What a great find! Great service and hospitality. The steaks were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Don’t miss the homemade desserts!
Chicken fried steak to die for. Wonderful service
Awesome small town atmosphere, eat here !
Clean friendly excellent food
Fast and good food.
It was ok food. Our Sierra mists tasted as if it was just carbonated water. Portions were great size though. Recomend the burger’s. I’ve only had 1 bad experience where the burger was a little “too pink” but it was corrected.
Too expensive…$8 burger only cheese & bacon…….
To start the place smelled like a toilet. Everything was filthy. The bathrooms…don’t even get me started. No toilet paper. Toilets clogged. But I soldiered on. Ordered a burger with a salad and an appetizer. The appetizer never came out early. When it did come out it was cold and unedible. I never received my salad that I ordered as a side for my burger. When I was finished with my meal. I let the waitress know that I never received the salad and the appetizer was cold. I simply asked her to fix the situation however she felt I deserved. She went to talk to the manager and the manager flat out refused to fix anything. Clearly the manager has zero customer service skills. The place is a dump. I just moved here and would rather drive 50 miles to eat somewhere else than come back to this establishment. Absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered chicken salad the meat was musy peppers on spicy chicken salad were literally going bad tomatoes we’re musy… Not good disappointed ☹️
3. Springfield
Address: Colorado 81073 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
First of all, the selection of different guitars is great. But when I started checking the prices I was very happy. It only took me about 15 minutes and I was walking out with a new guitar! Great experience. I have a new favorite music store now.
This place is always wonderful. Great selection of used gear. Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable.
Huge selection of used equipment. Totally worth the trip.
Awesome place
Don’t go to guitar center.
Great place for used gear.
Rude service.
Took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge and sold her an over priced lemon of amp.
I called the store asked if they were taken in drum sets I load the car take it all the way down there take two pieces in the store and another guy says oh we’re not taking drum sets today how high can the employees be in the store this is wrong to have somebody go down there for no reason so my advice to you if you got something to sell don’t take it to them take it somewhere with employees still have brains in their head
5. Moondog Music Shop
Address: 1716 W Uintah St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
This is a great little shop. The owner is cool and they carry some of my favorite brands of guitars.
My Telecaster had been running without the neck pickup for months after I got a little too intense on stage one night. I considered fixing it myself, but my knowledge of these things is rudimentary at best. Being new to the area, I took it to Moondog after some recommendations and immediately felt confident about my decision from my conversation with Mike. Two days later I got a call indicating he’d already finished. Not only was it a far lower price than I’d expected, he was also detailed in explaining what he’d done (with photos) and even did a little extra just to make sure my Tele was in the best shape possible. This guitar sounds better than ever, thanks again!
Everyone says this place is always closed when they say that they will be open. Well unfortunately that is the reality I too have experienced. Multiple times I’ve tried to visit during posted operating hours but I can never seem to catch the store open. I’ll keep trying though maybe they need some extra help like a part time employee. We need local musical instrument stores or all there’s gonna be is guitar center.
I was sent here while on the hunt for a violin and was very excited to see everything from the window. It says its supposed to open at 11 but its 1120, windy, cold, and there is no sign of them opening. Unfortunately due to time constraints I will need to take my business to Guitar Center.
2nd time I’ve stopped by during advertised open hours and shop is closed. I mentioned this to a friend and he laughed… Apparently it’s pretty difficult to figure out their schedule even though it’s posted on their front window and on the internet. He told me that’s definitely their reputation around town. Maybe it’s an amazing shop. I keep trying to find out.
Web site is shady can’t seem to catch opend …..
6. Square Music Company
Address: 2332 Vickers Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
Signed my neuro-diverse daughter up for ukelele lessons. She was immediately comfortable with Cordell’s approach. He’s willing to find different ways to teach her and very patient with her. When she gets frustrated, he helps ease her frustration without adding to it. Highly recommend!
We have been coming here for over a year for our kid’s music lessons and it has been a great experience. Everyone who works at the store is friendly and I have nothing but good things to say about this store.
Really cool spot, go check them out if you like music or skateboarding, really cool people too
Dead business. No one answered the door, or phone during normal business hours. Would have liked to drop some $$$ on a local business, but I guess I’ll go to another major retailer.
7. GLENWOOD MUSIC
Address: 3102 Blake Ave D, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
I had a great experience selling my acoustic guitar here. Their rates for consignors is very generous and my guitar sold in less than 3 weeks! The staff were nice and helpful, highly recommend.
Great selection and great service. My go to music store.
The only music supplies store near eagle county , excellent variety of equipment
Guess you’re not open until 6pm…
Hay todo tipo de instrumentos a precios razonables
Extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful shop. They added a additional area January 2019 ish with a great guitar room and piano area.
Very disrespectful people. I hate spending my money there but it’s the only local music store 🙁
Not Very NIce or knowledgeable.Been in there several times to pick up strings or picks stuff i needed for that day. and it seemed liked they didn’t have time for me or my questions. Its a bummer because I own a live sound company and it would be nice to pick up all my supplies from a local store.
Customer service is absolutely awful. The rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. They are so pompous and rude I am sad I gave them my money. If you aren’t knowledgeable about music DONT GO HERE, the staff is terrible to customers who don’t know music. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere or just shopping online. Not one member of the staff is nice and helpful, worst musical experience ever!
8. Steve’s Guitars
Address: 19 N 4th St, Carbondale, CO 81623 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
Such a nice place. The concerts are so intimate and personal. Love it.
Intimate, beautiful guitar display. Fun nice place to get to know musicians upclose. Byob.
Intimate venue blanketed in an eclectic collection of guitars. Great for solo or small acts to play in, especially warm acoustics.
It’s ok
This place chronically doesn’t pay their musicians who play there. 50% cut of door sales?? No response when folks try to collect their earnings?? Support local music – not this place.
9. Jimmy’s Music & Supply
Address: 1239 Main Ave Ste 101, Durango, CO 81301 , Springfield , Colorado , United States
Lots of awesome guitars and good service friendly guys
Nice place. Very friendly
Good local music, guitar store
Cute store pack with tons of things.
Jimmy’s music was very nice store however seemed understaffed.
They did not have what we were looking for.
Had my mind set on buying a new piano keyboard and supporting this local music store in Durango and to know that the workers (maybe even the owners) don’t know how to treat their customers is very disappointing. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, even after a few minutes I wasnt asked how I was doing or IF I NEEDED HELP FINDING ANYTHING. I know what you’re thinking “maybe he was busy” nooooo! Because there was another worker there and no one else was in the store. I wasn’t addressed or anything until I was about to leave. I know I’m an adult and maybe I should have just asked him myself but if I’m gonna spend a few hundred dollars at your store then I’d expect to be treated like it let alone be WELCOMED INTO THE STORE! But my question is why? Did I not looked like a serious buyer? Was it cause I was wearing a mask? Or was it cause I was brown? My questions are valid and justified through the actions of the workers. Sad to know that people are treated differently for whatever reason. Such a bad impression on the community and very disappointing experience.
