Moe is AWESOME. I inherited a vintage record player and many original vinyl albums. I was having issues getting the system working w my current speakers. Moe took the time to help me 2 different times with the issues. Finally with his help, I am up and running. And both times, Moe just provided advice… no sale. Let’s just say… Moe has earned a LOYAL customer. I will now be in to buy from him!! Thank you Moe!!
Moe is awesome and he has some of the best prices on vinyl Ive found
Moe ROCKS!

I broke a bass tuner key, I was in a bind. I called them. They had me send a photo of the broken one and had a used one that matched perfectly for $10. Very Happy.
Nice little store and found what I needed
If you want to learn to play guitar in great atmosphere this is the place
Small store, great service. Bought a VCA compressor and brought it back because it was defective, staff were understanding.
Fantastic store , good people..
Old time classic music shop.
Shady business! Sold me a used mandolin that is damaged and had the pick guard removed, didn’t say anything, hoping I wouldn’t notice, which I didn’t (wasn’t very familiar with mandolins & they knew this). There are holes in the instrument where the guard was removed. I think they even sold me a different one than the one they advertised online, for some reason. Wouldn’t answer my emails. Horrible people!
Lancaster music is infinitely time better and also bad service. One time I asked for a thing that they sell on their store that I saw a week ago and they said that they never had that in there store
Took a guitar here to get EMG pickups installed. I had the work done but the pickup wiring would not fit under the pick guard. I took it in and said, “This needs routed for a 9 volt, please don’t touch the action.” I got it back with the EMG’s “installed” poorly with all of the wire crammed under the guard, the tech, Walter, CUT OFF my solderless connections, used an improper passive tone pot, and soldered things in place thus ruining the modular nature of the solderless connections.
When I plugged the guitar in back home I was getting serious hum with overdrive pedals. Also, the tone pot, as expected, really just did nothing until about the last mm of turn radius then it killed all the treble at once. ALSO, the tremelo and action had been adjusted HIGHER than when I brought it in. Sigh. Anyhow, I took it back and the kept it for a month. I called and they said, “Oh yeah Walter said there’s nothing wrong with this guitar.”
When I returned the guitar to them I asked that Walter not touch it and to please use a different tech. So today I’ve made my third trip down there (it’s an hour one way) to pick up the guitar and they said they’d get it running right for me so it’s still there. I’ve ASKED for my money back and to take the guitar with me and they said the best they can do is “take another look at it.” It’s been there for a month and a half altogether.
Today I went and picked up the guitar. It still hums. He told me “the amp is making the guitar hum” which is of course impossible. So I plugged it into another amp and it hummed. He said, “EMG’s just do that sometimes.” So I spent 60.00 for them to break my guitar, they would not refund my money, then charged me ANOTHER 30 bucks to pick it up today, ignoring the fact that they already have 60.00 from me for a faulty pickup install. I will NEVER go here again and my local buddies won’t, either. Should’ve just given me a refund or simply not charged me today. FINALLY, after plugging the guitar in back at home I’ve figured this out. Somehow they wired it so ALL pickups would tap with the coil tap/my single coil tones are thin compared to my other EMG loaded strat. Position 1 sounds like the middle position on a tele and sounds NOTHING like a neck single coil, position two is dark/mud, positions 3 and 4 are the SAME TONE with absolutely no change whatsoever, and position 5 is the only one that works right. They assured me it was wired right and insisted on charging me as a result. The only position functioning properly is the bridge pickup.

What a hidden gem in Gainesville. Very friendly staff and the perfect spot to get yourself or your children introduced into the world of Rock
Teaching the youth how to play instruments is great, But they need to know that all the opportunitiy is with Country music. Rock is underground now, and it’s unclear whether or not it will ever be a viable genre again.
Amazing

Best decision I made last year was to start studying with Taylor. If you are serious about music and want to take your guitar craft to the next level, he’s the guy. I’ve learned more in 8 months than I have in my entire professional career as a musician. My confidence as a singer songwriter and performer has skyrocketed. He is a great teacher.
the best choice for the money! my guy is an excellent music/entertainment teacher and can teach you all about the music biz as well.
Mike is so great! I looked around for guitar instructors in San Francisco, and I was surprised at the lack of good choices. They were either too expensive or seemed dull and not interested in teaching students what they want to learn. I called Mike after reading his other reviews, and he seemed like exactly what I was looking for.

Very clean store our cashier whipped down counter before we got to pay.. very nice
Daniel knew exactly what was needed to solve my issue in less than 15 minutes and at a nominal cost. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Very helpful
Sales personnel very helpful I’m phone dept.
Great sales rep in refrigerator’s knew his stuff. Only 4 stars is due to Samsung refrigerators on display were broken. You sell something for $2,000 it better not look broken. Take it off the floor.
Was good experience, worker at store very helpful with locating modem/router needed
the workers make best buy look really bad they seem to not be able to help you with many questions you have and or picking up the phone they should be sued.
BEWARE! Before you buy a Best Buy service membership you should consider my experience. I bought a $179.99 membership as part of a promotion back in September. After the initial transaction, I was unable to access the membership benefits when ordering online. Over a period of 3 weeks, I spent hours on the phone with “customer service“ (most could barely speak English) but they were never able or willing to fix the problem. I ultimately got so frustrated that I ask them to simply refund my $179.99. Even though I bought the membership less than two months ago, they offered me $32.00 as a “prorated” refund. No thank you. Lesson learned.
Absolutely the finest guitars and repairman in the Southeast!!! Allen Williams is an authentic craftsman!
Excellent work and a great person! I needed a pickup installed on my mandolin and only had a small window of time available in between gigs. Allen did a terrific job, within the needed time frame and even adjusted the bone nut to eliminate some string buzz that I was recently experiencing! Very fair rate, too. Highly recommend.
While I was there I was also able to play some of his Baruke guitars, which are also very nice. Wonder it he’d trade one for my Martin? 🙂
First off Allen is a great guy in general and is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. He builds some of the finest acoustic guitars I’ve seen and played! He does quality work at a fair price and I couldn’t be happier with the work he’s done for me! He may be a little farther out for some of us as he’s about 1.5hrs from me but it’s well worth the drive!!
