Vintage Alley Music was very helpful in guiding me in purchasing the perfect acoustic guitar for my needs. The selection of guitars they carry is immense and their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and positive attitude toward all people that the folks at Keyboard Exchange International displayed. I read all the positive remarks by folks that had done business with KEI over the years and at first, I was skeptical but, after the first phone call regarding a B3 & Leslie I saw on the site, I was convinced I had found the company that I was going to do business with then and in the future. You see, I’m a handicap veteran who is unable to travel out of my state of New Mexico so my entire deal for a refurbished B3 and Leslie 122 was done over the telephone. Jim and Rodney Huss were very honest in their talks with me on the phone. After about 10-15 phone calls and more emails than I want to admit to writing I called Jim Huss and asked him to please talk to me about two of his advertised B3 and 122s. I found the deal to be very honest, open and appealing. When the B3 and 122 arrived here at my house I looked it over with a magnifying glass and found that they were everything and more than Jim’s assessment had promised, I was thrilled and I still am after 3-4 months of playing scales on it all day. You see, I‘m having to relearn how to play from 50 years ago on my original M3 and 145 Leslie. The point is, that I found a business that is a pleasure to work with and I’ll continue to do business and learn from the folks at Keyboard Exchange International. So, if you decide to call the Keyboard Exchange International office and the phone is busy it’s probably just me looking to buy another B3 and or Leslie or even advice from the Premier Hammond Restoration Facility in America.

Since I was 5 years old. Always wanted to go there. I am older and I still really really want to go there, and if I do, I hope I have a great experience.
I’ve had excellent attention and service from the helpful and knowledgable staff at Keyboard Exchange. I am very pleased with their work in restoring my Hammond B3. And after, they continue to take good care of me and my great B3.
First time at this location. Really Huge selection. Need deep pockets. Nice salesperson and staff
Do your self a favor and GO ELSEWHERE had a rental this week that was terrible for about 1000 dollars the only positive was meeting Randolph carter . They gave us raggedy hammond b3 with a 122rv and a leslie 22h with a conversion kit the first problem during the week was b natural and bflat pedals needed to be re soddered to the generator then the drawbars were loosenin the great manual and next the leslie 22h too horn rotor squeaked on fast and then wouldnt even spin on slow the next issue eas the b flats on the lower and upper manual werent working and the reason i got was “oh it needed a busbar shift” then i called and jim told me yeah things shift there was no im sorry nothing i mean we derserve some type of compensation we came from another state and everything 1000 dollars for a organ that wasnt put together spread the word ame baptist petacostal stay AWAY !!! I have video evidence of this all !!
This is a really really great store for keyboards. I just feel that the demo music is a waste. I want to hear music that is recognized. Not everyone is all about crawling all over the keyboards.

The website is good. Just found it and from what I’ve seen it’s good.
Tom was great. Tuned up my pan and it sounds fantastic. Great work at a great price. Glad I found him.
If steel drums(steel pans) are your thing? Don’t hesitate to visit Tropical Hammer. They can repair, make and tune any steel drum. This is definitely one of a kind shop!
Very helpful when my son began playing trumpet in the band at school. He needed a clean and tune as well as a few small replacement parts. They fixed it up for us and did a great job. Thanks!
It looks good. I only went to return an instrument.
After a very disappointing experience at another Central Florida music shop, my daughter and I visited Music Shack in hopes of finding her a clarinet. What an outstanding experience!
Music Shack is a small, family-owned musical instruments shop in a Longwood strip plaza. Aptly named, the ‘Shack’ is not a big place, but the service you will receive here far surpasses any lack of variety in their selections.
Amelia was the store’s representative who assisted my daughter and I. She was both knowledgable and patient as we asked our 101 “newbie” questions about clarinets, rental agreements and reeds. In the end, I have a happy daughter because of Music Shack and that makes me a happy Dad. I look forward to many future visits over the years to come.
Thank you, Music Shack. Please keep up the great work.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable of their products, good variety for a small store.
We aren’t a musical family (we listen to it, we don’t make it.) but my 6th grader decided to try band. Knowing nothing we went to the Music Shack as it was on the recommend list from my daughters middle school. The woman who helped us was very nice and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive mouth piece for a tuba, knowing our daughter might not stick with it.
The other places I called about getting the items we needed charged 3 times the price. I realize that there is different qualities for the Bach 18, but the woman who helped us understood that $140 is a lot for something my daughter most likely won’t stick with. She also had everything else we needed and it was very quick and simple.
The only thing I could say that was slightly negative was a lot of clutter in the store. But that is more about personal preference than quality.
Great customer service!!
Went for sax repair. Took about 20 minutes just to drop off sax and purchase one item. Sax repair was overpriced and only partially complete. Was partially ready two days after promised. Phil, who does the repair kindly explained to me that it was my fault the repair was not complete and that for an additional fee he would complete the repair. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Will not be back.
Very disorganized, have you running all over the place to just get one simple equipment.
Awful customer service. Sons middle school tried to push this business for band rentals. I called early on a business morning and Received their voicemail. I left a message and it’s been days where no one could handle to spend a few minutes to contact me back. I rather bring my money elsewhere.
Edited to respond to owner. Yes I’m aware everywhere is short staffed due to Covid. That’s why I was ok with waiting DAYS for a response but never got one. You did not hear my voicemail yesterday because like I said , I left it last week and have gone DAYS without the business following up. I was patient and understood that due to Covid I might not get anyone to answer their business phone immediately. I waited DAYS for the business to be able to catch up and respond to me but was left in the dark. If I can’t get a question answered before handing over my money, why would I trust that once you have my business I could get through to you for any rental issues in the future. Like I said I will seek other places.

So I went in to start my journey in making music and Rebecca was a huge help! She showed me the equipment along with some wisdom on how to get started. The genuine care and knowledge was great and I recommend stopping by and see for yourself! Also, shout out to Jazel for being a cool guy!
Extremely helpful staff, nice guitar selection and prices. Very nice community music store. They have frequent sales on good items.
I thought I wanted a soprano ukulele. Trying to buy one was difficult for me because the large music stores had one or two models in stock. When I went to Music & Arts, Aaron sanitized my hands, and pulled out six different ukuleles. I listened and I strummed. Bouncing back and forth to each of the instruments took time, but Aaron on was patient and knowledgeable. He tuned all of the instruments and then he taught me how! Advertising low prices on line is what the big music stores do well, but that was worthless to me as a complete beginner. In the end, I bought a concert Laurel Canyon – on sale – a bag – on sale and a tuner – on sale. I happy!
It was our first time going there. The guy working there was very helpful. The store has a good variety of gutars and other instruments. They also give lessons at the store.
They sell flutes, do flute repairs, offer flute lessons but their selection of flute music is very limited.
It going to be cool
My family signed up for Guitar lessons and everything was fine until today. We arrived and the instructor had on a mask and looked under the weather. My wife was in the room about to take lessons and she asked if he was okay, he said he was sick. She sat for a moment and said, do you have a cold and he reluctantly said no, I have COVID. The instructor said they could reschedule if they were uncomfortable. I asked the guy at the register if he knew that the instructor had COVID and he said yes. I cancelled the lessons and requested a refund to this date the manager has not returned any of my calls.
The guys here are great, the issue is the company itself. I rented a guitar years ago for my daughter, no issues, the bill came out automatically and i returned when classes were over.
Then my next daughter rented the flute for school. I find out a year later that not a single payment has been withdrawn, I own the flute, and I owe $1200 for it. I have a bunch of kids and bills when I set up automatic payments, I expect that the payments are going through unless I get some sort of notification or call telling me otherwise, even just one call.. The card on file is fine, nobody can provide me a reason why I’ve never been charged. The only call i receive is harassing debt collectors two days ago.
The customer service and communication is severely lacking here. My husband dropped off an instrument (July 26) for repair and was told it would take about 5 business days. They gave him an estimated quote and asked if it were to be more for some reason if he would like to be called first. He asked them to call if it would be more than $15 over the quote he was given and they made a note. We hadn’t heard back from them after the 5 business days so he called to check on it (the next Monday) and was told “it was a work in progress” and it should be done by Friday. Friday comes along with no phone call or update. He calls them Tuesday and they tell him “it’s a work in progress” as if they hadn’t told him that the prior week already. There was no update as far as the repair itself went. They told him to would now be ready Friday. Still no phone call so the following Friday he calls and they say it’s back in. (Thanks for the phone call). My husband goes to pick it up and not only is this now way longer than the estimated time frame they told us, it’s now double the cost. No one ever called to tell us a part would need to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. No one ever called to tell us it would be more expensive. And no one ever called to tell us it wouldn’t be ready when it was supposed to be. So instead we waited almost 3 weeks for a “repair”. We had to reschedule his music students twice each because of the lack of communication and competency from this store. There was no apology, no one even remotely seemed to care about any of this. Do yourself a favor and find a different location for your instrument repairs, they clearly do not care.

Jessica Bella and I are super impressed with the owner’s ambition and professionalism. We are excited to develop this relationship. 5-star first impression for sure.
Gino and Lisa are 2 of the nicest people you’ll do business with and their products are high quality!
We’ve requested several guitars from Brand O’ Guitar Company over the past few years. They’ve always been fantastic to work with. They provide excellent service and are very good communicators. Plus, their products are so fun! They’ve even gone above and beyond to help ship guitars across the country for our tradeshows, making sure they get there on time. Keep on ROCKIN’, Brand O’!
These cats know their guitars! Great people and great selection. Got to check them out!!
Recently purchased a vintage Fender Stratocaster from Rick and Winter Park Vintage and the item arrived as described, well packed and safely shipped. Great guitar from a trustworthy store that I highly recommend!
I have to tell you that this place knows more about guitars than any other place I know! If you are just getting into the game or are an experienced guitarist, this is the place for you…try it, you’ll like it! #bingtrain
My daughter just received her first guitar today and couldn’t be more happier!! Thank you so much!!
Found out about Corzic Music and visited without hesitation. Greeted like family, the professional staff that are Corzic Music has more than a lot to offer. I don’t think words are enough. First, I brought them my 2018 Taylor 210ce plus and from the get-go, Matt pointed out major issues that needed addressing ASAP. I have not had it set since I bought it new in 2018. Neck had to be set by the Taylor-Certified Techs, and because of the issues, the guitar was Plek’d, which made it perfect. I have to say, this is the best Work I’ve seen, and felt. FULLY RECOMMENDED. I can’t wait to see and feel my Vintage UK bass when it’s done after their upgrades. Blessings Corzic Music!
Just got my green meanie back from the PLEK shop. Wow. Ridiculously amazing. This time, they nailed it. Just made a tiny adjust to the action and boom… it’s sick. Every note sings. Thanks Corzic Music in Longwood, FL!
Like so many who have posted, I was moved by the gracious letter sent to a struggling parent years ago, that wad recently shared on social media. I’m positive there have been so many others whom you have helped along the way and this should not go unrecognized. Blessings
Very Good
Quiet little music store, great people.
Nice place to shop for your music needs.
Great guest service but too expensive for me personally. Usually I can get a capo for under $15 dollars. Here it was $24.95 ( needed one right away for a recording ). I got strings as well and one already broke.
Customer service was good just wasn’t aware that renting a instrument would put a HARD inquiry on my credit report which took 2yrs to remove…I can understand a soft inquiry but not a hard one it dropped my credit score 11 points and I was in the process of purchasing a house….be aware that a credit report is ran with a HARD inquiry
