Good solid guys. Fair prices and will sit and talk music/guitars/etc with you. Mark the Amp Guy is top notch.
Always great
Good people here.
This place is very small and crowded with goods. Most of the things are for those who really want to rock out. Lots of amps and electronic equipment and electrified instruments. Very little acoustic. The photos you see on Google maps don’t quite represent as much what you see in the store because it looks from the pictures like there’s more acoustic than they’re actually is. But the staff seem to be very good at helping customers make decisions.
#accessibility accessibility is poor. There is a super steep ramp step to get into the store and then it’s crowded inside. My friend on crutches with a large service dog had a difficult time getting around inside. I had a small guide dog and found the quarters very cramped. I’m just mentioning this so that people will be aware. Next time I go in, I will leave my guide dog at home and use a white cane to navigate.
The vast majority of the store has everything for electric instruments. There’s a little teeny acoustic room in the back which is so small that you barely have enough room to turn around and certainly not enough room to change your mind. Again mentioning so the people know what to expect.
the staff is helpful. Just check the things out before you buy, the stuff is used so check it out and make sure it works the way you want it to work.
Had a hard time trying any of the basses or bass amps….nothing was even plugged in…..had to run extension cords all over the place . Then the basses and amps were so crowded could not move to even try the gear out. Didn’t feel like rerunning power to the whole department to try any other amps out. Shame would have tried more gear out….but just wasn’t expecting to hook it all up myself. Sorry guys you lost a sale….take ten minutes plug In couple bass amps everyday instead of sitting out smoking…..dude you know who you are….you shut the door on my wife as you went back in after your cig break….seriously….Shame store has potential
Unfriendly staff
Hate it I could not find a clarinet ,:(
Dropped a guitar off for the owner to look at. He told me over the phone he’d give $150 for it and only a few hours later when I came in to get the money he prints me a ticket off and hands me $100. I reminded him that wasn’t what we agreed on and all he said was “that’s all I can do unless you want me to undo the transaction”. Not good business in my opinion. He lost a customer over 50 bucks. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
And now he’s calling me a liar. This isn’t some story I made up when I was bored, it actually happened. Remember the guitar was dropped off so it could be appraised. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews but this one was earned.
2. Meteor Guitar Gallery
Address: 128 W Central Ave, Bentonville, AR 72712 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Great place and nice setup. Always have fun there.
Great place to play
Guitar they sold me works like a beauty. Thank you Mason for the great customer service and answering all the questions I had! Can’t wait to come back in July and see all the wonderful employees again! Keep on rockin dude 🙂
We went to the Amy Winehouse Experience. We really didn’t care for the show because we felt like the show made a mockery of Amy’s final days of addiction and mental struggles. I wish the show would have celebrated Amy’s ironic voice over the sad drunken end of her days. Also they’re band was so loud you could barely hear Jenna’s “Amy” voice. Not sure if that was the band or house issue.
As far as the venue, we liked it. The staff was friendly and the place has a beautiful historic chill vibe. At the time (3/26) it was a BYOB but I think that might be changing? We will be back to check it out again.
Had no idea how cool & big this place was on the inside. Saw a great show & enjoyed the ambience. Check it out for a live performance sometime. I’ve disregarded this spot for 3.5 yrs but will likely be attending more shows now that I’m aware of this gem.
Good atmosphere
Worst experience with a music store ever! Lack of knowledge. Limited amount of guitar strings. Just terrible experience first and last time there!
Canceled concert and never got refund
3. Palen Music Center
Address: 4093 W Sunset Ave #101, Springdale, AR 72762 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Always has what we need and if not, they can get it!
Joel did an incredible job fixing my daughter’s flute. His expertise was obvious, and it made me feel at ease. Everyone at Palen was delightful, and I will definitely return.
I loved that I didn’t have to figure out what my daughter needed to get started or maintain her trombone. Palen has it al figured out you just have to pick your rental option and proceed to check out.
Very easy to rent an instrument for my kiddo. Packages are affordable, website was very user-friendly.
They didn’t have the trumpet I wanted but they got me the best trumpet now we just wait for about a few day and that’s it
Very informative and easy to work with
I have never had an instrument fixed properly. I don’t know if their piccolo person is just lazy or they don’t know. I will get my instrument and take it back and extra time or two to get them to actually fix what I asked them to fix the first time. I’ve even had my instrument come back more damaged than when I sent it in. Make sure you take extensive note of the condition given and condition returned. Make sure you give it a very good once over when you get it back too.
Nice store
I did not want to provide contact information for a relative in case I don’t make my payments. There was no other option when renting from Palen. I think it’s wrong to want to hit up extended family if I don’t keep my committments.
4. Guitar Center
Address: 160 E Joyce Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
My son went there to purchase a guitar very recently is a great job in the trade in staff was excellent manager was totally cool matter of fact we got to take a a picture of all three of us dressed in our best Prince t-shirts was a manager can’t wait to go back there with some more money and buy a drum set keep up the great work guys keep up the nice friendly atmosphere and a willingness to do anything it takes to maintain a customer and become great friends my son and I are we consider ourselves fortunate to call you that
Staff was great.helped me find what i was looking for.
Cool folks, great products and instruments
Good friendly atmosphere. Decent prices. I’m not that musically savvy but my bf loves it.
Pretty small compared to the other ones I have been to. Nothing really special inside, the only amps I saw were the used amps.
I tried to try out a fender deluxe reverb amp and they yelled at me to turn down at the edge of break up after about 3 seconds. I went to a real music store after and bought a fender vibrolux. The really know how to send someone somewhere els. That store really hasn’t been the same since Dave passed.
Please, don’t tell me via phone you have in store the specific product I need and when I arrive the product is not in store “nor has ever been stocked”. Dissatisfied.
They told me they buy guitars then I bring in my new guitar to them to check it out and the guitar was never played since new and they broke the volume knob on my guitar and then after that they will not buy it after braking it or even offer to fix what they broke they are scando and my guitar was sold at $499 and they offered me $52 if wasn’t broke when I brought in to them it was broke because of them I would not recommend them to any one and if the big guycomes from
back room leave asap because he will abuse your guitar and brake it I am reporting them to corporate office and attorney general of Arkansas too and I will not be back there every again too
5. Arkansas Musicworks
Address: 2400 SE J St, Bentonville, AR 72712 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Helped me get a great deal on a solid body tenor Lanikai ukulele. I love it! Will definitely be going back and purchasing all of my musical supplies from them.
Fantastic business with lots for any music lover and need from educational to more avid musician. Great customer service. Friendly people.
Son loves it!
Good products and nice folks.
Not a huge guitar shop but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, atmosphere was great light and humourous loved it got what I needed played some guitars and left with good memories
Efficient store operation but lacks collection.
They ended up not being able to fix my guitar. Horrible. They scratched the finish on my custom guitar. Didn’t put my pickups back on correctly, or even all the way. They also thought my input jack was glued in, when it clearly isn’t. Made a passive-aggressive about the guitar. Don’t take your instruments here.
Do not honor trade in value. Poor customer service.
Case And bow is falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend musicworks to anybody. Complete rip off. I got a 15 inch viola and within a year I had to get rid of it, because it was poorly made.
6. Quattlebaum Music Center
Address: 101 W Arch Ave, Searcy, AR 72143 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Relaxed and friendly…Bobby is great to work with and others…always a pretty good selection of what you need.
Good people, I got my sound system from here, they take their business seriously. I recommend them.
Lots of instruments. Decent prices.
This is a long time local favorite. It’s a cool little music store. Good customer service. Has guitars, violin/fiddle, cello, bass, etc.
Nice friendly staff
Very rude to my wife and all she did was ask a queston please don’t do business with these people we don’t need rude people in this town.
They are selling stolen property.
I’ve purchased things from here before, but today, I felt as though my business was not wanted. I took a violin in due to having issues tuning it and the bridge popping off. Was told what I need to do. Told them thank you and asked my daughter if she wanted to look around. Was told to have a nice day. Was not asked if I needed help with anything else. Employee just walked away
7. Remix Music
Address: 3855 Elm Springs Rd, Springdale, AR 72762 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Great shop! Good selection, much better than national chains
Very personal service
Great people. Great setting. Variety of instruments.
Love the selection and staff is friendly. Laid back atmosphere.
Firstly, this shop provides great service on guitars, setups and string changes. But beware of purchasing a guitar that is not currently hanging on their shelf. For example, the Fender American Professional II Strat, comes in 9 different colors. If you want a color that isn’t hanging on their wall, they will offer to get it for you, but it will be considered a “special order” and not eligible to be returned. This is an odd policy since they are an authorized Fender dealer. If you order the guitar direct from Fender, or Sweetwater, or any other online retailer, the guitar is eligible for return no questions asked. So essentially, trying to support a small shop will eliminate any guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Understand, I realize a small shop has limitations and must do what’s best for their bottom line. However, it was never communicated to me “hey if I order this guitar for you, it’s unreturnable.” The thought never crossed my mind to ask, since the item I ordered was a stock offering from Fender, nothing special or custom about it. It’s extremely surprising that a Fender dealer is not able to provide the same customer satisfaction policies that are in place by Fender themselves. Most of the guitars hanging on the walls are mid-tier or entry level guitars, so if you want something better, and you want the peace of mind to return it if you’re not happy with it, then I suggest looking elsewhere. If you need a great setup on your guitar, ReMix can do it.
Friendly’s staff knows equipment.
We bought a guitar here for our son a couple weeks back. One guy was way too salesy and talked too much but I like supporting local so we bought one.
I will never deal with them again,
I would like everyone that may read this to know that this business has absolutely NO AFFILIATION with Lee Hight or the original Musicians Pro Shop in Springdale.
The fact that they are trying to use the name as their slogan is very disappointing to me & my family and misleading to potential customers.
Please quit trying to profit off of my dad’s legacy.
Edited to respond to your response:
First, the response you gave me here and the response you gave on Facebook present two different ideas: one playing dumb and one asking permission. That alone shows your dishonesty. At least be consistent.
Second, my uncle Larry did not own the Musicians Pro Shop. He’s an easy going guy but he cannot give any real permission to use a name of a business that he did not own. I do not blame him for this though.
Third, the fact that you are sticking to the legality argument just shows that you lack morals because we are well aware that what you are doing is not illegal. My family has been reached out to numerous times regarding your awning and billboard by people that are furious. I worked at a music store for 6 years in the area and met dozens and dozens of people who told me they knew my dad and shared great stories about him. Your narrative that “no one remembers the business 25 years later” is very rude and naive to say. I’d be willing to bet that no one will remember Remix music in 25 years.
Last, you could have used your response to apologize, show empathy and explain yourself in a much better way that I would’ve respected you for. Instead you chose to gaslight me and be defensive.
As a local business, you depend on your community to pay your bills. Angering your local community is the last thing you’d want to do. This is a bad look for you and it will come back to bite you at some point. Best of luck.
The old guy was nice and got a good deal on my Boss PS 6 but the 2 employees or malinngerers.
8. Guitar Center
Address: 12315 Chenal Pkwy A, Little Rock, AR 72211 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Definitely my favorite music store. They appear to be bursting at the seams with inventory of all sorts and musical genres
The guitar repair technician was amazing. Not only did he fix my guitar, he told me WHY it was not set up properly. On top of that he gave an impromptu blues history/theory lesson that left me absolutely blown! Great job!
A great place for musical instruments and help with over all equipment
Staff very helpful. best selection of instruments and accessories in LR area. Not a good home studio selection of outboard recording gear, does have a good selection of computer based recording software.
The salesman are a little pushier since GC has looked toward bankruptcy. But this store remains one of the last places to look at gear in person before buying it.
Fun place to go!
These guys are the worst! I bought a loop station last week and when I got home I realized there was no power cord with the product. I called up there and spoke to the kid who sold it to me and he acted like I should have known it didn’t come with a power cord. I’m sorry, I just assumed that when u buy an electronic device it comes with the cord that powers it! Another time, a lady sold me a $20 card on the expectation that I will get $5 off a purchase every month for a year. What she didn’t tell me is that u have to make a purchase once a month for it to be valid. So I just basically donated $20 to guitar center because I was lied to.
You still cant browse. I go into the guitar room, guy comes in asks if he can help. I say I am browsing for my Father’s Day gift. He says there is limited browsing and someone has to help with guitars before you can play it. He, leaves, I see a couple I may be interested in, walk out, hes gone. So I just had to leave empty handed….Dont bother yet unless you know what you want before you go.I gave it two stars because the guy in the electric piano room was awesome with my son.
Lacking! And not tied to the community, it screams SMALL TOWN MUSIC store and not Guitar Center
9. Joyful Noise Guitar Central
Address: 116 E Main St Suite 2, Clarksville, AR 72830 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
I had a wonderful time producing a recording session here for singer songwriter Clay Cabe. Brent is a master behind the board and also laid down some wicked electric guitar lines! Thanks to Big Event Music for making this a great and memorable session!
Does big event music offer guitar lessons for beginners?
Great people, over priced used stuff. Knowledge staff with understanding across most instruments. Some nice and not so nice used guitars in stock. BEM is part of the problem in this online society, people will come here to see things in person, then go to Musicians Friend to buy. Give it a try, but you will probably end up buying somewhere else. Jeff
Nice music shop.
These guys are always willing to help and are really knowledgeable .
I bought a lot of things from Brent when the store sold instruments and amps and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, things have changed. I brought a guitar in that needed a rewire job. I was aware they were busy with festivals but they kept my guitar for 2 months and finally called and told me they didn’t have time to fix it. Needless to say, I wont be back.
I bought everything from guitar cases to a JBL top of line PA from them before I found out they are totally BOGUS! Sold me used merchandise as new, then got an attitude when I called them on it! Cuss me out when you’re a thiefing liar? I don’t think so! I wouldn’t buy a guitar pick from these people!!!
Holy cow. I didn’t even know this place was open until I went inside. Not very inviting and the whole building needs renovations. Seemed very trashy. Almost made me feel like the items there have less value just because of how badly ran the building is.
11. Billy’s House of Guitars
Address: 201 E Broadway, Glenwood, AR 71943 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Unique place, well worth a stop if it’s open. The place houses an unusual assortment of musical memorabilia and items for sale One part Museum, one part music store
There is no other place quite like this one. Antiques and music memorabilia they would normally expect to find in a museum can be found right here in Glenwood. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner a few years ago but but even today the story is still amazing
Great museum type experience and a wide variety of old vinyl and other music memorabilia. Just a mediocre selection of guitars for sale. Billy’s widow does a good job running the place. Check to make sure it is open before visiting.
Interesting place not a store as much as a museum
12. Palmer Music Company
Address: 1131 Front St, Conway, AR 72032 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
I got some awesome new bass strings here. They put the strings on for me and also had it cleaned and repaired. I was very happy with my experience at Palmer’s.
The guys here are kind and professional, always willing to help with any new endeavor or maintenance!
First time to visit Palmer Music Company. Oh my gosh, so helpful and very friendly.
Talked to Joey in the store today. He took some time to help me plan for an upcoming purchase for our church. They have a large selection of all kinds of musical instruments and they do lessons, as well. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thanks, Joey!
I was looking at electric guitars and they didn’t offer to let me plug any of them in. How are you truly going to know if you like one or not if you can’t hear the sound.
Usually busy because they’re good at what they do!
Went in expecting to buy a new guitar on 01/26/2023. The man behind the counter was very unfriendly & unhelpful.
I found one I wanted to buy but I just didn’t really want to give my money to a person who didn’t know how to smile.
Another employee walked by and was even more emotionless than the other guy. I left feeling very unwelcome.
I will not be back.
Go to GUITAR CENTER instead (you can actually have FUN there).
13. Guido’s Hot Springs Music
Address: National Park, 812 Higdon Ferry Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Very helpful. Came over hooked up an amp, and a pair of pedals for me so I could try out the effects SRV uses, and also showed me how to replace the nut on the guitar. Awesome store for hot springs, excellent location, and just an overall cool environment to look for instruments, or browse through accessories. Thanks!
If unique or vintage guitars and gear are your thing, give the folks at Guido’s a call. I’ve known Anthony for several years and he always has a great selection of vintage and used gear. And he’s always good for a memorable story or two! Pay them a visit and check out their inventory. You won’t be disappointed!
As a guitar player and people person I can’t say enough about guido’s! Great friendly people with great knowledge and choice of instruments and accessories. Needed my telecaster looked at and with 5 minutes and some cleaner he had it sounding good with Great electronic connection no more Interference. Didn’t charge me for the easy fix and made me a deal on a guitar for my grandson. Their kindness and generosity has made me a permanent customer. Thank you.
Great service and reasonable prices.
This is easily the worst guitar shop I have ever been in. His prices are outrageous for the cheap faulty equipment he sells. The 15$ guitar amp cord I bought from him recently broke within a week. WITHIN A WEEK , for 15$ I could have gotten quality cord. He treats customers as poorly as he let’s his shop look. If you want to buy shoddy guitars , faulty equipment, and be treated like garbage that has sat on the curb for a month then go ahead and buy from this crook. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE , if you need a guitar for someone who’s never played and you don’t what you need look elsewhere . Buyer be warned.
Never been in the shop, only phone conversation. Was not helpful at all, and cut me very short. Moving on…
I have lived in Hot Springs for a year and a half now and I pass this this guitar shop almost every day on my way home. As a guitar player and music enthusiast I have been interested in visiting this store but never found time to do so. I finally was able to go inside the music store recently and I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly. I went with a friend of mine in early January. I was browsing the guitars, and even picked one up and stood at the register waiting to ask about a price on the guitar, since there was no price tag. The clerk was too busy talking to his buddy to even acknowledge my presence. After several minutes I returned the guitar to the shelf. Finally the clerk was done talking and I inquired about two guitars. I received very short answers that seemed ridiculous amount-wise. I honestly believe the prices I was quoted were made up on the spot. My friend had found a guitar strap that he thought I would like and brought it over to show me, then he returned it to the shelf after I told him that I rarely use a guitar strap. I continued browsing, and when I rounded the corner and came close to the register, the clerk said to me “what did you do with that guitar strap?” I replied that I had never touched a guitar strap. It doesn’t take a genius to realize this man was accusing me of shoplifting. A few minutes later the same clerk approached my friend and me and very rudely told us to leave the %&#@ing store and not to ever come back. He said we were suspicious because we hadn’t been to the store before and that we were wearing coats! May I remind you, it was JANUARY! Yes, we had never been to the store because my friend was from out of town and this was my first time to visit the store. I’m not going to lie and claim to be rich, but I enjoy buying new guitars and other instruments. I tried to talk to the clerk as an adult, even though his demeanor was that of someone on steroids trying to pick a fight. I guess this store doesn’t want new customers, and heaven help us if its cold outside and you’re wearing a jacket. I feel very disappointed at the customer relations of this store. My friend and I were potential customers and were treated as shoplifters simply because we were new and had jackets on. This is absolutely absurd and I can’t for the life of me understand why this guy attacked us. I have never had an experience this insane at a music store, and I’ve been to many guitar shops all over the country. If this clerk was not the owner of the store, then the actual owner should relieve him of his job because he is hurting the stores income by bullying customers for wearing a jacket in January. I can’t believe I was treated this way. There aren’t words to express how badly we were treated and how upset I am about this experience. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know and meet about the way they run their business there and recommend that they find a different store, one that treats its customers with dignity and respect. By the way, this store didn’t have a very good selection of anything and ridiculous prices, I have no idea how they are still in business. If they treat all new customers this way their future is bleak. Thanks, Hot Springs music–Guido especially, for being the rudest, most disrespectful, and worst customer service store ever! You’d get 1/4 of a star if I could mark it that way. You should be ashamed of yourself for acting like a child. Disgusting.
14. Shuffield Music Company
Address: 610 Main St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
I’ve been regularly visiting Paul and his shop for the past couple of years. The guys are always super nice and they’ve got an awesome selection of great instruments. They carry essentials like strat-like guitars and acoustics but they always have some really unique stuff on the wall as well.
The people are very helpful and friendly
Paul is a wealth of knowledge for anything guitar or any musical instruments as well as proav and many other things related to the industry. There’s really only one small town music store left in South Arkansas. I’m glad it’s Shuffield music.
Not to bad
Great local music store. We have shopped here for years.
Good place to buy guitars, don’t ask them to fix anything you own uness you want it damaged.
Rude
15. Palmer Violin Shop
Address: 1043 W Walnut St, Rogers, AR 72756 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Wonderful, personal service. The only place I feel comfortable taking my instrument. You can rest easy knowing your instrument is in good hands!
Best there is in NW AR. Expert at cello, viola, violin, one stop shop.
Good rental prices
I only logged on to ask if this music store sells or had violins for sale. Can anyone answer this for me ? This is the closest music store but also an hour away and I don’t want to drive there for no reason. So I’d appreciate if someone could give a response and lmk if they do have violins. If not then anything close to a violin such as a viola. Thank you. (:
Billing issues on return violin but was promptly corrected with great costumer service
16. Clarinda’s Crafts & Music
Address: 3 Trina Loop, Greenbrier, AR 72058 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Bought an excellent sounding, sweet mandolin from Clarinda at a very reasonable price.
Well now Clarinda is the gal to do business with and maybe learn a thing or two about that special instrument you’ve been looking for. Even if you’re not player. Yet.
Inspiration is where it all starts. You’ll need a quality instrument that is comfortable to you ear and to wear. Because after all, that instrument you’re wearing is a part of you. Linked right to your heart. That’s it. Music.
Clarinda has good taste. Her selection of instruments are about the best values you’ll find. Value. Clarinda’s knowledge of selection. An instrument you’ll look forward to playing. Her personal attention to detail makes all the difference.
I bought 1 Loar LM-700-VS mandolin from Clarinda. I wanted a pick up installed. No problem. Done. I also bought an original version stock Loar LM-700-VS. Plugged in or not these mandolins are top notch! Will knock down your doors and the dogs will come runnin’ in! So to speak… couldn’t be happier. – Steve Kletzel – In Portland Oregon
How can you not have fun at a place like this.
17. Valley Piano Co
Address: 3515 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Super quick and knowledgeable! Got everything I needed to get my kiddo up and going with her new guitar!
Old friends I’ve known for over 50 years. Always friendly and good price.
Great people, a very old store
I went into to buy a guitar. Very small selection
Lots of sheet music and DVDs but it is all on the computer today. Wonderful people. I wish them well!
My visit was to test the integrity of an electric guitar I had. Spoke to the guy behind the counter. (The one with the gray streaked goatee). Told him I was preparing to sell it via Facebook, and all I want to do is see if it sounds as it should. He said it was ok I was like great thanks. The buyer was from outta town and was shopping for guitar supplies. She had just bought amp still needed a cord possibly more. Asked her to meet up there since she was just down the road. She wanted to go in do to the rain. Instantly he started ranting that he’s a business man a professional and I was shady for what I had done. I was very polite. My reply ( I’m sorry I brought you a customer sure she meet up with me to buy a guitar for cheap but she still may need something) she was there for his childish act. ( she replied I do need a cord) He didn’t even bother to respond to her. He looks at me says someone smells bad like cigarettes… Wow 0 stars for your sir. Where’s your public relations at. Your welcome for that sell.
18. River Valley Music Center
Address: 407 N Arkansas Ave Suite 5C, Russellville, AR 72801 , Terriente , Arkansas , United States
Love the selection and staff here. Their selection of Aria classical guitars is lovely, and their prices are fantastic!!! Everyone whom I have had the pleasure of visiting with has always been a delight to talk with as well. Was first referred up here by Josh over at Hippie Palace. Stop in and check them out; you will be pleased you did
Wonderful teachers very flexible schedules and I always feel at home being there!
Arrived around 1:00p.m. and doors were locked but lights were on. Luckily there was a kitchen gear store across the hall with the sweetest ladies running it (seriously, give them a visit they’re so nice) killed about 30 minutes in there before waiting on the hall an additional 20. Dude showed up and unlocked the door, I got excited, then he turned off the lights and relocked the doors. I just wanted some guitar string and a string winder… So yeah, Valley Piano was great, just go there
I’ve been by here twice to buy a guitar case and sign my kid up for lessons. First time they were closed (not a holiday) and the second time, they were open but no one was inside.
Great people. Service animal friendly. Hooked us up with some coupons. Love this store, prices are amazing.
Fun store!
Good bargins for Christmas
Great selection of new and used cds and dvds. They also have candy, shirts, earbuds, and other things.
Doesn’t have games and a lot of the stuff is just funko pops and over priced cereals.
Ok for random nerd culture stuff. It looks like it’s about to close for good in the near future.
Just walked through mall; store offering didn’t pull me in to browse.
Went to this FYE and the store was fantastic up until check out where the cashier tried to sneakily enroll me in a monthly magazine subscription without being upfront about it. I know employees are unfairly pressured to get a certain number of people to sign up for these things but this is not the way to get them. Very slimy, dirty, and underhanded.
For a dying franchise, their prices are$$$$$.one of the only retail places I know you can still get cds if that’s your jam.
