I was looking for a evening grown for a banquet I have to attend May 1 and find a beautiful red grown. I will be back. Great customer service, the lady was very friendly and helpful.
Love love this place
The store is greatly improved and getting organized. I go for books and kitchen utensils, etc. They now sale stainless steel, silver jewelry and the silicone wedding bands. Great deals and good time.
Great bargain’s great employees.
Thrifty lil store for minor house hold furniture, clothing and inexpensive hygiene products
This thrift store has the rudest employees. I had the so call owner say that I was rude I never said one word to anyone while I was in there. I told her she was rude for calling me rude for no reason. I asked her why does she think i was rude she replied i had looked at this older lady that worked there in a hateful way. Lol i thought she was joking. I laughed at her and asked her who was the owner she said she was so there for I couldn’t make a complaint on her. After I told her I was going to give her a review on Google maps she banned me from the store and cancel my transaction and never gave me my refund on the things she refused to sell me. That lady doesn’t deserve to be in business treating people anyway she wants and refusing to sell them things that has already been paid for. She needs to learn how to treat people and do business the right way. It doesn’t mean that someone looks a certain way that their hateful. I was going through a lot at the time and she had no clue what I was going through for her to pick on me was very wrong of her. I will be reporting her to the Bad Business Bureau about her illegal sales transactions and not refunding my money and her really awful attitude and accusing me of being hateful when I wasn’t I noticed women in their sixties act like children and like to be up in drama . The older u get ur behavior changes child like ..
Had a horrible experience at Valley thrift today. I was looking around, as you know they have thousands of items, so naturally it was taking some time for me to feel satisfied that I had looked over enough of the merchandise to then stop and make my purchases. But as I perused the section of books I then heard the cashier/owner I’m not exactly sure who she is but she was working the counter and I heard her Connect on the phone to someone. It wasn’t until she started to describe my actions that I realized that she was talking to the police and she was telling the police that I was there for a very long time about 30 minutes and then I was pretending (in her words) that I was pretending to look through the books and that I was only “trying to make it look as though I’m not stealing”. Now mind you most of the items in the store are under four dollars and even the larger items are under $10 so it would seem a little bit ridiculous to steal from the store but nevertheless… The police ultimately arrived and they didn’t engage me immediately they took their time and after while one of the officers asked to speak with me. Unbeknownst to them I overheard the entire conversation that she had with the police dispatcher, so I was able to tell the officer that he didn’t need to explain and he didn’t need to patronize me; that I already knew the situation. And that, sadly, its a common one. I’ve experienced this for the span of my life it’s called discrimination, that that’s what it’s called. Its the idea that you can shop for too long, which justifies calling the police who are known to murder people who look like you at an alarming rate. Beware of the store the owner or cashier or this particular clerk, very prejudice and clearly discriminated against me based on my appearance. She wasn’t happy that I was looking around her store, that has maybe 20k items or more inside it from very small to large furniture, for an extended period of time. given the fact that I actually purchased the stuff that I picked up, but I shouldn’t have because why would I purchase something from an establishment that just discriminated against me and called the cops on me? I won’t be going back there obviously but it is unfortunate. People really show you their true colors in certain situations, and when people tell you or show you who they are…..believe them.
It’s was good service

Staff was friendly, store was cleaned, and more organized than the store in Lanett.
Try the rewards…savings are good
A lil unorganized but friendly staff
Convient.. My lil Wal Mart
Friendly and helpful quick to answer questions
The customer service is very bad they are good to some and bad to others i think all customers should be treated the same they don’t deserve 1 star the argue with certain customers and then tell the they are the ones argue it’s sad but i know you won’t be in business long with the type of people that work there and please update or check y’all check cashing.
Not very happy with this store never know when they are gonna be open was there at 930 not open no one there to open.was there today not open 910 and no one there to open…need some dependable employees…says a lot to be on time…
Absolutely dirty . Went to take my kid to the bathroom and there was a molded drink sitting on top of an already disgusting water fountain along with a heap of trash. Nothing is organized and the staff is rude .

Wow!love this place so many different stuff in there and keep
Clean.nice ppl
Good place p
Very nice. Wide variety of vendors and items.
Great big place
Great place to find hidden treasures or just browse and look at some unusual items.
Big store and lots to look at. Prices are fair and staff are friendly.
A bit absurd. My wife was required to trust them with her purse but they couldn’t trust us as customers. Nah.
Waste of time
Went in this store because I have anxiety and per my counselor i’m supposed to practice going in to stores again, and as soon as I get in i’m asked to put my purse back in the car like i’m a thief. I told them I have anxiety and have a water bottle, anxiety meds, and other stuff to calm me down in my purse and told them they could check it before I left. Was told by the owner to just put my anxiety meds in my pocket, as if that was the only thing I had in my purse to help. Please do not go in here if you need anything in a bag or purse such as a diaper bag for your child, medicines, or anything else you may need that might require you to carry a bag or purse. Rude owner and staff overall.

High on some prices and no prices on few items, but always friendly service
Great place to buy wood or anything related to wood..
Loved it they had exactly what I needed .
I enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru lumbar yard: one step loading. Service/assistance could be better.
Great people.
I work here so biased.
Went to get some 2 x 4’s at the register.
The cashier informed me she had no idea if they had any 2 x 4 and that it was up to me to go find out. Then come back and pay for what I needed. I work in customer service and this cashier had the attitude of I don’t care if you buy from us or not. I turned around and left. I will drive to Lagrange and buy from Home Depot from now on.
The cashiers are friendly, but floor management isn’t. Many times there is only one cashier and the line backs up, especially when the debit/credit card system goes down. Very expensive place with limited items.
I have to give 2 stars on this place. I have been there a few times but have walked out without buying due to the customer service (or lack thereof) and the prices. I was actually shocked to see the prices were literally 20% or higher than any other hardware store I’ve been in. Thus specific instance I went in for 2″ PVC pipe. I was blown away when I saw the price was $13 a stick higher than Ace which is 2 minutes down the road. The staff are ridiculously lazy and have 0 customer service skills. The cashier was literally talking on her phone while checking an elderly man out. It was quite laughable. Ithink Marvin’s could be the hardware spotty go if they revamped their employees and came back to earth on the prices. I won’t be back.

The Blizzard of the month for March is amazing! Oreo pieces, chocolate chip pieces, and coffee!! You need to try it seriously!!!
Speedy and it’s ice cream
The barbque chicken strips were very good
Very good food
Got double brownie fudge ice cream.. very good
Strike 3 they are out … I won’t be back
FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS THEIR CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM MACHINE HAS BEEN BROKEN. EVERY TIME WE CALL TO SEE IF IT HAS BEEN FIXED NO IT HASN’T BEEN FIXED. CALLED AGAIN TONIGHT WHEN WE ASKED IF IT HAD BEEN FIXED THE EMPLOYEE SAID NO AND HUNG UP BEFORE WE COULD ASKED ANYTHING ELSE. HOW CAN YOU NOT BE ABLE TO GET A CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM AT A DAIRY QUEEN.
It’s not the food that’s getting the one stsr. It’s the music. Could we get our Dairy Queen without the rock concert?

West Point Buy Sell and Trade is the coolest store in our little town. I have bought and sold many video games ,vintage toys ,and books from them. The owner is a fan himself of all things that he sells and can hold his own with even the biggest fan boy or fangirl.
Great staff, great prices, only geek spot in the Valley, Lanett, West Point area. Records, video games, comics, books, movies, toys, a little bit of everything.
Tommy is awesome his shop has a lot of variety when it comes to video games and music this is like a mini version of Hastings it has a little bit of everything nerd related the shop also has great low prices for good quality stuff I highly recommended this shop over anything around this area
Very courteous and helpful. Will be returning soon and recommending to all my friends & family. Go…visit, you’ll not regret it.
It’s a good place for all of your retro needs. They have a pretty good selection of games for most consoles. The prices for most of the games are good but there are some that are somewhat questionable with a large price spike which is fine because a business needs to make money. The comic selection was pretty good and the record selection was decent. Overall, it’s a good shop to go to if you’re in the west point area, but when it comes to games, you might want to check the price of what you are buying. I believe I saw a copy of Rogue Galaxy for the PS2 going for $40 when you can easily buy a copy for (what I’m seeing on ebay, and other places) $10-$20. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but when some games are inflated, I’d rather buy online.
Horrible experience. Absolutely terrible service, all the workers went out of their way to be rude to me. Find another place because they deserve no business.
Not pleased with my experience
Extremely rude owner, not recommended at all.
I literally just asked 1 question politely and that’s what i got. SMH
