What an incredible gem! I have searched all over for a professional luthier/violinmaker who could meet my expectations for decades and Ilya is absolutely stellar!!! I am ecstatic to have found him and feel privileged to have met him. He even tunes my Bosendorfer parlor grand! Ilya has the most incredibly discerning ear I have ever encountered! Artistic talent of this caliber is a rarity. Ilya is a true gem!

Fletcher Music has a very helpful and knowlegable staff. I started several years ago with the 6 lessons for $20. That was the best decision I have made! Perhaps it’s not for everyone. But investing $20 to try it out..hey you can’t go wrong. Stick with it, and you won’t regret it. You will learn, grow, improve memory, co coordination and make new friends along the way. I highly reccommend Fletcher Music Center of Port Charlotte!!
I was very disappointed with the way we treated at this store today (2-16-19). My 10 year old son, who plays the piano and knows how to treat an instrument, wanted to hear the sound of an organ. The lady came out and very rudely told him not to touch the organs. We explained that he plays piano, he’s not just a kid playing around, and she told us that he couldn’t touch the organ it was for demonstrations only. I would never shop here as the service was rude and judgemental.
Wouldn’t let you play the organs. Sorry, I don’t pay without playing.
Terrible experience with the very experienced sales woman. I would not recommend this store for experienced or novice beginners unless there is someone welcoming to potential customers. Interesting how there was no one playing in the store and she made it clear that we were not welcome to play any of the instruments. She also wasn’t helpful as she didn’t recommend another store for us to visit to where we would be welcome and she could possibly receive a referral fee.

One of the better places to buy a gun. Florida is not a gun friendly place to buy guns. At least not in SWF. Prices are very high and selections are low compared to many parts of the country. Gun shows here are not a good place to find a deal, they are a place to buy when you have no other way to buy a gun. Paradise will do transfers for 20 bucks and that is a deal in Fla. You can get a gun from buds or one of the on line cheap places and then do the transfer at Paradise. I have found sometimes they are not too much more expensive then some guns on line. You have to shop.

Lived in Florida most of my life just 20 miles north. Found these springs very relaxing and we’ll kept.

$20…..the water was nice, but for the crumbling grounds and numerous free or inexpensive public springs in the state, I wouldn’t recommend this place
I had been coming here for some time. First it used to be a puddle of mud but cheap enough to attend. Later it improved significantly although it became more expensive. Presently it is deteriorated and overpriced because there is no restroom, changing room or shower. I was here last year and had to experience that inconvenience. Six months later no change is seen. Renovations are still not done and the people have to put up with that ridiculously bad service!
When will this open again? I’m disappointed that this is still closed. Please open! My stars reflect the amount of time to reopen after Ian. Not how I feel about the park. I love the park. I am so upset this is not opened again. The county owns it so move along! Get it back up and running for us! I will update review when I see things have opened.

Such a great place! Our kids play guitar and piano with different teachers here and they love both of them. They always learn something new and have gained an appreciation for music.
My son and I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful. I also admire the how they work with students with special needs. This is a wonderful establishment.
I’m really disappointed with your service! I have already told you that you will not be able to go back to your school! Still charged my bank and charged three times! But I’ve only been there once! Please return the money for the last two times! The service is terrible! Will never go again!

Talked to Angel twice about a concern I had and the next week the same problem. I’m certain he took my message and threw it in trash.
If you have a young kid they’ll throw a book at them and I suppose they might learn something. For anyone else just slip the money under the door and walk away. Save yourself the wasted half hour.
Since I have already talked to Angel twice and two separate instructors I don’t think there’s any need to have another conversation. And I gave your business 6 weeks of lessons. That’s long enough to know what kind of service you’ve provided me.

Great service! We were in there to buy drum sticks for my Daughter and came out of there with guitar lessons! Jud took us to the back and showed us his skills. Made my little girls day! Very friendly and very knowledgeable.
The best place for not only drummers but all musicians! I love taking lessons there Jud is the best guitar teacher I’ve ever had . and Kenny is just a super nice guy who is willing to help you with anything music related.. I got a great deal on an awesome amplifier… If you need a band instrument like clarinet saxophones trumpets if they don’t have it they can order the perfect instrument just for you!! It’s more than a music store to me it’s family.. and the place that I love.. to just stop in hang out and talk music… Highly recommended! Whatever instrument you want to learn to play they have you covered from saxophone lessons with Amy and piano lessons to learning how to play the ukulele or guitar with Jud.. it’s not just a drum store it is a full service music store and you will thank me for recommending Ace Drums!
Quick service, friendly owner. They offer repair on instruments- took about a week and the prices are reasonable. Good job on maintenance for my flute.
Its a drum store. I wouldn’t call it guitar center… definitely not a guitar shop, prices on lower end guitars are cringeworthy in most cases on brands im used to seeing in pawn shops in the midwest. Some gems however rare. Limited hand made drums. Its at least a good if not phenomenal drum shop.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
Went in to buy a few small percussion instruments. 5 or 6 people chatting in the back. Waited 10 minutes at the register for someone to take my money. Got sick of being ignored and ordered twice as many instruments of similar type on Amazon for about the same price.
Hint, it’s not Amazon killing mom & pop shops.
Sadly this store is like most local music stores: over priced and having little options to choose from. The brands they have to offer are limited and they have almost none of the premier drum brands you come to expect from a good drum store. Their cymbal selection is dismal and their drumsticks are outrageous like $10-15 a pair! Since it’s the one of the only stores that’s local I’ve tried to be supportive, but I have run in to major issues. I first bought 500 dollars worth of high end SKB drum cases (which took almost 2 months for them to order) when they finally arrived the lining of the bass and tom case ripped in about 1 month. I was told by the owner they had a full warranty, but after nearly 2 months of the cases being at the factory for repair I was informed I had to pay $250 worth of shipping to get my “full warranty” “brand new cases” back! This was the owner of Ace Drums telling me this! I have multiple other stories of Ace Drum’s inability to do good, truthful, and fair business. I am a professional drummer who has played for 11 years and with over 100 different bands, and I make my entire living off of music! I would not suggest spending any of your hard earned money here!
This place is great. I would recommend it to anybody. It’s a fantastic music store. The guys really know what they’re talking about they have. Quitman and are very friendly with the same tactic atmosphere.
