album oldest and new one
Bad attitude no hi or hello
No comment
14. Music Connection Record Store
Address: 7121 W US Hwy 90 Ste 140, San Antonio, TX 78227 , San Antonio , California , United States
Great place for music. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you haven’t checked this place out you should.
Employees are super cool and informative. They also have a good selection of rock and metal viynls.
Super friendly as well as wonderful service and a over all great atmosphere
Busy, record store day. Good selections.
Lots of vintage pop and Mexican music on vinyl and CD here. If you like death metal or EDM, you’re outta luck kid.
It was nice they had super rare vinyls and cds and just normal cds and vinyls but what I really didn’t like about the store is that the free style cd section
Poor attitude & customer service on returning defective vinyl LP’s. If you don’t want to accept returns simply place a large sign that says so AND folks will shop elsewhere. Either you want to do business or not. I know doing the right thing with a proper attitude is a hard thing these days. Whatever happened to customers come first? Being Kind, warm, and generous is free.
We used Jesse Galvan as our DJ for our wedding Nov 26, 2016. He made a ton of errors during the reception. I sent him the list of all our music 2 weeks prior to the wedding and he responded saying he had everything ready a week before the wedding. However, he played the wrong entrance song for our bridal party he was playing our first dance- he had to change the music half way thorough, we had another song to play for just the bride and groom entrance that was skipped all together. Our first dance song froze in the middle and he replayed it from the beginning just to have the same freeze. When it was time for the bouquet toss I had to remind him to play the song I choose. I really wish I had gone with another DJ.
15. Dellview Music Center
Address: 122 Latch Dr, San Antonio, TX 78213 , San Antonio , California , United States
Andrew and Nick are some of the nicest and most genuine musicians and music teachers in San Antonio. My nephew was visiting from Japan in the summer before he was going to start middle school band. My sister (his mom) wanted him to try brass instruments before they left back to Japan. At Dellview, Andrew let him try a trombone and trumpet. My nephew went on to choose the clarinet. Before the end of 2019, Dellview was selling a used but still in great condition Yamaha clarinet. We ended up purchasing and shipping to my nephew. This place is rad with great customer service and a fun spot. They started a live music series that focuses on local talent and some being their students. Check it out if you have a chance.
Really enjoyed the time I spent here! Really talented instrumentalists and lovers of music run the shop. Were super knowledgeable and helpful. Clearly passionate about teaching, have classes available for all levels, beginners to experienced for kids and adults. They’re super approachable and warm and love what they do. I Love the old school sheet music selection available too!
One of the best in town. Prices are fair and honest. There’s a reason why this place is one of the oldest music shops in town. Would highly suggest checking out if you’re in the market for something or need lessons.
Bought a very nice hard shell guitar case… friendly people, good price…
16. Robot Monster Guitars
Address: 2102 McCullough Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212 , San Antonio , California , United States
Took a Marshall Acoustic amplifier in for repair. It was in need of some TLC. Bob made quick work of the repair including finding some parts that were a little difficult to find. Very pleased with the service and commutation.
It was great
Cool place for unique gifts as well as guitars and musical equipment!!!
Cute little shop that has t-shirts, vinyl albums, and a lot of merchandise to satisfy anyone’s taste.
If they had more Pantera shirts I would have gotten more.
They have a really cool selection of guitars, basses, amps, and other interesting items — looks almost more like a museum than a store. Sales staff are bit too stand-offish. Prices are a bit high here as well. Even if you don’t end up buying anything, like me, it’s worth the visit just to see the place. For decent secondhand instruments & equipment at a better price, I go to Music Go Round on Blanco Rd.
Cool retro shop, decent selection including some lap steels and sitars.
Not alot
DO NOT BUY GUITAR GEAR HERE, AND DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AS THEY ARE JUDGMENTAL AND HAVE LITTLE PATIENCE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO SPACE TONE.
Everyone keeps saying friendly staff but idk what business they’re talking about because as soon as we entered dude had attitude and seemed to hate life. Definitely won’t be back.
17. Segno Music
Address: Centenario 269, local 8, 2660000 San Antonio, Valparaíso, Chile , San Antonio , California , United States
Very helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Really dig the customer service.
Appreciate these guys at Tall Toad. We drop by once a year, they give you space to try things out, offer a tuner if needed, and when the time comes, offer a great price, especially on the consignment instruments. Bought an Eastman there a couple years back and still look forward to the yearly visit.
I don’t much like these guys. I worked right around the corner from them and saw them regularly. Fake would be a good way to describe them. Also the manager told me I could drop my guitar off (his idea) before they opened because I wouldn’t be able to leave work until after they’d be closed. I brought the guitar by a week later before they opened and he didn’t remember me. He gave me an attitude, just staring at me and pointing at their open time printed on the window. If you’ve got a personality best kept to a cubicle in the basement maybe you shouldn’t be involved in customer service, in any capacity.
19. PURETONE GUITARS
Address: 1023 Rittiman Rd #114, San Antonio, TX 78218 , San Antonio , California , United States
I really enjoyed visiting Puretone Guitars today! They have so many neat guitars, both acoustic and electric. I even spied a banjo AND a ukelele! The “whisper” room is PERFECT for people like me who know in our hearts we play like Santana, but others haven’t quite caught on to our style yet. Add to that the accessories and expert shop owners like Rick and Jo … wow … this is definitely the place to find your first … or next … guitar.
I was charged under $100 (no tax charge as well) for a headstock repair, which is fantastic! Mr. Roland is an honorable repair-man, with a lot of information about the history of certain guitars as well! If you live near this location, then I suggest you visit in the store, for any questions or repairs
Great experience! Nice selection, and courteous staff. I will be returning in the future. Thank you!

Muchos instrumentos musicales hechas en China .
I love the environment in this store and is my preferred music store for my brass needs. The only complaint is the repairman in the back was very rude to me and I could wait to get out after he talked to me.
