My visit was very good. I bough a bass and 12 string acoustic for the lower price in the mkt (same as SW) but I spent a lot of time testing and was let completely at ease to test all instruments I wanted and staff was very helpful. When I was leaving, I said something about a 12 string guitar being difficult to maintain and John gave me a new string set, no charge, just in case some of the strings break too soon. That was really thoughtful.

The staff is really great and willing to help you find the best possible set that you want, not the one that will get them the bigger sale. They don’t have all the answers to every technical question you may ask, but will help you out with the best of their abilities. Overall good experience and will be coming back again for all my other music purchases.

Very bad! You won’t find what you’re looking for. Sam Ash is better. It’s as simple as this: some time ago, I was looking for a midi cable, I couldn’t find it in Guitar Center, however, in Sam Ash they had several types of the same cable. I do not recommend Guitar Center.
I came from so far to check the store, I was trying to pay for a few strings at the cashier at the front of the store and the cashier told me in very rude tone that she can’t help me because she was very busy, it turns out that person is the manager, what a shame in what this store has become, the worst customer treatment of the history. I will tell all the people not to buy here ever, thanks to JENNIFER the great manager of Guitar Center.
These guys are quite possibly the worst Guitar Center on the East Coast. They are extremely unhelpful, almost to the point of rudeness. I called them to ask a stock question, left on hold for over 10 minutes and then the guy got back on, refused to help me find if something was in stock, and basically said they’re too busy and don’t call back. Everything is locked up, ie missing the point of playing the actual guitars, are very rude when you ask for help, if they deign to help you at all. Go to the one in Hallendale. Much friendlier and helpful.

I shopped all over locally and online, including some national music stores, and none of them even came close to the price on the PRS Custom 24 I bought from Miami Guitars. They have a great, specialized website, but if you’re able to visit in person, it’s a guitarist’s dream–all high-end, beautiful instruments in a laid-back, intimate space. Definitely no junky gear here, and totally worth a visit to try out a selection of gear you’d have to visit 3 or 4 other stores just to find in stock! I’ve also bought some small gear (slides, strap, etc.) from their website, and the customer service was as excellent following after the online purchase as it was in person. I will definitely be coming back when I replace my amp.

Made a special trip out to Miami Guitars only to find them not open. Their Google and Facebook pages both say open Saturday’s 11-6 but it looks like they might not keep weekend hours which is a shame. Might have to try next time I’m in Miami.
Muy elevado precio
I was there with the intention to buy a Les Paul… the experience was brutally bad. This will give you an idea:
1- me asking questions about Les Pauls. Yeah pretty basic questions but anyways, the guy tells me “dude, there is a lot of info about this guitars on line. You should research before coming in the store”
2- they ask me to remove my marriage ring! … it May damage the guitar.
3- didn’t let me plug the guitar to an amp
I end up buying the Les Paul from Walt grace Vintage.
Just drove up from the Keys to looks for a new guitar, based on reviews this was high on my list of places to check out. Not sure what place everyone else is going to that they are giving such good reviews but the pace I went to looks nothing like the pictures on google. I had to ring a door bell to get in, after waiting a few minutes I was greeted by a young lady who barely spoke English and seemed hesitant to let me in. Once she did she told me no one was available to talk to me about guitars and that maybe I could talk to someone on Friday (today is Wednesday). Major disappointment, I won’t be driving back up on Friday.

Ordered and received a SRV replica. Took it out to an awesome blues jam. Everyone that played was blown away. Off the hook ,outta the box setup.
Two excellent guitars. The Oscr Schmidt Les Paul and PRS Brazilian found a instant place in my rotation.

So far on the White Cloud
I ordered my “High Quality Prince Cloud Guitar” in pearl white back in june on the 15th, its August 14 now, and I had some personal preferences that needed to be sorted out, but were dealt with in a timely matter, the communication is great, you are talking to the owner (not the builder) so everything you need done goes through Randal first, he responds within 24 hours pretty consistently and actually speaks english lmao… but if not for my preferences I would probably have the guitar right now… but seeing as things had to be fixed, its running a bit longer, I didnt know what to expect when ordering from them because you never know if you will get scammed now adays and most people just play it safe and stick with a namebrand, but that comes with a cost, and sunfield beats those prices by a mile, so besides the inevitable wait period when buying a guitar that has not been built already… I would recomend them on a communication scale, although I obviously do not have the guitar yet in hand to give a review on, so I will post up another when It gets here, and i’ll add a link to the vid I will be doing on it for my youtube channel when I get back to university with it and can play it/review it 🙂

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE, it’s a sham. On September 10 2018, bought on line a guitar order SM8063. Package was recivied and lost by USPS on october 3th at their facility just a few blocks from my house. Since it was not direct resposability Sunfield Music, I gave them 3 months to replace the product (since I paid for insurance) and until today almost 5 month later I havent received my guitar.
All they keep responding to my emails is that guitar is in transit.
I have filled a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General Texas.
The first guitars I ordered were a Buck Owen’s tele and a 12 string ric. Came in as a 52 distressed tele with a glaringly wrong pickguard. Replaced pickups, changed nut, decent guitar. Ric was wrong. Too much angle on headstock, bridge was barely cut for strings to pass over. I even paid more for it to be right. Oh well, 12 string, sounds ric’ish, so I didnt complain. Ordered Andy Summers WITHOUT electronics. After several emails and calls, had not seen the guitar. Fiance finally gets someone on phone. Sorry for mix up, gonna go ahead and send Summers, full electronics. 30 days later. Still no guitar. Finally called bank, got money back. 5 days later, I get email showing it shipped. Ask for return label, as we weren’t going to keep a guitar I’d gotten my money back on. Was told to keep it. Good thing, too. Nut nowhere fit the slot. Neck was practically unplayable. Phase switch, but no boost. Decided to leave Fender off the headstock, but still had custom shop logo on back. I ordered these guitars for myself, no thoughts of resale, but wont reccomend again. Service? None. If you are going to order replicas, be majorly specific. Expect price to go up as well for asking for clean fret work and such.

I asked a sales person for a price match (to guitar center) and he lied to me claiming he couldn’t do it because it was “below cost” (bs because it was only 20 bucks cheaper) . I got the manager and he confirmed my suspicion that the cost of the item was waaay below the price match figure. If it hadn’t been for the helpful manager I would’ve unnecessarily overpaid all bc the salesman wanted to lie.
I never saw anything like that, you want to try an instrument and the seller takes the guitar out of my hand for him to play first, then lets you play but in 10 seconds he asks if that is the guitar I want and asks if he can put back it in the place, really?

I never got a problem at Sam Ash in Coconut Creek, you can play and nobody push you to buy anything. Terrible experience very frustrated, two thumbs DOWN
Customer service is slow. No merchandise available. Paying for an item takes a long time. I would rather order online and skip the bad customer service experience in store. One employee was very nice and apologized for the bad customer experience.
We hired Jason to play for our college graduation. Him and his friend Mike, who played the drum did and amazing job. They were polite, showed up early and really know how to play there instruments. Highly recommended

One of my babies is now playing the clarinet! This place is extremely far from us however the staff there is remarkably friendly and patient! Upon my first call Lynette answered the phone and dealt with all our questions. Then we spoke with Marilyn who processed our order after 4 calls of questions and internet confusion. The ride was well worth the service. If you or your child(ren) need instrument give them a chance.
