Stopped in to get coffee, a snack and use restroom, only to find the restrooms closed. As it is basically the only place to use restroom between Benson and Douglas besides the roadside, very inconvenient. Needless to say no coffee or snacks bought either.
Very dirty store, on 10/23/23, at 2:15pm. I had to take my elderly mother in law to the restroom and very dirty. Diarrhea all over she said and the handicap restroom out of order and it’s not supposed to be. I wish you guys could make it a priority on keeping the restrooms clean.
Tried to call this store about a lost wallet and the phone number is a recording saying that the number is not valid! It would be nice to be updated if the stores number has been changed if that’s the reason. Store should look into this issue for sure!

Your local Tombstone po po kicked us off your curb in the wee hours of the morn soon after we arrived. Lol. Where else would your customers park? if not out front? Purposely headed here hurriedly to escape the ensuing Artic Blast, and parked here to see all your goodies when you opened… before we got something to eat, filled up the tanks, and further stimulate your and the town’s economy on the way to Phoenix.
Went to Quartzite instead and spent my hundreds.

Honestly notightwad! Everyone brags about this place. There was nothing welcoming about this shop. It said open but the doors were all locked like every customer is going to rob them. And even the the woman in the shop, not Pat, made me ring the bell before she gotup abd unlocked it.. She was absolutely unwelcoming. Unwilling to help and was totally standoffish with her attitude. I felt like I was a complete bother to her and was wasting her time talking to me. I felt completely unwelcomed. I asked for a book on local arizona minerals, she sells me the general Smithsonian book. I found more info using Google than talking to these tightwads!

I was in Tombstone last October (2021) for 4 days and stopped in to the Antique Mall to check things out. They have a lot of items. A lot of stuff, but you’ve got to look close to find a diamond in the rough. I did! Picked up this vase for $28, returned home to Georgia and was showing a friend who owns an upscale antique shop. She let out a scream. Offered me $300 for my vase. I declined. I knew what it was when bought it. Almost forgot, I had THE BEST chocolate milkshake I’ve ever had in my 56 years on earth, at this antique shop!

Family Dollar came to the city of Tombstone 5 years ago. This town does not have a grocery store so the Family Dollar is wonderful for these families. They have a great selection of food some frozen food, bread, cold cuts, paper goods, canned food, pet food, kitchen items and much more! It is great to have this store in town for those items!

I always have to go to Sierra Vista Walmart because this Tombstone Fam D is always sold out of Dinty Moore Beef Stew and that’s what my kids like. I’m currently writing this review at Walmart. I tried shopping with Fam D but they are always sold out. Walmart is also cheaper. I’ll edit my review if this ever changes. I’ll give 5 stars if I could just skip the trip to Vista. This store isn’t offering me ANY convenience as far as i’m concerned.

Mmmm beer! Many suprisingly unique and enjoyable styles of beer. Laid back atmosphere with large outdoor patio and friendly service.
Decent draft selection, prices are somewhat higher compared to other breweries. Locals seem to enjoy it here though!

I was there today! I don’t know what to say about your I.P.A.s. your stouts are good on a cooler day. I don’t like citrus in my beer. Too much of a sour taste left in your mouth for a hot day. You have a good beer there that I had one day. Your female bartender seemed to know. But asking questions of your Male bartender is like talking to a wall. I have run into him twice out of three times. Even if I don’t know the right questions maybe he could help me out.
Expensive beer $15 for a 4 pack
Bartender was dismissive, disengaged, and overall unpleasant. I was excited to come here and his overall surly attitude ruined the experience. I will not return.

We absolutely loved staying here on our recent trip to Tombstone. Watching the sun set from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was large, comfortable, mmaculate and the location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back!
Barkley and I went there today and sampled the new pizza that will be on the menu starting Friday. It is the best pizza! Crust is crunch chewy and the sauce was delightful and the service is amazing ♡♡Stop by and play a game, we played AirHockey!!

Celebrated our one year anniversary here, wish we could give 5stars staying in the Oriental Room we had no airflow all night compared to the common room which was much more comfortable. Everything else was great just be aware when booking the Oriental is right next to the front door, which wasn’t an issue for us but with a hang over it might be!
Rooms: Stayed in the Oriental, the room was beautiful and spacious and the private bathroom was a great upgrade from the smaller rooms.
Nearby activities: Everything going on right on Allen was east access and even going down to the Shoot Out Arena was only 3 minutes away.
Walkability: Right on Allen street with private parking which was fantastic. Food and drinks are all only a few steps away every direction.
Loved the location. It was within walking distance to the historic places we wanted to visit. The only phone number available was listed as “emergency only”. Who were we to call when we ran out of toilet paper or needed a washcloth for the shower? Could these be counted as an “emergency”? This was the only issue we had and why Service was rated so low.

The owner of this business is very rude and the prices for all the food, rooms, games, ice-cream is outrageously priced. I do not recommend this place to stay or eat at, we went to a different hotel the same night we stayed here and ate dinner at a hot dog stand witch was better food then the pizza and ice-cream we had at this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to no one. Stay somewhere else.
Smells awful, the beds roll out from under you if you lay down too fast and it is hot as sin. No one is there from management and they don’t answer the hotel phone! Didn’t even realize there was a second cell number till I saw it On a piece of paper on the fridge when I was leaving.

Most authentic thing to see at Tombstone. So much history in this place, stage, piano, and brothel rooms are all still the same.

What a rip off… Tried to pay for tickets for the 8 p.m. ghost tour a little after noon and they said to wait until the time came… So we sat in our van on a side road on the outskirts of town all freaking day waiting and when we went back in at 8… They ssid it was cancelled because an investigation group had booked the night… Horrible experience!!!!!
I had waited many years to walk through that theater I finally made my way over there with my boyfriend this weekend and at first the proprietor was very friendly and informative but I feel for $15 each we were obligated to take a guided tour which was fine but we were not able to linger and really take in the history that we were experiencing I felt we were being rushed. It’s a very short tour For the amount of money however it was still worth experiencing. Maybe if he could just allow for a little more time the tour lasted less than half an hour and we were not able to stay and look at all the artifacts.

Everything went great in my business dealings with them until I went to their bank to cash their check. The bank did not want to cash it- they made me wait 20 minutes while the teller had a conference with the manager. Long story short National Bank charged me $8.00 for the privilege of getting real money. I was to get $400 for my guitar but I only got $392 this is not fair. I think Jacob should give me the 8 dollars to make it right but he will not pay in money, only checks. This is not right.

Reuben was okay, wife’s calzone was better. Staff was very nice but long wait from ordering food to getting it (btwn 25 – 30 mins). Guess that’s okay if you wanted to get a couple of drinks in. Live music during the afternoon.
Fun place to grab a feed and a cool beverage. Let the staff take a free photo of you (with your own camera/phone) in period costume provided. Value meals with live western music. Bar maids & servers in theme costume adds to the authenticity. Hint: go down the spiral stairs in the centre of the room to the cellar/gift shop.

food and server was 5+ stars. my beef is with the seating boys. i come in by myself and wait while the 2 kids are talking to each other. then a couple comes in behind me and the blond boy wants to seat them first until i speak up. i say”Hey, what about me?” he say’s “What about you?”
Good food, HORRIBLE service. Our waitress didn’t check on us from the time we ordered til the time our food came over 50 minutes later. We were all out of our drink and even tried to get the attention of other passing staff to ask them for refills, but they kept walking. We were incredibly thirsty by the time our food came. When she brought the food we were able to ask for and receive drinks, but then she didn’t come back again for another 30 minutes. We had wanted to order dessert but were tired of the waiting. It’s sad because the first thing I said when I saw the menu was “oh I want that sundae!” And I wasn’t able to have it. 🙁
Service was awful! Came for a beer and macho nachos with 2 kids. The nachos weren’t the worst, but not worth the wait. Ordered 3 waters and a beer, the beer came before my kids waters. Not recommending from my experience

Tombstone is kind of a disappointing tourist trap. The amenities aren’t that great, just a bunch of shops selling mostly made in China overpriced trinkets. Hadn’t been here in years and just kinda felt sad. Cochise county is one of the only counties losing population and it shows. Lack of jobs and opportunities. The Oriental was closed, on a Weekend no less. I don’t get the weird western wear barkers who shout at you about gun fight show. Anyway cannot really review because they were closed.
Never go there, the same people own the Crystal Palace and they charge $1.00 if you use a debit/credit card, even for the locals….
Closed when I tried to visit. It was only after 4pm.

January 28, 2022 4:30 pm sitting at the bar one waitress. Had 6 dollars under empty beer.said I was going to play music and right back. I also had a picture in envelope. Returned from playing music and no beer, money and envelope gone. Come every year but no longer! This place lost total sight of customers. Customers beware!!!
This places reeks of an old wet rag as soon as you open the door. There is not a lot of bar seating but a few tables and outdoor choices available.
Terrible service and the bartenders were rude to my friends! Definitely would not recommend it! The rest of the town was great!
14. Tombstone Visitor’s Center

If you are in Arizona you have to visit Tombstone. Great atmosphere and so much history.
I got there at 7:30 in the morning. It was a ghost town. No stores were open , nobody walking around. Town doesn’t get started until 9:00 am.
Little bit of a tourist trap but I must see.
This was a fun spot to explore. Everything started to really get going at around 12pm. We missed the gun fight I. The Ok Coral but did catch the comedy in the small theme town. It was cute with a little history interwoven. The stagecoach ride was fun, I had always wanted to experience that. The guide was hard to understand and it went to fast to actually get pictures of what he was talking about. If you love the Earp story or Tombstone movie it is work the trip. I would definitely stop at Bird Cage Theater as it is the only original building still standing and has a great museum with intriguing artifacts.

This review is for Tombstone in general, not the visitors centre. We visited Tombstone in June 2017, making a special detour off our route back to Las Vegas. I was very disappointed with what I found on the historic main street. There was very little atmosphere, and not much history on show. Apart from a few plaques giving brief historical descriptions, nearly everything else is given over to selling stuff to tourists. Basically I got the impression that rather than show me American history, I was being sold it. Not wishing to be entirely negative, there was free parking available, though if you have an RV, the lower parking area is quite a steep climb back up to street level. I was left with the feeling I really wished I hadn’t bothered driving all that way.
Rude and unfriendly customer service all over town. The horses were cool to see.
Why it says Visitor Center if the person in the front do not provide you for you accurate information to pass the day. At least he knows what things are in Tombstone but cannot provide days times and prices. OK… I look around in the posters surrounding the walls and the poster itself has prices and times what is this?

Talk about a hidden gem. When we were looking for a place to get away for our anniversary I stumbled across Wyatt’s Hotel which is located diagonal across from the OK Corral.
We booked the Miss Jessy Suite and wow. This room is beautiful and the private balcony is amazing.
This room has far exceeded our expectations. We are enjoying our little getaway and can’t wait to sit on our big private balcony tonight to enjoy a few drinks.

One of the most authentic towns we have seen. Super people working the venues. Not much free activities. Most things are cash only. Definitely a great place to see if you want a glimpse of the old west.
I’ve been there over 100 times. Cool place. Even better if you enjoy real western history and Tombstone has it.
Coming in for one day it is an obvious tourist trap, but a very very good one. Crossing the threshold of the dirt street or the boardwalk sidewalks you’re transported into a place as well done as Epcot Disney or a renaissance reenactment. Souvenir shops, gift shops and Western apparel shops keep that aura going even as you reach for your wallet. What businesses are close to Allen Street are also OK Corral themed. These seem to do well. Staying near it for a month however, impression is that it is nothing but a big stage to reenact a gun battle set almost 150 years ago. With very few exceptions, if the business is not directly related to the gun fight it doesn’t make it. There is a Family Dollar on one end of the town and an Apache grocery at the other end, a small convenience store which is odd seeing that there is a good sized neighborhood surrounding the east side of the immediate town. A bank hidden at the west end of town and hopefully a hardware store down a back road. For the most part the people go to Sierra Vista for anything more than a jar of spaghetti sauce. I doubt the people see much to take pride in other than the reenactment. Most of the roads are littered, the cemetery has been neglected. The town is much like a ghost that the town fathers refuse to let go. The day to day rerunning of the shows, same reenactors telling the same jokes, staging the same situations over and over occasionally popping out of character remind you as much of the movie Groundhog Day. I do get it. These people need to make a living. Looking into the history post gunfight though there’s much to take pride of. Guess they’re too busy coming up with yet another Earp themed novelty shop.

Went to tombstone arizona to see where wyatt earp was. Looked things up google about who was there and where places are and things are not where they should be. They have changed things around. Some places shouldnt be there. Added places. They looked different. People arent dressed right. I guess i wont be going back.

The old west was dirty and smelly, and they have captured this tourist money grab through those senses…including people smoking cigarettes and cigars on the boardwalk without any regard. It was quite underwhelming.
