This was a referral. Took in my brand new acoustic bass in to have the action lowered. Price is great and the service. I had to go back in again, because I was getting fret buzz, due to the heat. I brought in, took him 20 seconds to adjust it. That’s service, Seth is personable, laid back and professional. Highly recommend.
Came here for a setup, pickup and cap switch from Seth Mayer.
Took just one day, and was flawless, and Seth was cool as hell about it, which I was probably over-sensitive to as someone picking up the guitar for the first time in 10 years. Prices for service are extremely fair for the quality, parking is easy, and hours were convenient (come after 11am for repairs or service).
When the weather shifted 2 days after setup, and I started getting fret buzz, Seth readjusted my action quickly and without an extra charge. It’s not the most expensive guitar, and is in need of a refretting, and I’ll gladly bring it back.
Great little spot. I’d really like to mention and praise their Guitar tech Seth. He’s a super cool and knowledgeable dude. Does very precise and good work and at reasonable rates as well. Customer service at the front of the store was great too. Will definitely be back for any future repairs or set ups for my instruments!

Had them ‘fix’ an amp and now it’s incredibly noisy. Never had a tube amp that made this much noise. Will not go back.

This is one of the best repair shops on the west coast. Maurico and Alvaro treated me very well . They did fantastic work on the bell of my horn. These guys are perfectionist and their work is outstanding. They are on time with all their repairs and pricing is more than reasonable. If your serious about your equipment, go see these guys. You will not be sorry.

Eric was absolutely amazing. We finished my entire song top to bottom in one 6 hour session. He paid attention to every detail and gave me direction when I asked for it while still letting me take full control of the sound that I wanted. After he mastered the song, he was so patient with me and made every little change that I asked for until I felt that it was absolutely perfect. I’m moving but might literally fly back out to LA to record with him on my next track – seriously recommend.
Eric is such a professional when it comes to recording and producing music. He’s well worth it, he exceeds the standards for music quality and helping me with sound. Best studio I’ve gone to, definitely recommend !

Greg Buchwalter has been servicing our Hammond Organs and Leslie speaker cabinets for years. He has dedicated his life to caring for these magnificent instruments with a wealth of knowledge, and experience. His rates are very reasonable.

Greg came to our church and could not fix an issue in the Leslie he sold us. He was at our church two days. I had to ask him not to smoke in out sanctuary, he used profanity in the church, and proceeded to mess up our organ. After we returned the Leslie speaker to him that he sold us, I went to plug in our organ back to our normal sound system and I got shocked plugging it in. It’s clear and obvious that what ever he did to our organ for two days screwed it up. Now there are all sorts of hums, pops, and static coming out of it that were never there before.
Website claims 24-hour service and I called the day before I would need them never got a reply… That’s not good service to me

What a nice place, beautiful show rooms, and gentle sales, I strongly recommend people who want to buy piano, just come and visit this place. sales Leigh Moore gives you exactly what you would have concerned. ( I am a father and I am willing to ask my son to start learning piano) And there is a “life trade-up” service, means when you want to change a high level piano, you can trade your old one of which value keeps the same as when you purchased it. Nice, Most parents consider about that your child will keep learning piano or will not. get a less expensive one first, here you can find a good deal!
Thank you Adam and the Keyboard Concepts staff! They were very patient with my wife and me as we asked a ton of questions. Adam graciously demoed several different upright pianos for us, explaining the differences and what to look for. We ultimately settled for a new Yamaha P22, and they honored the full trade-in value for a piano my family purchased from them 15 years ago. Highly recommend! If you’re in the greater SoCal area, don’t go anywhere else.

We visited this store as we were looking to buy a piano. The showroom was beautiful. Large variety of pianos to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. The process to actually buy a piano was simple and pretty fast. Since I knew what I was looking for it only took us about 30 minutes to complete the process.
The reason why I won’t give 5 stars is because the delivery process is a big mess! They charged us 270 dollars for the delivery and promised a delivery date and time. However when the time came the piano never arrived. I called the store and they forgot to set up the delivery. So they gave me a new date and time. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still waiting for the delivery. The second delivery appointment is also late!
I find that punctuality and accuracy is an important part of the sale and the experience a store can provide. This very long delay in the delivery has made this experience a rather stressful one. Not to mention expensive, given that we are paying 270 dollars for this service. If this wasn’t such an expensive and specific purchase I would definitely return it.
So if you ever find yourself buying a piano from this store, confirm that they have set up the delivery before you leave the store!
UPDATE: I gave one extra star after I received a call from the manager for an apology for the delay in delivery. I thought that was a nice touch on their part.

I would never again deal with this company!! Customer service was terrible. Talking with the salespeople was akin to dealing with the stereotype of a used car salesman. All-in-all a most unpleasant experience!

We were looking for a place to voice our TV show and this place won. We looked in Los Angeles and in the Valley. The quality of the space combined with a good price and plenty of free parking is hard to beat.
This is now my go-to spot for voice-over recording!
I spent two solid weeks, at least 10 hours a day, working on a VO project alongside Robert, the engineer, and I could not have been more pleased with the resulting recordings (my production company was impressed as well).
Not only were the microphone and booth top-notch, but Robert knows every intimate detail about each piece of equipment in the studio, including the mixing board that he’s used since he was 13 years old. Yes, 13! That’s the kind of engineer I want to work with.
ADR, VO work, vocals or any project where you need a spacious booth and top of the line equipment with an engineer who knows how to use it all…this is the place.
Aside from all the technical stuff, Robert is a great guy, we had lots of laughs and I learned a great deal during my time in the studio.
