Very friendly and professional local instrument store. Affordable rent-to-own policy. Definitely recommend. Hope to expand their varieties to all instruments because we like the store so much! Thank you for your service!
Dale and his staff always put me first in my pursuit of my piano studies materials.
These guys are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’ve taken my instruments there to be repaired, and bought instruments from them for years
Bueno
Found piano books for my granddaughter. Asked for a suggestion for a guitar book for my grandson and boom…there it is.
Muy amables cuando te atienden
I have them 2 months with my saxophone and they did not check it out

Such a cool and unique drum shop! Ed really knows his stuff. Custom kits, one of a kinds, and tons of options for hardware and cymbals. Definitely check it out!
I love this place! Ed (owner) is great, he takes the time it make sure you find what you’re looking for. Great prices on used and new/like new gear. It’s the only drum specific shop that I know of in the area. It’s a 50 minute drive for me to get there but definitely worth the trip!
Ed is a great person and has an amazing array of Drum Kits and all accessories for sale if your a drummer novice or pro you need to go see Ed @ Drum Flip….He has everything you need to complete your kit and he is extremely helpful Best Drum Shop in So. Cal period ..

Relatively small shop but great customer service. Very friendly staff and they hold a good amount of events. Great place for beginners and the experienced who like custom created equipment.
Solo me gustó
This has been on my mind for a while. I had the one good experience ordering from Drum Flip. It was a Ride cymbal for a fair price but the packaging could have been better but nothing was damaged in shipping and it was good to go. I then saw a copper snare drum I wanted so I ordered it. it arrived damaged and Ed being the nice guy he is told me to fix it myself, and when I refused and wanted just a simple refund, Ed wouldn’t take responsibility for the damages and made me pay return shipping on this poorly packaged, damaged drum. He then made me wait on my refund after receiving the returned package to examine it himself and then passive agressivley made a weird video hitting it with a hammer to “fix” it. Such a great guy.
After seeing many good thing about the shop on social media, I decided to buy from Drum Flip and support small business. However, the good price came at a cost when the drum arrived damaged. Overlooking the request to package well, and deflecting the damage due to lack luster packaging on the shipping, was given 45% of the cost to repair. Not the worst, but can’t recommend.
FULL DISCLOSURE FOLLOW-UP
When I made my first and only purchase, the shop was immediately notified that the snare would incur a long rough journey overseas to Moscow, Russia via Diplomatic USPS, the only shipping service provided for overseas US Diplomats. Upon ordering, I asked for there to be extra secure packaging considering the long trip, and I was reassured it would be packed suitably for the rough journey. When the snare arrived damaged, in 1 layer of small bubble wrap, the shop was immediately notified. After 2 days of no response, on the third day I contacted them again, finally getting a response. The blame for the damage was placed solely on Diplomatic USPS without any justification, and an attempt was even made to blame the poor packaging on Russian customs, claiming it was likely repackaged after an inspection. This was also false as the shipment never goes through Customs as a diplomatic parcel, it arrived exactly the same as it left Drum Flip . I was immediately met with the response from Drum Flip that it wouldn’t be covered by them, and it wasn’t their fault it arrived damaged. The replacement rim was $66.02, and after going back and forth, $30 was refunded to me, but never the offer to send it back for a full refund. At that point, it was better than footing the full bill for the negligent packaging that was again reassured by the shop upon ordering. They told me that most shops wouldn’t offer any refund/return, however, I believe most shops would uphold their guarantee to package securely to avoid such a situation and gain a return customer. I’m genuinely believe the shop’s intention is not to get over on anyone but to provide a good product as their other reviews justify, however, I had a much different first hand experience. Best of luck to the veteran owned small business and their future customers.
This store, its owner is not to be trusted. They sold mean an item that did not work when I got home. I offered to drive it back to have them test it. If it did not function at their store I would take a credit and buy another piece of gear – less their 10% restocking policy on returns. The Owner sent me a photo image of a sign saying ” all sales are final”. I would caution you to do any business with them .

Excellent food and drinks. The Matcha pineapple drink ☕was Yummy and Avocado Toast too. My first time there will definitely come back
I love all the cool conversations always going on in this store. Its like being in any of Kevin Smith’s films, or one of his podcast appearances.
Great vinyl selection with even better prices
Cool vista record shop, my only issue is that the hours are made up- totally unreal. Staff just seems to work whenever they want, so don’t go by what’s posted and expect randomness, like old school private businesses. They have a handwritten note on the door saying they’ll always be late in the AM. Don’t come before noon
Very good selection, competitive pricing.
You might find something you like.
I wish I could give it more stars but it didn’t have much in the way of cds. Which is what I specifically came for. It was a bit messy. I did get greeted as I came in and left which is nice.
Don’t show up expecting them to be open, says open 11:00 AM – 8:00PM, but when you get there you find a note saying they are 15-30 minutes late almost all the time. So you sit and wait for 50 minutes, and still no one shows up. Was a 35 minute drive or I wouldn’t have waited that long. So rude to not even make show up an hour after they are suppose to open!
I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place, unfortunately they were closed in the middle of the day during business hours when I tried to go by. There was a sticky note on the door that said the staff was out to lunch and would be back in 30-45 minutes, so I went across the street for food (great food!) and waited for a little over an hour before giving up. Would love a chance to go back and be able to change my review!
