Always a great place to find rare and new items that won’t break the bank.
Its dope
This place is just classic and perfect for those nostalgia seekers. It for real has everything for everyone!
Lots of good vinyl ., had a sale on my type of music. Better than ebay,no postage. The bad thing was too many people wanting vinyl, lol.please stay away ,don’t buy all the good stuff. They also have CDs or videos
Amazon has better deals but great for physical shopping and ordering vinyl
Very outdated
Over priced junk. over priced USED junk. This place is worse than a pawn shop
Not the best experience I’ve had with Zias
I went to sell my record collection of over 400 records. I knew it was going to be less than market value, but the offer was much lower than I was expecting. I told them I couldn’t sell them for that price and they said they would package them back up for me. When I got home I noticed that some of my records were picked through and missing. I called and after 10 mins of having to explain that I know my records were not all there, they “found” them. I came back and picked up a box that had all of my higher value items in it. Shady business.

Nice people. Hooked me up with strings, case, humidifier on the strings, and a strap for my new beautiful guitar
I purchased a Taylor 414ce-r and a gs mini in Mahogany from Acoustic Vibes and had them shipped to Washington State. When they arrived via FedEx, the neck was broken on the 414. I was devastated! I was getting the run around from FedEx, so I called and talked to Phil. I sent pics and Jeff, Mickey and Phil went out of their way to make everything right. Today my unbroken 414 arrived, perfectly set up and it is everything I could have hoped for. Thank you Jeff, Mickey and Phil for going above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. Thank you again, you are all rockstars!
Bernie was a great man to deal with. He is also a musician and luthier. Truly a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
Nice acoustic design,
all acoustic guitars top shelf brands.
Best acoustic guitar selection I’ve seen
Best music store in the area to peruse some of the best acoustic instruments by selected boutique and mainstream builders. The stock is priced between $3 and $10k but the reward for spending more is finding the equivalent of a Steinway (beautiful tone, resonance and playability) in a steel or nylon string guitar. Cheaper instruments are available, but comparing them to the better ones is motivation to indulge yourself or reward yourself for hard work in getting better. Better sound makes you play at a higher level. Check this small store out!
Good selection, but weird atmosphere and left me feeling unwelcome. One might think such a ‘high’ tier guitar store would offer a ‘high’ tier experience, but that wasn’t the case for me. When I first entered the building I was met by a few older customers and employees and got nothing but a sour face by everyone just by opening the door, no greeting, nothing- super awkward, everybody literally stopped talking to look at me with an irritated look, as if I had interrupted something. I then had to excuse myself past the small gathering of what looked like employees talking to customers that wouldn’t move just to get to the first guitar room. I then was greeted by a salesman who instead of letting me tell him what I’m looking for, proceeds to go into a shpeel on all the different Martin models, basically making me interrupt him to tell what I’m looking for. The salesman also told me HD28s don’t come with dot inlays yet here I am looking at older models with them all over the internet. There was nobody else browsing the store in the guitar sections. I was then told I could play guitars, but the adjacent rooms are used for things like Banjo, which made it so I couldn’t even hear the guitars I was trying to play because somebody was in there clawing away. I really don’t think I’ll be visiting again, regardless of the selection. I’ll spend thousands of dollars somewhere else that takes every customer seriously. I went to Milano music right after and was treated respectfully and seriously without hesitation, and I didn’t need to schedule a high-pressure sales pitch and waste an hour of my time.
Very unfortunate visit, coming in to try out and buy a steel string guitar. We were greeted with passive aggressiveness and a magazine thrown across the main entrance before entering the guitar room from the shop keeper, young guy. incredibly rude and 0 customer service.
Made the whole stay unpleasant.

Excelente customer service! JP has great knowledge of the product he sells. I will be purchasing a new guitar amp soon thanks JP
Everyone at the store was super cool and friendly. Brendan, the guitar tech, is a master of his craft!
Their guitar repair guy (Brandon I think his name was) is just brilliant with guitars. Gave me a spare part I needed for free because he had one lying around and gave me some next level expert advice on dry-climate guitar care and neck adjustment. This place is fantastic – thanks again!
Fui una vez a ver las guitars
The instruments we have rental have been pretty worn but still work well and it is an OK deal for the price. Customer service is helpful and friendly. We have been pleased with our violin rental over this past year and will continue renting here into the next school year.
Great verify of sheet music and ukuleles and an awesome luthier.
I have been coming to this music store for years since I was a child. I know that their prices are higher than ordering online, but I’ve still paid their higher prices to support them. Today I came in with a question about how to get a simple cleaning rag, which was stuck, out of an instrument. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude did not answer any of my questions, told me that no one in the entire store had any experience with this sort of question. Sorry to say, but I will not be giving my business to the store any longer. I would recommend milano’s music, or ordering online.
Discriminated against me for having a disability.
DO NOT shop here, the employees are rude, the owner is rude, their selection sucks, not even half of what they had even a year ago. Quality has gone way down hill. It won’t be long till they’re gone.

Easily my favorite record store. Amazing record selection (especially for punk records). Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Plus they host shows sometimes, what more could you want from a record store?
Amazing best record shop in az hands down
Mike is the non pretentious highly knowledgable record shop owner you wish was behind every counter of every record shop you walk Into.
Great selection! Good prices
Countless old albums, stereo’s, speakers, and even cassettes and DVD’s, etc. They even have vintage clothes, posters, and comic books! One should expect to spend several hours just looking to see what things they have.
Best used record shop in town.
Lots to go through. Kind staff. Bought a couple of things too.
Not easy to find or access, although ample parking. Highly recommended…. But not by me.
When I went there it was very dirty. I saw a water bottle of what looked like pee on a shelf. Anyways, the records were decently priced.
This place has super potential. Its a collective with variable merchants and lots of super great records. Pricing seems fair by all…for the most part…. Why i gave it a 2….the place is disgusting. Multiple food bowls of variable stages laying around the floor, it stinks and can take a while to navigate around. Last time i was there i literally tripped over a random dog water bowl and spilled it everywhere. Thats what made me look around and find all the answers as to why this place smells so bad. At least with covid, you should be wearing a mask and that will help in your hunt
14. Guitar Center

On 11/21/2022, I purchased a new Fender/USA/Professional II/Stratocaster Guitar from the Guitar Center-Tempe location. I was helped by staff member Ammon, who was extremely knowledgeable and a talented guitar player. His insight and willingness to help me with no pressure, made my decision to make this high-end purchase easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Guitar Center-Tempe, if you are looking to purchase a high quality instrument from a highly qualified staff, from the largest selection possible. David- Phoenix, AZ.
This is a fun place to visit. The staff is personable and informative.
Staff very helpful yet not pushy!
What you would expect from guitar center. I was looking for higher end basses, but they did not have any. Great place for the entry level musician.
Muy buena atencion
Love this store. This location has less electronic music products than other guitar center locations.
They never treated us properly. They were asked for information on three occasions and we were ignored. He was a boy with long, blond hair.
No customer service at all. I went to the counter and asked a kid the help me pick out a beginners guitar… had 700 bucks to spend on Taylor academy. I left after waiting 1/2 hour for assistance… management need to staff more people. Very poor service
Terrible customer service. We were going to come in and buy a 300$ banjo and a bunch of other stuff . The the people were so rude that we just left and said forget it. We will buy somewhere else. They definitely don’t care at all to help. It’s obvious that they don’t want to be there.
