I would personally would like to give a shout out and positive review to Frank in the warehouse!! He did an amazing job with helping me and finding this set in the warehouse, and just going that extra mile. He even sent me pictures of the set for reassurance that they were intact and factory sealed still. His customer service skills were great, and I wanted to make sure he was commended for it. Super nice dude, thanks Frank!
Got there very late yesterday and I know what it is to want to go home after a long shift yet I was treated like they had just opened and had a whole day for me! I had a very tight window to be able to pick up the guitar I ordered because of my travels, but the staff was extremely accommodating! I wish I had more time to browse the store because it’s huge and has amazing selection of instruments. Thank you!!!

Good store, pricey, but everything in this commodity is. Suggest it for musical and lighting but not for the DJ equipment as there are better places for it online and less expensive.

i have been a client for more than 10 yrs to this store they always gave me the best service, but this Sunday i have a really bad experience i went with a couple of friends we want to try the guitars but this guy first told me that we cant grab the guitars our selves that he have to give it directly to us then told us that we cant try two guitars at a time because the store wasn’t a rehearsal space we play for 30 seg and ask us again if we were ready, i really don’t know what this guy think about buy a guitar but is not a 1 minute thing. i hope this can make a difference and bring back the service they always have.

I went there (the Dolphin Mall store) years ago, got interested on the new Gretsch guitars, spent about half an hour testing them and a store associate walked up to me and told me that if I was to only play and not buy anything to leave the store. I did so and never came back.

I made on an online order for a digital mixer. Unfortunately, they discovered the item was damaged when they pulled it off of the shelf and would not send out defective merchandise. Very respectful in this day and age.
Customer service at Pro Sound Gear is valued and it shows. Pablo Cruz, the support representative via online chat, was always very respectful and helpful throughout the process and I value the level of customer support I received from Pablo.
Pro Sound Gear will definitely be one of my top considerations for future gear purchases!
This store is very very very very very very bad ,i not recommend, stay away from this store ,false advertise, after I pay i not received all items, customer service is bad bad bad ,no answered in the phone number, i send many’s email, when finally I took with Alex provided wrong track ups number, after that i took with Pablo and asked were is my Jamstand and the response is not included in packages but in packages pictures it’s ,and i not received microphone, cable, some items this store buying form Amazon an send to me , Total mass this store……

I opened a dispute in Citibank and this merchant forged my signature and message history to mislead Citibank that the piano is delivered! I cannot believe this merchant can be recommended by Google shop! Anyway I have filed a report to the police.
A super terrible experience with prosoundgear.com! I ordered a roland digital piano on 3/14 and got an email said the item was shipped on 3/19. But until today (4/2) the UPS is still showing the item is not arrived at UPS facility! I contacted with them and got response that the item is already shipped and cannot be cancelled but they cannot provide any evidence that the item is really shipped! The website representative is super unfriendly! He lied to me the item should be arrived on 3/24 (first time), 3/27 (second time), 3/31 (last time). And on 4/1 when I asked again he directly blocked me! I totally understand what we are facing recently and the item may not be arrived on time (though on their website it still shows they won’t delay shipping). But I do need the piano before April and if prosoundgear cannot ship it on time, no problem, I can definitely order another one from others. What prosoundgear did is exactly a consumer fraud!
I purchased a Tascam DP-008EX 8-Track Digital on August 20th. The label was made but the product never arrived. The tracking showed a label created but that was not given to Fedex. I called customer service many times as you get a recording because there is NO ONE THERE. I finally got some one on the phone and they said they needed to contact Fedex and see what happened. That was last week. I called again today to see what they had found out and guess what. NO ONE THERE. I called multiple times and left a message. Do you guys have one guy in customer service and when he doesn’t come in you basically blow everyone off???? I just checked the tracking and guess what it is in route. It would of been nice if they would of emailed me or called me to let me know. Customer service is a joke and I am being nice. I needed the recorded for a small gig last weekend as i needed something portable. Thank goodness Guitar Center has everything available when you need it. My fault for trying to save a couple bucks and order from them. Thanks a lot prosound for a waste of my time.

This place is terrible the lady offered me less than 50% for my product. She says “your computer is 450 online I hade offered to sell for 250. SMH ♀️
They are very nice and accommodating at first. Don’t lose the agreement you sign as they play with numbers when you are going to take out the jewelry. Then they add more then what was agreed upon. I asked for the copy of my signed contract and they refused to print a copy of what I signed because I lost the original. Yet when I’ld make a payment, I was quoted I owed different amounts from different employees. Every month I paid installments yet they called it interest. Moving forward I ended up losing the jewelry, to take it out, I had to end up paying double the loan amount. I had to pawn during my father’s passing. I do not recommend.
