Took in my sons Fender Aerodyne bass. Major issues with age on this bass. Brandon did a phenomenal job bringing this bass back to life. I will be bringing all of my basses in for tune-ups and setups. Tremendous Job!!!! Thank you!!

Had 2 clients get absolutely screwed by their Reverb sales. Just avoid avoid avoid.
I was attempting to purchase a guitar amp from them, I was a lead bidder on a no reserve item and when I went to look for an update, the sale, I found out had Just removed without even advising me that’s what they’re doing upon my inquiry they just said we don’t do auctions anymore. Now if you read their site they do all this preaching about if you are a buyer don’t do this and that, if you can’t pay. And then they turn around and do this to a customer. Fox is the finder as they say so I don’t know how these people have stayed in business as long. I reached out to them in a polite way but they just ignored me about working out a deal.
This seller was just terrible. One of the worst experiences ever with an internet sale. The guitar arrived with issues that made it unplayable. He was truly a pain to deal with on the return. He threatened a restocking fee requiring that I get the listing agent involved. Once the guitar was recieved I had to reach out to him again for the return. He then made a point to send me an unprofessional message. I was a repeat customer and will never buy from this seller again! My advice go elsewhere. There are lots of professional shops out there to chose from. Who needs hassles like this!

We love Staump Music School! Tim Staump and his amazing staff have curated a safe, fun and positive learning environment for our children to grow creatively. Music has been a therapeutic outlet for our daughter specifically and we are so happen her passion is being fostered through others who care to see her learn.
Staump has been my ASD daughter’s safe place to land for her entire childhood. She started with the children’s choir, along with her 2 siblings, then to piano, guitar, private voice and finally Rock Band. She is now 20 and Staump has coached her through performances in elementary musicals, a junior high Talent Show, High School Honors Choir, a band performance at the famous Whiskey a GoGo and a group Star Spangled Banner at the SD Gulls game. These are a few or her major milestones in her life thus far and Staump is the reason she has experienced them with confidence. We could never repay our gratitude.
My son has been taking drum lessons with Tim for the last two years and has learned so much. He started with their kids band program and loved the drums so much he wanted one on one instructions. The teachers here are phenomenal and provide a great atmosphere for their students.
We had been attending Recreational Music Center but then switched over to Staump. We missed the Diversity in the teaching staff and students at RMC but switched over to Staump in Santee because it was closer to our home and was also cheaper(at the time). We had been attending Staump on a bi-weekly basis for about the last two years until recently when they switched over to the “TeacherZone” model. At first, this sounded like a better way to connect teacher with student. We were told by the teacher to go online and register and then be able to set up our lessons on the website. There was never an attempt to follow up with us after that. I finally got hold of someone through email and they told me to fill out the registration form-which I did. Then, I was told that we would have to sign up for the full monthly schedule because bi-weekly or individual lessons were no longer prioritized. They referred me to other schools. I felt like after two years there, they did not care to lose my son as a student. Also, I can honestly say that our experience with music teachers at other schools demonstrated a higher enthusiasm for my child’s talent and a deeper personal commitment to helping him reach his full potential. I would recommend shopping around before deciding on this school.
