Friendly people. They fixed the flute
We are happy .
Professional service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Cadence is more than a music store. It’s a place where music artists work and teach and care about their community.
They had what we were looking for and easy parking. I found the customer service average; clerks on duty seemed less than motivated to help.
I will say they have made an extrodianary effort to correct the issues we had. They have a fair rent to own program. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because it did take some time. Overall make sure you are very clear what you want and what you will get
I broke a clarinet and without a problem the next day Cadence Music picked it up and fixed it very fast about 4 days and while it was being fixed I got a loner…GREAT EXPERIENCE
The owner is extremely rude and the employees are incompetent. I usually go to Mostly Music in North Fort Myers because the owner is nicer and knowledgeable about all instruments. he is not just out to make a quick buck by ripping off students. I am going to try First note in the Cape next because I heard, from a music teacher, they are less expensive and more honest than Cadence.
I had my oboe fixed there about a month ago and when I got it back it was still broken and it cost $150 originally for them to do nothing to it, but on the bright side they polished the keys so then it made it look like they actually fixed my instrument
Be Very careful with this company. They charged me for a Rental on a snare drum that i never saw or even asked for. They said they delivered the drum to a Middle school for my son and the school knew nothing about a drum. Cadence then sent me to collections for $800.00, I found out about the drum from the collection company. FRAUD

Really interesting, they are a working broadcasting station for TV and radio that also provides excellent training to Communications majors. Its a great idea and they do it very well. Having the combination of seasoned professionals and students makes it more interesting than the typical station and also puts it several cuts above a lot of student-only stations around the country from both an instructional and an audience perspective.
7. Cloud Factory Smoke & Vape
Address: 18731 Three Oaks Pkwy #8, Fort Myers, FL 33967 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Very nice place very clean and very nice options to choose from
Daniella was super nice and very helpful! Will be back again!
Workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. Jess is the best!
I went here to buy my first ever vape I’ve never bought or owned a vape so I didn’t know what I was looking at or for. The person who helped me was nice and polite and even more so after I explained this was my first time getting one so I picked a vape and a juice and left. I got home excited to use my new vape but I went to use it i realized there is no battery I guess that’s sold separately and I was not informed. The shop is 30 minutes from my house so I didn’t make the trip back just went else where.
managers are highly unprofessional!
I just bought a defected vape that doesn’t work tried to return it the second I bought it. And the girl tells me she can’t do anything about it. Got robbed for $20. Don’t go here if you want to buy a vape this place is garbage.
Out at a dinner date with my husband at the Island View at the Lani Kai hotel. Enjoying very much the music and singing of Mr. Larry Maas. Very romantic.
9. Mr Music, Inc.
Address: 12951 Metro Pkwy #3, Fort Myers, FL 33966 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
My daughter has been taking guitar lessons here for over a year and I we are so pleased with the progress! She enjoys going and her teacher, Hunter, is fantastic!
I bought a trombone from here and I love it! I was very pleased with the service and I can’t wait to start my music lessons!
went for an amp repair and it was great. great staff customer service and of course they fixed my amp so 10/10
Plenty of parking , decent customer service, good selections of instruments , prices not that good, sales rep tried to push sales instead of suggestions.
Nice Place but very pricey… A lot of things you can get on Amazon for way cheaper.
I took music lessons here for a while. Everyone inside was really nice and the instructor was really knowledgeable.
I didn’t like that I was being pressured to pre pay for continued lessons even though I couldn’t with my work schedule. When I told them I couldn’t schedule anything further until a week of two, the guy started telling me i would lose my spot and there would be nothing he could do.
Overall, not a bad experience, just really put a damper on it.
Carl says he’s “reactionary” teacher (no lesson plans). Be prepared to tell the teacher what you need to learn??? 6 lessons and what I learned is how good Carl can play guitar and that it’s a really difficult instrument to learn. What a POS! Dave (the owner) is okay.
Can’t give zero stars. If you feel like you need to form your own opinion that’s fine. But I can promise you that I never write bad reviews. Take it or leave it.
Made a HUGE mistake purchasing a digital piano from Mr Music, Inc – Fort Myers. I wanted to support a small local business and I did something I don’t usually do and purchased it without looking the product up online. I figured I would be paying a little more by not buying from a big box store but turns out I paid over DOUBLE!! And the owner is very firm on the no return policy. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. I take responsibility for my lack of research but am disappointed that this small business is ripping people off so bad.

My 9 year old son takes guitar lessons with Kevin. Kevin comes to our home (which makes it a little easier on me). He is very patient with my shy boy. Kevin shares his love of music and skill with the guitar with Ben, it has been a wonderful introduction to this instrument!
Ms. Jeanne is so amazing with my daughter teaching her piano! She is kind, patient, encouraging and kind. We are so blessed to have Jeanne passing along her passion and love for music to us. I’m looking forward to this years recital as we have had many friends start taking lessons with her and can’t wait to see everyone play. Last year at the recital I was so heart warmed when a saw a student with a disability share her music during the recital. Jeanne is a gem I wanted to keep all to myself, but now anyone who wants to know I am glad to share our continuing happiness with piano from Ms. Jeanne!
Kevin easily conveys his passion for music to his students. Our child is playing a number of songs on the guitar after only a few weeks of lessons. Our son age 13 is picking up the guitar as a fun way to pass time and entertain. We feel very blessed that our child has the opportunity to learn with a teacher that truly embraces music as a ministry of joy.
11. Guitar Center
Address: 4440 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
The people in this guitar center are very helpful, and the instructors are very inspiring.
Congratulations to them and keep it up.
They always have what I want
Love guitar center
The employees were knowledgable and friendly but a little bit overwhelmed. Both of my visits took a bit longer than I expected due to short staffing. The repair guy seems really nice.
I love Guitar Center. I go there sometimes on my lunch break just to look at the wall of guitars. Everyone there is cool and helpful. I’ve purchased a guitar and mandolin from this store on separate occasions and both were great experiences.
There ´s very kind guys working there. There´s a lot of products.
Bring your own battery and test out any electric guitars or electric acoustic silly me trusted that they would be checking their items which they should be, and I ended up going home with a broken guitar. I ended up exchanging it, but I feel like you guys need to separate lines like maybe one for just quick purchases… People are always standing in line just to buy strings or pics forever phones ringing off the hook I mean they’re really has to be a solution… Also, for sure test, you were used products before putting them on the floor. I put brand new strings on it, which I purchased With the guitar, which was on my receipt… I didn’t even get a chance to cut the strings yet, so clearly they were brand new and they didn’t even offer me a new pack of strings, or a discount on strings for the inconvenience, which I thought was pretty low
Marcell had every bad customer service, if you weren’t the correct color he wouldn’t bother helping, would give you a nasty attitude, ignore you, if you walk to another employee & try ask them he would react in a very disrespectful manner, should be ashamed of his self & the way he treats people, overall our experience was a zero star rating, won’t be going in there again, not 2 be made feel like we don’t belong….
Walked in looking to get some info about a drum set for my Rockstar daughter and was completely ignored by the guy at the counter. He was busy but said absolutely nothing to us walked past us 2 or 3 times and nothing! Not even hi. No I’m busy I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Nothing! Like we were ghosts and he couldn’t see us
12. Coral Sky Music
Address: 1059 NE Pine Island Rd #3, Cape Coral, FL 33909 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Top of the line best place I’ve been to, the guy that runs the place actually cares about his customers and their progress in music. Best place in the cape no doubt.
Stopped by on a whim, Frank is great and I love the PRS he sold me. 5 Stars for sure.
Great little place with knowledgeable staff. CHEAPEST GUITAR STRINGS I’VE FOUND IN TOWN! Not a lot in stock, but they will order in.
Drove all the way to the store and closed at noon on a Friday.
Stopped in today to check this place out only to find a ‘We Fear COVID’ notice on the door. LOSERS!! Can’t believe people in the music industry act this way!!

14. Jay & Kay’s Organ & Piano Co.
Address: 1400 Colonial Blvd Ste 1B, Fort Myers, FL 33907 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
It was a great experience, again. Bought a used piano 7 years ago from Jay & Kay’s, and am trading it in for a new model. We got an excellent value for the trade, and paid a very reasonable price for the new digital piano. Thank you, Jay & Kay!
Absolutely the best place to purchase a piano, digital piano, organ, sheet music and other music accessories. They have a very knowledgeable staff and the owners, Jay & Kay are great people.
David is fantastic!
This is more of a music school than a music store if that makes sense. Sure, there is some sheet music and instruments for sale, but it’s obvious that they are for the student teacher relationship. The staff guy was pretty nice to me and I got a good vibe of the place though, just not really my cup of tea
Friendly and knowledgeable … good experience!
Shopping at Jay and Kay’s is always a pleasure.
I’m new to the area being only 4 years in Cape Coral. While our 1st home we built didn’t have room for a Piano. I made sure that our 2nd home we are building now does. With all the shortages of product inventory I decided to buy a Piano now. Being a former business owner I try to buy everything from local companies. I called Jay & Kay by phone I explained exactly what I’ve told you above. I said to Jay I’m picking up a sandwich from Parkway subs and illl be there in 20 minutes. Upon my arrival I entered the store. No greetings. I walked around for about 25 minutes. No one ever approached us. I took a card off their desk and wrote a note. Left my phone number. No one has ever called me.back. That was on 07/26/2021. Not sure why Jay invited us to his showroom with detailed instructions of their location. Waste of time. I drove down to Piano Distributors and then to Nicks Pianos. I was greeted very well by Anthony and Nick at each location. Then I drive to Dave’s Piano’s Tamps area again another professional very knowledgeable as well. I compared the 3. I made my selection and place a deposit on the 60k piano
Don’t bother going to Jay & Kay they don’t need to waste your time
Sadly to say I wanted to buy in my local neighborhood. Support the local businesses after the Covid 19 destruction.
I personally left their business card on the counter and had wrote a note on the back asking them to call me with my phone number on it. Crickets !!!
15. Tom Marcellis Guitar Studio
Address: 13601 McGregor Blvd #12, Fort Myers, FL 33919 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Tom is an awesome guy with nothing but passion for what he does. He can play such a wide variety of songs from Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead to juju on the beat (yeah I’m not kidding he will teach anybody any song) He is super kind and has a great personality. Going to any other place to learn the gift of playing an instrument would be a mistake. Great guy, Great studio, Amazing soul. 10/10 recommend
Our seven year old daughter has been taking lessons with Mr.Thomas Marcellis since 2020, and we have been incredibly pleased. He is professional, patient, musically gifted, and above all a great teacher. He makes her want to learn more! She enjoys coming weekly, and has established confidence in herself that will only continue to grow as her knowledge base increases. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have her learn from Mr.Thom, and would highly recommend Guitar Studio to everyone.
Met Tom and took my first lesson today. Great guy and patient and knowledge teacher. Unfortunately he is located too far for me to continue taking lessons with him. My loss.
16. WD Music Products Inc.
Address: 17570 N Tamiami Trail #1, North Fort Myers, FL 33903 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Let me set the record straight.
Although they have a small selection of strings, pedals, picks ect, this is a guitar shop for luthier or repair. Very nice, and helpful people, good prices.
But if you go into it don’t expect a guitar center. Expect better service and prices, but not walls of guitars ect. Expect parts, pickups, bridges ect.
Great peple
Best place ever. As a foreigner in the states I thought that only guitar center has every thing in guitar parts and stuffs, but I was wrong… I was looking for some guitar parts to take back to my country and repair my guitar and I didn’t find em ad guitar center, so a guy that works there told me that what I was looking I could find it in WD music products. He wasn’t lying they have all you need. Literally all you can imagine and more. They even ship to eveywere in the states. (Don’t know if they ship worldwide).
I went in looking for a guitar. They seem to do most of their business on repair, not sales. They have a couple dozen acoustic guitars of lower quality. Some looked used but were not labeled that way. Guy behind the counter never really took any interest in helping.
I love this place! Always willing to give me a good deal. They have everything! A great experience.
Great customer service
The quality isn’t what it used to be. Send them a strat pickguard to copy and they get it wrong, repeatedly. I gave up on them.
Ridiculous policies. They sent me a clearly defective pickguard and won’t do anything resolve the issue because I filed two edges they neglected to do to tryand make it work. If the pickguard is already defective who cares if the sides are filed? It’s not like they can resell it? Hoping PayPal takes care of it!
Friendly ppl in the building but, took a week to replace a vol pot only to find the tone not working after getting home. Don’t think I’ll drop anything off there again after listening how it must have gone bad in the case some kind of way that week it sat there.
17. Total Music Source
Address: 901 East Industrial Circle #10, Cape Coral, FL 33909 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Great place to learn an instrument. My nine year old son is playing the drums so well because of his teacher!
went there looking for ukulele strings and the people there were really helpful and kind I already referred people there . I like a place were they are willing to help some one like me who don’t have a clue. the guy there was honest as could be thanx went again to get strings and when i said i needed a gig bag the guy didnt try to sell me some outrageous cost bag he sold me a clearance item . that worked well honest workers therr i am impressed agian great experience.
The people that work at this store are good at what they do , I bought an expensive guitar from them and there was a shipping address mix up and they did everything I was hoping for …now I have my guitar and I love it .
Very overpriced, better off going to Guitar Center in Fort Myers. 🙁
They sent me a different banjo than I ordered the one they sent me was $30 cheaper I could have bought it anywhere and they refused to give me a creditor answer my emails be careful when buying from the store
not good enough store, 2/10
18. Educators Music
Address: 110 NE 2nd Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33909 , Three Oaks , Florida , United States
Best prices in town, even beats internet deals most times. Chris and Josh are the people to talk to.
I had an absolutely amazing first experience visiting Educators Music! Jeremiah, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. The instructor, Mr. Karen, was nothing short of fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed with her expertise and teaching style, she made my kids comfortable and before we left my kid played a song on her own. We can’t wait for our next session.
My daughter had clarinet lessons here and we rented to own a clarinet – they have always been easy to communicate with and super awesome – I recommend them!!
Decades old institution in SWFL. Quality teaching for various musical paths and a modest store with competitive pricing. Fun laid back cafe with live music rounds out the experience of this gem in cape coral!
Sad to say one of the worst experiences as a consumer I’ve ever had. I’m a 47 year old new drummer (less than a year) who bought a Simmons electronic kit from a private sale. My ride cymbal stopped working and I went here for help with troubleshooting the problem, remember I’m new! The employee that initially helped me was AWESOME! I explained the problem, he offered a possible solution that I hadn’t thought of, and even pulled up Simmons site to offer more help. The owner very impatiently and abruptly interuppted, told his employee “he can wait”, as the owner motioned my direction, and instructed him to handle a phone call!!! Since when do you interrupt a customer in your store, standing right in front of you, who may end up purchasing something to handle a phone call!?!?!?!?!? The owner very impatiently and disinterested listened to my story, looked at his computer, ran the cursor over the “800 number ” for Simmons and said ” I don’t carry or service Simmons products, you’ll have to call customer support”. I was half way out the door as he was saying this!!! Kudos to the employee for attempting to help a new musician!!! But PATHETIC service from the owner. So what they don’t carry simmons?! Maybe someday I’ll be ready to upgrade to a fancy electronic or acoustic kit and need a good store. NOT THIS PLACE EVER!!! I LOVE to support local business instead of big box stores, but Educators will never get a dime from me.
At first I thought it was a decent little store. It does not have much of a selection, but it had guitar strings, which is what I needed at the time… then I tried talking to the sales person. He wasn’t much help, and seemed like he had better things to do.
It got worse when I was talking with the owner. I was trying to make small talk with him, but he was a bit standoffish. He Became rude when I was telling him that it was an interesting little place, but I’d come back I like it. After that he acted like I should just buy the strings and get out… which is what I did.
After that experience I have decided that I will not be buying anything from them.
I don’t recommend this music store. The woman working couldn’t find our violin case and blamed us for not calling ahead. Very inconvenient as we have to make another trip to retrieve it.

Geek squad team out of this store is the best!!!!!!
Very helpful employees helped me find a nice computer
Perfect
They didn’t have what we needed. No one person helped.
Extremely helpful staff , decent prices certainly a place to shop
No tienen mucho a la vista, lo mejor es comprarlo por la web
Never answers phone no mater what day or time you call I’m very angry and this needs to change you have lost my business
Looking for stove and only had 2 on the floor. All appliances were bare. An employee suggested the Cleveland location.
I hate to do this because I’ve purchased many phones here before, but I just had a notably bad experience just now at the Gulf Coast Town Center Best Buy. My fiancee was trying to upgrade her phone. She picked out the phone she wanted, they confirmed that it was in stock and the process began… It took approximately 30 minutes to pull up the account while two employees trained a new employee. She then paid off the remaining balance on her old phone to upgrade. After all of this, AJ (the “team leader”) looked and said that they actually didn’t have any of the phones she said she wanted from the beginning, but had two of the bigger, more expensive model that she didn’t want. Frustrated but also finding this incompetence funny, we decided to go the Verizon store. But before leaving, we asked if the balance of her old phone was still paid off. AJ the Team Leader’s response was “yes, it’s paid off. No actually it will go back on the card right away. It’s either paid off or will go back on your card.” Now I feel bad because I recommended Best Buy. Boy did you disappoint today, AJ. Hopefully this is a teaching moment for AJ, perhaps check if you have a product in stock before dragging a customer through a 30 minute process that shouldn’t take longer than 10. Wow.
