Best coffee I’ve had in a while. Sometimes coffee shops are hit or miss with the flavor. This place is spot on with deliciousness!

Mixed feelings. Inlaws and I had been going here ALL week. The coffee was phenomenal and we dealt with the same two girls all week, they pretty much had our drinks down by the third day. I wish they had name tags but there was really tall blonde and an average height brunette, they were the two girls we had all week. They were fabulous and the coffee was the closest thing to the great coffee shop we have back home. However, we went in on our last day, excited for one last coffee trip, and it was nothing but awful. We dealt with some guy in a man bun and a really tiny brunette. The drinks were awful, nothing like what we got all week. We have gotten the same drinks every morning all week, so why were they SO different today? My white chocolate and hazelnut was not sweet at all, like there was no white chocolate in it. Then my husband ordered a mango smoothie, we watch the guy make it with no dairy in it, like okay fine. The definition of a smoothie is a thick, smooth drink of fresh fruit pureed with milk, yogurt, or ice cream. What we got is a mango slushy. Fine. Then the guy was extremely rude to my husband, questioning if the drink was his when he called it out. Then proceeded to give him attitude about it. I had to walk out or I was going to get mouthy. Completely ridiculous what we dealt with this morning.

I sought this place out because I’m a Doors fan and loved the name and the cool mural I saw on the wall in the review pictures. After a long morning walk my mom and I attempted to order 2 of the $10.99 smoothie bowls they advertise. You could barely hear the guy over the music (fine if musics loud but speak up bud) and he told us they didn’t have any fruit. Ok so who would order a smoothie bowl and pay $10.99 for coconut milk and coconut flakes because everything else on it was FRUIT. He didn’t say just one specific fruit he said they had NO FRUIT. So I asked about getting a smoothie with protein powder in. Guess they had frozen fruit because he said he could make that but NO PROTEIN POWDER IN STOCK. We ended up getting a premade empanada and a blueberry muffin which were just ok. We didn’t even want to waste our money getting coffee. Seems like a trendy place, but extremely disappointing when you’re selling $10.99 fruit bowls and can’t even make them and were still willing to charge people for some altered NON FRUIT version of it! Extremely disappointed we wasted our breakfast walk to come here.
I’m a local and decided to try a new coffee shop and came in after the beach wanting a cooling drink. I’ve spent many years working at a coffee shop in the past and am always excited trying new places. The coffee was good, I got the siesta coconut mocha. But the customer service not so much… walked in and was not greeted or asked what I would like to order. I wanted to know more about the espresso blend they use and their coffee notes, so when I asked the lady at the register and she didn’t seem really interested in letting me know more about their coffee. There was no have a good day or anything. Very weird and didn’t feel welcomed.

I am only giving 3 stars, instead of 1, because the food and coffee was really good. I want to give grace because I know everyone has bad days, but looking at previous negative reviews, it seems like it’s very typical for the staff to be very rude. They were exactly that. They acted like they all we’re miserable, made multiple unprofessional and very rude comments to everyone in the restaurant. We felt uncomfortable, unwanted, and disrespected the whole time. Not to mention one of the guys making food stated out loud that he would be taking his sweet time making our food because I guess he was annoyed that he had to make it? (The place was decently busy with maybe 6-8 people in there but it could’ve been much more busy and considering that it’s Saturday, they should expect a big crowd… especially during spring break.) Anyways, our group couldn’t get out of that place fast enough.. food and drinks were great but PLEASE look at these reviews and train your employees better! The customer service is absolutely unacceptable!

Food/drink menu is good but the staff is always so rude. Not very helpful when you ask about the menu, cut you off when you’re ordering, and very short. A coffee place should be pleasant to hang out in. This place makes you want to order and quickly get out.
Can’t recommend. Customer service was extremely horrible. The transaction felt as though it was troublesome and to top it off the iced latte and smoothies were disgusting. Not one drink could be finished because they were so bad tasting. Go somewhere else and have an enjoyable experience.

I’m hugely disappointed in the management and the the relate information about regarding a phone sale. I have to pay off a $1000 phone that has a crack in it due to the fact that I was told that the Curt the screen protector that came with the phone was actually a screen protector of period do not trust that the screen protector on any Galaxy S10 as 10 plus etc.is going to protect your phone it’s a flimsy film and you will have a crack with the littlest amount of impact I carry around my case everyday I will show you the picture of what I am talking about. I have no respect for this company or this business they told my grandmother as well this information and so because there was a lack of funds at the time to buy the upgraded screen protector we were fooled into having a phone that’s not protected. If you ever choose to buy a Best Buy products do not fall for any of the gimmicks just to get a phone deal. Go to a Samsung store go to the AT&T go anywhere else but here.

Who is giving this place 5 stars? Such rude employees. Answering the phone when I’m asking a question, clearly not listening to my questions or the topic because the sales associate would have known he was selling me the wrong thing. I was trying to figure out what I needed and not only will I have to fork over a 15% restocking fee if I try to return it but that would mean dealing with the “greeter” and staff again. Also while I was paying I was offered a 2 year warranty on an $80 item that was almost 20 bucks. I said I might do 1 year and he said they don’t do 1 year. Complete with attitude. I get the product home and lo and behold! I register it online and there is a free 1 year warranty. Glad I avoided that ripoff. But the thing that really got me? Upon paying I was asked not just for my name, but pretty much everything except my ss#. I said that I didn’t want to give him my cell number and address and he mumbled something about corporate and that they make him ask. That does not make me feel any better! I refused and the attitude reached a level that I didn’t know was available. I wanted out of there. I tried to show my receipt at the door and was ignored until I finally spoke up about wanting to leave. No, I do not think I will be returning there. It’s too bad because the reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1? If you know what you want and you don’t deal with staff, their prices are actually not bad.

Everytime i go there its always a great experience with the salesperson but yesterday two salesperson just standing in their counter but no one is trying to ask what we are looking for they are not busy in the morning too. So anyway only yesterday december 24th is a bad experience but i bought what we wanted.

I’m not a drum circle connoisseur but I thought it was entertaining. My kids liked it too. One dude was really nice and let my kids play some of his instruments. There are alot of people that gather around and stare towards the inside of the circle…. The drums hypnotizing rhythm lures people of all ages. It’s worth checking out.

Make sure you check your bank statements. My sister came dwn for a vacation and spent 85 at this store, but was charged 885! She rushed back before leaving for them to reverse it to find a couple days later they charged the 800 again! What a scam! Also when she returned the first time to have it reversed they just laughed it off. What a joke 800 is a lot of money to accidentally be charging someone.
Bought swim goggles and when I took them out of the box I had to adjust them but when I did the band broke I took them back for an exchange and they said no exchange and would have to buy another pair. We had the goggles for 5 minutes went to adjust in the parking lot and they broke. What a terrible way to do business. Will never spend money at this store again. Also will deter people from going their!!!
I bought 6 postcards and 4 other items. The cashiers looked distracted by a man doing inventory. I never thought that they would overcharge me but they did. I called and the girl (I won’t publish her name because she was trying to be nice) said the manager only worked until 2:00. It wasn’t that much. If you shop there watch them as they ring up your purchases and check your receipt.

I’ve done business with Pritchard’s Pianos for many decades. They have sold lovely instruments to several of my pupils and have provided excellent service to them and to me. I appreciate having a business like Pritchard’s in Sarasota that meets the needs of our local music community.
There is no question that a purchase of a Steinway grand – Spirio – is a lifetime dream. Pritchard pianos and the owner – Clarke Dawson – made that possible for me in November. The staff – especially the owner Clarke – is 1st class in everything they do. No big come push for any sale – no pressure – he let’s the piano sell itself. And a Steinway grand does just that. Piano was delivered in early November – set up by a professional group of movers. The gentleman who set up the Spirio connection – superb. The experience I had in that store – couldn’t be any better. Professional, classy, 1st class. I would strongly recommend looking at pianos in this store – before purchasing anywhere else. Clarke Dawson is one class act – one fabulous gentleman. Recommend without reservation.

This is the words experience I ever had, we when for a piano and will like to finance it but because of a prior credit issue that I had was denied the owner Dave ask if I can have someone else apply and I had my dad apply and they did not even wanted to run his application because the Piano will be deliver to my address, then Dave ask if there was another way that we could play for the Piano I again ran out of my way and got my mother to put it on her credit card I call Dave and gave him the CC number and he call me later that afternoon and told me that he could not use the CC because it could be charge back he ask me if I can just do a wire transfer so I got the cash advance from the CC and call him to get his wire transfer information to transfer the money and he did not even wanted to take my call he had his store manager call me and tell me that they have sold the piano and that they will not have another one in stock. Will never do business with someone like this again.
These are some great musicians! They have an outstanding sense of musicianship and musicality that you don’t find in many other ensembles. As a composer and arranger who has collaborated with the duo on multiple occasions, I can attest to their attention to detail and authenticity to the music.
John and Angela truly helped make my wedding a special and successful event! They are as technically precise as they are musically sensitive. They were happy to accommodate our requests in addition to their deep catalog of arranged standards and duet repertoire. I highly recommend them for special events, public and private functions or any other venue where nothing but the best will do.
I had ordered the Galestro-Smith Duo’s new holiday album, Christmas Time is Near, before Christmas but because I was out of town for the holiday, I didn’t receive it until my return at the end of the year. I have played it over and over. I think I may have to stay in ‘Christmas mode’ for a while! This has quickly become one of my favorite Christmas CDs and it’s making me look forward to next Christmas already!! My deepest gratitude to Jonathan and Angela for sharing their extraordinary talents. I will wait with delightful anticipation to see (and hear!) what they do next.

In regards to the review by Jonathan Barton, he was haggling over a dollar after we already gave him a discount on the records. Then he didn’t want to pay the sales tax. He just wanted to give us cash and go along on his merry way. That’s the reason why Anthony walked out the door and said what he said to him.
Definitely the best record store in the Bradenton-Sarasota area! There is a very wide range of records, and they are all well priced and good quality. The staff was super personable and knowledgeable, overall a great experience.

First time at the store. Definitely a huge selection of records, CD, and tapes. I have been to a few stores where the prices are marked and I do like that better. I could probably get a better deal on ebay for most of the records priced there. Probably won’t go back. Words I bought are cheaper on ebay.
Owner was friendly and knowledgeable but disorganized. Special records were among “regular” ones, which can only be discovered when you go to check out. Many items are not for sale, but only in a conversation or attempt to purchase will you discover such. A gem in the rough, needs some polish.
Walked in here to find some CDS for my vintage CD player. Saying the store has a layout is like saying a hoarders collection is organized. It didn’t have a layout. Super cluttered. There was about 10 square feet of walking room and it was through a tiny aisle. It smelled like a litter box that hadn’t been cleaned in months. I asked where the CDs were and he pointed to a shelf that had maybe 300 CDS all out of order. I asked him for prices and he refused to give me a price unless I picked out an individual album

Owner Peter Anthony switched 45’s so that I paid more to get less. Records are way overpriced and if you compare honest shops and Discogs you’ll find out for yourself. Buyer Beware!
Scammer. Just a scammer. Had a tour poster from an artist on display and it costed $250. Before my boyfriend handed over his cash, I quickly found it on Ebay for $20. After we told him this he said that the one on ebay wasn’t official and wasn’t the same material. When we were talking, he got Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift mixed up, was trying to sell me a $300 record that was the “original pressing from 1994” when the album came out in 2005…. This man doesn’t know what he’s talking about and upcharges everything inside. not to mention it isn’t that good of a selection at all, and most of the cassette tapes were old, dirty, and in horrible condition. Save your time and find a different music shop.

A little disappointed in the sunset dolphin cruise. The people are extremely friendly but of course they like tips. The original boat was being repaired so we got split into two groups and took two smaller boats. We didn’t find out until we were leaving. Free beer but there was no bathroom on the smaller boat. We also didn’t notice any ‘Search for dolphins and other aquatic life’ that was advertised as we went straight to the sandbar and back. The kids were disappointed in that piece. It was nice to hear about some of the houses, islands and birds of the area. The sandbar was nice and the sunset was amazing.
Looking to go on the sunset cruise. Are you part of this? Interested for this week-end.

My husband and I have rented pontoon boats from various harbors in Florida every year for the past 4 years. I can say hands down this was the worst experience of them all. First off, they charge by 4 hour or 8 hour for the pontoon which is typical. Start time in the AM is 8am, HOWEVER the marina does not open until 8am and there is often a line of people waiting so by the time you actually check in and get on the boat and pushed off it is actually 8:15a-8:30a (or later) and they do not compensate for this lost time! Secondly, the front speakers in the boat did not work so we were not able to enjoy the music as we sailed. Third, they claim their pontoons only go 15 mph as we were never able to reach 20mph during our rental time. In previous experiences, our pontoon rentals went upwards of 30mph. This particular rental had an engine that sounded terrible and would constantly lose speed (drop to zero and then start back) causing the whole pontoon to jerk when slowing suddenly. My husband took videos of this happening over and over. Upon return of the pontoon, our concerns and video proof were met with no solution other than “the boat is brand new and our mechanics will look it over”. Lastly, prepare to pay astronomical fees for fuel. In past rentals at other marinas, we would pay $40-$60 for fuel replacement after 4 hours. This marina charges $7/gallon and we were left with a bill of $119 for fuel which is likely exacerbated by the poorly working engine. Never again! It was the worst experience ever!
Do not recommend this place!! Wanted to take my family out on a fishing trip for the the Fourth of July, called weeks ahead to specifically go over the boats they had. Siesta key Boat Rentals ended up giving me a deck boat, denying our request, and if we didn’t take the boat we would still be charged for the money. The people were not rude, the book keeper was nice and apologized but this is a common practice if they give you the boat. If it is not what you want they will charge you anyway. They false advertised showing the boat that we wanted, this is called “Bait and Switch”. They told us that a fishing boat was available with a center console, but when we got there they stated that they didn’t even own a fishing boat.
Rented a 21 foot deck boat. The steering was extremely loose and difficult to steer, the boat had broken hinges/latches, and the seat cushions were all torn and soaked with water. A very uncomfortable and disappointing experience for us and our out of town visitors.

We’re from Portland Oregon so I was prepared to have sub-par coffee during our vacation. This place was very unorganized and the coffee was overpriced and flat out not good. The “espresso” comes out of a machine so nobody working there seemed to know how many shots came in the various sized drinks. We ordered on day and our 2 shot Americano’s were $8 and some change and the very next day they wanted $12 and some change. $12 for non-hand-pressed espresso from a machine is ridiculous. It was convenient to where we were staying, however we will not be back.

A real treasure in the Selby library. If you like recorded music this is like a candy store. The staff are very helpful. You might find some CDs for sale that would help complete your collection as well as vintage LPS. Highly recommended.
