Always a great experience with ProSoundGear. Now if they would just get more variety in the candy they send with every shipment. Could use more modular synth manufacturers and products.

EDIT: They contacted me immediately after I left a 1 star review, and promptly refunded my credit card. Because I had to scramble to get the mixer elsewhere, and because they didn’t respond to my attempts to contact them before the negative review, I’m only upgrading it to 3 stars.
I ordered a mixer from them on Nov 30th (got no email receipt or anything). My card was charged Dec 1st. The only correspondence I’ve received from them was a mail on Dec 5th stating that the ups shipping label had been printed but not actually shipped. It’s now Dec 16th and nothing else done. I’ve left them 2 phone messages and sent an email over the last week, and have gotten no responses. I had to buy another mixer for my trip overseas in 2 days.

great pricing, and product selection but the return policy is a scam. you will be charged 15% restocking fee plus shipping the product back. the website is details are false, and no customer service to help you get your money back.
I ordered a new equipment and received it quickly but I was missing part of the order and when I called back there was no answer. It seems if you have a problem you have to send an email to someone but that person does not get back to you so its kind of weird. Their system seems very good in terms of the sale process and their bundle offerings are very good but I am skeptical as to the back end customer support. i dont think they have enough employees. I was told that due to covid their ware is close yet I was able to transact a sale and pay so my issue is why take the sale if you cannot support it. Their online chat has been good though but not much they can do. FYI
So far not good I’ve been given the run around from their live chat with a man named Pablo I have asked when my item will be shipped they told me the next day the shipping label wasn’t created till 4 days later and now they are sitting on the label I need this item if anything changes I will update this but so far not good
update stay away item was never received they will give you the run around and tell you they are shipping your order

Called regarding a book and the person answered in Spanish, i asked if this was Sam Ash and he screamed …si…i when asked if he could find a book and he again yelled…huat book…now i am a fluent spanish speaker but was shocked that someone would answer in and expect to speak in Spanish at a national chain store . Forget about whether or not this is South Florida, the assumption is unprofessional.
Wanted to get help in the percussion section today to check out some drumsets and try them out but the dude refused to help me cause going to lunch was more important

I came to the store all the way from Kendall because this one is the closest to home. No wonder there is not that many locations. If you want to go to a place where employees make fun out of the clients, then this is the right place to go…

I’ve been coming here for a decade and I absolutely love this place. The owner has a super sweet vibe and is incredibly knowledgeable!
There are lots of good record stores in Miami but this one is unique. The selection is out of this world. Every time I’m back in the 305, this is my number one stop.
Crazy selection, excellent customer service, the prices were awesome as well. Walked in not wanting to spend a dime and left with a super rare Section 80 pressing. 10/10 shop, worth driving to if youre a bit far.
The owner, Alvin i believe is his name, was such a nice guy. Great place to buy records.

Owner seemed nice but….here, I bought some bargain vinyls..then when paying and went browsing some more while he makes the invoice, the owner went quickly to compare the vinyls with the regular price ones ! To see if I have switched them ! Inconceivable. What an insult! Then changed price of some albums and overcharged me. No way Jose. He can keep his records. Never coming back again.

Mike is a very professional guitar teacher has patience when you are not understanding a song or having difficulty understanding with what you are working on. Also he will teach you many different techniques and will explain them step by step. Highly recommend him he is extremely well.
Mike is A+. I’ve taken my fist six months of lessons with him in studio, moved north and am now in Skype/FaceTime lessons each week with him four years later. I learn something new and receive exceptional practice homework from him each week. He knows my learning technique and inspires me like a true mentor. He’s encouraging, smart, reliable, professional, fun, and on point. I am blessed to have him as my acoustic guitar instructor and recommend him without hesitation. He changed my life for the better!
Mike, the guitar teacher is knows all about the guitar and is an amazing teacher, he is also very punctual and kind with everyone. Best guitar teacher in all of Florida!!

Friendly staff, great assortment of instruments and accessories. Support your local music store. There is nothing better as being able to go to a physical store and quickly get the strings you need, or test the guitar you are looking to buy.
I used to be a former employee at guitar center Years ago. Nowadays I go in as anNowadays I go in as a regular consumer to see familiar faces, and to get basic things like strings, picsk, etc. Over the years, I’ve seen the store decline in inventory and customer service as a whole. There’s barely any good inventory and you can tell it’s become an even bigger slave to corporate America. To top it off the customer service got even worse. John, Mario and Bryan are really the only people there that provide the best customer service. I hope that they can build their inventory at least for Guitars so they can attract more consumers. Pro audio they’re pretty stocked

First of all they didn’t let me pick up after opening for curbside pick up so i waited to be delivered. The guitar came in generic box and guitar was just wrapped in bubble wrap (Epiphone brand and comes like that!?) I was surprised but happy to have gotten the guitar. After unwrapping it, another disappointment, guitar was scratched and broken on one side, pick ups loose, bridge bent. A mess of a guitar! It was not shipping company’s fault as the box was not damaged at all!
Whoever worked in Kendall location on Tuesday the 28th of April 2020 doesn’t care about your (Guitar Center) customers or he is completely unfamiliar with guitars which is then your fault!
I can not believe that someone can send a guitar like that to someone who paid for new one especially from a company like yours!
Your customer service was great in replacing the guitar (for which i had to pay again and wait to be refunded for the broken one) but i still can’t get over the thought of how one person who works in guitar center official location can send a guitar like that to a customer!
Don’t make my mistake and do your musical shopping elsewhere.
Was looking for a Martin dreadnought to record a song, and Sam Ash was basically out-of-stock due to COVID. So, I went to this Guitar Center. Found a Martin Special D Ovangkol Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar that sounded great acoustic.
I said I’d take it and was told at the register that the only model they had left in-stock was the one they had in the testing room. I asked if there was any way to get a discount on it, since the guitar had a few scratches, and the manager rudely refused. I was in a hurry to get a guitar, so I took it.
Come recording time, I plug it in and hear this full ground noise. Figured it just needed some cleaning. To get the recording done, I recorded the guitar full acoustic. Later, I took the guitar to a few techs to fix the ground noise/electrical issue. The verdict: It’s unfixable.
I take full responsibility for buying a guitar in a hurry and for trusting that Guitar Center wouldn’t sell a defective instrument. That was my mistake. But selling a defective, used instrument at the price point of a perfect instrument (and doing so rudely) was Guitar Center’s mistake, and a short-sighted one, given that the money they made on that sale is much less than the money they could’ve made from my future purchases and those of people I could’ve recommended.
This store will sell damaged, defective or repaired instruments as new without telling the customer.
A few months ago after returning an item, I noticed on my credit card bill that I wasn’t refunded. Recently I brought a guitar back after having it for less than a week, the manager refused to accept the return.
Their discretionary return policy is subjective and is not based on any formula. They can block you from returning a high ticket item anytime without warning, beware, avoid this place.
